Uj\u00ebvara e Mirushes pron\u00eb e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, pron\u00eb e askujt!<\/strong><\/p>\n

T\u00eb rralla jan\u00eb shtetet q\u00eb kan\u00eb pasuri n\u00ebntok\u00ebsore dhe bukuri natyrore q\u00eb i ka Kosova, sikurse q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb rralla bukurit\u00eb natyrore q\u00eb u p\u00ebrkasin dy komunave nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht.<\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb Uj\u00ebvara e Mirush\u00ebs n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, e cila ndodhet n\u00eb fshatin Llap\u00e7ev\u00eb t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Malishev\u00ebs, por q\u00eb administrohet nga nj\u00eb komun\u00eb tjet\u00ebr (Komuna e Klin\u00ebs).<\/p>\n

Uj\u00ebvarat e Mirush\u00ebs ve\u00e7ohen p\u00ebr vlerat unike t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb natyrore, komb\u00ebtare dhe kulturore, t\u00eb cila krijojn\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha mund\u00ebsit e zhvillimit t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm t\u00eb turizmit n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb komunitetit lokal (dy komunave) dhe rajonal (vendit n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi).<\/p>\n

Rrjedha e lumit Mirusha kalon n\u00ebp\u00ebr nj\u00eb gryk\u00eb shk\u00ebmbore e cila njihet si Kanjoni i lumit Mirusha. P\u00ebrgjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj rrjedhe ndodhen 12 uj\u00ebvara dhe 16 liqene q\u00eb paraqesin nj\u00eb fenomen t\u00eb rrall\u00eb natyor.<\/p>\n

Zona e (pa)mbrojtur turistike<\/strong><\/p>\n

Edhe pse n\u00eb Mars t\u00eb vitit 2014 Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs ka aprovuar Planin Hap\u00ebsinor p\u00ebr zon\u00ebn e mbrojtur \u201cUj\u00ebvarat e Mirushes\u201d, t\u00eb hartuar nga Instituti p\u00ebr Planifikim Hap\u00ebsinor, q\u00eb parandalon investimet e paplanifikuara dhe abuzive t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj zone t\u00eb mbrojtur, n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb investimeve serioze komunale, sot e asaj dite vazhdojn\u00eb investimet e vogla abuzive pa asnj\u00eb kontroll nga ana e organeve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse komunale dhe shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n

Vlen\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb theksuar se Uj\u00ebvarat e Mirush\u00ebs jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb parku me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb natyrore, shkencore, kulturore dhe turistike. Sipas IUCN, zona i p\u00ebrket kategoris\u00eb \u201dPeizazh i mbrojtur\u201d, kurse rrjedha e lumit Mirusha i p\u00ebrket kategoris\u00eb \u201dMonument natyror\u201d.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrtimet abuzive fillojn\u00eb nga objekti hotelier me material t\u00eb fort\u00eb (vet\u00ebm 300 metra larg\u00eb uj\u00ebvarave) i cili bie n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me parimet e mbrojtjes s\u00eb natyr\u00ebs, pa kritere profesionale dhe pa leje nd\u00ebrtimi nga organet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse komunale dhe shtet\u00ebrore (MMPH), p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar me hapjen e lokaleve m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla (kiosqeve) dhe parkingut ilegal t\u00eb makinave.<\/p>\n

Kur jemi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb segment infrastrukturor, n\u00eb vitin 2010 \u00ebsht\u00eb hapur rruga nga Kuvendi Komunal i Malishev\u00ebs, pa respektimin e procedurave ligjore dhe profesionale, e cila ka ndikuar n\u00eb rr\u00ebshqitjen e materialeve shk\u00ebmbore dhe degradimin e peisazhit natyror n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb uj\u00ebvarave.<\/p>\n

Rr\u00ebshqitja e vahzdueshme e materialeve shk\u00ebmbore paraqet rrezik permanent p\u00ebr vizitor\u00ebt. Se sa e rrezikshme \u00ebsht\u00eb rruga deri t\u00eb shijimi i bukurive natyrore e tregon rr\u00ebfimin e tij vizitori i disa dit\u00ebve m\u00eb par\u00eb q\u00eb ishte tek uj\u00ebvarat e Mirush\u00ebs: “Kur e pyet\u00ebm nj\u00eb kalimtar t\u00eb rastit se cil\u00ebn rrug\u00eb t\u00eb marrim p\u00ebr t\u00eb Uj\u00ebvara e Mirushes, fillimisht na shikoi, e shikoi edhe makinen, e pasi q\u00eb na e tregoj udhen na tha ” Zoti ju ndimoft\u00eb, se shum\u00eb e keqe \u00ebsht\u00eb rruga”!<\/p>\n

“Nuk ishte rruga p\u00ebr automjete i vetmi rrezik, akoma m\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikshme ishin shtigjet p\u00ebr ngjitje-zbritje nga nj\u00eb uj\u00ebvar\u00eb n\u00eb tjetr\u00ebn,…rrugicat e ngushta me shk\u00ebmbij t\u00eb theposur e t\u00eb paq\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm q\u00eb l\u00ebviznin n\u00eb momentin q\u00eb vendosje k\u00ebmb\u00ebm, mungesa e mbajt\u00ebseve apo litar\u00ebve t\u00eb improvizuar e b\u00ebnte tep\u00ebr t\u00eb rrezikshme l\u00ebvizjen lart\u00eb-posht\u00eb,…n\u00eb momentin q\u00eb ngjiteshe lart\u00eb, shqet\u00ebsim mbetej kthimi pas,…p\u00ebrveq ndotjes s\u00eb ajrit nga makinat, ndotja akoma m\u00eb e madhe e ambientit dhe ujit n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti b\u00ebhej nga mungesa e toaleteve (WC-ve), p\u00ebrfundon rr\u00ebfimin nj\u00ebri nga vizitor\u00ebt e dit\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb Uj\u00ebvaren e Mirushes.<\/p>\n

Planifikemt ekzistojn\u00eb, investimet mugojn\u00eb…<\/strong><\/p>\n

Uj\u00ebvara e Mirush\u00ebs, pron\u00eb e Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Malishev\u00ebs, n\u00ebn administrim t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Klin\u00ebs dhe mbik\u00ebqyrje t\u00eb MMPH-s\u00eb, ka mbetur n\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00ebn e fatit. Sikurse pronari faktik (Komuna e Malishev\u00ebs), ashtu edhe administruesi i saj (Komuna e Klin\u00ebs) e kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb harres\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb margaritarin turistik t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Sikurse \u00e7do gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb shtetin e Kosov\u00ebs, paradoksalisht Komuna e Klin\u00ebs edhe pse n\u00eb logon e saj e mban\u00eb Uj\u00ebvar\u00ebn e Mirushes, p\u00ebr dy dekada rresht nuk e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb asnj\u00eb investim n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb t\u00eb bukur turistike.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrqendrimi pushtetar\u00ebve t\u00eb pasluft\u00ebs n\u00eb asfallt e beton, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsiht n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e rrug\u00ebve dhe autostradave sup\u00ebr luksoze, nd\u00ebrtimi i objekteve pa kritere, shtrirja e rrjetit t\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsit dhe kanalizimit vet\u00ebm sa p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjatur metrat e kilometrat e gypave plastik, pa p\u00ebrfillur normat teknike dhe standardet bashk\u00ebkohore, jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb objekt i pasurimit t\u00eb klas\u00ebs politike dhe vart\u00ebsve t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n

Mungesa e investimeve n\u00eb turiz\u00ebm, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb anashkalohen pikat m\u00eb t\u00eb bukura turistike siq \u00ebsht\u00eb Uj\u00ebvara e Mirushes, e cila edhe ashtu siq \u00ebsht\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00ebra nd\u00ebr pikat m\u00eb atraktive dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb frekuentuara nga vizitor\u00ebt e jasht\u00ebm, e n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti nga m\u00ebrgata e jon\u00eb, e cila p\u00ebr \u00e7do pushim n\u00eb vendlindje, n\u00eb ver\u00eb apo dim\u00ebr viziton dhe k\u00ebnaq shpirtin me bukurit\u00eb e rralla e t\u00eb paimagjinuara.<\/p>\n

N\u00ebse Uj\u00ebvara e Mirushes vazhdon t\u00eb mbet\u00ebt edhe m\u00eb tutje pa p\u00ebrkujdesje dhe pa ivestime nga administratori (Komuna e Klin\u00ebs, pronari i saj (Komuna e Malishev\u00ebs) dhe institucionet shtet\u00ebrore shum\u00eb leht\u00eb mund t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb varr t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb vizitori apo grupi vizitor\u00ebsh (m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebsh<\/em>).<\/p>\n

Sipas planit n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e ardhshme 10 vje\u00e7are, nga institucionet e vendit, donator\u00ebt dhe partneriteti publiko-privat, pritet q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb t\u00eb investohen rreth 30 milion euro nga donator t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb sektor\u00ebve t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, komunave, institucioneve relevante, profesionist\u00ebve t\u00eb fushave t\u00eb ndryshme, si dhe pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve nga shoq\u00ebria civile.<\/p>\n
