N\u00eb gam\u00ebn e gjer\u00eb t\u00eb botimeve nuk kan\u00eb munguar edhe ata nga fusha e publicistik\u00ebs duke sjellur risi n\u00eb trajtimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse sidomos mbi pozit\u00ebn e statusin e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis.<\/p>\n<p>Pas librit t\u00eb par\u00eb \u201cDiaspora dhe vendlindja\u201d botuar n\u00eb vitin 2011, koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb Xheladin Zeneli i paraqitet opinionit me librin me t\u00eb ri \u201cShqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi-popull i rrezikuar\u201d. Kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhje t\u00eb artikujve publicistik\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat autori i ka shkruar dhe botuar viteve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb mediat e shkruara apo portalet e rrjet\u00ebve sociale.<\/p>\n<p>Vet titulli i k\u00ebtij botimi \u00ebsht\u00eb intrigues p\u00ebr lexuesin sepse kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb kryesisht me pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e popullit shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb sfiduar rrethanat shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb koh\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbijetuar n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e tyre etnogjeografike. Dhe nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e till\u00eb vazhdimisht ka qen\u00eb dhe mbetet preokupuese p\u00ebr studiues profileve t\u00eb ndryshme, ku nuk mungojn\u00eb botimet edhe nga fusha e publicistik\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ndon\u00ebse i larguar nga vendlindja ai nuk ka qen\u00eb statist sepse interesimi i autorit p\u00ebr pozit\u00ebn dhe statusin e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi ka vazhduar edhe n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht n\u00eb Nju Jork n\u00eb mjedisin e ri ku \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 1991. Nj\u00eb veprim i till\u00eb paraqet rast t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr diaspor\u00ebn por nuk ka si t\u00eb jet\u00eb ndryshe sepse kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb person me qasje intelektuale, andaj edhe artikujt, analizat dhe komentet e publikuara n\u00eb mediat e shkruara apo portalet e ndryshme, d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb seriozitetin dhe shqet\u00ebsimin e vazhduesh\u00ebm, \u00e7\u00ebshtje kjo preokupuese p\u00ebr autorin e k\u00ebtij libri.<\/p>\n<p>Qasja e autorit \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00ebdimensionale sepse vet\u00ebm si e till\u00eb mund t\u00eb trajtohet \u00e7\u00ebshtja shqiptare n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi edhe n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e pluralizmit. Pa mohuar t\u00eb arriturat t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb pothuaj kozmetike, autori trajton identitetin e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb aspektin arsimor, kulturor, informativ e ate politik. Jan\u00eb k\u00ebto fusha t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb shkruhet gjat\u00eb dhe me argumente, q\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb p\u00ebr pozit\u00ebn dhe statusin e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi.<\/p>\n<p>Si rrall\u00eb kush deri m\u00eb tash autori n\u00eb disa tekste thekson Deklarat\u00ebn p\u00ebr Drejtat e Popujve Autokton e miratuar nga Organizata e Komb\u00ebve t\u00eb Bashkuara, \u00e7\u00ebshtje kjo e cila nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00eb shqyrtim asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nga asnj\u00eb parti politike nacionale te shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. E dh\u00ebna s\u00eb nj\u00eb Deklarat\u00eb e till\u00eb vlen vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr n\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt si popull autokton n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, ka pesh\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, andaj meriton analiz\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb obligative edhe p\u00ebr Malin e Zi. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr duke e marr\u00eb parasysh se ne shqiptar\u00ebt jemi i vet\u00ebm popull me p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsi jo sllave, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb argument plus, q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt k\u00ebtu duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb tretman t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, si qytetar\u00ebt e nj\u00eb vendi multinacional e multigjuh\u00ebsor, por me specifikat e veta komb\u00ebtare. Nj\u00eb veprim i till\u00eb, do t\u00eb ishte dig\u00eb qasjeve mohuese t\u00eb qeverive n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, si n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona, sepse ka tendenca t\u00eb asimilimit komb\u00ebtar dhe t\u00eb atij politik.<\/p>\n<p>Duke lexuar artikujt e ndrysh\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr, del qart\u00eb shqet\u00ebsimi i autorit n\u00eb aspektin politik, ku shqiptar\u00ebt me nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb vog\u00ebl banor\u00ebsh kan\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb madh t\u00eb subjekt\u00ebve politike, t\u00eb cilat gjoja jan\u00eb formuar p\u00ebr avancimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes shqiptare n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend. Nd\u00ebrsa pas tyre viteve n\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm, \u00e7do gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb transparente dhe e qart\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do kend, se disa subjekte politike jan\u00eb formuar p\u00ebr interesa t\u00eb ngushta personale e klanore, q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb favor t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. Nd\u00ebrsa mungesa e nj\u00eb platforme t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt politike p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet jetike n\u00eb nivel shteti \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e munges\u00ebs s\u00eb seriozitetit ndaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjes shqiptare n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis. Andaj, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr tu \u00e7uditur s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb zgjedhjet shtet\u00ebrore dalin jo t\u00eb unifikuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb list\u00eb zgjedhore, por n\u00eb disa t\u00eb tilla, nga del se kemi rezultate d\u00ebshpruese, pa p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim dinjitoz n\u00eb parlamentin e Malit t\u00eb Zi.<\/p>\n<p>Autori po ashtu trajton edhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtarizimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes shqiptare n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb kontakteve me personalitete t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb jet\u00ebs politike n\u00eb SHBA, \u00e7\u00ebshtje kjo e cila ka nj\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi, duke filluar me kryetarin e Lig\u00ebs Qytetare Shqiptaro-Amerikane z.Joseph Dioguardin, por edhe kongresmen e senator t\u00eb nderuar t\u00eb senatit e kongresit amerikan. Duhet cekur me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast d\u00ebshmin\u00eb n\u00eb Kongresin Amerikan me 30 tetor 2003, t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr nga kongresmeni dhe miku i shqiptar\u00ebve Tom Lantos, ku fol\u00ebs ishim tre shqiptar\u00eb nga Mali i Zi.
