Lugina e Preshev\u00ebs aspiron edhe sot, Bashkimin me Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, pjes\u00eb e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs ishim deri m\u00eb 1945, e q\u00eb p\u00ebrdhuni p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar p\u00ebrb\u00ebrjen etnike Shqip\u00ebtare, u b\u00ebn\u00eb ndarje t\u00eb tilla. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs, e shikojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb si opsionin e vet\u00ebm, duke mos pasur asnj\u00eb opsion alternativ.<\/p>\n

Koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit, ngjarjet n\u00eb rajon e m\u00eb larg jan\u00eb duke u zhvilluar me shpejt\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe se m\u00eb par\u00eb. Padyshim ngjarjet e tilla shkaku i lidhjeve t\u00eb ndryshme reflektohen edhe n\u00eb Lugin\u00eb t\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs. Kryesisht shohim dy ngjarje q\u00eb patjet\u00ebr reflektohen n\u00eb Lugin\u00eb t\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs, ato jan\u00eb: zgjedhjet parlamentare t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe invazioni turk n\u00eb territorin kurd t\u00eb Siris\u00eb.
\nZgjedhjet parlamentare t\u00eb parakohshme n\u00eb Republik\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, kan\u00eb patur interferim t\u00eb dyansh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n

Qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb banor\u00eb resident t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, madje edhe t\u00eb till\u00eb q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr vende t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb politizuar dhe ishin aktivizuar n\u00eb fushat\u00ebn parazgjedhore dhe zgjedhore p\u00ebr zgjedhjet parlamentare t\u00eb 06.10.2019. P\u00ebr dallim nga zgjedhjet e m\u00eb hershme, qytetar\u00ebt e Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs, n\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje kan\u00eb qen\u00eb kryesisht ithtar\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb partie politike- dhe nga duket q\u00eb kan\u00eb luajtur rrol\u00eb n\u00eb rezultatin p\u00ebrfundimtar\u00eb.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia kushtetuese dhe sipas ligjeve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, bie mbi Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, n\u00eb mbrojtjen e Shqip\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs, po t\u00eb njejt\u00ebn p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi ka edhe Republika e Kosov\u00ebs. Deri m\u00eb tash, asnj\u00eb hap relevant nuk kan\u00eb b\u00eb, nuk mund t\u00eb pritet q\u00eb as n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen t\u00eb b\u00ebhet- edhe pse shpresat e Shqip\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs paksa jan\u00eb riforcuar.<\/p>\n

Tashm\u00eb jan\u00eb dy opsione, rreth Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs: ai i presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr bashkimin e saj Kosov\u00ebs dhe opsioni i status quos alias reciprocitetit me serb\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs. Opsioni i Bashkimit me Kosov\u00ebs, i promovuar s\u00eb fundmi nga presidenti i Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb ideal dhe d\u00ebshir\u00eb e \u00e7do Shqip\u00ebtari, pra edhe t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs, por zgjedhjet e fundit d\u00ebshmuan q\u00eb as Shqip\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Lugin\u00ebs nuk e besojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb. Derisa tashm\u00eb SHBA, por edhe vende t\u00eb fuqishme t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, jan\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjedhjen p\u00ebrfundimtare t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb shekullit, at\u00eb Shqip\u00ebtaro-serbe, ne Shqip\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs, m\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm se kurr\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ngrisim z\u00ebrin p\u00ebr Bashkimin me Kosov\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Presidenti i Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nuk mund ta privatizoj e patronizoj dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsoj idealin e Shqip\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs, si\u00e7 askush tjet\u00ebr pos popullit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i denj\u00eb ta p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ideal. Por edhe mjegullimi i k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs p\u00ebr Bashkim me Kosov\u00ebn, pjes\u00eb e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs vazhdimisht ishim e q\u00eb u ndam\u00eb pas Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb II bot\u00ebrore, \u00ebsht\u00eb po aq i d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm, e mos t\u00eb flasim m\u00eb p\u00ebr reciprocitet me serb\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Lugina e Preshev\u00ebs, nuk mund n\u00eb asnj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb reciprocitet me serb\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr faktet: serb\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb kontinuitet historik dhe territorial-gjeografik, pra edhe Kosova Veriore( Zubin Potoku, Leposaviqi dhe Zve\u00e7ani) por jan\u00eb sediment kolon\u00ebsh, derisa Shqip\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs nuk jan\u00eb minoritet por shumic\u00eb n\u00eb shtrirjen e tyre territoriale-gjeografike.<\/p>\n

Influenca turke n\u00eb Lugin\u00eb t\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe sesa n\u00eb pjes\u00ebt tjera t\u00eb Trojeve Shqip\u00ebtare, krysisht p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb tre faktor\u00ebve: lidhjeve me muhaxher\u00ebt s\u00eb bashku me ndikimin serb p\u00ebr turqizimin e Shqip\u00ebtar\u00ebve dhe ndikimit t\u00eb hoxhallar\u00ebve t\u00eb Akaid\u00ebs turke.<\/p>\n

Lugina e Preshev\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb pjesa e fundit trash\u00ebgimtare e Golgot\u00ebs Shqip\u00ebtare t\u00eb Sanxhakut t\u00eb Nishit, t\u00eb viteve 1877 deri m\u00eb sot. Golgota jon\u00eb ishte me p\u00ebrmasa biblike, k\u00ebshtu e ilustrojn\u00eb shum\u00eb historian, mes tyre edhe historiani amerikan Justin McCarthy flet p\u00ebr 131.000 musliman( n\u00ebnkupto Shqip\u00ebtar) n\u00eb Sanxhakun e Nishit n\u00eb vitet 1876, derisa n\u00eb vitin 1882 kishin mbetur 12.000 t\u00eb till\u00eb. Pas vitit 1912, me pushtimin serb t\u00eb Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs, Shqip\u00ebtar\u00ebt e k\u00ebsaj ane, u p\u00ebrball\u00ebn me asimilimin, muslimanizimin, boshnjak\u00ebzimin, turqizimin, me t\u00eb cilat edhe sot p\u00ebrballen. Shp\u00ebrnguljet edhe gjat\u00eb viteve 1912-1914, t\u00eb rreth 500.000 Shqip\u00ebtar, gjat\u00eb viteve 1923 deri n\u00eb Luft\u00ebn e II Bot\u00ebrore mbi 300.000, n\u00eb vitet 1953-1956 mbi 530.000 Shqip\u00ebtar p\u00ebr n\u00eb Turqi, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e tyre ishin edhe nga Lugina e Preshev\u00ebs, n\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb. Kjo ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb edhe sot, Muhaxher\u00ebt t\u00eb ken\u00eb lidhje farefisnore me farefisin e tyre n\u00eb Lugin\u00eb t\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Madje analizuar m\u00eb n\u00eb detaje, shumica e tyre jan\u00eb ith\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Taip Erdoganit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e reflektojn\u00eb edhe farefisi i tyre n\u00eb Lugin\u00eb t\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs. Prandaj si lidhjet farefisnore ashtu edhe ndikimi i q\u00ebllimsh\u00ebm i Serbis\u00eb, q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs, edhe sot t\u00eb orientohen drejt lindjes-Turqis\u00eb, si\u00e7 ishim orientuar gjat\u00eb viteve 1877-1908, prej nga Serbia fitoi territor nga ne Shqip\u00ebtar\u00ebt, ashtu edhe m\u00eb pas fitoi asimilim dhe shp\u00ebrngulje t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebtar\u00ebve p\u00ebr n\u00eb Turqi, jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb interesin e saj. Derisa n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim Institucionet e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb shurdh\u00ebra. Derisa ndikimi i hoxhallar\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt predikojn\u00eb Akaid\u00ebn turke t\u00eb besimit islam, ende reflektojn\u00eb dhe ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb shtimin e influenc\u00ebs Erdoganiste n\u00eb Lugin\u00eb t\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

S\u00eb fundmi me invazionin turk, n\u00eb Sirin\u00eb veriore, n\u00eb tokat etnike Kurde, reflektoi edhe n\u00eb Lugin\u00eb t\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs, por edhe tek Shqip\u00ebtar\u00ebt n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut, troje k\u00ebto ku \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb evident influenca turke. Reagimi i ashp\u00ebr i bot\u00ebs demokratike, kryesisht SHBA-s\u00eb, Gjermanis\u00eb, Franc\u00ebs, Britanis\u00eb, Izraelit, nuk u shoq\u00ebru edhe nga reagimi i z\u00ebsh\u00ebm i politik\u00ebs ton\u00eb Shqip\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

Andaj Shqip\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs, duhet t\u00eb vazhdojm\u00eb edhe sot, kur situata \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb dobi ton\u00ebn, q\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb asipirat\u00ebn p\u00ebr Bashkim me Kosov\u00ebn, si zgjedhje definitive e problemit Shqip\u00ebtaro-serb. \u00c7do zgjedhje tjet\u00ebr, vet\u00ebm do ishte n\u00eb interes t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb \u201cngrij\u00eb problemin\u201d p\u00ebr ta rihapur kur situata t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb favor t\u00eb saj. Bashkimi i Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs me Kosov\u00ebn, do i jepte fund edhe shum\u00eb ndikimeve tjera, qoft\u00eb atij turk mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00eb, qoft\u00eb edhe ndikimit serb n\u00eb asimilimin e Shqip\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ane.<\/p>\n
