Pas nj\u00eb pune intenzive dhe aspak e leht\u00eb, me nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtim t\u00eb madh t\u00eb autorit dhe p\u00ebrkthyesit Prof. Fetah Bahtiri, sot e kemi n\u00eb duar librin e titulluar \u201dFJALOR DHE FRAZA N\u00cb SH\u00cbRBIMET MJEK\u00cbSORE SUEDISHT \u2013 SHQIP 2\u201d. Mund t\u00eb themi se ky \u00ebsht\u00eb i vetmi fjalor p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbime mjek\u00ebsore n\u00eb Suedi, p\u00ebr pacient\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb me nevoj\u00eb dhe po ashtu edhe p\u00ebr spitalet e qarqeve t\u00eb ndryshme, byrot\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsuese t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthimeve dhe drejt\u00ebp\u00ebrs\u00ebdrejti p\u00ebr stafin mjek\u00ebsor p\u00ebr t\u00eb komunikuar me pecient\u00eb. Kjo ide e autorit, gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb i jep prioritet pacientit p\u00ebr t\u00eb shprehur dhimbjen e tij para mjekut, sikurse i jep mund\u00ebsi edhe mjekut p\u00ebr ta pyetur, sugjeruar dhe k\u00ebshilluar pecientin.<\/p>\n

\u00cbshte e qart\u00eb se autori, sipas ides\u00eb s\u00eb tij, ka pasur p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim q\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb fjalor, ta b\u00ebj\u00eb sa m\u00eb funksional rr\u00ebfimin pacient\u00ebve p\u00ebr gjendjes e tyre sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, madje me sakt\u00ebsi maksimale fal\u00eb shtruarjes s\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebs paralelisht n\u00eb t\u00eb dy gjuh\u00ebn \u2013 suedisht dhe shqip. Kjo e arritur e autorit ka mundur t\u00eb realizohet fal\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs s\u00eb tij mbi 20-vje\u00e7are si p\u00ebrkthyes n\u00ebp\u00ebr institucioene sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, gjat\u00eb cil\u00ebs koh\u00eb ka v\u00ebrejtur me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb fjal\u00ebsh u nevojiten nj\u00eb pacienti dhe nj\u00eb mjeku p\u00ebr t\u00eb komunikuar mes veti m\u00eb leht\u00eb dhe m\u00eb kuptuesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n

Mund t\u00eb pyesim: pse autori Prof. Fetah Bahtiri, \u00ebsht\u00eb i preokupuar t\u00eb realizoj\u00eb vet\u00ebm vepra t\u00eb mira, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mirat e ner\u00ebzimit? Pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebtu q\u00ebndron edhe vlera e k\u00ebtij njeriu i cili sa \u00ebsht\u00eb komb\u00ebtar, krijues e letrar, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe humanist i madh dhe i prirur p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb njeriut n\u00eb situata m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, p\u00ebr t\u2019i ndihmuar njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrim.<\/p>\n

Autori ka arritur q\u00eb gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs s\u00eb tij n\u00eb p\u00ebrkthime, t\u00b4i mbledh\u00eb fjal\u00ebt t\u00eb cilat i duhen njeriut m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti e m\u00eb s\u00eb shpeshti n\u00eb sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsi. K\u00ebshtu, me p\u00ebrkthimin e fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhura, autori i \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7asur preokupimit t\u00eb njeriut p\u00ebr shum\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb cilat lidhen drejtp\u00ebrs\u00ebdrejti me sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsin\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr, autori Prof. Fetah Bahtiri, me shum\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb i jep disa t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb sakta e koncize p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e azilk\u00ebrkuesve p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrime dhe trajtime sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore n\u00eb Suedi, gj\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebso shpjegimesh nuk ndodhen n\u00eb libra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, e aq m\u00ebr pak t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyera kaq bukur e kaq qart\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe.<\/p>\n

Duke e lexuar k\u00ebt\u00eb fjalor me shum\u00eb kujdes, kam ardhur n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin tim, se: \u201dPa qen\u00eb gjuh\u00ebtar i mir\u00eb, askush nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet oset \u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyes i mir\u00eb\u201d. Pse?, Sepse, n\u00eb lib\u00ebr kam v\u00ebrejtur se si autori aplikon gjuh\u00ebn dhe m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e shpjegimit t\u00eb fjal\u00ebve e t\u00eb fjalive edhe duke i elaboruar ato me fjal\u00eb shtes\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb lexuesi apo i s\u00ebmuri t\u00b4i kuptoj\u00eb ato m\u00eb mir\u00eb. Pra, p\u00ebrdoret nj\u00eb bagazh i pasur e i fjal\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00b4u b\u00ebr\u00eb i mundsh\u00ebn sqarimi i plot\u00eb e i drejt\u00eb i frazave, i terminologjis\u00eb mjek\u00ebsore dhe shprehjeve t\u00eb tilla.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebt\u00eb cil\u00ebsi e shohim n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha pjes\u00ebt e librit, por un\u00eb kam mbetur i impresionuar me brumin e shtruar n\u00ebn kryetitullin FLYKTINGMEDICINSK MOTTAGNING – PRANIMI MJEK\u00cbSOR I REFUGJAT\u00cbVE, ku kam gjetur se d\u00ebshmohen vlerat e k\u00ebtij fjalori, kur shihen prirjet specifike t\u00eb Prof. Fetah Bahtirit p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyer, e q\u00eb do t\u00eb thosha se k\u00ebtu hasim nj\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb t\u00eb re aktuale \u00e7fare sot e k\u00ebrkon sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsia bashk\u00ebkohore, me \u00e7ka autori e zgj\u00ebron horizontin e tij t\u00eb dijes me shpjegime t\u00eb reja mjek\u00ebsore, e q\u00eb sjell metod\u00eb t\u00eb re t\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyerit p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb njeriut.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb esenc\u00eb, shum\u00eb\u00e7ka ky fjalor p\u00ebrfshin, sidomos fjal\u00ebt e duhura t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyera dhe t\u00eb shpjeguara, q\u00eb nga \u00e7asti kur pacienti u drejtohet sh\u00ebrbimeve mjek\u00ebsore, hyrja e tij n\u00eb spital, shtrirja, analizat, k\u00ebshillat dhe provat mjek\u00ebsore, trajtimet e ndryshme dhe \u00e7do gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me t\u00eb s\u00ebmurin si dhe trajtimin e tij.<\/p>\n

Autori, zgjedh fjal\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsi korrenspondimi edhe kur personi ka nevoj\u00eb trajtimi emergjent, e q\u00eb ndoshta \u00ebsht\u00eb fillestar me m\u00ebsimin e gjuh\u00ebs suedeze, apo ndoshta nuk e di fare gjuh\u00ebn suedezse. E nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb vlen edhe p\u00ebr mjekun suedez dhe personelin tjet\u00ebr sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor kur atyre u drejtohet p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb e trajtim nj\u00eb pacient shqiptar i cili nuk e njeh gjuh\u00ebn suedeze, e as personeli sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor nuk e njeh gjuh\u00ebn shqipe dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebso rastesh lirisht mund t\u00eb pohojm\u00eb se ky fjalor mund t\u00b4u sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb nj\u00ebsoj t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebve, sidomos n\u00eb nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb gjersa pritet q\u00eb t\u00eb vij\u00eb ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyes n\u00eb vend. Praktikisht ky fjalor, sidomos n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyesit, \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7el\u00ebs i zgjidhjes s\u00eb situatave kur k\u00ebrkohet komunikimi mes dy pal\u00ebve q\u00eb nuk e njohin gjuh\u00ebn e nj\u00ebri tjetrit (pacienti shqiptar q\u00eb nuk di suedisht dhe personeli mjek\u00ebsor q\u00eb nuk e di gjuh\u00ebn shqipe).<\/p>\n

Para se ta p\u00ebrfundoj k\u00ebt\u00eb recension, d\u00ebshiroj ta theksoj edhe nj\u00eb element dhe vler\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme t\u00eb k\u00ebtij fjalori unik: libri \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mjet i shk\u00eblqyesh\u00ebm didaktik p\u00ebr disa lloje s\u00ebmundjesh dhe trajtimin e tyre. Ai q\u00eb e lexon librin ka rast t\u00eb m\u00ebsoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb dituri e njohuri p\u00ebr shum\u00eb s\u00ebmundje, madje t\u00eb sqaruara n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb tejet t\u00eb kuptueshme.
