N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb, ministri i Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme i Serbis\u00eb, Ivica Da\u00e7iq, ishte n\u00eb rrethin m\u00eb t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb t\u00eb kriminelit t\u00eb luft\u00ebs \u2013 Sllobodan Millosheviqit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb dhjet\u00eb vitet e fundit, Serbin\u00eb e kan\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr dhe vazhdojn\u00eb ta udh\u00ebheqin dishepujt e kriminel\u00ebve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs \u2013 Nikoliqi, Vu\u00e7iqi dhe Da\u00e7iqi.<br \/>\nVitet e fundit, kryekriminel\u00ebt e Serbis\u00eb, Vu\u00e7iqi dhe Da\u00e7iqi, punuan pareshtur p\u00ebr ta bindur bot\u00ebn se \u201c\u00e7\u00ebshtja e Kosov\u00ebs\u201d nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb mbyllur.<\/p>\n<p>Ata u p\u00ebrpoq\u00ebn ta bindin bot\u00ebn, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti Brukselin dhe kancelarit\u00eb e fuqive per\u00ebndimore \u2013 Parisin dhe Berlinin, se zgjidhje p\u00ebr \u201c\u00e7\u00ebshtjen e Kosov\u00ebs\u201d na qenk\u00ebsh kompromisi q\u00eb u dashka t\u00eb arrihej midis Beogradit dhe Prishtin\u00ebs.<br \/>\nMe fjal\u00ebn kompromis, Vu\u00e7iqi dhe Da\u00e7iqi n\u00ebnkuptojn\u00eb:<br \/>\n&#8211; amputimin e veriut t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs; ose<br \/>\n&#8211; krijimin e komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe, d.m.th. krijimin e nj\u00eb Republike Serbe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, si ajo n\u00eb Bosnj\u00eb dhe Hercegovin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shikim t\u00eb par\u00eb, u duk se ia dol\u00ebn ta bindin bot\u00ebn, por vet\u00ebm n\u00eb shikim t\u00eb par\u00eb.<br \/>\nP\u00ebr ta konsideruar \u201c\u00e7\u00ebshtjen e Kosov\u00ebs\u201d si nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e hapur, Vu\u00e7iqi dhe Da\u00e7iqi k\u00ebrkuan mb\u00ebshtetjen e Rusis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb Kin\u00ebs.<br \/>\nPor, Uashingtoni, Berlini dhe Londra, mbrojt\u00ebn q\u00ebndrimin se \u00e7\u00ebshtja e Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e mbyllur. \u00cbsht\u00eb mbyllur me planin e Ahtisarit.<\/p>\n<p>Pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs e njoh\u00ebn 116 vende t\u00eb bot\u00ebs. Diplomacia mashtruese serbe veproi dit\u00eb e nat\u00eb p\u00ebr ta bindur bot\u00ebn q\u00eb ta t\u00ebrheqin njohjen e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Vu\u00e7iqi dhe Da\u00e7iqi thon\u00eb se 12 vende e kan\u00eb t\u00ebrhequr njohjen. Por kjo s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb g\u00ebnjesht\u00ebr e kulluar.<\/p>\n<p>Diplomacia agresive serbe veproi pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb p\u00ebr ta parandaluar an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb organizmat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb, si p.sh. n\u00eb UNESCO dhe n\u00eb Interpol.<br \/>\nVitet e fundit, Beogradi ndoqi ndaj Kosov\u00ebs luft\u00eb speciale dhe luft\u00eb psikologjike.<br \/>\nNuk ka pasur prononcim t\u00eb Vu\u00e7iqit n\u00eb lidhje me Kosov\u00ebn, ku ai t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb kanosur me mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb forc\u00ebs. Por Vu\u00e7iqi e di fort mir\u00eb se Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb e mbrojtur prej qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj si dhe prej forcave t\u00eb NATO-s.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00ebndimor\u00ebt e din\u00eb se kombi shqiptar n\u00eb rajon, p\u00ebrfshi edhe qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs, natyrsh\u00ebm jan\u00eb proper\u00ebndimor\u00eb dhe proamerikan\u00eb. Mu p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, shpesh ndodh q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb mos jen\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb agjend\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre.<br \/>\nSerbia nd\u00ebrkaq, u kanoset fuqive per\u00ebndimore, se do ta sjellin Rusin\u00eb apo edhe Kin\u00ebn n\u00eb gadishull.<\/p>\n<p>Beogradi duket sikur i thot\u00eb Uashingtonit dhe Brukselit: \u201cPranoni k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn ton\u00eb p\u00ebr kompromis me Prishtin\u00ebn. Ndryshe, do ta sjellin Rusin\u00eb dhe Kin\u00ebn n\u00eb gadishull\u201d.<br \/>\nP\u00ebr ta parandaluar animin e Serbis\u00eb nga Rusia, per\u00ebndimor\u00ebt e marrin me t\u00eb mir\u00eb Serbin\u00eb, madje edhe e p\u00ebrk\u00ebdhelin at\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Duke u bazuar n\u00eb dimensionin gjeopolitik t\u00eb Ballkanit, Serbia i referohet edhe r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb strategjike t\u00eb saj n\u00eb rajon.<br \/>\nP\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, vitet e fundit, vendet per\u00ebndimore, sidomos Gjermania, ka investuar me t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb Serbi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>E ballafaquar me politik\u00ebn agresive, irracionale, destruktive dhe luft\u00ebnxit\u00ebse t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, Kosova vendosi mbi mallrat e Serbis\u00eb, taks\u00ebn prej 100%. Kjo ka qen\u00eb dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mas\u00eb e drejt\u00eb dhe e arsyeshme. In ultima linea, edhe presidenti amerikan Donald Tramp i rrit tarifat ndaj mallrave t\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb caktuara, p\u00ebrfshi edhe ato kineze.<\/p>\n<p>Brenda nj\u00eb viti, Serbia eksportonte n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb mallra n\u00eb nj\u00eb vler\u00eb prej gjysm\u00eb miliardi euro. Me ato para, ajo blinte arm\u00eb moderne nga Rusia, me t\u00eb cilat arm\u00eb i kanosej integritetit territorial t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe sovranitetit t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb historin\u00eb e bot\u00ebs nuk ka ndodhur q\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u2019i blej\u00eb mallra armikut, i cili me ato mjete financiare blen arm\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrgatitet p\u00ebr luft\u00eb ndaj vendit importues. K\u00ebsaj i thon\u00eb: Ushqeje sorr\u00ebn, t\u00eb t\u2019i nxjerr\u00eb syt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb absurde q\u00eb Kosova t\u00eb blej\u00eb mallra nga Serbia e cila ka punuar dhe vazhdon t\u00eb punoj\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7njohjen e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb saj dhe e cila vepron p\u00ebr parandalimin e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb saj n\u00eb forumet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Taksa prej 100% mbi mallrat serbe, nuk ka qen\u00eb gabim dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb akt i gabuar.
