{"id":41646,"date":"2019-05-28T23:23:08","date_gmt":"2019-05-28T21:23:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fjala.info\/?p=41646"},"modified":"2019-05-28T23:32:14","modified_gmt":"2019-05-28T21:32:14","slug":"ja-roli-i-berishes-per-te-penguar-pavaresine-e-kosoves-ne-vitet-90-dhe-njohja-si-autonomi-brenda-serbise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jehonashqiptare.al\/fjala\/ja-roli-i-berishes-per-te-penguar-pavaresine-e-kosoves-ne-vitet-90-dhe-njohja-si-autonomi-brenda-serbise\/","title":{"rendered":"Ja roli i Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb penguar pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb vitet &#8217;90 dhe njohja si autonomi brenda Serbis\u00eb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>FAKSIMILE\/ <em>Zbardhen dokumentet gjat\u00eb presidenc\u00ebs Clinton<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nga <strong>Andi Haxhiu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Me 12 Shtator 1995, Presidenti i Republikes se Shqiperise, Sali Berisha, u takua me Presidentin e Shteteve te Bashkuara te Amerikes, Bill Clinton.<\/p>\n<p>Ne grumbullin e dokumenteve te deklasifikuara nga presidenca Clinton gjendet edhe ky memorandum i derguar nga Sekretari i Shtetit, Warren Christopher, drejtuar Presidentit Bill Clinton me 8 Shtator 1995.<\/p>\n<p>Ne permbledhjen e tij per Presidentin Clinton, Sekretari i Shtetit Warren e bene te qarte pozicionin e Presidentit te Republikes se Shqiperise ne raport me Kosoven.<\/p>\n<p>Duke i marre parasysh deklaratat e Berishes ate bote, Warren Christopher konstaton se Sali Berisha e njeh Kosoven si entitet autonom brenda Serbise.<\/p>\n<p>Njekohesisht, Sekretari i Shtetit Amerikan ben dallimin midis pozicioneve diametralisht te kunderta ne mes Presidentit Berisha dhe Kryeministrit Aleksander Meksi.<\/p>\n<p>Per dallim nga kerkesa e Berishes per autonomi, Warren Christopher shkruan se kryeministri Meksi ishte i zeshem ne nevojen e Kosoves per pavaresi.<\/p>\n<p>Per fund, ne njeren nder pikat permbyllese te sygjeruara nga Sekretari i Shtetit Warren Christopher, Shtepia e Bardhe dhe Presidenti i SHBA-ve e forcojne pozicionin e tyre pro-autonomise se Kosoves nen Serbi. Ky pozicion i SHBA-ve ne vitin 1995 qendronte ne linje me Presidentin Shqiptar, Sali Berisha.<\/p>\n<p>Rrjedhimisht, ky nuk eshte deformim i te vertetes e as gjykim per pozicionin e Sali Berishes ne raport me qeshtjen e Kosoves. Une e kuptoj kontekstin dhe e kam te qarte pozicionin e tij ne kete situate. Por, kjo shperndarje e ketij memorandumi te deklasifikuar te Presidences Clinton sherben si shpjegim i thjeshte se historia nuk mund te ri-shkruhet ne baze te preferencave te atyre qe duan ta nderrojne ate.<\/p>\n<p>Sali Berisha nuk ka qene e as nuk mund te jete patriot. Ai mbetet njera prej figurave qendrore te politikes Shqiptare dhe njeri prej njerzve me te rendesishem per Shqiperine.<\/p>\n<p>Por, deshira e tij per protagonizem politik dhe keqperdorimi i kartes nacionaliste\/populiste s\u2019jane indikator per te matur dashnine e tij ndaj Kosoves.<\/p>\n<p>Ne fakt, me shume se aq, jane indikator se si Berishes i duhej Kosova sa here qe donte ta largonte vemendjen nga deshtimet e tij.<\/p>\n<p>E verteta s\u2019mund te ndryshohet nga fjalimet e fuqishme populiste, e as a nuk nderrohet si rezultat i rrefenjave folklorike te kryeministrit Haradinaj se si paska qajte Presidenti Berisha me xhaxhain e tij kur e ka pa Kosoven nga maja e kodres.<\/p>\n<p>Une nuk gjykoj mbi fjalimet e shthurura te imagjinates politike neper fushata zgjedhore. Une gjykoj vetem pozicionet zyrtare politike neper momente te caktuara politike. Ne 1995, gati ne shperthimin e krizes ne Kosoves, Presidenti Berisha zgjodhi te perkrahte autonomine e Kosoves ne kuader te Serbise.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo mbetet e vertete e pa-kontestueshme edhe e pa ndryshueshme. Ky dokument i deklasifikuar nuk e ben Berishen as argat te Milosheviqit e as tradhetare te kombit Shqiptar, por ama edhe e delegjitimon ate te mbaje moral politik se si shpetohet Kosova nga ata qe ai sot po i etiketon si \u201cargate\u201d te Serbise.<\/p>\n<p>Sepse, i dashur President Berisha, ironikisht, ne nje moment ne histori, me dashje ose pa dashje, ju e perkrahet nje deshire te Serbise per ta mbajtur Kosoven perbrenda saj. E kete duhet ta mbash ne ndergjegjen tende\u2026<\/p>\n<p>P.S. Me poshte e gjeni:<\/p>\n<p>a) Memorandumin e Warren Christopher ne forme linku qe ju drejton te dokumenti i plote;<\/p>\n<p>b) Sugjerimin per pikat e takimit dhe konstatimin e Sekretarit te Shtetit se Presidenti i Republikes se Shqiperise eshte pro autonomise e jo pavaresise;<\/p>\n<p>c) Diskutimin e Presidenteve Clinton dhe Berisha. Ne diskutim Clinton e qarteson pozicionin e SHBAve pro forcimit te autonomise dhe Presidenti Berisha ne asnje moment nuk e proklamon nevojen e Kosoves per Pavaresi.<\/p>\n<p>Mos harroni, ne vitet 2007-8 ka qene lehte me fol per Pavaresine e Kosoves.
