Dhe un\u00eb do kandidoj p\u00ebr President me k\u00ebto kompetenca q\u00eb jan\u00eb, s\u2019kam asnj\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim. Dhe Edi Rama dhe Kuvendi socialist q\u00eb s\u2019m\u00eb duan mua, t\u00eb ver\u00eb kandidat k\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb. K\u00ebt\u00eb model republike presidenciale, e kan\u00eb Shtetet e Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs.
\nN\u00eb republik\u00ebn gjys\u00ebm presidenciale, Presidenti zgjidhet nga populli dhe m\u00eb pas ai em\u00ebron Kryeministrin, i cili formon Qeverin\u00eb. K\u00ebt\u00eb model qeverisjeje e ndeshim n\u00eb Franc\u00eb (por, edhe n\u00eb Serbi, Rumani e Hungari).<\/p>\n

Natyrisht q\u00eb Parlamenti aktual, ku p\u00ebrve\u00e7 pozit\u00ebs b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb edhe opozita, q\u00eb hyri aty me an\u00eb t\u00eb list\u00ebs prit\u00ebse, duke qen\u00eb se opozita e m\u00ebparshm\u00eb i dogji mandatet! Por, nga ana tjet\u00ebr, opozita aktuale parlamentare nuk njihet nga opozita jasht\u00eb parlamentare. Dhe jasht\u00ebbashkiake tashm\u00eb.
