Riem\u00ebrimi i gjyqtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Gykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje dit\u00ebsh, kurse hetimi parlamentar kund\u00ebr Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs zgjat deri n\u00eb 3 muaj.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Por nj\u00eb gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb esenciale n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb: me shkarkimin e Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs fillon n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri era e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb per\u00ebndimore e ligjit, drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, demokracis\u00eb parlamentare dhe zhvillimit ekonomik integral<\/em>&#8216;, shkruan Ngjela.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>M\u00eb tej, avokati thot\u00eb se Meta duhet t\u00eb kishte hedhur n\u00eb gjyq KQZ kur ajo nuk zbatoi dekretin e tij p\u00ebr anulimin e zgjedhjeve, dhe menj\u00ebher\u00eb kryetari i saj shkonte n\u00eb burg. Por sipas Ngjel\u00ebs, Meta nuk e b\u00ebri k\u00ebt\u00eb sepse dekreti \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb akt administrativ absolutisht i pavlefsh\u00ebm, zbatimi i t\u00eb cilit \u00e7on drejt akuz\u00ebs penale Komisionin Q\u00ebndror t\u00eb Zgjedhjeve, n\u00eb rast se do t\u00eb kishte anuluar zgjedhjet.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>SHKRIMI I PLOT\u00cb I NGJEL\u00cbS<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Nuk ka m\u00eb qesharak\u00eb se ata, q\u00eb po na thon\u00eb: \u201c<strong>dekreti i presidentit rr\u00ebzohet vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese<\/strong>\u201d.<br \/>\nPor, dekteti i presidentit, i d\u00ebrguar prej tij n\u00eb KQZ, nuk u rr\u00ebzua nga KQZ, por nuk u zbatua prej saj, si i pavlefsh\u00ebm.<br \/>\nNd\u00ebrsa k\u00ebtu del kjo pyetje: <strong>\u00e7far\u00eb nodh kur nj\u00eb institucion nuk pranon t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb nj\u00eb dekret apo nj\u00eb ligj?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ndaj k\u00ebtij institucioni fillon menj\u00ebher\u00eb ngritja e akuz\u00ebs nga Prokuroria, sepse ky \u00ebsht\u00eb krim, dhe shefi i lart\u00eb i institucionit arrestohet me vendim t\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs penale.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00ebher\u00eb, ky Meta, pse nuk e ngriti akuz\u00ebn kundrejt Komisionit Q\u00ebndror t\u00eb Zgjedhjeve, kur ky nuk ia zbatoi dekretin? Madje edhe k\u00ebta, q\u00eb priren t\u00eb flasin n\u00eb forma t\u00eb koshienc\u00ebs popullore, pse nuk e denoncojn\u00eb KQZ-n\u00eb n\u00eb Prokurori?<\/p>\n<p>E dini pse nuk e denoncojn\u00eb? Sepse edhe k\u00ebta e din\u00eb q\u00eb ai dekret \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb <strong>akt administrativ absolutisht i pavlefsh\u00ebm<\/strong>, zbatimi i t\u00eb cilit \u00e7on drejt akuz\u00ebs penale Komisionin Q\u00ebndror t\u00eb Zgjedhjeve.<br \/>\n<strong>Ja kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta juridike e k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Po Parlamenti do ta ngrej\u00eb komisionin e hetimit parlamentar p\u00ebr hetimin e Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs?<\/em><br \/>\nSigurisht q\u00eb do ta ngrer\u00eb t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn. Kurse Meta iu k\u00ebrc\u00ebnohet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve.
