P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vrasje \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar shum\u00eb, jan\u00eb hedhur dyshime e akuza, hamend\u00ebsime e \u201cindicia\u201d, por e v\u00ebrteta e kulluar nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb zbardhur dhe vazhdon t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb peng politik\u00ebn dhe drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb halleshum\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi.<\/p>\n<p>Duke tentuar t\u00eb mbronte Azemin, at\u00eb dit\u00eb tragjike, mbeti p\u00ebrjet\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb vend krimi pa alibi dhe nj\u00eb djal\u00eb i ri dibran, shoq\u00ebruesi i tribunit historik, bestari sypish\u00eb e zem\u00ebrtufan, <strong>Besim \u00c7era<\/strong>, \u201c<em>D\u00ebshmor i Demokracis\u00eb<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Shtypi, mediat, tribunat e keqp\u00ebrdorura politike, shum\u00eb pak kan\u00eb shkruar e folur p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb djalosh, q\u00eb shkoi me vet\u00ebdije t\u00eb plot\u00eb drejt nj\u00eb vdekje t\u00eb paralajm\u00ebruar, n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb bes\u00ebs s\u00eb mal\u00ebsorit, k\u00ebtij arketipi, q\u00eb ka v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje q\u00ebndrestar\u00eb dhe heronj, n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha koh\u00ebt e shqiptaris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Po kush ishte Besim \u00c7era dhe \u00e7far\u00eb e shtyu at\u00eb drejt k\u00ebtij akti t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm sakrifice sublime?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bir i nj\u00eb familje intelektuale, ku babai, Xhemali ishte nj\u00eb m\u00ebsues i nderuar n\u00eb trev\u00ebn dibrane t\u00eb Uj\u00eb e m\u2019Uj\u00ebs, Besimi u formua si karakter n\u00eb nj\u00eb mjedis arsmidash\u00ebs, por q\u00eb nuk qe n\u00eb unison me dogmat e regjimit diktatorial komunist. Ai u edukua me od\u00ebn e burrave fisnik\u00eb t\u00eb \u00c7erave, me b\u00ebmat e st\u00ebrgjyshit t\u00eb tij epokal, Ali \u00c7era, q\u00eb qe shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb prij\u00ebs popullor n\u00eb luft\u00ebrat q\u00ebndrestare t\u00eb Uj\u00eb e m\u2019Uj\u00ebs kund\u00ebr hordhive t\u00eb huaja, ngado q\u00eb vinin.<\/p>\n<p>Besimi kishte nj\u00eb karakter t\u00eb fort\u00eb, besnik, modest, fisnik, i p\u00ebrkushtuar n\u00eb pun\u00eb, demokrat i or\u00ebve t\u00eb para dhe antikonformist, i edukuar me virtytet m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb asaj dere dhe t\u00eb asaj treve q\u00ebndrestare, ku n\u00eb kandarin e burr\u00ebris\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se fjal\u00ebt, sh\u00ebmb\u00eblltyrat e mefatorat e gjetura, peshojn\u00eb aktet dhe veprat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Besim \u00c7era\" src=\"https:\/\/fjala.info\/2019\/besim_cera.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"660\" border=\"0\" \/><em>Besim \u00c7era &#8211; Me rastin e 21 vjetorit t\u00eb vrasjes<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I v\u00ebllai, Hydajeti, q\u00eb jeton familjarisht n\u00eb Belgjik\u00eb, m\u00eb i vogli nd\u00ebr v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit dhe motrat e Besimit, nj\u00eb ish nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi im i shk\u00eblqyer, me nj\u00eb bagazh t\u00eb lakmuesh\u00ebm intelektual, kulturologjik dhe formim model njer\u00ebzor, rr\u00ebfen: \u201c<em>N\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb, fal\u00eb babait m\u00ebsues, ardhur nga shkolla e famshmja pedagogjike, Normalja e Elbasanit dhe kush\u00ebririt ton\u00eb Teki \u00c7era, q\u00eb pati mbaruar shk\u00eblqyesh\u00ebm Fakultetin gjuh\u00eb-let\u00ebrsi, organizoheshim ne f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e t\u00eb njejtit oborr, n\u00eb \u201cqendr\u00ebn kulturore t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve\u201d t\u00eb familjes, q\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb sajim i gjetur p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e kufizuara t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, n\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00eb, recitime, konkurse librash dhe deri pjes\u00eb t\u00eb vogla teatrale. P\u00ebr recitim fitonte mot\u00ebr Kumria, n\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00eb mot\u00ebr Bademja, librat qen\u00eb fusha ime. N\u00eb teatrin e organizuar brenda oborrit familjar, skenari kishte nj\u00eb p\u00ebrballje mes partizan\u00ebve dhe gjerman\u00ebve.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Sipas mentalitetit t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, t\u00eb fark\u00ebtuar n\u00eb \u00e7do sektor dhe qeliz\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00ebs, propaganda na b\u00ebnte t\u00eb vraponim pas personazheve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs partizane. Kur xhaxha Tekiu na pyeti se kush do t\u00eb luante \u201cgjermanin\u201d, ne refuzuam. Vet\u00ebm Besimi doli pak p\u00ebrpara dhe tha: \u201cUn\u00eb po e luaj gjermanin, m\u00eb p\u00eblqen v\u00ebrtet ky rol\u201d. Xhaxhi Tekiu, me at\u00eb qeshjen karakteristike, q\u00eb nuk i hiqej nga buza, ia b\u00ebri: \u201cTi gjerman?!\u201d Sikur deshi t\u2019i thoshte se ata qen\u00eb \u201carmiqt\u00eb\u201d apo di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb mbetur pezull n\u00eb cepat e buz\u00ebve t\u00eb tij. \u201cPo, un\u00eb do t\u00eb luaj gjeramnin, foli i qet\u00eb Besimi. Lala Llan (Llani ishte xhaxhai yn\u00eb), m\u00eb ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se gjerman\u00ebt ishin trima, ku pyesnin ata!<\/em>\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Xhaxha Tekiu hodhi syt\u00eb rreth e rrotull, na v\u00ebshtroi t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve me radh\u00eb dhe, p\u00ebr \u00e7udi, jo vet\u00ebm nuk e qortoi v\u00ebllain ton\u00eb, por shp\u00ebrtheu n\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb qeshur injektuese, q\u00eb na p\u00ebrfshiu t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve. N\u00eb sken\u00eb Besimi ishte m\u00eb i miri nd\u00ebr ne, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht personazhin e gjermanit e qante, vet\u00ebm se dilte nga skema e realizmit socialist, q\u00eb i paraqiste armiqt\u00eb me defekte shpirt\u00ebrore dhe cene nga m\u00eb banalet; \u201cgjermani\u201d, q\u00eb ai luante, ishte stoik dhe i vendosur n\u00eb kauz\u00ebn e tij!&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb pa koh\u00eb, shkollimi i mes\u00ebm ishte e vetmja mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb iu jepej f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb atyre familjeve dhe shtresave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb q\u00eb konsiderohehsin me \u201cnjoll\u00eb n\u00eb biografi\u201d dhe q\u00eb mbaheshin n\u00ebn karantin\u00ebn e nj\u00eb mbikqyrje t\u00eb rrept\u00eb. U desh r\u00ebnia e atij sistemi mizor q\u00eb Besimi t\u00eb vazhdonte studimet e larta, duke mbaruar Fakultetin e Veterinaris\u00eb, ku mbante titullin e Doktorit t\u00eb Shkenacave.<\/p>\n<p>Besimi u thirr n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimin e detyuesh\u00ebm ushtarak dhe fal\u00eb shpirtit q\u00ebndrestar e t\u00eb paepur, fizikut t\u00eb fort\u00eb dhe ndryshimeve, q\u00eb e gjet\u00ebn n\u00eb kulmin e mosh\u00ebs, nisi pun\u00eb n\u00eb Forcat Speciale dhe n\u00eb momentin e pushimit nga puna ishte pjes\u00eb e repartit special t\u00eb Briskut.<\/p>\n<p>Bashk\u00eb me kolegun dhe shokun e pun\u00ebs, z. Pulaj, kund\u00ebrshtuan p\u00ebrdorimin e dhun\u00ebs ndaj koleg\u00ebve t\u00eb komisariatit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kund\u00ebrshtuan dor\u00ebzimin e arm\u00ebve, n\u00eb janar 1998. Gjith\u00eb reparti i Briskut ishte p\u00ebr mosp\u00ebrplasje, por vet\u00ebm Besimi dhe z. Pulaj e mbajt\u00ebn fjal\u00ebn deri n\u00eb fund. Me koleg\u00eb t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs kishin kaluar t\u00eb mirat e t\u00eb k\u00ebqijat, v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe sfidat, kur qeveria e rebelimit i vuri n\u00eb p\u00ebrballje t\u00eb dhimbshme, q\u00eb i tejkalonin caqet e sensibilitetit njer\u00ebzor..<\/p>\n<p>Pran\u00eb Azemit e afroi ish kolegu Gjoni, pasi k\u00ebtij t\u00eb fundit, Azem Hajdari, i kishte k\u00ebrkuar nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrues trim e besnik, p\u00ebr ato situata t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira politike, q\u00eb po kalonte lideri historik, ashtu si gjith\u00eb pjesa opozitare e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb koh\u00ebs, n\u00eb p\u00ebrballje me falangat dhe mbetjet e regjimit diktatorial. Pran\u00eb Azemit, Besimi u poq akoma m\u00eb shum\u00eb, u b\u00eb m\u00eb i fort\u00eb fizkisht e shpirt\u00ebrisht dhe m\u00eb i vet\u00ebdijshem p\u00ebr misionin e v\u00ebshtitr\u00eb t\u00eb mbrojtjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb lideri emblematik. Azemi e donte dhe e \u00e7monte p\u00ebr guximin, kuraj\u00ebn dhe \u00e7ilt\u00ebrsin\u00eb, p\u00ebr gadishm\u00ebrin\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr t\u2019iu gjendur n\u00eb krah dhe n\u00eb ball\u00eb liderit simbol t\u00eb nj\u00eb kohe traumatike, n\u00eb \u00e7do rrethan\u00eb, sado e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb dhe komplekse q\u00eb t\u00eb ishte ajo\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Dhe mbeti p\u00ebrjet\u00eb atje, para selis\u00eb s\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike, at\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb larg\u00ebt shtatori, atje, n\u00eb at\u00eb p\u00ebrballje me bot\u00ebn e krimit t\u00eb organizuar dhe mafien politike, q\u00eb duke vrar\u00eb Azemin, k\u00ebrkonte t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjunjte rezistenc\u00ebn e liris\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00eb populli t\u00eb kalvarizuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb absurd t\u00eb pafund, koh\u00ebsh t\u00eb trishta, n\u00ebp\u00ebr zgafella t\u00eb err\u00ebta t\u00eb kobit historik.<\/p>\n<p>Emrin e tij nuk e mban asnj\u00eb rrug\u00eb, asnj\u00eb shesh, asnj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, asnj\u00eb institucion, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebto jan\u00eb mbushur d\u00ebng me mjaft emra njer\u00ebzish anonim\u00eb, q\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga hi\u00e7i dhe nuk shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb askund.
