Ajo edhe ato investime, q\u00eb u nis\u00ebn t\u00eb b\u00ebhen p\u00ebr n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, b\u00ebnte sikur nuk i donte, si psh. Stadiumi i Vllaznis\u00eb, apo rruga e Velipoj\u00ebs, etj. i bllokoi pjes\u00ebrisht, e prap\u00eb shante. Ua digjte byth\u00ebn shkodran\u00ebve, e shante Ram\u00ebn… \u00cbsht\u00eb kthyer sharja shantazhuese n\u00eb vler\u00eb… Po p\u00ebrfitimi ku \u00ebsht\u00eb? Sa ishte Saliu e Jozefina n\u00eb pushtet, as e \u00e7il\u00ebn z\u00ebrin p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar sht\u00ebpin\u00eb muze t\u00eb Fisht\u00ebs, kur erdhi Rama n\u00eb pushtet, Ministria e Kultur\u00ebs me znj. Kumbaro n\u00eb krye dhe zv. minist\u00ebr, aktitektin shkodran e katolik Zef \u00c7uni, u interesuan q\u00eb ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb muze p\u00ebr Fisht\u00ebn. Projekti u pengua se 3 nipat e Fisht\u00ebs, q\u00eb e kishin n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi sht\u00ebpin\u00eb, nuk i kishin ende dokumentet e pron\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe duhej t’i nxirrnin. Kjo mund t\u00eb kryhej si procedur\u00eb e t\u00eb fillonte restaurimi i sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, por jo. Nipat e Fisht\u00ebs k\u00ebrkuan para, ose nga nj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi, t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nga ministria, q\u00eb ta lejonin k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt t\u00eb realizohej… Ministria e Kultur\u00ebs u t\u00ebrhoq, nd\u00ebrsa katolik\u00ebt e interesuar p\u00ebr sht\u00ebpin\u00eb muze t\u00eb Fisht\u00ebs, filluan t\u00eb shanin ministren Kumbaro, si turqelesh\u00eb<\/em> apo si Davutoglu<\/em>, se po b\u00ebn sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Kadares\u00eb, pse jo edhe t\u00eb Fisht\u00ebs… Nuk munguan sharjet edhe ndaj kryeministrit Rama… Tani si u duket ju kjo, kush e ka fajin?!<\/p>\n

Mua m\u00eb duket se k\u00ebta q\u00eb shajn\u00eb, jan\u00eb t\u00eb mbushur aq shum\u00eb, sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00eblqejn\u00eb t\u00eb shajn\u00eb, t\u00eb nxjerrin dufin, u duket se \u00e7lirohen, se sa t\u00eb kryejn\u00eb pun\u00eb, si miku im Koli n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, Cassandra e Shkodr\u00ebs<\/em>, q\u00eb ndjell\u00eb tragjedi, q\u00eb ende nuk i kemi par\u00eb… I prish\u00eb pun\u00eb vetes, por pa shar\u00eb e pa krijuar situata t\u00eb paqena, p\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00ebrhequr v\u00ebmendjen, nuk mund t\u00eb rrij\u00eb…<\/p>\n

V\u00ebrej gjithashtu Ram\u00ebn n\u00eb mitingje, vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr u prit me agresivitet e me protesta e fjal\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, disa dit\u00eb para takimit t\u00eb tij, u djeg edhe nj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb… Kol trimi si Cassandra, q\u00eb parashikon tmerre, q\u00eb b\u00ebn sikur i di gj\u00ebrat me siguri 100% edhe kur nuk di asgj\u00eb, parashikonte disfat\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa Rama ishte n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr at\u00eb dit\u00eb, kur u detyruan t\u00eb sillnin edhe forcat speciale RENEA nga Tirana, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmanmgur nj\u00eb konflikt ose ndonj\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb papritur, Cassandra e Shkodr\u00ebs thoshte: “Ku e keni Ram\u00ebn?<\/em>” Ja Rama foli. E pastaj? “Prit se shkodran\u00ebt nuk e di se ku ta japin deri n\u00eb mesnat\u00eb…<\/em>” – thoshte Cassandra – q\u00eb parashikon se nuk ka 30 qershor edhe sot. Pret q\u00eb Kolegji Zgjedhor t\u00eb anuloj\u00eb zgjedhet, e pritshm\u00ebria e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb 100%. N\u00ebse ndodh q\u00eb Kolegji nuk i anulon zgjedhjet, Cassandra nuk do t\u00eb dor\u00ebzohet jo, prap\u00eb do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb tij\u00ebn, sikur e gjith\u00eb bota t\u00eb jet\u00eb kund\u00ebr… kaq t\u00eb madhe e ka plotfuqishm\u00ebrin\u00eb e mendimit<\/em>, se do b\u00ebhet ose do t\u00eb dal\u00eb si thot\u00eb ai. T\u00eb jep p\u00ebrshtypjen se ka nj\u00eb hall t\u00eb madh – sikur i rri Saliu me hu te koka!<\/p>\n

Tani kur Cassandra pa i hy lek\u00eb n\u00eb xhep b\u00ebn k\u00ebshtu, po Saliu – skizofreni i politik\u00ebs shqiptare<\/em>, si b\u00ebn? Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb pra, me nj\u00eb popull tru-that\u00eb. E z\u00ebm\u00eb se zgjedhjet b\u00ebhen me 30 qershor, prap\u00eb opozita e Cassandra e Shkodtr\u00ebs p\u00ebr rrjedhoj\u00eb – se \u00ebsht\u00eb identifikuar tani me ta – nuk do i pranojn\u00eb rezultatet, do u shkojn\u00eb 4 vjet pushtet lokal, duke pretenduar e pritur se zgjedhjet do t\u00eb rib\u00ebhen… e k\u00ebshtu u shkon jeta n\u00eb pritshm\u00ebri, k\u00ebshtu na kan\u00eb ikur 30 vjet pa rezultatet e duhura, sepse prirja irracionale \u00ebsht\u00eb kaq e madhe dhe e fuqishme, sa nuk ka more psikolog a psikiat\u00ebr q\u00eb e sh\u00ebron…<\/p>\n

Kur pash\u00eb dje n\u00eb Tepelen\u00eb takimin e Ram\u00ebs atje, m’u kujtua Ejell Miculi, nj\u00eb anti-komunist, q\u00eb kritikon edhe ai standardin e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, si “gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb Tepelen\u00ebs<\/em>“. Aty Ram\u00ebs, ai T\u00ebrmeti tepelenas i thoshte “komandant<\/em>“, e k\u00ebshtu me stil, Tepelena ka p\u00ebrfituar miliona Euro investime nga Rama dhe qeveria e PS-s\u00eb. E mua po m\u00eb duken m\u00eb taktik\u00eb, shkodran\u00e7e me than\u00eb, m\u00eb “zogj kurvash<\/em>” tepelenasit, se shkodran\u00ebt byth-gjan\u00eb… Shkodran\u00ebve u duket serviliz\u00ebm, n\u00ebse sillen si tepelenasit psh. me Ram\u00ebn… E sa p\u00ebr servilizmin ndaj Saliut e Jozefin\u00ebs, q\u00eb i p\u00ebrmbyt\u00ebn p\u00ebr \u00e7do vit, s’ka gj\u00eb, lejohet.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb mendojm\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr pak, ky Saliu, q\u00eb shkodran\u00ebt i rrin\u00eb lepe-peqe, a thua burr\u00eb m\u00eb i mir\u00eb se Rama \u00ebsht\u00eb a? Rama nuk ka qen\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb komunist, nuk i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb kurr\u00eb as at\u00ebher\u00eb e as sot krimet e Saliut, e prap\u00eb shahet nga shkodran\u00ebt si ‘komunist’. Kurse Berisha ish-komunist, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb krime at\u00ebher\u00eb e tani, sillet si komunist, e ka fut\u00eb PD-n\u00eb n\u00ebn kontroll t\u00eb vetin dhe po e shkat\u00ebrron gradualisht, e prap\u00eb shkodran\u00ebt e adhurojn\u00eb… A ka di\u00e7ka more, q\u00eb nuk shkon k\u00ebtu?! Mendimi im pra \u00ebsht\u00eb se ato pak gj\u00ebra, q\u00eb kemi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, m\u00eb shum\u00eb i kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb komunist\u00ebt<\/a>, q\u00eb shkodran\u00ebt shajn\u00eb, se i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb turku e islami, e Saliu, q\u00eb shkodran\u00ebt adhurojn\u00eb. Pra, realisht ka di\u00e7ka q\u00eb nuk shon me shkodran\u00ebt e vler\u00ebsimin e tyre k\u00ebtu. Edhe pse mbahen p\u00ebr demokrat\u00eb… E kjo ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me karakterin e keq dhe egoist t\u00eb disa shkodran\u00ebve kryesisht, q\u00eb si turko – arab\u00ebt, kujtojn\u00eb se duke e shar\u00eb tjetrin, duke mos e respektuar at\u00eb, do t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohen e respektohen. Totalisht gabim, sipas gjykimit tim. Se ndodh, sidomos me njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim, po i fyeve nj\u00eb her\u00eb, ta kan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb viz\u00ebn. Kurse n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, sidomos prej femrave, fyerjen e ke n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, jo gjithmon\u00eb kuptohet, si standard! GABIM!<\/p>\n

Mua m\u00eb vjen mir\u00eb nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb, q\u00eb pun\u00ebt erdh\u00ebn k\u00ebshtu, q\u00eb nga marria e PD-s\u00eb, q\u00eb do e vuaj\u00eb shum\u00eb mospjes\u00ebmarrjen n\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje, e nuk duan ta pranojn\u00eb se kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb gabim, prandaj shajn\u00eb Ram\u00ebn, etj., Bashkia Shkod\u00ebr po kalon n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb PS-s\u00eb, se ndryshe kishte qen\u00eb shum\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, pasi PD n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr e ka vjedh\u00eb Bashkin\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb. Jo se e ka fituar… Dhe t\u00eb shpresojm\u00eb se do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet disa investime, si n\u00eb Tepelen\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebto 4 vitet e fundit n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr… E ndoshta vijn\u00eb edhe shkodran\u00ebt duke dal\u00eb nga sindroma e “komunizmit<\/em>“, q\u00eb i kthen gjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb pik\u00ebn zero, n\u00eb vitin 1990 dhe nuk po din\u00eb t\u00eb ecin p\u00ebrpara… Se Saliu ka gjetur m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn dhe i manipulua nga ndjenja anti-komuniste shkodran\u00ebt dhe po i p\u00ebrdor p\u00ebr ta ngordhur zhvillimin n\u00eb qytet, si\u00e7 ka ngordhur edhe PD-n\u00eb, duke e mbushur me horra e hajna dhe njer\u00ebz t\u00eb paaft\u00eb!…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
