Shtrohet pyetja ku kemi qen\u00eb dhe ku jemi tash? Me Per\u00ebndimin apo Lindj\u00ebn? Shum\u00eb kush mendon s\u00eb Ballkani ka mbetur diku n\u00eb mes, as andej as k\u00ebndej. T\u00eb dyt\u00ebt mendojn\u00eb s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt kan qen\u00eb dhe jan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb Proper\u00ebndimor. Kurse pjesa e tret\u00eb mendon s\u00eb me tradit\u00eb edhe m\u00eb mentalitet anojm\u00eb kah Lindja. Megjithate ka nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje racionale e bazuar n\u00eb fakte historike dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrvoja s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt i takojn\u00eb bot\u00ebs Per\u00ebndimore. Duke u bazuar n\u00eb kultur\u00ebn dhe tradit\u00ebn si vlera fundamentale dhe ekzistenciale p\u00ebr nj\u00eb popull&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Dy shtetet tona nuk jan\u00eb duke ecur kahut t\u00eb duhur historik e shum\u00eb m\u00eb pak po funksionojn\u00eb si shtete demokratike. Pushtetet po veprojn\u00eb t\u00eb ndara nga populli, dhe kjo po prodhon kriza t\u00eb vazhdueshme politike e institucionale, mos t\u00eb flasim p\u00ebr stagnim t\u00eb rrjedhave ekonomike. Po e b\u00ebjn\u00eb jet\u00ebn e vet, ndarazi nga shumica. Nuk kemi shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb integruar, s\u00eb ky drejtim moti i \u00ebsht\u00eb l\u00ebshuar stihis\u00eb. Modeli do t\u00eb thosha p\u00ebrfekt i shoq\u00ebrive t\u00eb integruara i bazuar n\u00eb vlerat kulturore-institucionale jan\u00eb: Amerika, Zvicra, Gjermania dhe disa shtete t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Bota Per\u00ebndimore \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebmbulli i kultivimit t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs si bashk\u00ebsi e organizuar dhe t\u00eb kultivimit t\u00eb toleranc\u00ebs fetare. Ne rrethanat dhe kushtet kur lih\u00ebn anash k\u00ebto vlera, nuk kemi mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb flasim p\u00ebr institucione demokratike, dhe as ta paramendojm\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet m\u00eb kultur\u00eb politike t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb. Elitat t\u00eb cilat nuk i p\u00ebrceptojn\u00eb ose nuk kan dijeni t\u00eb p\u00ebrceptimit t\u00eb politik\u00ebs kulturore, shteti fillon t\u00eb dezintegrohet.<\/p>\n<p>Kuazi elitat politike jan\u00eb duke na shkaktuar d\u00ebme t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Nj\u00eb formul\u00eb e till\u00eb qeverisese m\u00eb vendin, e k\u00ebtyre drejtuesve t\u00eb politik\u00ebs t\u00eb dy shteteve shqiptare, \u00ebsht\u00eb duke na sjellur para aktit t\u00eb kryer, sidomos n\u00eb planin e saj t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm. Sjellj\u00ebt e tilla dualiste politike t\u00eb orjentuara m\u00eb shum\u00eb ka Lindja, jan\u00eb duke krijuar mjegull\u00eb t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb opinionin e gjer\u00eb public.<\/p>\n<p>Ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po ul\u00ebn n\u00eb dy karrige t\u00eb P\u00ebrendimit dhe ate t\u00eb Lindj\u00ebs, nuk iu duhen shqiptareve. Deklarativisht k\u00ebto elita jan\u00eb p\u00ebr P\u00ebrendimin, kur se faktikisht m\u00eb Lindjen. Kjo shum\u00eb i ndihmon dezintegrimit kulturo-politik t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Ajo q\u00eb po na mungon m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti \u00ebsht\u00eb koncenzusi nacional kur b\u00ebh\u00ebt fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr tema t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Me udh\u00ebheqje mashtruese, m\u00eb rrena t\u00eb organizuara, m\u00eb hajni, nuk b\u00ebh\u00ebt shteti.<\/p>\n<p>Ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb duke punuar kunder shteteve tona dashur apo me mos dije, sa m\u00eb par\u00eb do t\u00eb duhej tu l\u00ebshojn\u00eb vend forcave p\u00ebrparimtare \u2013 demokratike. N\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb tilla, politike jo t\u00eb mira, tema Per\u00ebndim, Lindje, po e krijon nj\u00eb ambient tjet\u00ebr propagandistic m\u00eb politika dinake t\u00eb te gjitha llojeve. Kjo ka krijuar seriozitet dhe kujdes n\u00eb hapat e metejme t\u00eb protagonist\u00ebve t\u00eb saj.
