P\u00ebr nga cil\u00ebsia dhe aft\u00ebsia q\u00eb kan\u00eb, rreth 50% e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb gjimnazeve nuk e kan\u00eb vendin aty. Po t\u00eb b\u00ebhej regjistrimi me kritere t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillta, kjo p\u00ebrqindje e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb regjistrohej n\u00eb gjimnaze. Shteti me ekonomi t\u00eb pazhvilluar, ka arsimi profesional t\u00eb mes\u00ebm joefektiv. Fuqia pun\u00ebtore e prodhuar n\u00eb shkolla t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb arsimit s\u2019ka sesi t\u00eb p\u00ebrthithet nga ekonomia e shtetit me ekonomi t\u00eb dob\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Si dikur, ashtu edhe sot, gjimnazet ndahen n\u00eb dy drejtime: drejtimi shoq\u00ebror-humanitar dhe drejtimi i matematik\u00ebs dhe i shkencave t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Reforma e gjimnazeve do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhej si m\u00eb posht\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; regjistrimi n\u00eb gjimnaze t\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet <strong><em>provimit pranues<\/em><\/strong>;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit q\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohen p\u00ebr <strong><em>drejtimin shoq\u00ebror-humanitar<\/em><\/strong>, t\u2019i n\u00ebnshtrohen provimit pranues nga l\u00ebnd\u00ebt: gjuh\u00eb shqipe dhe let\u00ebrsi, gjuh\u00eb angleze, matematik\u00eb (nivel m\u00eb i ul\u00ebt) dhe histori;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit q\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohen p\u00ebr <strong><em>drejtimin e matematik\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb shkencave t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs<\/em><\/strong> t\u2019i n\u00ebnshtrohen provimit pranues nga l\u00ebnd\u00ebt: gjuh\u00eb shqipe dhe let\u00ebrsi, gjuh\u00eb angleze, matematik\u00eb eventualisht edhe fizik\u00eb;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohet numri minimal i pik\u00ebve q\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebnte t\u00eb mundur regjistrimin n\u00eb gjimnaze, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb provimit pranues;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; provimet pranuese t\u00eb organizohen nga Qendra Shtet\u00ebrore e Provimeve, <strong><em>mutatis mutandis<\/em><\/strong> sipas procedur\u00ebs s\u00eb matur\u00ebs shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Drejtimi shoq\u00ebror-humanitar<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; sipas plan-programeve m\u00ebsimore, n\u00eb drejtimin shoq\u00ebrore-humanitar t\u00eb m\u00ebsohen l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e posht\u00ebsh\u00ebnuara: gjuha shqipe dhe let\u00ebrsia, gramatika e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe (si l\u00ebnd\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb), gjuha angleze, kimia, biologjia, informatika, historia, gjeografia, sociologjia, filozofia dhe edukata fizike (sporti);<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; l\u00ebnda e gjuh\u00ebs maqedonase t\u00eb reduktohet dhe nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm shkrimin (cirilik), leximin dhe komunikimin;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; matematika dhe fizika t\u2019u p\u00ebrshtatet nevojave t\u00eb drejtimit shoq\u00ebror-humanitar;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb caktuara si: latinishtja, gjuha gjermane si l\u00ebnd\u00eb e dyt\u00eb huaj, arti muzikor, arti figurativ t\u00eb jen\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb <strong><em>fakultative<\/em><\/strong> dhe notimi i tyre t\u00eb b\u00ebhet jo n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb numerike por n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb <strong><em>p\u00ebrshkruese<\/em><\/strong>;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; latinishtja t\u2019u p\u00ebrshtatet nevojave t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve q\u00eb synojn\u00eb t\u00eb ndjekin studimet e mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit i cili brenda vitit shkollor mungon tri or\u00eb n\u00eb or\u00ebt e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve fakultative, t\u00eb mos i jepet vler\u00ebsim ose d\u00ebshmi;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; l\u00ebnda e edukat\u00ebs fizike t\u00eb jet\u00eb detyruese por notimi t\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruese.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Drejtimi i matematik\u00ebs dhe i shkencave t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb drejtimin e matematik\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb shkencave t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb m\u00ebsohen l\u00ebnd\u00ebt: gjuha shqipe dhe let\u00ebrsia, gramatika e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe (si l\u00ebnd\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb), gjuha angleze, matematika, fizika, kimia, biologjia, informatika, edukata fizike (sporti).<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshimet k\u00ebtu mund t\u00eb duken k\u00ebsisoj:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; gjuha maqedonase duhet t\u00eb reduktohet dhe nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit duhet t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb shkrimin (cirilik), leximin dhe komunikimin; me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, gramatika e gjuh\u00ebs maqedonase dhe lektyrat nga let\u00ebrsia maqedonase duhet t\u00eb hiqen;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; l\u00ebnd\u00ebt si: historia, gjeografia, sociologjia dhe filozofia duhet t\u2019u p\u00ebrshtaten nevojave t\u00eb drejtimit t\u00eb matematik\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb shkencave t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs;<\/p>\n<p>-gjuha gjermane si gjuh\u00eb e dyt\u00eb e huaj, t\u00eb jet\u00eb fakultative, nd\u00ebrsa nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit i cili brenda vitit shkollor mungon tri or\u00eb n\u00eb or\u00ebn e gjermanishtes, t\u00eb mos i jepet vler\u00ebsim apo d\u00ebshmi.<\/p>\n<p>Duhet ditur se aktualisht kapacitet e gjimnazeve p\u00ebr krijuar klasa apo paralele t\u00eb drejtimit t\u00eb matematik\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb shkencave t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb i vog\u00ebl. Nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i caktuar i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve q\u00eb figurojn\u00eb n\u00eb klasat e drejtimit t\u00eb matematik\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb shkencave t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs, nuk e kan\u00eb vendin aty.<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshime t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb duhen b\u00ebr\u00eb jan\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; klasat e gjimnazeve apo si\u00e7 i quajn\u00eb \u00a0ndryshe paralele, t\u00eb mos ken\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00ebzet nx\u00ebn\u00ebs;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; l\u00ebnd\u00ebt si: ekonomia, biznesi, menaxhmenti, fillet e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs, logjika duhet t\u00eb hiqen prej gjimnazeve; l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e sip\u00ebrth\u00ebna t\u00eb m\u00ebsohen n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn e mesme ekonomike;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; t\u00eb ashtuquajtura veprimtari apo aktivitete t\u00eb lira duhet t\u00eb shuhen sa m\u00eb par\u00eb; shum\u00eb profesor\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit shkollor m\u00ebsojn\u00eb se cil\u00ebn l\u00ebnd\u00eb e kan\u00eb \u201crealizuar\u201d si aktivitet t\u00eb lir\u00eb;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; gjimnazet si edhe shkollat e tjera nuk duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb terrene t\u00eb shtetit apo t\u00eb partive politike p\u00ebr krijimin e vendeve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, p\u00ebr zbutjen e papun\u00ebsis\u00eb apo p\u00ebr pun\u00ebsimin e t\u00eb papun\u00ebve t\u00eb diplomuar, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb sot;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; gjimnazet duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb laborator\u00eb bashk\u00ebkohor\u00eb p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebn e kimis\u00eb;<\/p>\n<p>gjimnazet duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb kabinete bashk\u00ebkohore p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebn e fizik\u00ebs, t\u00eb biologjis\u00eb, t\u00eb informatik\u00ebs, t\u00eb gjeografis\u00eb;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; n\u00eb gjimnaze duhet t\u00eb ndalohet me ligj vijimi i shkollimit si nx\u00ebn\u00ebs i \u00e7rregullt apo me korrespondenc\u00eb, mbi \u00e7far\u00ebdo baze qoft\u00eb;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; n\u00eb gjimnaze nuk duhet t\u00eb pranohen nx\u00ebn\u00ebs q\u00eb transferohen prej shkollave t\u00eb tjera profesionale;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi i cili n\u00eb gjimnaz ka b\u00ebr\u00eb 23 mungesa duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtohet nga shkolla me procedur\u00eb t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb, pa t\u00eb drejt\u00eb ankese;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e gjimnazeve dhe kuadri i profesor\u00ebve apo i profesoreshave duhet t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb uniforma, por si ato q\u00eb u ngjajn\u00eb manteleve t\u00eb moler\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb shofer\u00ebve;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e gjimnazeve t\u00eb ciklet jan\u00eb t\u00eb angazhuar n\u00ebp\u00ebr klube sportive, kryesisht n\u00ebp\u00ebr ato t\u00eb futbollit, nuk duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs gjimnazesh; p\u00ebr ata ekzistojn\u00eb shkolla t\u00eb tjera, t\u00eb ashtuquajtura akademi sportive;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; n\u00ebp\u00ebr gjimnaze duhet t\u2019u ndalohet nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb angazhohen n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb ashtuquajtura <strong><em>projekte<\/em><\/strong> t\u00eb cilat s\u2019kan\u00eb kurrfar\u00eb lidhjeje me plan-programin m\u00ebsimor t\u00eb shkollave; projektet apo veprimtarit\u00eb e tilla duhet t\u00eb organizohen kryesisht gjat\u00eb pushimeve dim\u00ebrore, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht gjat\u00eb pushimeve t\u00eb ver\u00ebs;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; mungesat e arsyeshme nuk duhet t\u00eb tolerohen; n\u00eb shum\u00eb klasa me nga 500 mungesa, mbi 90% e mungesave rezultojn\u00eb \u201ct\u00eb arsyeshme\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa vet\u00eb 5% deri 10% &#8211; t\u00eb paarsyeshme. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb absurde.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nuk duhet t\u00eb tolerohet angazhimi n\u00eb pun\u00eb i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb caktuar gjat\u00eb orarit m\u00ebsimor; ka raste kur nx\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb caktuar, gjat\u00eb orarit m\u00ebsimor punojn\u00eb n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb restorant apo merren me zanat, nd\u00ebrsa kujdestarit t\u00eb klas\u00ebs i thon\u00eb \u201disha i s\u00ebmur\u00eb\u201d; n\u00eb rastet tona, v\u00ebrtetimet mjek\u00ebsore jan\u00eb letra pa vler\u00eb;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i caktuar i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve e nd\u00ebrpresin m\u00ebsimin nj\u00eb jav\u00eb para mbarimit t\u00eb vitit shkollor dhe shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb Kroaci apo n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim te prind\u00ebrit e tyre; disa prej tyre, me arsyetimin <em>\u201ct\u2019i ndreqim letrat\u201d<\/em>;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; ka nx\u00ebn\u00ebs q\u00eb vitin shkollor nuk e fillojn\u00eb m\u00eb 1 shtator por nj\u00eb jav\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb deri edhe dhjet\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; n\u00eb gjimnaze duhet t\u00eb ndalohet bashkimi i dy klasave; ka raste kur n\u00ebp\u00ebr shkollat tona bashkohen, jo dy por tri klasa;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; n\u00ebp\u00ebr gjimnaze gjat\u00eb or\u00ebs m\u00ebsimore duhet t\u00eb ndalohet p\u00ebrdorimi i celular\u00ebve, si nga profesor\u00ebt ashtu edhe nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nuk duhet t\u00eb praktikohet d\u00ebrgimi nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve nga profesor\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar p\u00ebr t\u2019u bler\u00eb atyre cigare apo ushqim;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nuk duhet t\u00eb praktikohet dhurimi i dhuratave nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit p\u00ebr profesor\u00ebt me rastin e \u201c7 Marsit\u201d, t\u00eb \u201c8 Marsit\u201d, t\u00eb dit\u00eblindjeve apo me rastin e mbarimit t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kat\u00ebrt;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; p\u00ebr ta evituar r\u00ebnien e ziles s\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs para kohe, zilja duhet t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb\u00a0 automatike;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; p\u00ebr t\u2019u evituar vonimi i profesor\u00ebve dhe i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, dera hyr\u00ebse e shkoll\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb automatikisht; dera hyr\u00ebse e shkoll\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb automatikisht edhe gjat\u00eb pushimeve midis or\u00ebve; nuk dilet n\u00eb \u00e7do pushim n\u00eb oborr t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs apo edhe jasht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs shkollore, p\u00ebrpos gjat\u00eb pushimit t\u00eb gjat\u00eb;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e gjimnazeve nuk duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se pes\u00eb or\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb. Tani, dy her\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb kan\u00eb edhe nga shtat\u00eb or\u00eb;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; mosmbajtja e or\u00ebve nga profesor\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb eliminohet apo t\u00eb reduktohet n\u00eb minimum; rrall\u00eb ka ndodhur, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb kurr\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb profesor t\u00eb jet\u00eb nd\u00ebshkuar financiarisht p\u00ebr or\u00ebn q\u00eb s\u2019e ka mbajtur;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb disiplin\u00eb pa mas\u00eb nd\u00ebshkuese, e aty ku mungon disiplina, rendi e rregulli, bie edhe suksesi;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; mbajtja e m\u00ebsimit t\u00eb shtunave me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimit t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb dite t\u00eb humbur, duhet t\u00eb ndalohet me ligj; praktika e d\u00ebshmon se z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimi i dit\u00ebs s\u00eb humbur, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet m\u00ebsimit t\u00eb shtunave, \u00ebsht\u00eb formalitete i kulluar;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Depolitizimi dhe departizimi i arsimit <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>kur n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb i fut gisht\u00ebrinjt\u00eb politika dhe partia, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e kolektivit tregon indiferenc\u00eb ndaj problemeve t\u00eb saj; s\u2019ka shkoll\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkan ku s\u2019i fut hund\u00ebt politika dhe partia. Problemet e nj\u00eb shkolle nuk zgjidhen edhe sikur drejtorin ta zgjedh\u00eb edhe i ashtuquajturi i K\u00ebshill i shkoll\u00ebs; problemet e nj\u00eb shkolle nuk zgjidhen edhe sikur drejtorin e saj ta zgjesh\u00eb kolektivi. Drejtori i nj\u00eb shkolle duhet t\u00eb zgjidhet me <strong><em>kritere morale dhe profesionale<\/em><\/strong> dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pun\u00eb aq e nd\u00ebrlikuar p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb baz\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pranimi i kuadrit arsimor n\u00eb shkolla duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet, jo me kritere partiake, sikund\u00ebr veprohet sot, por me kritere morale dhe profesionale. Sot edhe roje nate shkolle nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhesh pa miratimin e partis\u00eb ose pa qen\u00eb i d\u00ebgjuesh\u00ebm para pushtetar\u00ebve. N\u00eb gjimnaz nuk duhet t\u00eb pun\u00ebsohet si profesor personi i cili nuk ka kryer gjimnaz por ndonj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb profesionale &#8211; shkoll\u00eb t\u00eb mesme mjek\u00ebsie, shkoll\u00eb ekonomike, shkoll\u00eb bujq\u00ebsore, shkoll\u00eb tekstili, shkoll\u00eb muzike, shkoll\u00eb teknike \u2013 nga ku ka ndjekur studimet universitare. Ky i muzik\u00ebs, po qe se ka ndjekur studimet p\u00ebr muzik\u00eb, mund t\u00eb pun\u00ebsohet n\u00eb gjimnaz p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebn e vet.<\/p>\n<p>Pranimi i kuadrit arsimor n\u00eb gjimnaze duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet me k\u00ebto kritere:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; arsimim t\u00eb mes\u00ebm t\u00eb ket\u00eb gjimnazin;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; t\u00eb ket\u00eb kryer studimet universitare n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb universitet prestigjioz;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; t\u00eb ket\u00eb diplom\u00eb universitare me not\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb se kandidati tjet\u00ebr;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; t\u00eb ket\u00eb integritet moral.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb profesor nuk mund t\u00eb punoj\u00eb n\u00eb gjimnaz m\u00eb shum\u00eb se <strong><em>tridhjet\u00eb<\/em><\/strong> vjet. Nj\u00eb profesori t\u00eb gjimnazit duhet t\u2019i pushoj\u00eb vendi i pun\u00ebs n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn <strong><em>gjasht\u00ebdhjet\u00eb<\/em><\/strong> vje\u00e7are.<\/p>\n<p>Inspektor\u00ebt e arsimit q\u00eb tani funksionojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm formalisht, duhet ta p\u00ebrcjellin mir\u00ebfilli pun\u00ebn e profesor\u00ebve t\u00eb gjimnazeve dhe jo si sot q\u00eb e b\u00ebjn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sa p\u00ebr t\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb \u2013 punojm\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Cil\u00ebsia n\u00eb arsim nuk p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet me trajnime. Kapaciteti i trajnuesve gjithmon\u00eb ka qen\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00ebn nivelin e shum\u00eb profesor\u00ebve. Gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb tranzicionit, q\u00eb zgjat pambarim, jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb shum\u00eb trajnime t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesve, t\u00eb arsimtar\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb profesor\u00ebve, por n\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb njohurive t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs 15-vje\u00e7are \u2013 <strong>testi PISSA<\/strong>, prej 80 vendeve t\u00eb testuara, Maqedonia zuri vendin e kat\u00ebrt n\u00eb bot\u00eb ngas fundi. Nota mesatare e testimit n\u00eb matur\u00ebn shtet\u00ebrore del mjaft e mir\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb PISSA dalim pothuajse t\u00eb fundit. Trajnimi i profesor\u00ebve v\u00eb n\u00eb dyshim vler\u00ebn e institucionit apo t\u00eb universitetit q\u00eb ua ka l\u00ebshuar diplomat atyre.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas k\u00ebsaj,\u00a0 mos vall\u00eb u dashka t\u00eb trajnohen universitet?! Nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri e paemancipuar m\u00eb kot synon BE-n\u00eb. Ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb klishet\u00eb eurointegruese nuk jan\u00eb inspiruese, as entuziazmuese. Bota shqiptare po mbetet pa rini.<\/p>\n<p>Reforma e lartp\u00ebrmendur duket drastike. Ajo duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb zinxhirin e sistemit t\u00eb arsimit, q\u00eb nga \u00e7erdhet e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve deri n\u00eb arsimin sip\u00ebror. \u00c7do reform\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e dhimbshme, ajo n\u00ebnkupton prerje. Pa reforma t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillta, do t\u00eb vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb refrenin dhe legjend\u00ebn 30-vje\u00e7are t\u00eb reformave n\u00eb arsim. Ato s\u2019jan\u00eb duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb dhe, po t\u00eb vazhdohet si deri m\u00eb tani, kurr\u00eb s\u2019kan\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb.
