Studimi \u00ebsht\u00eb substancial.<\/p>\n<p>Po sh\u00ebnoj m\u00eb posht\u00eb thelbin e konkluzioneve t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj dijetareje t\u00eb famshme q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb seriozisht me historin\u00eb dhe kultur\u00ebn e ilir\u00ebve n\u00eb antikitet.<\/p>\n<p>Pjesa lindore e Dardanis\u00eb, nga Shkupi deri n\u00eb Naisus dhe Remesiana, ka qen\u00eb banuar n\u00eb prevalenc\u00eb nga nj\u00eb popullsi thrake.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb q\u00eb del e kjart\u00eb nga analizimi i materialit onomastik.<\/p>\n<p>Orvatjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb hedhur n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb ose tjet\u00ebr posht\u00eb fuqin\u00eb provuese t\u00eb k\u00ebtij materiali, nuk mund t\u00eb konsiderohen t\u00eb suksesshme. Vuli\u0107i ka insistuar se emrat nuk thon\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb komb\u00ebsin\u00eb, se shum\u00eb emra t\u00eb huaj n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb mund t\u00eb shpjegohen me huazimin nga fqinj\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb parim, k\u00ebto v\u00ebrejtje t\u00eb Vuli\u0107it jan\u00eb t\u00eb drejta, k\u00ebshtu p.sh. p\u00ebr emrat Mestylus, Mestrius, Mestrianus mund t\u00eb thuhet se nuk jan\u00eb dardan\u00eb sepse mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb qen\u00eb huazuar nga Maqedonia fqinje, ku gjithashtu jan\u00eb dokumentuar.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, kur \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala jo p\u00ebr nj\u00eb ose dy emra por p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb emrash, n\u00eb nj\u00eb krahin\u00eb \u2013 si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti i emrave thrak\u00eb n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Shkupit, Naisusit dhe Remesianes \u2013 at\u00ebher\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e natyrshme t\u00eb supozohet se k\u00ebta emra jan\u00eb indigjen\u00eb se sa q\u00eb kan\u00eb ardhur nga jasht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e pamundur q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata persona t\u00eb shumt\u00eb q\u00eb figurojn\u00eb n\u00eb mbishkrimet e gjetura n\u00eb k\u00ebto vise dhe q\u00eb mbajn\u00eb emra thrak\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb realitet jo-thrak\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrhapja e onomastik\u00ebs thrake n\u00eb Dardanin\u00eb lindore imponon konkluzionin se n\u00eb \u2018ta ka pasur popullsi thrake.<\/p>\n<p>Mbi ekzistenc\u00ebn e elementit thrak n\u00eb Shkup dhe zon\u00ebn e tij flasin edhe dy monumente t\u00eb kushtuar per\u00ebndis\u00eb thrake Zbeltiurdus, t\u00eb gjetur njeri n\u00eb Ka\u00e7anik dhe tjetri n\u00eb Ljubenac pran\u00eb Shkupit. Edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast m\u00eb duket se Vuli\u0107i nuk ka pasur t\u00eb drejt\u00eb kur ka n\u00ebnvleft\u00ebsuar fuqin\u00eb provuese t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre monumenteve duke v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dukje p\u00ebrhapjen e kollajt\u00eb t\u00eb kulteve t\u00eb huaj.<\/p>\n<p>Monumentet e kushtuar Zbeltiurdus-it nuk jan\u00eb di\u00e7ka e vetmuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb krahin\u00eb, por plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb na zbulon onomastika, dhe prandaj edhe n\u00eb \u2018ta duhet t\u00eb shohim d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb q\u00eb tregojn\u00eb q\u00eb shumica e popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj zone ka qen\u00eb thrake.<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u00e7 asaj, edhe vet\u00eb Vuli\u0107i e ka konstatuar se d\u00ebshmit\u00eb mbi elementin thrak n\u00eb Dardanin\u00eb lindore jan\u00eb aq t\u00eb shumta sa q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb shpjegohen me huazimin ose ndikimin e huaj, dhe ka pranuar se n\u00eb zon\u00ebn kufitare krahas ilir\u00ebve mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb pasur edhe thrak\u00eb, dhe bile \u201cse nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e Dardanis\u00eb nga gjuha ka qen\u00eb krejt thrake\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb ai ka arritur n\u00eb konkluzionin e vet\u00ebm t\u00eb drejt\u00eb q\u00eb imponon materiali onomastik.<\/p>\n<p>Prevalenca e popullsis\u00eb thrake n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn lindore t\u00eb Dardanis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fakt i pakund\u00ebrshtuesh\u00ebm. Mir\u00ebpo k\u00ebndej nuk del aspak si rrjedhim edhe se Dardan\u00ebt kan\u00eb qen\u00eb Thrak\u00eb ose \u201cm\u00eb par\u00eb thrak\u00eb se sa ilir\u00eb\u201d, dhe as se Dardan\u00ebt dikur ilir\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn romake u thrak\u00ebzuan aq shum\u00eb sa q\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn perandorake elementi thrak n\u00eb Dardani mbisundonte mbi at\u00eb ilir.<br \/>\nP\u00ebrkundrazi. Etnikoni Dardanus nuk e humbi, si\u00e7 mendojn\u00eb shum\u00eb dijetar\u00eb, p\u00ebrmbajtjen e vet. N\u00ebn emrin Dardan nuk mund t\u00eb fshihej barabar si Iliri ashtu edhe Thraku.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb demonstrimin e karakterit thrak t\u00eb Dardan\u00ebve, Mateesku i ka atribuuar r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe mbishkrimit n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin beneficiari T.Aur. Gaius, Fla(via) Scupis, thot\u00eb p\u00ebr veten e vet se ka qen\u00eb nat(ione) Bessus. Mateescu sheh n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb d\u00ebshmi epigrafike nj\u00eb prov\u00eb vendimtare se Dardan\u00ebt kan\u00eb qen\u00eb thrak\u00eb: nj\u00eb ushtar me origjin\u00eb nga Shkupi e cil\u00ebson veten si Bes, dhe Bes k\u00ebtu nuk don t\u00eb thot\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se Thrak, pra popullsia e Shkupit ka qen\u00eb thrake. Konkluzioni nuk m\u00eb duket aspak bind\u00ebs. Edhe po ta pranojm\u00eb kuptimin e gjer\u00eb q\u00eb Mateesku mendon t\u00eb ket\u00eb etnikoni Bessus \u2013 nd\u00ebrkaq mund t\u00eb mendojm\u00eb edhe se \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhur ose p\u00ebr pasardh\u00ebsin e nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhuri \u2013 ky mbishkrim nuk provon asgj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Shkupit ka pasur Thrak\u00eb, gj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn, si\u00e7 e tham\u00eb, nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb dyshim.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq d\u00ebshmia mbi Bessus Titus Aurelius Gaius n\u00eb Shkupi mer nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi krejt t\u00eb ndryshme po qe se i kund\u00ebrv\u00ebm\u00eb d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat individ\u00eb me origjin\u00eb nga Dardania sh\u00ebnohen si Dardan\u00eb: Iacinthus unctor Dardanus (CIL VI 6343), Messia Dardana quasillaria (CIL VI 6343), Darda(nus) Aurelius Paetinia(nus) (CIL VI 32559), M. Aur. Paulo, nat(ione) Dardanus (CIL VI 32800). K\u00ebta kat\u00ebr shembuj tregojn\u00eb se Dardanus nuk ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb cil\u00ebsor gjeografik por etnik.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se nj\u00eb person me origjin\u00eb nga Dardania thot\u00eb p\u00ebr veten e vet se \u00ebsht\u00eb natione Bessus, ai me k\u00ebt\u00eb n\u00ebnvizon kjartazi se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb Dardan.<\/p>\n<p>Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, mbishkrimi n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin Mateesku ka par\u00eb v\u00ebrtetimin e karakterit thrak t\u00eb Dardan\u00ebve provon, sipas mendimit tim, pik\u00ebrisht t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn: se Bessus (Thrak) dhe Dardanus jan\u00eb dy koncepte q\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtojn\u00eb njeri-tjetrin.<\/p>\n<p>Shtrohet pyetja se qysh kur dhe pse kjo zon\u00eb e banuar me popullsi n\u00eb prevalenc\u00eb thrake ka qen\u00eb konsideruar si pjes\u00eb e Dardanis\u00eb. Vuli\u0107i ka shprehur mendimin se p\u00ebrforcimi i elementit thrak n\u00eb pjes\u00ebt kufitare t\u00eb Dardanis\u00eb ka mundur t\u00eb kryhet aty nga mbarimi i shek. III t\u00eb er\u00ebs son\u00eb, pas shp\u00ebrnguljes s\u00eb Dak\u00ebve n\u00ebn Aurelianin.<\/p>\n<p>Ky eveniment patjet\u00ebr shum\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e k\u00ebtyre viseve, nuk mund t\u00eb na shpjegoj\u00eb, nd\u00ebrkaq, ekzistenc\u00ebn e onomastik\u00ebs thrake n\u00eb monumentet epigrafik\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn d\u00ebrmuese jan\u00eb t\u00eb koh\u00ebve m\u00eb t\u00eb hershme.<\/p>\n<p>Emrat e ushtar\u00ebve t\u00eb liruar q\u00eb figurojn\u00eb n\u00eb list\u00ebn e Vininaciumit, t\u00eb vitit 195, tregojn\u00eb se nga mesi i shekullit II t\u00eb Er\u00ebs son\u00eb shumica e djelmoshave t\u00eb rekrutuar n\u00eb zonat e Shkupit, Naissusit dhe Remesianas kan\u00eb qen\u00eb Thrak\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pyetjes n\u00eb se kjo pjes\u00eb lindore e Dardanis\u00eb (lugina e Morav\u00ebs Jugore) ka qen\u00eb origjinalisht dardane dhe vet\u00ebm m\u00eb von\u00eb, me infiltrimin e popullsis\u00eb thrake, e ndryshoi karakterin e vet etnik, apo, p\u00ebrkundrazi, ka qen\u00eb territor thrak t\u00eb cilin Dardan\u00ebt diku n\u00eb shekullin III para Er\u00ebs son\u00eb, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur ishin populli m\u00eb i fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb Ballkanin qendror, e aneksuan, nuk mund t\u2019i epet nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje e sigurt.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb disa t\u00eb dh\u00ebna b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb besuesh\u00ebm supozimin e dyt\u00eb. Sipas Herodotit, si\u00e7 dihet, rreth vendit ku bashkohen dy Moravat m\u00eb par\u00eb kan\u00eb banuar Triball\u00ebt. Popullsia thrake nuk u shfaros, por, p\u00ebrkundrazi, vazhdoi t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb num\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb madh se pushtuesi.<\/p>\n<p>III. Q\u00eb Dardan\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb thrak\u00eb, del kjart\u00eb edhe nga fakti q\u00eb emrat thrak\u00eb nuk shfaqen n\u00eb dy zonat per\u00ebndimore t\u00eb Dardanis\u00eb, Prishtin\u00eb-Mitrovic\u00eb dhe Prizren-Pej\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ideja e gabuar mbi prevalenc\u00ebn e elementit thrak n\u00eb Dardani dhe identifikimi i k\u00ebtij me Dardan\u00ebt, \u00ebsht\u00eb pasoj\u00eb e faktit se n\u00eb studimin e problemit etnik nuk merret n\u00eb shqyrtim materiali i gjith\u00eb territorit t\u00eb Dardanis\u00eb si t\u00ebr\u00ebsi, por vet\u00ebm materiali i viseve t\u00eb saj lindore.<\/p>\n<p>Panorama q\u00eb na paraqet materiali i mbledhur sistematikisht dhe i renditur sipas zonave, \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt e ndryshme. Fakti q\u00eb edhe n\u00eb pjes\u00ebt lindore t\u00eb Dardanis\u00eb, ku mbisundon elementi thrak, ka tek aborigjen\u00ebt emra ilir\u00eb, ka nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe.<\/p>\n<p>Dardan\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb lidhur nga origjina e tyre patjet\u00ebr me grupin etnik ilir, dhe jo me at\u00eb thrak. Mir\u00ebpo, a mund t\u2019i fusim ata thjesht\u00ebsisht nd\u00ebr Ilir\u00ebt?<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebsaj pyetjeje nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kollaj t\u2019i jepet nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje, p\u00ebr vet faktin se gjendemi akoma n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e p\u00ebrcaktimit se \u00e7\u2019do t\u00eb thot\u00eb \u201cilir\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb hap shum\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb studimin e gjuh\u00ebs ilirishte \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebt e fundit me braktisjen e besimit se n\u00eb territorin e gjer\u00eb q\u00eb u atribuohet Ilir\u00ebve ka ekzistuar nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb e vetme, e p\u00ebrcaktuar kjart\u00eb dhe gjithkund e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb, duke hyr\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e ndarjes s\u00eb zonave t\u00eb ndryshme me ve\u00e7ori gjuh\u00ebsore specifike, ku si baz\u00eb ka sh\u00ebrbyer pik\u00ebrisht onomastika.<\/p>\n<p>Rezultoi se n\u00eb territorin e Provinc\u00ebs t\u00eb Dalmatis\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndahen tashti p\u00ebr tashti kjart\u00eb tri zona onomastike: e Liburnis\u00eb, e Dalmatis\u00eb Qendrore dhe e Iliris\u00eb jugore.<\/p>\n<p>Secila prej k\u00ebtyre zonave paraqet nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb madh emrash q\u00eb shfaqen vet\u00ebm n\u00eb territorin e saj dhe q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb si me th\u00ebn\u00eb karakteristik\u00ebn e saj.<\/p>\n<p>Kati\u010di\u0107i, t\u00eb cilit i takon merita q\u00eb i pari vuri n\u00eb pah r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre zonave gjuh\u00ebsore dhe q\u00eb, me an\u00eb t\u00eb studimit sistematik t\u00eb materialit onomastik, arriti t\u00eb ndaj\u00eb zon\u00ebn iliro-jugore dhe dalmatino-qendrore, mendon se edhe Dardania, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn me nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb saj, tregon p\u00ebr zon\u00ebn onomastike iliro-jugore.<br \/>\nKy mendim \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur me plot rezerva sepse edhe materiali mbi t\u00eb cilin \u00ebsht\u00eb bazuar, si\u00e7 e thot\u00eb edhe vet\u00eb Kati\u010di\u0107i, \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i varf\u00ebr. Pes\u00eb emra Kati\u010di\u0107i i konsideron si iliro-jugor\u00eb dhe i gjen\u00eb ata edhe n\u00eb Dardani: Epicadus, Monunios, Gentio, Grabos dhe Longarus. Prej tyre vet\u00ebm dy t\u00eb par\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb mbahen si sigurisht t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr zon\u00ebn iliro-guore dhe Dardanin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00ebshmia mbi emrin Gentio \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e von\u00eb dhe prandaj jo e sigurt\u00eb, Grabos nuk ka q\u00ebn\u00eb Dardan dhe Longarus nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dokumentuar n\u00eb zon\u00ebn iliro-jugore.
