I p\u00ebrgjigjem un\u00eb me nj\u00eb koment:<\/p>\n

Arben \u00c7okaj<\/strong>: Se Ballkani \u00ebsht\u00eb quajtur Gadishull Ilirik para se ta pushtonte dovleti e t\u2019ia ndryshonte emrin. Pastaj historikisht nuk ka fakte se ka jetuar ndonj\u00eb popull tjet\u00ebr para shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebto troje, bashk\u00eb me grek\u00ebt duket se e kemi prejardhjen nga pellazg\u00ebt. Sot n\u00eb Ballkan ke ne, grek\u00ebt e sllav\u00ebt, q\u00eb erdh\u00ebn rreth shekullit t\u00eb 7-t\u00eb.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Col Mehmeti<\/strong>: Prej Hahnit e tutje, ky ka qen\u00eb argumenti qendror, q\u00eb n\u00eb logjik\u00eb klasifikohet si argument negativ. E dyta, edhe nese nuk do hetohej kjo levizje, konfrontimi me popullatat urbane te Shkodres, Dyrrahut e qyteteve te tjera patjeter se do te perftonte vemendje…<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\nCol Mehmeti<\/strong>: My take on the matter<\/em>: Idioma e fiseve iliro-jugore virtualisht nuk njihet. Krejt njohja jone konsiston prej nji grushti glosash (fjale ekzotike qe i shenonin leksikografet greke e masandej i jepnin nji perkthim ne greqisht) dhe nji korpusi relativisht te kenaqshem onomastik (emna njerezish – antroponime; vendesh – toponime; vendbanimesh – ojkonime; lumenjsh – hidronime; malesh – oronime; kafshesh – zoonime dhe bimesh – fitonime). Sigurisht keto jane te pamjaftueshme me e rindertue profilin leksikor te nji gjuhe, e le ma ate morfologjik e strukturor.<\/p>\n

Pamvaresisht kesaj gjendje te pashprese, kerkush nuk e mohon ekzistencen e nji idiome ilire. Keshtu, greket me fjalen “illurizein” nenkuptonin “me fole ilirisht” (njisoj si\u00e7 kishin shprehjen “thrakizein” – me fole thrakisht; “makedonizein” me fole maqedonisht; “hellenizein” – me fole greqisht; etj). Prej kerkimeve etimologjike parashkencore te Seminarit te Palermos (Nikolle Keta dhe ko.) deri te lindja e indoevropianistikes si disipline shkencore, perkimet leksikore mes atyne pak mbijetojave ilire e shqipes jane miratue njizashem. Te tilla perkime si Ulcinium = ulk; Dardania = dardhe; taulant = dallendyshe; Delmati = delme; Lugeon = ligat\u00eb jane kryesisht leksikore.<\/p>\n

Por afilacioni gjenetik i nji gjuhe me nji gjuhe tjeter nuk percaktohet nga leksiku per shkak se fjalet e ngjashme munden me qene ndikime areale (fqinjesore) e kulturore. Kjo mundet me e la te hapun opcionin qe protoshqiptaret kur u vendosen ne Iliri me i marre keto fjale prej popullates qe e gjeten aty. Por ne momentin kur nji gjuhe dhe nji gjuhe tjeter pershfaqin inovime (risime) te perbashketa dhe analogji strukturore e morfologjike, atehere aty mundet me u fole pozitivisht per nji lidhje te drejtperdrejte gjenetike.<\/p>\n

\u00c7’ka ka te perbashket shqipja e ilirishtja ne kete rast? Psh si ilirishtja, ashtu edhe shqipja, jane te njejta ne shfrymetimin (deaspirimin) e mbylltoreve indoevropiane si b\u02b0,; d\u02b0, g\u02b0 qe ne te dyja rastet jane kthye respektivisht ne b, d dhe g. Megjithate, kjo afri nuk asht specifike (deaspirmin e mbylltoreve e kane edhe gjuhe te tjera si gjermanishtja, baltishtja e sllavishtja). Si ilirishtja, ashtu edhe shqipja, e delabializojne zanoren indoevropiane \/*o\/ ne \/a\/. Po edhe ky perkim nuk asht specifik, se te njejtin e kane edhe gjuhe fqinje. Edhe ruejtjen e \/*s\/ indoevropiane ne pozicion nistor e kane te perbashket shqipja dhe ilirishtja, por prape kjo s’con peshe sepse bahet fjale per nji tipar konservues e jo inovues.<\/p>\n

E \u00e7’ka dreqi kane te perbashket atehere ilirishtja e shqipja qe nuk e kane gjuhet e tjera simotra indoevropiane? Ilirishtja dhe shqipja kane te perbashket inovimin e ashtuquajtun “satem<\/em>“: ne te dy gjuhet dorsalet indo-europiane \/*\u1e31\/ dhe \/*\u01f5\/ kthehen ne \/s\/ dhe \/z\/ perkatesisht, ashtu si ne te dy gjuhet labiovelaret \/*k\u02b7\/ dhe \/*g\u02b7\/ kthehen n\u00eb velare t\u00eb thjeshta \/k\/ dhe \/g\/ perkatesisht. Ilirishtja (edhe pse me deshmi teper te pakta), shqipja dhe hetitishtja jane gjuhet e vetme ne krejt sistemin indoevropian qe i ruejne tri radh\u00eb t\u00eb dallueshme t\u00eb labiovelareve (tingujt *k\u02b7 dhe *g\u02b7 ).<\/p>\n

Tjeter afri specifike asht edhe kjo: si ne ilirisht ashtu edhe ne shqip mbylltoret (tinguj bashk\u00ebting\u00ebllor) humbin para nji *s; shembull folja ,,mih” e cila rrjedh prej nji forme t\u00eb hamend\u00ebsueme <*(s)mid-sk-. Edhe nji tjeter: zanoren e zgjatun indoevropiane \/*\u0113\/, ilirishtja e ka kthye ne \/\u0101\/, njisoj sic ka ba edhe shqipja (si te shembulli lodh < *l\u0101da < IE *l\u0113d-). Edhe nji tjeter: ilirishtja togun \/*pn\/ shume heret e ka kthye ne \/m\/ (krahaso emnin Amantia qe vjen nga nji < *ap-n-ant), njisoj sikunder qe shqipja e ka ba te njejtin shnderrim te \/*pn\/ ne \/n\/ (khs. gjum\u00eb < *sup-no).<\/p>\n
