Botimet jan\u00eb ngjarje me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebr autorin, sepse jan\u00eb kuror\u00ebzim i nj\u00eb pun\u00eb fort dashamir\u00ebse, por edhe me jo pak p\u00ebrpjekje, si nga ana e materialit q\u00eb merr n\u00eb konsultim e referim, po ashtu edhe n\u00eb gjetjen e vendit p\u00ebr ta \u00e7uar aty ku e ka vendin e duhur, p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn e duhur. Natyrisht ndjehem edhe m\u00eb i moshuar, por s\u2019kemi \u00e7\u2019ti b\u00ebjm\u00eb, por ndjehem edhe m\u00eb k\u00ebrkues ndaj vetes, e kjo m\u00eb b\u00ebn q\u00eb edhe n\u00eb analiz\u00ebn e nj\u00eb libri q\u00eb lexoj, ti futem m\u00eb thell\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn time, p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb ka dasht\u00eb me th\u00ebn\u00eb autori dhe \u00e7far\u00eb ka th\u00ebn\u00eb, sepse tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb ka d\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb thot\u00eb autori dhe tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb ka th\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb fakt. Ideja e realizimi \u00ebsht\u00eb e madhe, por mendoj se \u00ebsht\u00eb me interes t\u00eb dihet, se si t\u00eb lindi ideja e nd\u00ebrmarrjes s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj pune hulumtuese e studiuese, p\u00ebr ket\u00eb teme kaq t\u00eb madhe e t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr arsimin e kultur\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00ebr\u00eb vendin, por n\u00eb rastin konkret, p\u00ebr Dukagjinin?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb kam punuar p\u00ebr shum\u00eb vite n\u00eb arsim dhe n\u00eb drejtimin e shkoll\u00ebs 8 vje\u00e7are dhe t\u00eb mesme. P\u00ebr 50 vjet t\u00eb jet\u00ebs time dhe mbi 33 vjet t\u00eb pun\u00ebs kam jetuar dhe punuar n\u00eb krahin\u00ebn time, n\u00eb Dukagjin, n\u00eb fshat, me pun\u00ebn kulturore, por rreth 30 vjet n\u00eb arsim, n\u00eb disa shkolla t\u00eb Dukagjinit si m\u00ebsues dhe drejtues, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Pultit dhe t\u00eb Shal\u00ebs. P\u00ebr shum\u00eb vite kam qen\u00eb drejtues rinie n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Shal\u00ebs, nj\u00eb pun\u00eb vullnetare por shum\u00eb e bukur, me shum\u00eb veprimtari, e shum\u00eb l\u00ebvizje, q\u00eb t\u00eb jepnin k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi t\u00eb pashlyeshme. Puna dhe veprimtarit\u00eb m\u00eb dhan\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb, nga af\u00ebr, gjendjen e nivelit arsimor dhe kulturor t\u00eb bashk\u00ebfshatar\u00ebve t\u00eb mij\u00eb, kultur\u00ebn e jetes\u00ebs, por edhe traditat n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e jetes\u00ebs, bashk\u00ebpunimit, bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebs n\u00eb komunitet, traditat historike e kulturore, m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e zgjidhjes s\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebveshjeve, etj. Kam d\u00ebgjuar dhe kam par\u00eb n\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebrin\u00eb time shum\u00eb q\u00eb nuk dinin t\u00eb shkruanin e t\u00eb lexonin, madje kam par\u00eb njer\u00ebz q\u00eb shkonin t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb q\u00eb dinte t\u00eb lexonte n\u00eb lagje, fshat, apo edhe t\u00eb frati p\u00ebr t\u00eb lexuar ndonj\u00eb let\u00ebr q\u00eb vinte nga pjes\u00ebtari i familjes ushtar, apo diku tjet\u00ebr. Gjithnj\u00eb erdhi duke mu mbush\u00eb mendja q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqesha t\u00eb b\u00ebja nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, por, mjaft ngadal\u00eb. Gjat\u00eb pun\u00ebs time kam mbajtur shum\u00eb sh\u00ebnime edhe si m\u00ebsues edhe si drejtues, ashtu si\u00e7 kan\u00eb mbajtur dhe mbajn\u00eb shum\u00eb koleg\u00eb t\u00eb mijt\u00eb, m\u00ebsues e drejtues, dhe mendoja se kam nj\u00eb informacion t\u00eb vlefsh\u00ebm, por sa m\u00eb thell\u00eb futesha n\u00eb problemet dhe pun\u00ebn e b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebr arsimin dhe kultur\u00ebn, m\u00eb dukej se dija m\u00eb pak. Pasi mbaruam pun\u00eb me k\u00ebto monumente, n\u00eb Kryesin\u00eb e Shoqat\u00ebs shfaq\u00ebm mendimin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb shkencore p\u00ebr arsimin dhe kultur\u00ebn n\u00eb Dukagjin. Ne p\u00ebrpiqeshim q\u00eb ti merrnim gjerat n\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe nuk i lam\u00eb p\u00ebr dit\u00ebn e fundit. Puna filloj dy vite p\u00ebrpara koh\u00ebs kur do t\u00eb mbushej 100 vjet nga \u00e7elja e shkollave t\u00eb para n\u00eb Dukagjin. Pas diskutimeve n\u00eb Kryesi, u vendos q\u00eb t\u00eb punonim p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb Konferenc\u00eb, duke e vler\u00ebsuar si nj\u00eb ri zgjim e vler\u00ebsim t\u00eb historis\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb krahin\u00eb, u ngrit\u00ebn grupet e pun\u00ebs, u ndan\u00eb detyrat. N\u00eb mbledhje dhe takime n\u00eb grupe pune, u diskutuan dhe u p\u00ebrcaktuan temat q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbaheshin n\u00eb Konferenc\u00eb, u ftuan m\u00ebsues e ish m\u00ebsues, punonj\u00ebs kulture, por edhe nga terreni, drejtues t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkruar kujtimet e tyre, nga t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb dilnin edhe nga ato q\u00eb do t\u00eb paraqiteshin n\u00eb Konferenc\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu filloj puna p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgatitjen e saj. Nuk ishte aspak i leht\u00eb realizimi i saj. K\u00ebrkohej pun\u00eb k\u00ebrkimore n\u00eb arkiva t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, n\u00eb biblioteka, n\u00eb shtyp e koh\u00ebs, n\u00eb kujtimet e bashk\u00ebkoh\u00ebsve, n\u00eb fotodokumente e fotografi t\u00eb ndryshme, apo n\u00eb objekte. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb duhej t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonim dhe t\u00eb gjenim gjith\u00eb sa t\u00eb mundnim materiale, q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrbenin tem\u00ebs s\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb bashku me Prel\u00eb Shytanin, e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb filluam k\u00ebrkimin n\u00eb arkiva, duke shfletuar secili p\u00ebr tem\u00ebn e vet, shum\u00eb dosje, t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb XX. Sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb shfletonim e m\u00eb shum\u00eb bindesha se duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb di\u00e7ka q\u00eb k\u00ebto t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb mos mbylleshin, ndoshta p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb, t\u00eb mbetej e fshehur ajo pun\u00eb e vlefshme e b\u00ebr\u00eb. Askush nuk duhet t\u00eb mendoj\u00eb se ne arrit\u00ebm majat m\u00eb t\u00eb larta, b\u00ebm\u00eb gjera t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme. Ne b\u00ebm\u00eb at\u00eb pun\u00eb q\u00eb duhej b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr krahin\u00ebn ton\u00eb, u p\u00ebrpoq\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb pasqyrojm\u00eb at\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb madhe q\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb paraardh\u00ebsit ton\u00eb m\u00ebsues e drejtues n\u00eb arsim, dhe arrit\u00ebm ato q\u00eb jan\u00eb publikuar m\u00eb n\u00eb fund. Kjo nuk ishte aspak e vog\u00ebl q\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend shum\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb malor, larg jet\u00ebs urbane, e izoluar nga politikat dhe administrimi i koh\u00ebve, por dhe i vet\u00eb izoluar p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos u shk\u00ebrmoq\u00eb nga pushtimet, reprezaljet, veprimet dhe ndikimet e tyre. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pak q\u00eb nj\u00eb vend plot\u00ebsisht analfabet q\u00eb e gjeti Pavar\u00ebsia e krijimi i shtetit shqiptar, pes\u00eb vjet m\u00eb von\u00eb fillon hapja e shkolla n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe.<\/p>\n<p>Pas nj\u00eb pune k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00ebse u grumbulluan shum\u00eb materiale, u pan\u00eb shum\u00eb dokumente, u mor\u00ebn shum\u00eb skedime e t\u00eb dh\u00ebna interesante. Pra, u krijua mund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr zhvillimin e Konferenc\u00ebs Shkencore p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb problem. Por t\u00eb gjitha ato materiale q\u00eb u grumbulluan, n\u00eb imt\u00ebsi nuk mund t\u00eb paraqiteshin n\u00eb Konferenc\u00eb, p\u00ebr arsye kohe, madje disa duhej q\u00eb t\u00eb krahasoheshin dhe ballafaqoheshin me dokumente e fakte t\u00eb tjera. Gjithsesi pas p\u00ebrgatitjes s\u00eb kujdesshme n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb programi t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar deri n\u00eb detaje nga Kryesia e Shoqat\u00ebs, u zhvillua Konferenca n\u00eb nj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb lart\u00eb nga p\u00ebrgatitja, nga pjes\u00ebmarrja si dhe nga disiplina shkencore. Pun\u00eb e kujdesshme u b\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgatitjen e botimin e materialeve t\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebs. Doli nj\u00eb botim mjaft\u00eb serioz dhe i k\u00ebrkuar nga lexuesit, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht nga ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb punuar dhe punojn\u00eb n\u00eb frontin e arsimit dhe t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs n\u00eb Dukagjin dhe p\u00ebr Dukagjinin, por edhe studiues t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Luigj Shyti\" src=\"https:\/\/fjala.info\/2019\/luigj_shyti.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrgatitja e zhvillimi i konferenc\u00ebs, referatet, kujtimet e t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb u paraqiten ne Konferenc\u00eb, ishin t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr mua q\u00eb t\u00eb merrem me p\u00ebrgatitjen dhe botimin e nj\u00eb Historiku p\u00ebr arsimin dhe kultur\u00ebn n\u00eb Dukagjin, ku do t\u00eb dilnin m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna, m\u00eb shum\u00eb analiza, do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb pasqyroheshin sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb, ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb punuar e drejtuar apo punojn\u00eb dhe drejtojn\u00eb akoma n\u00eb shkollat e Dukagjinit, por edhe problemet n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme, v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb, marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet shoq\u00ebrore, kushtet e jetes\u00ebs, puna kulturore si nj\u00eb aspekt i pandar\u00eb nga shkolla dhe m\u00ebsuesit. Mu gjend\u00ebn pran\u00eb shum\u00eb koleg e bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00eb, me t\u00eb dh\u00ebna, foto e dokumente. Kjo m\u00eb dha m\u00eb shum\u00eb zem\u00ebr p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgatitjen e k\u00ebtij botimi, me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn q\u00eb ajo pun\u00eb e b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb mos harrohet e humbas\u00eb n\u00eb terrin e mjegullnaj\u00ebn e koh\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb botim nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb t\u00eb thuhet gjith\u00e7ka, por \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb shum\u00eb\u00e7ka.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. N\u00eb mes t\u00eb tjerave ndaleni n\u00eb nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb librit, p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e prift\u00ebrinjve katolik p\u00ebr ndri\u00e7imin e mendjes s\u00eb mal\u00ebsoreve \u2026 Pse e keni ve\u00e7uar, q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb librit ket\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje? Cili ishte roli i tyre n\u00eb mbajtjen gjalle t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe dhe pse ishte e ndaluar me dekret t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb nga sulltanati?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>E si mos t\u00eb ve\u00e7ohet puna e prift\u00ebrinjve gjithmon\u00eb, dhe ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht edhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebto momente. Kleri n\u00eb krahin\u00ebn ton\u00eb ka qen\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb n\u00eb frontin e par\u00eb p\u00ebr edukimin e popullit me t\u00eb gjitha cil\u00ebsit\u00eb e mira, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur historin\u00eb e kultur\u00ebn, gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, edukat\u00ebn familjare, dashurin\u00eb p\u00ebr atdheun, e element\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. N\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha kishat b\u00ebhej nj\u00eb pun\u00eb e organizuar me mas\u00ebn e t\u00eb rinjve. Grumbulloheshin pran\u00eb saj, edukoheshin me besimin fetar, por edhe zhvillonin veprimtari kulturore interesante, t\u00eb cilat shfaqeshin, pran\u00eb kish\u00ebs, p\u00ebrpara prind\u00ebrve t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb dit\u00eb festash e festimesh. Pran\u00eb kishave jan\u00eb hapur edhe shkolla t\u00eb niveleve t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb cilat ndihmuan n\u00eb ruajtjen e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe. Mbase jo gjithmon\u00eb dhe n\u00eb \u00e7do vend m\u00ebsonin shkrim e k\u00ebndim, por edhe veprimtarit\u00eb edukative-kulturore qen\u00eb nj\u00eb ndihm\u00eb mjaft\u00eb e madhe p\u00ebr ruajtjen e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe. Ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht prift\u00ebrinjt\u00eb q\u00eb qen\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb pun\u00eb mjaft\u00eb t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr ruajtjen dhe forcimin e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe. Nd\u00ebrsa po k\u00ebrkoja n\u00eb arkivin e Muzeut n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, n\u00eb lidhje me nj\u00eb botim q\u00eb kam b\u00ebr\u00eb disa vite me par\u00eb, ish punonj\u00ebsi i arkivit Paulin Pero, tashm\u00eb i ndar\u00eb nga jeta, dhe me kujdesin e tij t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, m\u00eb vuri n\u00eb tavolin\u00eb nj\u00eb dosja jo t\u00eb vog\u00ebl, q\u00eb mua m\u00eb t\u00ebrhoqi shum\u00eb sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb shfletoja. P\u00ebr mua, krejt rast\u00ebsisht, pash\u00eb disa dokumente t\u00eb viteve 1920-1922, por edhe t\u00eb viteve t\u00eb m\u00ebvonshme, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht nga fundi i viteve \u201930. M\u00eb t\u00ebrhoq\u00ebn aq shum\u00eb sa nuk di se si kaloj koha, ve\u00e7 kur m\u00eb afrohet Paulini dhe m\u00eb thot\u00eb se erdhi koha me dal\u00eb. E lam\u00eb p\u00ebr dit\u00ebt n\u00eb vazhdim, dhe ashtu b\u00ebm\u00eb. Aty pash rreth 40 dokumente origjinale q\u00eb b\u00ebnin fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn q\u00eb po p\u00ebrpiqeshin dhe arrit\u00ebn t\u00eb b\u00ebnin prift\u00ebrinjt\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj krahine dhe drejtuesit e tyre, duke marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien e m\u00ebsimit n\u00eb k\u00ebto shkolla. Kishte dokumente me k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr t\u00eb hapur shkolla, p\u00ebr materiale shkollore, em\u00ebrime t\u00eb prift\u00ebrinjve si m\u00ebsues, l\u00ebvizje t\u00eb tyre, etj. E kam th\u00ebn\u00eb edhe n\u00eb lib\u00ebr, se k\u00ebto shkolla q\u00eb u hap\u00ebn n\u00eb Dukagjin nuk ishin aspak private, as fetare, pavar\u00ebsisht se jepnin m\u00ebsim prift\u00ebrinjt\u00eb e m\u00ebsimi zhvillohej n\u00eb mjediset e kishave, dhe as t\u00eb panjohura p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn, por mbet\u00ebn t\u00eb panjohura m\u00eb von\u00eb e ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht pas \u00e7lirimit t\u00eb vendit kur kishte shum\u00eb mund\u00ebsi. Ato t\u00eb gjitha njiheshin nga shteti koh\u00ebs, madje shp\u00ebrblente m\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb subvencionimi ata q\u00eb jepnin m\u00ebsim. Ne duhet tu jemi mir\u00ebnjoh\u00ebs nd\u00ebr breza, pun\u00ebs s\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga k\u00ebta prift\u00ebrinj, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mboll\u00ebn far\u00ebn e mir\u00eb t\u00eb arsimit dhe kultur\u00ebs edhe n\u00eb Dukagjinin ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>E kam\u00eb shkruar prej disa vitesh, por dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr, se m\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypje t\u00eb madhe, se si ka qen\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb k\u00ebto dokumente arkivore n\u00eb Muzeun Shkod\u00ebr nuk jan\u00eb par\u00eb dhe publikuar. Un\u00eb, ruaj mendimin se ato jan\u00eb par\u00eb, por nuk jan\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar e publikuar, p\u00ebr vendin dhe koh\u00ebn dhe realizuesit e asaj pun\u00eb t\u00eb vlefshme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera ndaleni n\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij libri, p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e prift\u00ebrinjve katolik, p\u00ebr ndri\u00e7imin e mendjes s\u00eb mal\u00ebsor\u00ebve? I nderuar Luigj, ka mendime nga studiues t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, dr Mark Palnika, Prof dr Lutfi Alia e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, se rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt e arsimit e kultur\u00ebs son\u00eb i gjejm\u00eb q\u00eb nga lasht\u00ebsia e hershme, historia e zhvillimit t\u00eb shkollave shqipe, dhe e arsimit n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr q\u00eb daton nga 1345-1395 dhe n\u00eb Pult 1367, shkolla, k\u00ebto, t\u00eb hapura nga fran\u00e7eskan\u00ebt arbnor dhe ata italian q\u00eb dinin gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, pran\u00eb kishave e kuvendeve duke filluar nga shkolla n\u00eb Ulqin e vitit 1258 dhe n\u00eb vijim\u00ebsi n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs 1278, Tivar 1349, Drisht 1396, Shtub\u00ebll, Dib\u00ebr, Prizren, Shkup, Elbasan, Oh\u00ebr, e t\u00eb tjera. Madje dr. Mark Palnika shkon edhe m\u00eb tej: \u201cN\u00eb vitin 1675, n\u00eb fshatin Rrjoll \u00ebsht\u00eb hapur shkolla e par\u00eb shqipe me m\u00ebsues Marin Gjinin, i cila ka punuar 22 vite Ipeshk\u00ebv i Pultit, N\u00eb fshatin Xhan \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar kori i vajzave, n\u00eb Kabash para vitit 1400 ka pasur shkoll\u00eb t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb mes\u00ebm. Cili \u00ebsht\u00eb mendimi juaj?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kam par\u00eb disa prej k\u00ebtyre publikimeve dhe jan\u00eb shum\u00eb interesante. Jan\u00eb interesante p\u00ebr d\u00ebshir\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb ecur n\u00eb drejtimin e duhur, gjithnj\u00eb drejt zhvillimit e p\u00ebrparimit, p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb shkoll\u00eb dhe kultur\u00eb, duke vler\u00ebsuar se shkollimi \u00ebsht\u00eb baz\u00eb p\u00ebr zhvillimin e nj\u00eb populli, nj\u00eb vendi. \u00cbsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb hapur shkolla shum\u00eb her\u00ebt n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, nga dhe pran\u00eb kishave. K\u00ebto shkolla ndihmuan shum\u00eb n\u00eb mbrojtjen e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe dhe t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Prift\u00ebrinjt\u00eb jan\u00eb shkolluar n\u00eb per\u00ebndim t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, dhe kan\u00eb par\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e zhvillimit jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimin fetar\u00eb, por n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha drejtimet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, si e till\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr shkolla n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn amtare, si domosdoshm\u00ebri e paz\u00ebvend\u00ebsueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e nj\u00eb kombi.<\/p>\n<p>Prift\u00ebrinjt\u00eb dhe kishat u b\u00ebn\u00eb nism\u00ebtar dhe streh\u00eb e shkollimit n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. Sidomos n\u00eb shekullin e XIX kishte shkolla, por nuk m\u00ebsohej shqip. Shkrimtari yn\u00eb i madh, Ismail Kadare, na kujton se, n\u00eb vitin 1887, kur u hap shkolla e par\u00eb shqipe, shtet\u00ebrore n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri kishte 3000 shkolla, por vet\u00ebm ajo q\u00eb u hap n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb ishte n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. Natyrisht, edhe n\u00eb Konferenc\u00eb, por edhe n\u00eb botimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin pa flasim jemi p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb territorin e Dukagjinit t\u00eb sot\u00ebm. N\u00eb mesjet\u00eb Pulti kishte nj\u00eb shtrirje shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe se sa \u00ebsht\u00eb sot Dukagjini. \u00cbsht\u00eb me vend t\u00eb njohim dhe t\u00eb vler\u00ebsojm\u00eb shum\u00eb pun\u00ebn q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb kishat dhe prift\u00ebrinjt\u00eb n\u00eb krahin\u00ebn ton\u00eb, por edhe kudo, ndon\u00ebse n\u00ebn presion t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm, ruajt\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebrhapin gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. Un\u00eb mendoj se duhet vler\u00ebsuar qofshin shkollat shtet\u00ebrore, qofshin ato private q\u00eb u vun\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe dhe kultur\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare. Pran\u00eb \u00e7do kishe kishte grupe t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebsh dhe rinjsh e t\u00eb rejash q\u00eb m\u00ebsonin k\u00ebng\u00eb, dhe kryenin veprimtari kulturore pran\u00eb kish\u00ebs n\u00eb dit\u00eb festash dhe t\u00eb kremtesh. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto b\u00ebheshin n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, n\u00eb ato famulli q\u00eb famullitari ishte shqiptar ose dinte gjuhen shqipe. M\u00ebsimi i k\u00ebng\u00ebve b\u00ebhej p\u00ebrmend\u00ebsh, jo se shkruheshin, pasi nuk dinin shkrim e k\u00ebndim. Natyrisht kjo nuk ishte shkoll\u00eb, por ishte nj\u00eb ndihm\u00eb e madhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur gjuh\u00ebn shqipe nga ndikimet apo veprimet e pushtuesve t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb pranishme edhe n\u00eb jet\u00ebn kulturore t\u00eb famullis\u00eb, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cilave vinte te veshi dhe mendjen e d\u00ebgjuesve nga ata q\u00eb k\u00ebndonin apo recitonin, gjuha shqipe m\u00eb \u00ebmb\u00ebl, m\u00eb bukur, q\u00eb rriste dashurin\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn por edhe p\u00ebr atdheun, tok\u00ebn e t\u00eb par\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Mbas \u00e7lirimit t\u00eb vendit u b\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, q\u00eb quhet \u201cLufta kund\u00ebr analfabetizmit\u201d edhe ju e keni pag\u00ebzuar k\u00ebshtu. Pse u publikua aq shum\u00eb kjo nis\u00ebm sa edhe sot p\u00ebrmendet, madje m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb si nj\u00eb arritje e madhe dhe e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb dhe puna e atyre m\u00ebsuesve dhe drejtuesve t\u00eb kurseve q\u00eb u vun\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj pune? Cilat ishin shkaqet, kur n\u00eb zon\u00ebn ton\u00eb shkollat shtet\u00ebrore u hap\u00ebn q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1917 dhe nuk duhet t\u00eb kish analfabet?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, dhe, si pjes\u00eb e saj edhe Dukagjinin, e gjeti \u00e7lirimi i vendit me nj\u00eb analfabetiz\u00ebm t\u00eb pashembullt n\u00eb Ballkan dhe Europ\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjendje e kishin l\u00ebn\u00eb regjimet q\u00eb kaluan mbi truallin shqiptar. Dukagjini, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb, kishte kat\u00ebr shkolla fillore, me 168 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs, ku jepnin m\u00ebsim kat\u00ebr m\u00ebsues. Koha k\u00ebrkonte q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb dinin t\u00eb shkruan dhe t\u00eb lexonin, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn. Qysh n\u00eb vitin 1941, Prof. Kol\u00eb Prela, i pushkatuar pak vite pas \u00e7lirimit nga regjimi q\u00eb u vendos n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, e quante analfabetizmin d\u00ebm p\u00ebr njeriun dhe kombin, dhe shtonte: \u201cAnmiku m\u00eb i madh i analfabetizmit asht shkolla \u2026 Dije o shqiptar, se nj\u00eb analfabet s\u2019ka pse pret drit\u00eb ma fort se i verbti t\u00eb pam\u00ebt \u2026 shkolla asht lumnia, ndera e trimnia e nj\u00eb kombi\u201d. Duheshin kurse kund\u00ebr analfabetizmit, q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb m\u00ebsonin shkrim e k\u00ebndim, t\u00eb vihej n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje rrota e historis\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb dituri. Natyrisht nuk kishte ndonj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb lart\u00eb shkencor, por t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn t\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitonin p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkruar dhe lexuar. Shtat\u00eb muaj pas \u00e7lirimit filluan kurset kund\u00ebr analfabetizmit n\u00eb Dukagjin. Gazeta \u201cKoha e Re\u201d e cila dilte n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, shkruan n\u00eb korrik 1945 se filluan kurset kund\u00ebr analfabetizmit n\u00eb Dukagjin. Fillimisht kurset u vendos\u00ebn pran\u00eb shkollave ku ishin t\u00eb hapura, por dal\u00ebngadal\u00eb u shtrin\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha territorin. Ishte sanksionuar me ligj q\u00eb i detyronte shtetasit deri n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 40 vje\u00e7 t\u00eb m\u00ebsonin shkrim e k\u00ebndim. Pati jo pak v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi, n\u00eb baz\u00eb materiale, n\u00eb munges\u00ebn e drejtuesve t\u00eb kurseve, n\u00eb koncepte frenuese, n\u00eb larg\u00ebsin\u00eb e qendrave t\u00eb kurseve nga sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e banor\u00ebve, kushtet e pun\u00ebs n\u00eb bujq\u00ebsi e blegtori q\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsonin pjes\u00ebmarrjen e kursist\u00ebve, etj. N\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjen n\u00eb kurse u tregua kujdes i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshirjen e vajzave dhe grave. Drejtuesit e kurseve kishin njohuri p\u00ebr shkrim, k\u00ebndim dhe pak matematik\u00eb. N\u00eb n\u00ebntor 1946 \u2013 mars 1947 kishte 550 kursist\u00eb midis tyre 300 gra e vajza. K\u00ebtu pa flasim p\u00ebr Dukagjinin, por nj\u00eb pun\u00eb e till\u00eb u b\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb territorin e vendit. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur edhe ish Ministri i Arsimit t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, Thoma Deljana. Sipas dokumenteve t\u00eb gjetura n\u00eb Arkivin e Shtetit, n\u00eb qershor t\u00eb vitit 1948 kishte 31 kurse ku p\u00ebrfshiheshin 489 pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs, midis t\u00eb cil\u00ebve 355 ishin gra dhe vajza. \u00cbsht\u00eb vendi t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet se kurset kund\u00ebr analfabetizmit ishte p\u00ebrpjekja e par\u00eb dhe shum\u00eb serioze edhe p\u00ebr emancipimin e grave e vajzave, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, krahas emancipimit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, t\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie q\u00eb vinte nga nj\u00eb e kaluar shum\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha drejtimet.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithsesi, u b\u00eb nj\u00eb pun\u00eb shum\u00eb e madhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, sepse shkollimi jo vet\u00ebm do t\u00eb krijonte mund\u00ebsi shkrimi e leximi, por sillte edhe emancipim t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Prej k\u00ebtyre kurseve dol\u00ebn kuadrot e para, q\u00eb m\u00eb kalimin e koh\u00ebs e rriten nivelin e tyre arsimor n\u00ebp\u00ebr shkollat pa shk\u00ebputje nga puna. Zhdukja e analfabetizmit u konfirmua zyrtarisht n\u00eb vitin 1956, por lufta kund\u00ebr tij vazhdoi dhe duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00ebn kujdes edhe sot. E them k\u00ebt\u00eb sepse nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit q\u00eb braktisin shkoll\u00ebn e detyrueshme pa e p\u00ebrfunduar, jan\u00eb kontingjent p\u00ebr analfabet, sepse n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e rasteve, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, e braktisin shkoll\u00ebn nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit me p\u00ebrparim t\u00eb dob\u00ebt. Raste braktisje ka edhe n\u00eb Dukagjin, t\u00eb njohura zyrtarisht. Kjo duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb objekt hulumtimi dhe korrigjimi, kryesisht nga shkollat prej t\u00eb cilave jan\u00eb larguar. E kam trajtuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb n\u00ebnkapitull p\u00ebr vet\u00eb pun\u00ebn e madhe q\u00eb u b\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar dhe p\u00ebrhapur shkrimin dhe k\u00ebndimin n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. Ishe nj\u00eb masivitet q\u00eb meritonte v\u00ebmendje si vler\u00ebsim i pun\u00ebs s\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb, por edhe si nj\u00eb histori q\u00eb duhej treguar brezave.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb se filloj hapja e shkollave n\u00eb vitin 1917, por ishte koh\u00eb turbullirash politiko-ushtarake, dikush hynte n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri e dikush dilte, brenda vendit nuk kishte stabilitet n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politiko shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb vendit, qeverit\u00eb q\u00eb erdh\u00ebn n\u00eb fuqi pas Kongresit t\u00eb Lushnjes nuk u treguan t\u00eb interesuara q\u00eb t\u00eb ndihmonte mal\u00ebsor\u00ebt dukagjinas q\u00eb t\u00eb forconin dhe p\u00ebrhapnin shkollat e pun\u00ebn e tyre. I nderuar Luigj, ju ndaleni n\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb me titull \u201cArsimi n\u00eb Dukagjin n\u00eb vitet 1945-1990\u201d. U ngrit\u00ebn konvikte p\u00ebr grumbullimin e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve p\u00ebr tu krijuar mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e shkollimit n\u00eb nj\u00eb cik\u00ebl m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb. I pari konvikt u hap n\u00eb Xhan t\u00eb Pultit n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin e strehuan nj\u00ebqind nx\u00ebn\u00ebs nga gjith\u00eb Dukagjini por edhe nga Nikaj-M\u00ebrturi, n\u00eb vitin 1946. N\u00eb fundin e viteve \u201960 u ngrit\u00ebn konvikte n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat strehoheshin nx\u00ebn\u00ebs nga lagje apo fshatra n\u00eb distanc\u00eb t\u00eb konsiderueshme q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb vazhdonin shkoll\u00ebn 8 vje\u00e7are nga sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tyre. Konvikte u nd\u00ebrtuan n\u00eb Theth, Plan dhe Palaj-Shosh. Kjo vinte se ishin nd\u00ebrtuar shkollat e reja n\u00eb qendra t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, fillimisht, sepse nuk kishte mund\u00ebsi ekonomike p\u00ebr ti nd\u00ebrtuar t\u00eb gjitha nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh. Konviktet ndihmuan q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit q\u00eb mbaronin shkoll\u00ebn fillore t\u00eb mund t\u00eb vazhdonin shkoll\u00ebn 8 vje\u00e7are. Konviktet vijuan deri sa u nd\u00ebrtuan shkolla n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb territorin, t\u00eb cilat krijuan mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e vijimit t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs 8 vje\u00e7are t\u00eb gjith\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit nga sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitet \u201980 filluan t\u00eb ngrihen klasat kabinet, dhe nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit l\u00ebviznin sipas orarit nga klasa n\u00eb klasa. Syt\u00eb u drejtuan te shkollat e mesme. N\u00eb vitin 1973 hapet e para shkoll\u00eb e mesme bujq\u00ebsore n\u00eb Breglumi-Shal\u00eb me konvikt. Kat\u00ebr vite me par\u00eb kishte filluar shkolla e mesme bujq\u00ebsore pa shk\u00ebputje nga puna. M\u00ebsimi zhvillohej pasdite von\u00eb, pasi mund t\u00eb linin pun\u00ebn, por edhe m\u00ebsuesit t\u00eb ishin t\u00eb lir\u00eb nga puna m\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e dit\u00ebs t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs 8 vje\u00e7are. M\u00ebsimi jepej nga m\u00ebsues t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs 8 vje\u00e7are sepse ishin t\u00eb gjith\u00eb me arsim t\u00eb lart\u00eb, por plot\u00ebsoheshin edhe nga kuadrot specialist t\u00eb kooperativ\u00ebs bujq\u00ebsore apo t\u00eb aparatit t\u00eb Komitetit Ekzekutiv t\u00eb Lokalitetit. T\u00eb b\u00ebn p\u00ebrshtypje, q\u00eb megjith\u00ebse hapej nj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb nga m\u00eb t\u00eb thellat n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, me nj\u00eb prapambetje t\u00eb madhe arsimore, dhe q\u00eb ishte e para n\u00eb zona t\u00eb tilla, shtypi lokal q\u00eb dilte n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb shkroi plot 112 fjal\u00eb ??!!<\/p>\n<p>Shkollat e mesme filluan t\u00eb hapen edhe n\u00eb zona t\u00eb tjera si n\u00eb Shllak, e disa vite me von\u00eb, n\u00eb Theth, Pog, dhe Ndreaj-Shosh. Mor\u00ebn arsim t\u00eb mes\u00ebm qindra nx\u00ebn\u00ebs, nga k\u00ebto shkolla, shkuan n\u00eb shkollat e larta dhjet\u00ebra student q\u00eb u diplomuan mjek, ushtarak, agronom, ekonomist, m\u00ebsues, etj. Hapja e shkollave t\u00eb mesme i dha gjall\u00ebri dhe shtys\u00eb pozitive, t\u00eb fuqishme, gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebs n\u00eb Dukagjin.<\/p>\n<p>Shum\u00eb nga k\u00ebta nx\u00ebn\u00ebs u b\u00ebn\u00eb drejtues n\u00eb ekonomi e administrat\u00ebn shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, por mund dhe duhej m\u00eb shum\u00eb. Njer\u00ebzit po shkolloheshin, por me gjith\u00eb arritjet, gjithsesi nuk ishte n\u00eb nivelin e duhur dhe t\u00eb mundur t\u00ebrheqja e tyre n\u00eb drejtim, n\u00eb strukturat drejtuese, sidomos n\u00eb baz\u00eb. Drejtuesit e koh\u00ebs, natyrisht kishin fituar nj\u00eb far\u00eb p\u00ebrvoje, kishin b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe pun\u00eb t\u00eb mira, por, p\u00ebrpiqeshin t\u00eb justifikoheshin me propagand\u00ebn e politik\u00ebs s\u00eb koh\u00ebs, dhe patriotizmin q\u00eb manifestonin, por kjo nuk mjaftonte. Kjo vinte edhe pse nuk kuptohej nga shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz n\u00eb ato vendet ku \u201cziente kazani\u201d, ku diskutohej programohej dhe p\u00ebrgatitej gjith\u00e7ka p\u00ebr n\u00eb popull, por edhe ata q\u00eb e kuptonin se duheshin njer\u00ebz t\u00eb shkolluar, duket se b\u00ebnin sikur nuk e kuptonin, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur karriget apo ndonj\u00eb privilegj moral apo material q\u00eb kishin z\u00ebn\u00eb. Prandaj kishte rezistenc\u00eb jo t\u00eb vog\u00ebl p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb ata q\u00eb kishin m\u00eb shum\u00eb shkoll\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e fshatit apo krahin\u00ebs. Kjo pa tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb solli ngadal\u00ebsi n\u00eb jet\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore e n\u00eb zhvillim. Q\u00ebndrime t\u00eb tilla nuk ndodh\u00ebn vet\u00ebm me ata q\u00eb mbaronin shkoll\u00ebn 8 vje\u00e7are, por po vazhdonte edhe me ata q\u00eb mbaronin shkoll\u00ebn e mesme, caktoheshin brigadier n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb qoshe n\u00eb bujq\u00ebsi apo blegtori, ndihm\u00ebs llogaritar ku shefi ishte me shkoll\u00eb 8 vje\u00e7are pa shk\u00ebputje nga puna, apo n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb vend tjet\u00ebr. Por edhe shikoheshin me \u201ckujdes\u201d q\u00eb ti \u201cedukonin\u201d. Po t\u00eb futej m\u00eb shum\u00eb shkolla n\u00eb jet\u00ebn shoq\u00ebrore, pa tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb do t\u00eb kishte edhe me shum\u00eb zhvillim, m\u00eb shum\u00eb kultur\u00eb, m\u00eb shum\u00eb e m\u00eb shpejt emancipim t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. I dashur Luigj, sa \u00ebsht\u00eb interesant\u00eb pjesa e par\u00eb \u201cArsimi n\u00eb Dukagjin n\u00eb vitet 1945-1990, jo m\u00eb pak interesante \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe pjesa e dyt\u00eb \u201cJeta Kulturore Artistike n\u00eb Dukagjin\u201d! Pse vjen pas e dyta dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb vendin e par\u00eb kjo pjes\u00eb e librit, pasi kultura popullore ka qen\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb e hershme, madje q\u00eb me lindjen e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb njer\u00ebzore e organizuar n\u00eb grup, e organizuar n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsi?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Po, kultura \u00ebsht\u00eb e vjet\u00ebr sa vet\u00eb jeta q\u00eb nga shfaqja e njeriu t\u00eb ditur n\u00eb tok\u00eb. Mandej \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb far\u00eb tradite q\u00eb kur flitet p\u00ebr k\u00ebto dy deg\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb trungu, vazhdimisht thuhet \u201carsimi dhe kultura\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Me fillimin e hapjes s\u00eb shkollave, edhe kultura mori nj\u00eb drejtim m\u00eb t\u00eb kualifikuar, u ndje puna e tyre. Por duhet theksuar se, pas \u00e7lirimit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ashtu si edhe vet\u00eb shkolla, edhe puna kulturore u vu mbi baza m\u00eb shkencore, m\u00eb e organizuar, m\u00eb masive, m\u00eb e kualifikuar, gj\u00eb q\u00eb \u00e7oj n\u00eb nj\u00eb hop t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb saj, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera edhe me veprimtari kulturore artistike t\u00eb cilat shk\u00eblqyen n\u00eb shum\u00eb veprimtari lokale e komb\u00ebtare. Kjo, tradit\u00eb tashm\u00eb po vazhdon edhe sot e duhet t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb edhe n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen.
