Amerikan\u00ebt dhe gjerman\u00ebt nuk i l\u00ebn\u00eb nismat, q\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrin n\u00eb gjys\u00ebm t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Une i lexova me v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb pes\u00eb pjes\u00ebt e p\u00ebrgjimeve t\u00eb prokuroris\u00eb shqiptare, t\u00eb botuara nga Bild dhe aty nuk gjeta asnj\u00eb fakt penal, asnj\u00eb akt penal dhe nuk pash\u00eb asnj\u00eb denoncim as raport nga asnj\u00eb person real, p\u00ebr shit-blerje votash, p\u00ebr k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim, shantazh apo d\u00ebm, pra nuk ka asnj\u00eb pasoje penale. Pa k\u00ebto tre elemente thelb\u00ebsore, nuk ka \u00e7\u00ebshtje as dosje kriminale\u2026<br \/>\nU habita si \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur, q\u00eb Bild t\u00eb botoj\u00eb budalliqe t\u00eb tilla!?<br \/>\nKjo dosje \u00ebsht\u00eb nul\u2026 nuk ekziston dhe me dy gishtat e par\u00eb t\u00eb dor\u00ebs formoi byth\u00ebn e pul\u00ebs, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb 0 absolute.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebra an\u00eb e saj. Ana tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb se n\u00eb Bild nuk kishte aspak gazetari as informim por deformim, dizinformim trashanik nga gazetari \u2026 nuk m\u00eb kujtohet emri i tij.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb vetmet fakte pa fakte t\u00eb tij ishin disa sllogane politike, p\u00ebr blerje e vjedhje votash, q\u00eb nuk rezultojn\u00eb n\u00eb asnj\u00eb nga p\u00ebrgjimet, p\u00ebr narkotrafik, q\u00eb nuk ka asnj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi minimale, p\u00ebr kanabizim, q\u00eb nuk ka asnj\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb, p\u00ebr krim t\u00eb organizuar, q\u00eb mungon dhe prova m\u00eb e vog\u00ebl, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kryeminister, q\u00eb vihet n\u00eb gijotin\u00eb thashethemesh e akuzash a&#8217;la \u201cg\u00ebnje e g\u00ebnje, se di\u00e7ka do t\u00eb mbetet\u201d, e cila p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq e ka vendlindjen n\u00eb Gjermani.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb duket absurde se si nj\u00eb tabloid vet\u00eb-baltos jo vet\u00ebm reputacionin e saj t\u00eb munguar, por edhe rrezikon nj\u00eb denoncim shembullor ligjor, si nga personat e p\u00ebrgjuar, por edhe nga qeveria dhe kryeministri shqiptar p\u00ebr shpifje, prishje t\u00eb fam\u00ebs (imazhit) s\u00eb tyre, p\u00ebr komplot destabilizues dhe dizinformacion t\u00eb q\u00ebllimt\u00eb politik ndaj tabloidit Bild dhe gazetarit, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shum\u00eb deri gjys\u00ebm miliard\u00eb Euro ( \u20ac 500 milion\u00eb Euro ).<\/p>\n<p>Edhe me nj\u00eb avokat t\u00eb zakonsh\u00ebm, e jo m\u00eb me nj\u00eb studio ligjore serioze \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e fituar nga pal\u00ebt e p\u00ebrgojuara n\u00eb \u00e7do gjykat\u00eb gjermane, q\u00eb jan\u00eb tejet serioze dhe t\u00eb rrepta.<\/p>\n<p>Fakti q\u00eb nj\u00eb, a disa nga emrat e p\u00ebrgjuar kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb burgosur p\u00ebr narkotrafik apo vrasje, apo \u00e7far\u00ebdo lloj krimi qoft\u00eb dhe e kan\u00eb kryer d\u00ebnimin ose jan\u00eb liruar me vendim gjykate, nuk u heq t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb komunikuar me asnj\u00eb person t\u00eb zgjedhur, p\u00ebrfshi edhe kryetarin e shtetit \u2026 Ata jan\u00eb qytetar\u00eb, si gjith\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Ti e di se ka udh\u00ebzime t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta, bile edhe ligje t\u00eb posa\u00e7me n\u00eb \u00e7do shtet demokratik, sidomos ne SHBA dhe Gjermani, p\u00ebr pun\u00ebsimin dhe rehabilitimin sa m\u00eb t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb, me p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi te tyre, q\u00eb t\u00eb mos rikthehen n\u00eb burgje p\u00ebrs\u00ebri dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebhen kriminel\u00eb kronik\u00eb <em>back and for<\/em>, dil e kthehu.\u00a0Burgu kushton shum\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se pun\u00ebsimi dhe rehabilitimi i tyre dhe n\u00eb shum\u00eb raste kthehet n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb krimesh edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 \u00c7far\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebje Zoti G.. me ato qindra CD-t\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjimeve t\u00eb prokurorise shqiptare?<br \/>\n\u2013 Kat\u00ebr gj\u00ebra\u2026<\/p>\n<p><em>E para<\/em>, do t&#8217;i p\u00ebrdorja p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar gjyqin me Bild, gazetarin para gjykat\u00ebs gjermane dhe bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e tij shqiptar\u00eb, pal\u00ebt e p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb nxjerrjen e sekretit hetimor n\u00eb proces, me shit-blerjen, shpifjet, sajimet dhe shp\u00ebrdorimet ligjore e financiare, mediatike, juridike dhe teknike para gjykatave shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p><em>E dyta<\/em>, do t&#8217;i p\u00ebrmblidhja dhe fusja n\u00eb sistemin e informacionit elektronik, p\u00ebr t&#8217;i p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb Kolegje dhe Universitete jurisprudence dhe n\u00eb Shkollat e Magjistratur\u00ebs, se si nuk duhen b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrgjime kriminale, p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje ose dosje pa asnj\u00eb indicie (tregues) krimi, apo \u00e7\u00ebshtje penale jo ekzistuese.<\/p>\n<p><em>E treta<\/em>, do t&#8217;i p\u00ebrdorja si prova e d\u00ebshmi kund\u00ebr prokuror\u00ebve idiot\u00eb, q\u00eb kan\u00eb shp\u00ebrdoruar taksat e qytetareve p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje aspak serioze dhe dosje aspak kriminale, duke i nd\u00ebshkuar ligj\u00ebrisht dhe financiarisht me kthimin e \u00e7do centi (qindarke), t\u00eb harxhuar kot ark\u00ebs s\u00eb shtetit dhe popullit t\u00eb vet\u2026<\/p>\n<p><em>E komplot krejt politiko-mediatik shqiptaro-gjerman dhe jan\u00eb furnitor\u00ebt e dizinformacionit t\u00eb gazetarit dhe Bild, \u00e7ka e kthen k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje n\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe p\u00ebrforcon akuzat ndaj t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebve p\u00ebr krim t\u00eb organizuar, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebllimsh\u00ebm, p\u00ebr destabizim politik t\u00eb nj\u00eb shteti demokratik, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria\u2026<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebtu nd\u00ebrpritet kjo bised\u00eb mjaft interesante\u2026 Kishim mb\u00ebrritur \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje, m\u00eb ftoi familjarisht p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kafe n\u00eb \u201c<em>Sunshine Coffe Roasters<\/em>\u201d k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb shtun\u00eb, n\u00eb or\u00ebn 10 t\u00eb
