N\u00eb kompensim, LDK-ja do t\u00eb mirrte angazhim mb\u00ebshtetjen serioze t\u00eb tyre, n\u00eb drejtimin e komunave p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, deri n\u00eb pensionimin e tyre, n\u00ebse ata do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm. Ndryshimi i par\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte zgjedhja e kryetarit – nj\u00eb an\u00ebtar, nj\u00eb vot\u00eb, q\u00eb p\u00ebrjashton mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e ndarjes t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb; heqja e kushtit monstrum p\u00ebr kandidim 50+1, i cili p\u00ebrjashton konkurrenc\u00ebn; kufizimi i mandatit t\u00eb kryetarit; kufizimi i kompetencave t\u00eb kryetarit; zbatimi i tri parimeve baz\u00eb t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb: debati i gjer\u00eb, konkurrenca e ndershme dhe votim i fsheht\u00eb demokratik.<\/p>\n
