(XH.Z.).<\/p>\n<p>Rast\u00ebsisht, lexova sot (12) tek Gazeta Panorama shkrimin \u201cAkuzat p\u00ebr nxitjen e trazirave n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, \u00e7far\u00eb deklaroi Ismail Qemali para se t\u00eb largohej nga Athina\u201d e gazetarit Aurenc Bebja. Ky shkrim, i referohej nj\u00eb shkrimi t\u00eb gazet\u00ebs \u201cLe Temps\u201d t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 9 qershor 1909, ku Ismail Qemali reagonte ndaj akuzave q\u00eb i b\u00ebheshin atij p\u00ebr nxitjen e trazirave n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Korrespondenti nga Athina i k\u00ebsaj gazete, njoftonte si vijon mbi reagimin e Ismail Qemalit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fillim, Ismail Qemali deklaron se \u201cUn\u00eb i kund\u00ebrshtoj k\u00ebto zhurma me mohimin m\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe m\u00eb formal. Jan\u00eb armiqt\u00eb politik\u00eb dhe kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Liberale q\u00eb i p\u00ebrhapin k\u00ebto shpifje. T\u00eb m\u00eb akuzosh p\u00ebr kryengritjen e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shpifje e past\u00ebr\u201d.<br \/>\nDeri k\u00ebtu nuk ka asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u \u00e7uditur. Por, m\u00eb tej Ismail Qemali, b\u00ebn disa deklarata t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb \u201c\u00e7uditshme\u201d, t\u00eb cilat je vlen q\u00eb t\u00eb analizohen modestisht.<\/p>\n<p>I.Q. \u201cSa i p\u00ebrket aspiratave komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ato jan\u00eb aq legjitime dhe konsistente me ruajtjen e Perandoris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ekuilibrit ballkanik se as un\u00eb, as ndonj\u00eb patriot shqiptar nuk do t\u00eb turp\u00ebrohemi t\u2019i shpallim ato\u201d.<br \/>\nXH.Z. Pra, sipas Ismail Qemalit \u201caspiratat komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d kan\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi dhe \u201cjan\u00eb aq legjitime dhe konsistente\u201d vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse ato lidhen \u201cme ruajtjen e Perandoris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ekuilibrit ballkanik\u201d. Dhe se k\u00ebto \u201caspirata komb\u00ebtare\u201d as Ismail Qemali dhe \u201cas ndonj\u00eb patriot shqiptar nuk do t\u00eb turp\u00ebrohet t\u2019i shpallin ato\u201d. Por, gjithmon\u00eb duke pasur parasysh \u201cruajtjen e Perandoris\u00eb dhe ekulibrin e saj ballkanik\u201d. N\u00eb rast t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt, pra n\u00ebse do c\u00ebnohej \u201cruajtja e Perandoris\u00eb dhe ekulibri i saj ballkanik\u201d, at\u00ebher\u00eb \u201caspiratat komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d mund t\u00eb humbisnin \u201clegjitimitetin dhe konsistenc\u00ebn\u201d e tyre. Si rrjedhoj\u00eb, k\u00ebto \u201caspirata komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb hidheshin n\u00eb diskutim jasht\u00eb kontekstit t\u00eb sip\u00ebrp\u00ebrmendur.<\/p>\n<p>I.Q. \u201cQ\u00eb prej kur i sh\u00ebrbej Perandoris\u00eb, kurr\u00eb nuk kam munguar t\u00eb punoj p\u00ebr t\u00eb pajtuar interesat e p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb saj me interesat e ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, sepse k\u00ebto interesa identifikohen n\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka dhe kudo\u201d.<br \/>\nXH.Z. Pra, p\u00ebr Ismail Qemalin, ja ka vlejtur shum\u00eb q\u00eb ai t\u00eb punonte \u201cp\u00ebr t\u00eb pajtuar interesat e p\u00ebrgjithshme\u201d t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb me \u201cinteresat e ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d. N\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, sipas Ismail Qemalit jan\u00eb interesat e p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb nj\u00eb pushtuesi 500 vje\u00e7ar, q\u00eb ai i sh\u00ebrbeu me zell t\u00eb madh dhe pastaj jan\u00eb interesat e ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb atdheut t\u00eb tij. N\u00ebse do ishte me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb i tiji ky atdhe!<\/p>\n<p><strong>I.Q.<\/strong> \u201cPerandoria Osmane nuk mund t\u00eb ishte nd\u00ebr fuqit\u00eb e qytet\u00ebruara t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, n\u00ebse nuk do t\u00eb ruante pronat e saj evropiane dhe t\u00eb respektonte me p\u00ebrpikm\u00ebri sistemin kushtetues\u201d.<br \/>\n<strong>XH.Z.<\/strong> Q\u00eb Turqia ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb fuqi e madhe ushtarake, ajo dihet bot\u00ebrisht. Por, se \u00e7far\u00eb qyteterimi i ka sjell\u00eb bot\u00ebs kjo fuqi ushtarake, Ismail Qemali nuk na e shpjegon m\u00eb konkretisht. Dhe ekzistenc\u00ebn e k\u00ebsaj \u201cfuqie t\u00eb qytet\u00ebruar t\u00eb bot\u00ebs\u201d, Ismail Qemali e lidh me faktin e \u201cruajtjes s\u00eb pronave t\u00eb saja evropiane dhe t\u00eb respektimit me p\u00ebrpikm\u00ebri t\u00eb sistemit kushtetues\u201d. Nuk kuptohet se cilat kan\u00eb qen\u00eb pronat europiane t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb dhe si i siguroi ajo k\u00ebto prona, duke pasur parasysh pozicionin gjeografik t\u00eb k\u00ebtij shteti. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 pronave t\u00eb Ballkanit natyrisht. Nd\u00ebrsa \u201crespektimi me p\u00ebrpikm\u00ebri i sistemit kushtetues\u201d, supozohet se i referohet atij t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I.Q.<\/strong> \u201cA mund t\u00eb injoroj\u00eb Turqia sh\u00ebrbimet q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt i dhan\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes liberale gjat\u00eb revolucionit t\u00eb korrikut t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar dhe dobin\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb t\u00eb ekzistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrie t\u00eb mir\u00eborganizuar si nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb integrale e Perandoris\u00eb\u201d?<br \/>\n<strong>XH.Z.<\/strong> Aspak. K\u00ebtu b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr l\u00ebvizjen xhonturke t\u00eb vitit 1908, ku shqiptar\u00ebt kontribuan m\u00eb s\u00eb miri. Por, jo n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb tyre. Pasi edhe vet\u00eb Ismail Qemali e lidh dobin\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj l\u00ebvizjeje xhonturke me \u201cat\u00eb t\u00eb ekzistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrie t\u00eb mir\u00eborganizuar si nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb integrale e Perandoris\u00eb\u201d dhe jo jasht\u00eb saj. Pra, sipas Ismail Qemalit vet\u00ebm brenda Perandoris\u00eb Osmane mund t\u00eb realizohej \u201cekzistenca e nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrie t\u00eb mir\u00eborganizuar\u201d. Kurse jasht\u00eb, absolutisht q\u00eb jo. Se sa ishte e mir\u00eborganizuar Shqip\u00ebria gjat\u00eb 500 viteve t\u00eb pushtimit turk, dihet tashm\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I.Q.<\/strong> \u201cShqiptar\u00ebt, me guximin e tyre t\u00eb njohur dhe pozit\u00ebn gjeografike t\u00eb vendit t\u00eb tyre, jan\u00eb elementi i vet\u00ebm i aft\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur autoritetin e Perandoris\u00eb Osmane n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb. Politikan\u00ebt e regjimit t\u00eb ri do t\u00eb kryenin gabimet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda politike n\u00ebse nuk e pranonin k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb\u201d.<br \/>\n<strong>XH.Z.<\/strong> N\u00eb fakt, vitet n\u00eb vijim konfirmuan th\u00ebnien profetike t\u00eb Ismail Qemalit, pasi edhe sot n\u00eb viset shqiptare po ndjehet akoma autoriteti i Turqis\u00eb. Dhe politikan\u00ebt e rinj t\u00eb atyre viteve ishin t\u00eb par\u00ebt q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrbyen k\u00ebsaj vazhdim\u00ebsie shekullore. Plus politikan\u00ebt aktual\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I.Q.<\/strong> \u201cShqip\u00ebria d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb lidh\u00eb fatin e saj me at\u00eb t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Osmane dhe sistemin kushtetues t\u00eb cilin ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb gati t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb, por ajo kurr\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb lejoj\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb trajtohet si nj\u00eb rac\u00eb inferiore ose t\u00eb vendoset n\u00ebn kujdestari\u201d.<br \/>\n<strong>XH.Z.<\/strong> N\u00eb fakt, Shqip\u00ebrise ju lidh fati i saj, kund\u00ebr d\u00ebshir\u00ebs s\u00eb vet me \u201cPerandorin\u00eb Osmane\u201d dhe \u201csistemin kushtetues\u201d t\u00eb po k\u00ebsaj Perandorie p\u00ebr 500 vite me radh\u00eb. Fakti q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria sipas Ismail Qemalit \u201ckurr\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb lejoj\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb trajtohet si nj\u00eb rac\u00eb inferiore ose t\u00eb vendoset n\u00ebn kujdestari\u201d, i referohet fuqive t\u00eb tjera dhe jo Perandoris\u00eb Osmane mbas k\u00ebtij pushtimi 500 vje\u00e7ar. Dhe kjo \u201ckujdestari hyjnore\u201d e Turqis\u00eb po vazhdon edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme.<\/p>\n<p>Kur p\u00ebrfundon s\u00eb lexuari k\u00ebt\u00eb shkrim, kushdo habitet, pasi nuk arrin t\u00eb kuptoj\u00eb se si nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtor kaq i devotsh\u00ebm i Port\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb, u akuzua p\u00ebr \u201cnxitje trazirash n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri\u201d. Ndaj kujt\u00eb, p\u00ebrs\u00ebri nuk kuptohet.<\/p>\n<p>Nga sa m\u00eb lart, shtrohet ndonj\u00eb pyetje.<\/p>\n<p>Cilat ishin arsyet q\u00eb e shtyn\u00eb Ismail Qemalin t\u00eb shpallte pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb me 28 n\u00ebntor 1912, n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me idet\u00eb dhe aspiratat e tija p\u00ebr Perandorin\u00eb Osmane, s\u00eb cil\u00ebs ai i sh\u00ebrbeu me zell kaq t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr disa dekada me radh\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>Mos vall\u00eb Ismail Qemali nuk u shty vet\u00eb, por e shtyu tjet\u00ebrkush q\u00eb t\u00eb shpallte pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb(\u2026.)?!<\/p>\n<p>12.07.2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AV.
