Fshati Bin\u00e7\u00eb si vendbanim p\u00ebrmend\u00ebt zyrtarisht qysh n\u00eb vitin 1019 n\u00eb hart\u00ebn apo kartel\u00ebn (\u201cHrisovul\u00eb\u201d &#8211; dokument zyrtar historik) e Perandorit Basilit II (Perandor q\u00eb sundoi nga viti 976 deri vitin 1025), p\u00ebrmend\u00ebt si vend i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm Bizantin.<sup>2<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Kurse n\u00eb \u201chrisovul\u00ebn\u201d kartel\u00ebn e mbretit bullgar Konstantin Asen-it, Bin\u00e7a p\u00ebrmend\u00ebt po ashtu vitin 1258, me em\u00ebrin Bine\u00e7 dhe ku cek\u00ebn se kishte tre Kisha dhe rreth 500 banor\u00eb me nj\u00eb ekonomi mir\u00eb t\u00eb zhvilluar.<sup>3<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Bin\u00e7a, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fshat i bukur piktoresk, i rrethuar me bjeshk\u00ebt e larta t\u00eb Maleve t\u00eb Zeza \u201cMontenegro\u201d (zon\u00eb kufitare Kosov\u00eb-Maqedoni). Fshati ndodhet n\u00eb pjerr\u00ebsit\u00eb jugper\u00ebndimore t\u00eb maleve t\u00eb Karadakut, dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb, nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr fshatrat m\u00eb t\u00eb lasht\u00eb t\u00eb An\u00ebs s\u00eb Morav\u00ebs.<br>Bin\u00e7a p\u00ebrshkohet nga lumi i madh, ose si quhet ndryshe lumi i Bin\u00e7\u00ebs, apo Morava e Bin\u00e7\u00ebs, e cila ka burimin diku rreth 18 km larg nga fshati. K\u00ebt\u00eb bukuri t\u00eb rrall\u00eb, e pasuri t\u00eb madhe natyrore rrafshinore-malore, e zbukurojn\u00eb lumi Morava dhe lumi tjet\u00ebr, t\u00eb cilin populli e quan edhe \u201clumi i vog\u00ebl\u201d si dhe \u201cjazi\u201d lumi i vog\u00ebl, i cili kalon n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb Bin\u00e7\u00ebs, n\u00ebp\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn e quajtur Razor\u00eb (jazor\u00eb, jaz\u00eb apo edhe rrezor\u00eb). Gjith\u00eb ky peizazh, i jep bukurin\u00eb e saj magjepse, me prapavij\u00ebn e kodrave dhe maleve, fush\u00ebn pjellore, sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e bukura, rrug\u00ebt e ndri\u00e7uara dhe t\u00eb bukura, t\u00eb cilat e lidhin Bin\u00e7\u00ebn, me pjes\u00ebt e saj Razor\u00ebn (e pasur me nj\u00eb \u201cjaz\u00eb\u201d dhe fusha t\u00eb ngritura, livadhe), pastaj lagjen Shusht\u00eb (me nj\u00eb gryk\u00eb t\u00eb mrekullueshme fushore p\u00ebrmes cil\u00ebs kalon lumi Morav\u00eb) dhe fshatin Kabash. K\u00ebto t\u00eb gjitha lidhen me qytetin komunal, pra Vitin\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb larg Bin\u00e7\u00ebs 1.5 km.<\/p>\n<p>Ky fshat i bukur, \u00ebsht\u00eb i banuar me popullat\u00eb me shekuj dhe ka nj\u00eb histori t\u00eb lasht\u00eb Iliro-romake, mir\u00ebpo jo mjaft\u00eb t\u00eb gjurmuar dhe ndri\u00e7uar. Popullata \u00ebsht\u00eb shqiptare dhe katolike (me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb disa familje shqiptare t\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb fetare muslimane q\u00eb koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit kan\u00eb ardhur, kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar sht\u00ebpi e jan\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb Bin\u00e7\u00eb), pastaj Shusht\u00ebve, nj\u00eb lagje me shqiptar\u00eb mysliman\u00eb, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt gjithnj\u00eb jetojm\u00eb v\u00ebllaz\u00ebrisht dhe bashk\u00ebrisht. N\u00eb Bin\u00e7\u00eb ka edhe disa familje serbe, me p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsi fetare ortodokse, t\u00eb integruara deri diku n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb ton\u00eb edhe pse sipas disa d\u00ebshmive, m\u00eb her\u00ebt edhe ata ishin t\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare shqiptare por t\u00eb fes\u00eb ortodokse ose t\u00eb besimit t\u00eb krishter\u00eb por t\u00eb ritit lindor, kurse tani e disa dekada jan\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht t\u00eb asimiluan dhe e ndiejn\u00eb vetjen e tyre serb.<\/p>\n<p>Rreth em\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb fshatit, ekzistojn\u00eb disa interpretime, apo zb\u00ebrthime historike dhe etimologjike. Disa thon\u00eb se fjala Bin\u00e7\u00eb rrjedh nga fjala BIS apo BINEKSIS (= Bine\u00e7), sipas dy lumenjve q\u00eb bashkohen pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb fshat dhe q\u00eb e karakterizojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vendbanim (por me gjas\u00eb edhe t\u00eb dy kalave q\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb nj\u00ebra p\u00ebrball\u00eb tjetr\u00ebs). Kurse disa interpretime tjera pohojn\u00eb se em\u00ebrtimi Bin\u00e7\u00eb rrjedh\u00eb prej qytetit t\u00eb lasht\u00eb iliro &#8211; romak ARRIBANTIUM, q\u00eb sipas tyre, \u00ebsht\u00eb Bin\u00e7a e sotme, sakt\u00ebsisht vendi n\u00eb rrafshin e kodrin\u00ebs mbi rr\u00ebnojat e kalas\u00eb s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb fshatit.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim dhe interpretim, i cili duket t\u00eb jet\u00eb mjaft\u00eb i sakt\u00eb dhe i besuesh\u00ebm, e v\u00ebrteton edhe kalaja e lasht\u00eb dhe e mo\u00e7me, e cila gjendet n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb e ngjitur me fshat, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn gjinden shum\u00eb gropa, zgafella, korridore n\u00ebntok\u00ebsore p\u00ebr nxjerrjen e xeheve dhe mineraleve. Nd\u00ebrkaq, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 tjerash, n\u00eb favor t\u00eb k\u00ebtij argumenti shkojn\u00eb dhe d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb edhe vet themelet e godinave me gur\u00eb deri von\u00eb t\u00eb pash\u00ebm. K\u00ebta gur\u00eb sot dihen edhe nga t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat gojore, t\u00eb cilat thon\u00eb se i t\u00ebr\u00eb fshati i sot\u00ebm (po edhe disa fshat\u00ebra t\u00eb af\u00ebrt) \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtua nga ata gur\u00eb t\u00eb gdhendur, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb e bart\u00eb nga kalaja, apo \u201crrafshi i kalas\u00eb\u201d q\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb ishte dhe sot ende quhet \u201c\u00c7arshia\u201d. Disa pjes\u00eb lart\u00eb, tregojn\u00eb se diku n\u00eb koh\u00ebrat e lashta ishte nj\u00eb vendbanim i bukur (sipas goj\u00ebdh\u00ebnave e gjitha gjasave, nj\u00eb qytet i bukur), e q\u00eb gjat\u00eb historis\u00eb ai qytet e l\u00ebshua (p\u00ebr shkaqe ende t\u00eb panjohura) disa qindra metra m\u00eb posht\u00eb n\u00eb rrafsh e buz\u00eb lumit nga u krijua vendbanimi i ri, pra fshati i sot\u00ebm Bin\u00e7a. Mir\u00ebpo, n\u00eb tradit\u00ebn gojore ende ruhen em\u00ebrtimet e rrug\u00ebve dhe rrugicave lart mbi kalaj\u00eb apo \u201crrafshin e kalas\u00eb\u201d si\u00e7 jan\u00eb: \u201c\u00c7arshia\u201d, \u201eSh\u00ebn Prena\u201c, \u201cRruga e Pjetrit\u201d \u201cKoshtane\u201d, (koshtanz\u00eb), \u201cPoslonisht\u00eb\u201d- Punishte, \u201cBunari i Laz\u00ebrit\u201d \u201eZalli i Verdh\u00eb\u201c (r\u00ebra e kalt\u00ebr) etj..).<\/p>\n<p>Mbi \u201cRrafshin\u00ebn e Kalas\u00eb\u201d ku deri von\u00eb ruheshin edhe shiheshin themele t\u00eb sht\u00ebpive, nd\u00ebrtimeve dhe kullave tjera, sot ende gjendet si gjurm\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb kish\u00ebs (kapel\u00eb e vog\u00ebl), t\u00eb cil\u00ebn n\u00eb koh\u00ebrat e reja, e meremetuan dhe uzurpuan, adaptuan s\u00eb bashku me tok\u00eb e pyll, po edhe vet tum\u00ebn Ilire (ku sot jan\u00eb varrezat serbe) serb\u00ebt lokal. Kjo sot \u00ebsht\u00eb pron\u00eb e Kish\u00ebs ortodokse. Mir\u00ebpo, q\u00eb nga koh\u00ebrat m\u00eb t\u00eb lashta dhe tradicionalisht banor\u00ebt (besimtar\u00ebt) e fshatit, ata t\u00eb besimit katolik\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, ende shtegtojn\u00eb atje ku paraqesin lutjet e tyre, sidomos \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb tradit\u00eb t\u00eb shtegtohet atje p\u00ebr fest\u00ebn e Sh\u00ebn Pren\u00ebs, \u201cSv. Petka\u201d si\u00e7 i thon\u00eb Serb\u00ebt, apo si e njohin ne Sh\u00ebn Prena s\u00eb cil\u00ebs edhe i \u00ebsht\u00eb e kushtuar kjo kapel\u00eb. Por, fatkeq\u00ebsisht, me p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsimin e situat\u00ebs politike, edhe kjo tradit\u00eb e lasht\u00eb popullore u la pak anash nga banor\u00ebt e fshatit. Kjo kapel\u00eb, sipas gjitha gjasave \u00ebsht\u00eb e nd\u00ebrtuar tradicionalisht mbi themele t\u00eb nj\u00eb kishe t\u00eb lasht\u00eb paleokristiane, shqiptaro-katolike. (Flitet se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb ka pasur Kish\u00eb qysh nga shekulli i pest\u00eb).<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu edhe nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e Bin\u00e7\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme quhet \u201cBARIC\u00cb\u201d, toponim ky q\u00eb ka lidh\u00ebshm\u00ebri me em\u00ebrtimin e vjet\u00ebr. Mir\u00ebpo, edhe gjur\u00ebm\u00ebt dhe gjetjet e para disa viteve t\u00eb disa gypave t\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsve n\u00eb \u201eKozaric\u00eb\u201c, pjes\u00eb e Baric\u00ebs = Bari (q\u00eb sipas gjitha gjasave datojn\u00eb nga koh\u00ebrat iliro &#8211; romake), nga nj\u00eb fshatar (Shefk Matiq (Shefki i Markut), d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb dhe flasin mbi lasht\u00ebsin\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj pjese dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebtij fshati, vendbanimi. Sidoqoft\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb koha q\u00eb historian\u00ebt dhe arkeolog\u00ebt tan\u00eb t\u00eb punojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb zbardhin m\u00eb tep\u00ebr historin\u00eb e vendbanimit (dikur qytet) fshatit m\u00eb t\u00eb lasht\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto an\u00eb dhe me k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebshmohet edhe shkenc\u00ebrisht lasht\u00ebsia e k\u00ebtij vendbanimi me rrethin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Bin\u00e7a si fshat p\u00ebrmendet shpeshher\u00eb n\u00eb histori e n\u00eb shkrime t\u00eb ndryshme, t\u00eb shum\u00eb udh\u00ebp\u00ebrshkruesve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, t\u00eb historian\u00ebve si dhe prelat\u00ebve Kishtar e k\u00ebt\u00eb e b\u00ebn\u00eb edhe Imzot Pjet\u00ebr Mazrekut n\u00eb relacionin mbi Martir\u00ebt e Karadakut, ku nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera ai p\u00ebrmend edhe Bin\u00e7\u00ebn at\u00ebher\u00eb si filiale e Letnic\u00ebs (Monte Negro). Por, gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre shtat\u00ebdhjet\u00eb (70) viteve t\u00eb fundit, famullia ka p\u00ebrjetuar nj\u00eb lul\u00ebzim dhe p\u00ebrparim t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm, n\u00eb \u00e7do kuptim dhe drejtim. Ky vendbanim, fshat, pra Bin\u00e7a p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb edhe Kabashin dhe Vitin\u00eb sa i p\u00ebrket juridiksionit fetar\u00eb, pra \u00ebsht\u00eb famulli (qend\u00ebr) me dy vendbanime tjera si filiala. N\u00eb Kabash p\u00ebrb\u00ebrja etnike dhe fetare \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo: shqiptar\u00eb katolik\u00eb dhe shqiptar\u00eb mysliman\u00eb, dikur kishte edhe disa familje serbe e bullgare, vllehe (t\u00eb sjellur nga i ashtuquajturi Kral Petri i Malit t\u00eb Zi), t\u00eb cilat pas luft\u00ebs s\u00eb vitit 1999 jan\u00eb shp\u00ebrngulur gjetiu.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto tre nj\u00ebsi kan\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb besimtar\u00ebve katolik t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm; Bin\u00e7a 150; Kabashi rreth 700 dhe Vitia 60\/70, pra gjithsej rreth 1000 besimtar\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb katolik. P\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht n\u00eb bot\u00ebn e jashtme jan\u00eb af\u00ebr 1600\/700 besimtar\u00eb. K\u00ebt\u00eb famulli e ka themeluar ipeshkvi dr. Smiljan Franjo \u00c7ekada (1940-1967), ipeshkvi i at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm i Shkupit n\u00eb vitin 1946, pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb 100 vjetorin e flijimit t\u00eb Martir\u00ebve t\u00eb Karadakut (1846-1848), t\u00eb njohur si martir\u00ebt e Stubll\u00ebs, Bin\u00e7\u00ebs, V\u00ebrnakoll\u00ebs dhe Terziajve.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>&#8211; BIN\u00c7A &#8211; Burim dashurie dhe e hapur p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ekonomia e saj gjat\u00eb historis\u00eb&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vet gjaku i martir\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebtij fshati, \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebdijesim dhe nd\u00ebrgjegje e k\u00ebtij populli, se si duhet punuar, flijuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb mira t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta, p\u00ebr paqe, mir\u00ebsi e dashuri ndaj t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve. Bin\u00e7a, m\u00eb par\u00eb, nj\u00eb fshat i varf\u00ebr me nj\u00eb familje t\u00eb madhe SOPI, q\u00eb nga koh\u00ebrat e hershme shkaku i pozit\u00ebs s\u00eb saj gjeografike dhe tok\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00eblleshme (pjell\u00ebshme) merrej me bujq\u00ebsi, blegtori dhe disa veprimtari tjera. K\u00ebtu vlen t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendim se diku kah fundi i shekullit XVIII (ndoshta edhe m\u00eb her\u00ebt) kur n\u00eb shum\u00eb pjes\u00eb, apo t\u00ebr\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn mungonte ushqimi, at\u00ebher\u00eb Bin\u00e7a shkaku i pozit\u00ebs s\u00eb mir\u00eb gjeografike, burimeve t\u00eb shumta t\u00eb ujit dhe urtis\u00eb s\u00eb banor\u00ebve t\u00eb saj, u hap\u00ebn mullinj uji p\u00ebr bluarje t\u00eb drith\u00ebrave (mini fabrika p\u00ebr fitim mielli).<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq, sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave gojore, kah fillimi i shekullit XIX n\u00eb Bin\u00e7\u00eb ka lul\u00ebzuar kjo veprimtari e ekonomis\u00eb s\u00eb vog\u00ebl, ku buz\u00eb lumit Morav\u00eb ishin nd\u00ebrtuar dhe punonin shum\u00eb mullinj, ku sillnin p\u00ebr t\u00eb bluar, gjith\u00eb drith\u00ebrat e fituara n\u00eb fushat e anamorav\u00ebs e m\u00eb gjer\u00eb. Kjo veprimtari i sillte t\u00eb mira materiale k\u00ebtij fshati. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb veprimtari, ishin t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb thuajse t\u00eb gjitha familjet e fshatit t\u00eb cil\u00ebt bashk\u00ebpunonin dhe jetonin n\u00eb nj\u00eb harmoni v\u00ebrtet\u00eb v\u00ebllaz\u00ebrore \u2013 familjare, meq\u00eb edhe ashtu ishin nj\u00eb familje e gjer\u00eb apo si\u00e7 themi t\u00eb nj\u00eb oxhaku. Pun\u00ebt, cilat i b\u00ebnin n\u00eb mullinj, familjet i kishin ndar\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb transparente mes veti. Sipas k\u00ebsaj, si shembull p\u00ebrmendet m\u00ebnyra se si organizohej puna, ku dy dit\u00eb e ruante e punonte n\u00eb mulli nj\u00eb familje, pastaj dy dit\u00eb tjera tjetra familje e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se sicila familje kishte ndonj\u00eb dit\u00eb pune dhe p\u00ebrfitimi n\u00eb mullinj\u00eb. Kjo ndihmonte q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb di\u00e7 p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo largimi nuk kishte t\u00eb ndalur, nd\u00ebrsa ai do t\u00eb intesifikohet me fillimin e luft\u00ebrave n\u00eb ish republikat e jugosllavis\u00eb 1991-96., Slloveni, Kroaci e Bosnj\u00eb dhe Hercegovin\u00eb. T\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin rrezik e hetonin dhe ndjenin, madje edhe p\u00ebrjetonin dit\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb vet\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebve tashm\u00eb iu kishte marr\u00eb edhe ajo pak autonomi e vitit 1974, e njohur si Kushtetuta e 74-\u00ebs. Nd\u00ebrkaq, kulminacioni i migrimit m\u00eb t\u00eb madh drejt\u00eb per\u00ebndimit ndodh nga vitet e 90 dhe t\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb decenie. Kjo ndodhi me ndihm\u00ebn e atyre q\u00eb at\u00ebbot\u00eb ishin strehuar dhe kur fillojn\u00eb me t\u00eb madhe ti marrin, t\u00ebrheqin, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb familjar\u00ebt nga Kosova.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, lufta n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, sidomos vitet 1997-1999, detyruan mij\u00ebra njer\u00ebz t\u00eb ja m\u00ebsyjn\u00eb Per\u00ebndimit. Kur analizohen gjitha k\u00ebto rrjedha, mund t\u00eb thuhet se politika e spastrimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs me decenie arriti q\u00ebllimin, sepse sot mund t\u00eb flitet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb migrim masiv\u00eb t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs s\u00eb Bin\u00e7\u00ebs si dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi t\u00eb popullit shqiptar\u00eb. Nga Kosova, Dardania antike, edhe pse mungojn\u00eb statistikat zyrtare e t\u00eb sakta, mendohet se kan\u00eb emigruar mbi 600.000 mij\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb. Shkuan por edhe ngel\u00ebn me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb familjet e tyre, sepse situata dhe rrethanat historike e b\u00ebr\u00ebn t\u00eb vet\u00ebn, ngase realiteti n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ishte tep\u00ebr i r\u00ebnd, i hidhur, kurse sot gjendja ekonomiko \u2013 sociale, po edhe vet integrimi i gjeneratave t\u00eb reja n\u00eb vendet ku gjind\u00ebn e b\u00ebri dhe po e b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebn.<sup>5<\/sup><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>&#8211; BIN\u00c7A \u2013 \u201cFati i popullit tim, \u00ebsht\u00eb fati im!\u201d<sup>6<\/sup><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Historia e popullit shqiptar tashm\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb e njohur gjith\u00eb opinionit bot\u00ebror\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb histori e shkruar me gjak, gjat\u00eb shekujve.<\/p>\n<p>Populli shqiptar\u00eb p\u00ebrjetoi shum\u00e7ka, u p\u00ebrsekutua, vuajti shum\u00eb, u vra, u d\u00ebbua, u masakrua gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb historis\u00eb, kurse, n\u00eb prag t\u00eb 2000- vjetorit, e n\u00eb kalim t\u00eb shekullit XXI, p\u00ebrjeton edhe nj\u00eb tmerr t\u00eb madh dhe rrall\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb histori, edhe at\u00eb nga ardhacak\u00ebt e stepave t\u00eb Karpateve (nuk di njeriu me \u00e7far\u00eb emri t\u00b4i quaj) eg\u00ebrsirat serbe, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, gjithmon\u00eb d\u00ebshiruan dhe kurr\u00eb nuk u ngop\u00ebn me gjak t\u00eb njeriut, shqiptarit.<\/p>\n<p>Ky popull (serb) luft\u00ebnxit\u00ebs (artificialisht i formuar dhe at\u00eb sipas hulumtimeve t\u00eb shumta nga shum\u00eb popuj e n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti nga populli i asimiluar shqiptar\u00eb i besimit ortodok\u00ebs, pasi Serbia nuk egzistoi kurr\u00eb si shtet p\u00ebrveq se nga viti 1878, k\u00ebt\u00eb e konfirmojm\u00eb pasi nuk ka n\u00eb trojet tona e ballkanike asnj\u00eb dokument o monument arkeologjik se eksistonin m\u00eb par\u00eb) q\u00eb nga viti 1990, filloi t\u00eb luftoj n\u00eb Slloveni, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar n\u00eb Kroaci, Bosnj\u00eb dhe Hercegovin\u00eb (luft\u00eb e cila zgjati kat\u00ebr vjet) dhe ja, si\u00e7 ishte folur e diskutuar ca koh\u00eb, Kosov\u00ebn martire e lan\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb fund, gjet\u00ebsisht d.m.th p\u00ebr vitin 1998\/99.<\/p>\n<p>Duke filluar nga historia jo edhe e larg\u00ebt, pra q\u00eb nga viti 1912, pas mbarimit t\u00eb sundimit pes\u00eb shekullor t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Osmane mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb popull, mbi popullin shqiptar\u00eb, vuajtjet e mundimet popullit shqiptar\u00eb, p\u00ebsimet, keqtrajtimet, vrasjet nuk iu shmang\u00ebn deri dit\u00ebve tona.<\/p>\n<p>Historia e popullit shqiptar\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb histori tejet tragjike. K\u00ebshtu, nga shekulli XI \u2013 XII, shqiptar\u00ebve iu qe imponuar dhuna nga ardhacak\u00ebt sllav t\u00eb karpateve, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar pastaj, q\u00eb nga shek. XIV me rob\u00ebrin\u00eb osmane e gjer\u00eb n\u00eb fillim shekullin e XIX dhe fund shekullin e XX me rob\u00ebrin\u00eb serbo \u2013 malazeze, ku gjat\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb koh\u00ebs e pushtimeve synim i armiq\u00ebve ishte asgj\u00ebsimi i popullit shqiptar\u00eb, dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur k\u00ebt\u00eb pushtuesit nuk zgjodh\u00ebn mjete e m\u00ebnyra nga m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshmet duke p\u00ebrdorur ato nga m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebndat si trysni, malltretime, turtura, djegje e asgj\u00ebsim t\u00eb mirave material, pla\u00e7kitje, tatime, d\u00ebnime, burgosje, rrahje nga m\u00eb brutalet, p\u00ebrdhunime e dhunime, vrasje makabre, zhdukje t\u00eb familjeve t\u00eb t\u00ebra, shp\u00ebrngulje t\u00eb dhun\u00ebshme, masakrime t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00ebp\u00ebr fshatra e qytete, gjenocid ndaj nj\u00eb popullit t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb. Arsyet sipas gjasave dihen; Populli shqiptar\u00eb shtrihet n\u00eb nj\u00eb pozit\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme gjeostrategjike, ushtarake, politike, ekonomike&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Shtrihet n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb pasur, me pasuri t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00ebntok\u00ebsore, me pasuri t\u00eb rralla natyrore, pozit\u00eb me favore t\u00eb shum\u00ebta ekonomike. Ka male e bukuri t\u00eb rralla, ka natyr\u00eb t\u00eb mrekullueshme me uj\u00ebra e burime natyrore, vend i cili ka dalje n\u00eb uj\u00ebra t\u00eb nxehta pra ka detin e pasur e t\u00eb past\u00ebr, ka lumenj\u00eb e liqene, ka flor\u00ebn e faun\u00ebn. Populli shqiptar\u00eb p\u00ebrveq t\u00eb mirave e pasurive natyrore ka nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme t\u00eb ndritur nj\u00eb pasuri q\u00eb rrall\u00eb kush nga popujt e ka, ta ket e ta g\u00ebzoj, kurse populli yn\u00eb dhe g\u00ebzon k\u00ebt\u00eb pasuri, pra ka nj\u00eb rini t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh, pasuri nd\u00ebr pasurit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, pastaj ka nj\u00eb histori t\u00eb lasht\u00eb pa t\u00eb cil\u00ebn kjo bot\u00eb apo ky civilizim shtrohet pyetje sa a do t\u00eb ishte, a do egzistonte sot po mos t\u00eb ishin paraardh\u00ebsit tan\u00eb, pellazg\u00ebt, ilir\u00ebt, dardan\u00ebt, shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt civilizimit i dhan\u00eb t\u00eb gjithat q\u00eb g\u00ebzon sot si nga ana materiale po ashtu edhe ajo shpirt\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p>Kurse pasuria natyrore ve\u00e7mas ajo n\u00ebntok\u00ebsore si\u00e7 cek\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb e pakrahasueshme, ligniti, ari, argjendi\u2026, prandaj t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt si lakmiqar edhe ia m\u00ebsyn\u00eb me luft\u00ebra e tentim shfarosje dhe p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsim t\u00eb historis\u00eb ton\u00eb, t\u00eb mirave tona, pra t\u00eb gjith\u00eb asaj q\u00eb cek\u00ebm. Urrejtja serbo &#8211; malazeze ndaj k\u00ebtij populli liridash\u00ebs u mboll n\u00eb zemrat e ngurrta t\u00eb tyre mos t\u00eb them zemra kanibale q\u00eb nga ardhja e tyre n\u00eb Gadishullin Ballkanik, gjegj\u00ebsisht Gadishullin Ilirik. Erdh\u00ebn kanibal\u00eb dhe si\u00e7 duket me tiprare t\u00eb tilla mbet\u00ebn edhe sot e asaj dite s\u00eb paku p\u00ebr ne dhe ndaj nesh, shqiptarve. \u00cbsht\u00eb kjo nj\u00eb urrejtje e mbjell\u00eb me shekuj n\u00eb zemrat e tyre dhe, si\u00e7 u pa, e d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb ishte e t\u00ebr\u00eb bota, (nga ajo q\u00eb doli n\u00eb shesh sot dhe si doli n\u00eb shesh shpeshher\u00eb gjat\u00eb historis\u00eb) ve\u00e7mas q\u00eb nga viti 1981.<\/p>\n<p>Vitin 1998, urrejtja serbo-malazeze, arriti kulminacionin, dhe zb\u00ebrthimin e helmit t\u00eb saj! N\u00eb shkurt t\u00eb vitit 1998, shkjau, Serbia vazhdoi t\u00eb demaskohet, t\u00eb heq\u00eb mask\u00ebn njer\u00ebzore dhe t\u2019i shihet fytyra e saj e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, mund t\u00eb them lirisht\u00eb djall\u00ebzore.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb nga viti 1981 (demostratat studentore e k\u00ebrkesat gjithpopullore &#8211; p\u00ebr barazi) shum\u00eb prind\u00ebr shqiptar\u00eb mbet\u00ebn pa djemt\u00eb e vajzat e tyre, pa f\u00ebmijt\u00eb e tyre, shum\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb mbet\u00ebn pa prind\u00ebr, shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz mbet\u00ebn pa m\u00eb t\u00eb dashurit e tyre, shum\u00eb u zhduk\u00ebn n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb &#8220;misterioze&#8221;, shum\u00eb shkuan n\u00eb ar\u00eb (fusha) e mbet\u00ebn atje, shum\u00eb t\u00eb rinj\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb u detyruan t\u00eb shkonin e t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbenin n\u00eb ushtrin\u00eb serbo \u2013 malazeze, por u kthyen n\u00eb arkivole; shum\u00eb student\/e, filluan studimet, por kurr\u00eb nuk i mbaruan ato, as nuk u kthyen n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e veta, pasi mbaruan n\u00eb burgje &#8211; kasaphanet serbo &#8211; malazeze ku u kalb\u00ebn e u tret\u00ebn n\u00eb to. Shum\u00eb t\u00eb rinj\u00eb e t\u00eb reja mbet\u00ebn pa shok\u00ebt e shoqet e tyre. Shum\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs mbet\u00ebn pa nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e dashur&#8230;,shum\u00eb mbet\u00ebn pa shum\u00e7ka.<\/p>\n<p>Ekzodi, kalvari i shqiptar\u00ebve s\u00b4ka t\u00eb mbaruar. Nga Kosova, q\u00eb nga vitet e gjasht\u00ebdhjeta, u larguan me dhun\u00eb mbi gjasht\u00ebqind mij\u00eb (600 mij\u00eb) shqiptar\u00eb. Ekzodi me i ri filloi viteve t\u00eb tet\u00ebdhjeta, kurse kulminacionin e arriti n\u00eb viteve \u00b490, por kjo e zez\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrfundoi me kaq, por vazhdoi.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 1998, populli shqiptar\u00eb filloi masovikisht, t\u00eb d\u00ebbohet, t\u00eb torturohet, t\u00eb vrit\u00ebt e t\u00eb masakrohet nga kriminelet, hordhit\u00eb e bandit\u00ebt serbo &#8211; malazez\u00eb. Masakrimet, turturat, vrasjet e rr\u00ebnimet me t\u00eb madhe filluan pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb shkurt t\u00eb vitit 1998. Serb\u00ebt filluan t\u00eb zbatojn\u00eb planet e tyre djall\u00ebzore (Elaboratet e Mbret\u00ebris\u00eb SKS 1920, t\u00eb akademikut Vasa \u00c7ubriloviq \u2013 it, Grashaninit, Ivo Andriqit, t\u00eb vitit 1937, 1944, 1945 etj), t\u00eb planifikuara, t\u00eb paralajm\u00ebruara e t\u00eb paramenduara me shekuj, p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhb\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb popull, i cili i pranoi miq\u00ebsisht n\u00eb vatrat e veta.<br>N\u00eb vitin 1998 filluan masakrimet masive n\u00eb Drenic\u00eb, n\u00eb Likoshan, n\u00eb Qerez, n\u00eb Sk\u00ebnderaj, Prekaz, Re\u00e7ak&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>U zhduk\u00ebn familje t\u00eb t\u00ebra. Q\u00ebllimi i serbis\u00eb, dihej: Spastrimi i popullat\u00ebs shqiptare nga Kosova dhe kolonizimi i saj me popullat\u00eb serbe, tendenc\u00eb dhe d\u00ebshir\u00eb shum\u00ebshekullore e tyre, si\u00e7 cek\u00ebm m\u00eb lart\u00eb!<sup>7<\/sup><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>&#8211; BIN\u00c7A \u2013 me plag\u00eb t\u00eb pash\u00ebruara deri m\u00eb sot!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Si shum\u00eb vendbanime tjera n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, as vendbanimi im, fshati Bin\u00e7\u00eb, nuk mbeti pa u prekur nga t\u00eb gjitha elementet e lart\u00ebcekura, pra shkat\u00ebrrimtare t\u00eb sunduesve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm gjat\u00eb historis\u00eb e q\u00eb bart\u00eb nj\u00eb histori t\u00eb gjat\u00eb sa t\u00eb mundimshme por sot aq edhe kranare mbi supet e saj.<\/p>\n<p>Bin\u00e7a si vendbanimi m\u00eb i lasht\u00eb (i dokumentuar) n\u00eb Anamorav\u00eb e gjetiu, barti fatin e popullit gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb historis\u00eb. Edhe pse ka popullat t\u00eb p\u00ebrzier fetarisht e komb\u00ebtarisht, meq\u00eb n\u00eb fshat nga koh\u00ebra t\u00eb hershme jetojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb e serb, pastaj shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb dy konfesioneve fetare, ajo gjithmon\u00eb mbolli far\u00ebn e tolerances dhe dashuris\u00eb, far\u00ebn e mir\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe humanizmit. D\u00ebshiroi gjithnj\u00eb paq\u00ebn e prosperitetin p\u00ebr vete e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, mir\u00ebpo e gjith\u00eb kjo mir\u00ebsi asaj nuk iu kthya, apo nuk iu shp\u00ebrblya me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn mas\u00eb por p\u00ebrkundrazi, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb gjat\u00eb historis\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00ebt tan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb maltretuar, t\u00eb torturuar, t\u00eb persekutuar, t\u00eb vrar\u00eb e masakruar p\u00ebr ideale t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb larta q\u00eb ishin prioritet, pra: p\u00ebr komb\u00eb e fe.<\/p>\n<p>Me shekuj pati tendenca nga m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshmet nga pushtues e sundues t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb braktis\u00ebt ky vendbanim.<br>N\u00eb koh\u00ebra t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira t\u00eb konflikteve t\u00eb ndryshme, luf\u00ebtrave, krizave ekonomike etj. popullata e Bin\u00e7\u00ebs ndihmoi gjithnj\u00eb bashk\u00ebfshatar\u00ebt e saj pamvar\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre nacionale apo fetare.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb koh\u00eb paqje, lirisht\u00eb e them, se banor\u00ebt e fshatit Bin\u00e7\u00eb nuk e paten aspak leht\u00eb sa i p\u00ebrket mbijetes\u00ebs, sepse v\u00ebshtir\u00eb siguronin ndonj\u00eb pun\u00eb n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb institucion shtet\u00ebror\u00eb, por fal\u00eb Zotit dhe kushteve n\u00eb fshat e rreth tij ata mbijetuan, por me k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk dua t\u00eb them se nuk p\u00ebsuan. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb Bin\u00e7a dikur sipas statistikave zyrtare t\u00eb vitit 1981, at\u00ebher\u00eb me 1.200 banor\u00eb, dalngadal filloi t\u00eb boshatis\u00ebt, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, gjat\u00eb vitit 1998\/99 mbeti me diku rreth 200 banor\u00eb (t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb), kurse sot num\u00ebron jo m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se rreth 150 banor\u00eb resident.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjitha sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e bukura, fshati piktoreskt i cili do to duhej t\u00eb ishte destinacion turistik sot \u00ebsht\u00eb i prangosur, i mbyllur, fatkeq\u00ebsisht i boshatisur dhe i pap\u00ebrspektiv\u00eb. Banor\u00ebt e saj sot i takon an\u00eb e mbar\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs, madje edhe n\u00eb Amerik\u00ebn e larg\u00ebt kurse n\u00eb vendlindje ende s\u00eb paku gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb pushimeve verore.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>BIN\u00c7A GJAT\u00cb VITIT<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>1 9 9 8 \u2013 1 9 9 9<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Koh\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, e sakrific\u00ebs dhe flijimit ngadh\u00ebnjyes\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Edhe fshati Bin\u00e7\u00eb gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb vitin 1998\/99 nuk i shp\u00ebtoi m\u00eb t\u00eb keq\u00ebs, mir\u00ebpo si\u00e7 kemi cekur q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim vendbanimi yn\u00eb me koh\u00eb e gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb gjendj\u00ebs s\u00eb r\u00ebnduar gjegj\u00ebsisht nga viti 1981., gradualisht boshatisej nga banor\u00ebt, gjegj\u00ebsisht e n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti nga pjesa m\u00eb vitale e saj q\u00eb ishte e \u00ebsht\u00eb rinia. Pun\u00eb nuk kishte e nuk pati thuajse asnj\u00eb here n\u00eb vendlindje p\u00ebr banor\u00ebt e fshatit. Nga vitet e gjasht\u00ebdhjeta filloi migrimi apo sot mund t\u00eb thuhet shp\u00ebrngulja ku m\u00eb von\u00eb me keq\u00ebsimin e situates kjo dukuri intesifikohet, dhe tani kur filloi keq\u00ebsimi i gjendjes n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, kur lufta ishte n\u00eb prag, shum\u00eb antar\u00eb tani m\u00eb ishin n\u00eb m\u00ebrgim, dhe k\u00ebshtu dalngadal ata edhe merrnin e t\u00ebrheqnin antar\u00ebt e tyre, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb fshati gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit mbeti me fare pak banor\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Fshati n\u00eb vend se t\u00eb rritej p\u00ebr kah num\u00ebri i popull\u00ebsis\u00eb aji gjithnj\u00eb zvoglohej, jo shkaku i mortalitetit apo natalitetit natyror\u00eb, por pik\u00ebrisht shkaku i migrimit. Mir\u00ebpo, kuptohet se ata pak banor\u00eb q\u00eb ishin n\u00eb \u00e7do periudh\u00eb ndan\u00eb fatin e popullit si p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb, ashtu edhe n\u00eb koh\u00ebra t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, n\u00eb koh\u00ebra paqeje e lufte t\u00eb cilat fatkeq\u00ebsisht na p\u00ebrcoll\u00ebn ne si popull.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; V\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb, keqtrajtimet, tryznit\u00eb, rrahjet e plagosjet<sup>8<\/sup> gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb pushtimit serb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nuk iu ndan\u00eb dhe nuk i munguan as fshatit Bin\u00e7\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Me keq\u00ebsimin e gjendjes politike n\u00eb ish shtetin q\u00eb u quajt\u00eb Jugosllavi, Serbia nd\u00ebrmori menj\u00ebher\u00eb masa t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr ekupimin e teritorit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs \u2013 Dardanis\u00eb. \u00c7do dit\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb staciononte makineri ushtarake (t\u00eb kthyer nga luft\u00ebrat n\u00ebp\u00ebr ish republikat Jugosllave si Slloveni, Kroaci, Bosnj\u00eb etj), meq\u00eb ishte forc\u00eb e vetme \u201clegjitime\u201d dhe nuk kishte kush \u00e7ka t\u2019i thot e \u00e7ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb. Thuajse nga viti 1989 hap\u00ebsira teritoriale n\u00eb Morav\u00eb t\u00eb Ep\u00ebrme e q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb zone kufitare n\u00eb mes Kosov\u00ebs e Maqedonis\u00eb u mbush me ushtar (paramilitar e polic\u00eb t\u00eb mobilizuar edhe serb vendas) kudo n\u00ebp\u00ebr fshatrat tan\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu n\u00eb Bin\u00e7\u00eb e rreth saj u krijuan disa punkte apo si\u00e7 i quanin ata \u201ckaraulla\u201d ushtarake. Tregonin se edhe lufta e gjendja para lufte ka disa rregulla e k\u00ebta dhe tani asfar\u00eb rregulli, asfar\u00eb discipline \u00e7ka edhe shtinin frik\u00ebn n\u00eb banor\u00ebt e mbetur shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; T\u00eb mobilizuar ishin serb i madh e i vog\u00ebl, \u00e7do serb ishte n\u00ebn arm\u00eb. Popullata e k\u00ebtyre fshatrave shiheshin duke kaluar p\u00ebr \u00e7do dit\u00eb (af\u00ebr nj\u00eb muaj rresht\u00eb) n\u00ebp\u00ebr Bin\u00e7\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb rruga e vetme (kryesorja) p\u00ebr n\u00eb Viti e fshatra tjer\u00eb t\u00eb banuar me shqiptar\u00eb, kalonin me qerre, traktor\u00eb e auto me pak gj\u00ebsende q\u00eb kishin mundur e i kishte lejuar e ashtuquajtura ushtri jugosllave t\u00eb bartin apo merrnin me vete. K\u00ebta banor\u00eb fillimisht strehoheshin (n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb af\u00ebrm\u00eb t\u00eb tyre, miqasi etj) af\u00ebr fshat\u00ebrave t\u00eb tyre dmth si n\u00eb Kabash, Drobesh, Smir\u00eb, Viti etj\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, me kalimin e koh\u00ebs ata d\u00ebbohen edhe nga Kabashi, Drobeshi, Smira, Vitia\u2026dhe marrin rrug\u00eb e strehohen n\u00eb fshatra si Lubisht\u00eb, Begunc\u00eb, Pozheran etj, por edhe nga k\u00ebtu d\u00ebbohen e at\u00ebher\u00eb e vetmja rrug\u00eb iu mbeti, por edhe u detyruan nga ushtria e paramilitar\u00ebt, t\u2019ia msyjn\u00eb kufirit k\u00ebmb\u00eb e n\u00ebp\u00ebr male, n\u00eb shi e t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb p\u00ebr kah Maqedonia shum\u00eb nga ta me gjith\u00eb familje, pleq\u00eb, gra, f\u00ebmij\u00eb.<sup>9<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Kurse, sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tyre, t\u00eb boshatisura dhe t\u00eb mirat tjera material qyshm\u00eb kishte filluar t\u2019i plaq\u00ebkiste e ashtuquajtura ushtri jugosllave kuptohet t\u00eb ndihmuar nga banor\u00ebt serb vendas t\u00eb fshatit m\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrt t\u00eb tyre dmth nga Bin\u00e7a, Kabashi, Vitia, fshati V\u00ebrbovc, G\u00ebr\u00e7ar, Mogill\u00eb, Kllokot e fshatra tjer\u00eb, n\u00eb plaqkitje e djegje t\u00eb sht\u00ebpive t\u00eb shqiptarve n\u00eb fshatrat e lart\u00eb cekur iu ndihmonin serbve edhe rom\u00ebt nga Vitia e fshatra tjer\u00eb ku ata banonin si nga Kllokoti, Mogilla etj. Flitej se shum\u00eb sht\u00ebpi, e pleme (vend ku ruhen t\u00eb mirat p\u00ebr ushqimin e kafsh\u00ebve dhe vet kafsh\u00ebt) digjeshin, kurse shum\u00eb kafsh\u00eb therreshin nga ushtar\u00ebt dhe p\u00ebrdoreshin p\u00ebr ushqim ngr\u00ebnje t\u00eb tyre dhe antar\u00ebve t\u00eb familjeve t\u00eb tyre, pra serb\u00ebve si nga Bin\u00e7a e gjetiu. V\u00ebrtet\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka shihej e flitej ishte tmerruese\u2026Mesiguri se d\u00ebmet materiale i din\u00eb vet banor\u00ebt e k\u00ebtyre fshatrave, q\u00eb vetkuptohej se nuk kishte sht\u00ebpi pa u plaqkitur e demoluar, shum\u00eb nga to edhe u djeg\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sa i p\u00ebrket fshatit Bin\u00e7\u00eb shumica e popullat\u00ebs duke pare stacionimin e madh t\u00eb forcave ushtarake e paraushtarake e policore serbe t\u00eb ardhur nga Vranja e vendet tjera nga Serbia, dhe dhe mobilizimin e s\u00ebrbve lokal, mor\u00ebn rrug\u00ebn p\u00ebr strehim. Zonat kufitare si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe vet fshati Bin\u00e7\u00eb ishin t\u00eb atakuar me koncentrim t\u00eb madh t\u00eb forcave serbe, dhe kjo b\u00ebnte t\u00eb shtinte frik\u00eb t\u00eb tmerrshme n\u00eb banor\u00ebt e fshatit. N\u00eb bised\u00eb me banor\u00ebt e mbetur n\u00eb Bin\u00e7\u00eb, gjith\u00eb frik\u00ebsoheshin mir\u00ebpo shumica si\u00e7 deklaroheshin kishin droj\u00eb nga vet sjelljet e serb\u00ebve nga fshati, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt njiheshin si pijanec\u00eb dhe rrugaq\u00eb, gjithmon\u00eb t\u00eb papun\u00eb dhe mjaft\u00eb t\u00eb deformuar njer\u00ebzisht, por edhe q\u00eb koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit silleshin shum\u00eb keq me banor\u00ebt e fshatit pra me fqinj\u00ebt e tyre, me ne shqiptar\u00ebt. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb fshati dat\u00ebn e nj\u00ebzet e tre marsit (23. Mars. 1999) num\u00ebron shum\u00eb pak banor\u00eb.<sup>10<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Menj\u00ebher\u00eb me fillimin e bombardimeve nga ana e NATO-s ndaj caqeve t\u00eb soldatesk\u00ebs serbe, k\u00ebta t\u00eb fundit fillojn\u00eb nga mlefi dhe urrejtja kundrejt\u00eb aleanc\u00ebs s\u00eb forces ushtarake Veri-Atlantike, t\u00eb shfrehin e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shfaqin dhe zbatojn\u00eb gjith\u00eb at\u00eb mllef me eg\u00ebrsir\u00eb dhe brutalitet ndaj popullat\u00ebs s\u00eb pambrojtur dhe t\u00eb pafaj\u00eb shqiptare. Menj\u00ebher\u00eb intesifikohen rrahjet, vrasjet, p\u00ebrndjekjet, maltretimet dhe d\u00ebbimi i popullat\u00ebs kudo ajo takohej e ndodhej. Bin\u00e7a ishte n\u00ebn kontroll\u00ebn e Mbrojtj\u00ebs Territoriale t\u00eb Vitis\u00eb dhe q\u00eb pik\u00ebn q\u00ebndrore apo \u201cshtabin\u201d e tyre k\u00ebta e kishin pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb fshat, kuptohet n\u00ebp\u00ebr sht\u00ebpi tona ku nd\u00ebrronin q\u00ebndrimin, ishin n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje (taktike) thuajse \u00e7do tre kat\u00ebr dit\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, k\u00ebtu do i qasemi nj\u00eb problemi q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht me rrahjet, vrasjet, maltretimet e d\u00ebbimet e popullat\u00ebs shqiptare, me vet sjelljet e njer\u00ebzve n\u00eb luft\u00eb e pas luft\u00ebs. Shpeshher\u00eb njer\u00ebzit dijn\u00eb t\u00eb paragjykojn\u00eb, t\u00eb gjykojn\u00eb apo edhe akuzojn\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, apo edhe bashk\u00ebsi t\u00eb ndryshme e fshat\u00ebra t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb, t\u00eb ndajn\u00eb njer\u00ebz apo grupe o vendbanime n\u00eb patriot e m\u00eb pak patriot, n\u00eb ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb ushtar t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb e n\u00eb ato vende q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb patur apo edhe n\u00eb ato vende q\u00eb dhan\u00eb d\u00ebshmor\u00eb e n\u00eb ata q\u00eb nuk dhan\u00eb, duke mos menduar fare se ku do ishte fati dhe ajo e mir\u00eb t\u00eb mos kishte vdekur askush. Ky problem \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb kompleks n\u00eb popullat\u00ebn ton\u00eb t\u00eb paslufte. Kemi par\u00eb dhe shpesh kemi d\u00ebgjuar njer\u00ebz kur akuzohen mes veti si shembull, un\u00eb kam luftuar e ti jo, apo ne kemi dh\u00ebn\u00eb e kontribouar e ti m\u00eb pak apo hiq, por edhe vet fshat\u00ebrat mirr\u00ebn n\u00ebp\u00ebr goj\u00eb si shembull ky fshat apo pjes\u00eb ka kontribouar shum\u00eb, ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb shum\u00eb d\u00ebshmor\u00eb, ka pas shum\u00eb t\u00eb vdekur &#8211; viktima, apo ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb shum\u00eb heronj\u00eb etj etj\u2026n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb duke anatemu njer\u00ebz e vendbanime.<\/p>\n<p>Problemi i k\u00ebtyre temave \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb kompleks dhe q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon maturi, pjekuri dhe urti kur \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala bie si e trim\u00ebris\u00eb, patriotizm\u00ebs, atdhedashuris\u00eb etj. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb gj\u00ebra t\u00eb cilat nuk mund t\u00eb mat\u00ebn me asgj\u00eb pos me ndjenj\u00ebn shpirt\u00ebrore individuale. Askend dhe askush nuk ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb gjykoj apo paragjykoj dike se \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr apo m\u00eb pak patriot, q\u00eb ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb apo m\u00eb pak p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, se e do apo nuk e do apo m\u00eb pak e do vendlindjen. Pse e potencoi k\u00ebt\u00eb? Sepse, para lufte e gjat\u00eb lufte secili shqiptar\u00eb (s\u00eb paku mund t\u00eb flas p\u00ebr shumic\u00ebn d\u00ebrmuese) ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb ka dijt\u00eb dhe ka pasur mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb jap p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e vendit t\u00eb tij, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e popullit shqiptar\u00eb. Kuptohet \u00e7dokush me mund\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb iu kan\u00eb ofruar, me aft\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb ka pas dhe ka, meq\u00eb edhe gjith\u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebvarur nga krijimi i rrethanave t\u00eb cilat na i ka imponuar koha e me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast edhe armiku shum\u00eb m\u00eb i fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb \u00e7do l\u00ebmi (p\u00ebrveq moralit) e ve\u00e7mas n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn ushtarake. Gjith\u00eb e dim\u00eb se ne shqiptar\u00ebt nuk kemi dashur asnj\u00ebher\u00eb luft\u00eb, dhe mendoi se nj\u00eb popull i zhvilluar, nj\u00eb popull i civilizuar, i ngritur dhe i arsimuar, nj\u00eb popull e shoq\u00ebri e qytetruar v\u00ebshtir\u00eb se e d\u00ebshiron luft\u00ebn p\u00ebrpos n\u00ebse ajo domosdoshm\u00ebrisht i imponohet, me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast si\u00e7 na u imponua edhe ne shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb e d\u00ebshiroi armiku yn\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime t\u00eb caktuara (si\u00e7 kemi potencuar m\u00eb lart\u00eb) dhe k\u00ebsaj neve nuk kemi mundur ti shmangemi, jo se kemi d\u00ebshiruar luft\u00eb, por ja q\u00eb na \u00ebsht\u00eb imponuar padashje. Kur di\u00e7ka t\u00eb imponohet domosdoshm\u00ebrisht at\u00ebher\u00eb asaj as nuk mund t\u2019i ik\u00ebsh. Dhe imponimi i luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs u b\u00eb nga Serbia k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb, ata ku kan\u00eb dashur edhe kan\u00eb hapur luft\u00eb e fronte t\u00eb luft\u00ebs dmth pa pyetur neve shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb po e them nuk e desh\u00ebm luft\u00ebn. Ku do ishte ai fat t\u00eb mos kishim patur fare luft\u00eb, t\u00eb mos kishim patur fare t\u00eb rrahur, t\u00eb plagosur, t\u00eb vrar\u00eb\u2026, t\u00eb p\u00ebrndjekur e t\u00eb zdukur! Por, gjitha k\u00ebto na u imponuan dhe na ndodh\u00ebn n\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe hap\u00ebsir\u00eb dhe aty ku deshi \u201ci forti\u201d, me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ushtarakisht m\u00eb i forti q\u00eb ishte armik i yn\u00eb, pra Serbia. Mos t\u00eb harrojm\u00eb se neve nuk kemi mundur t\u00eb hapim vija t\u00eb luft\u00ebs, t\u00eb bartim lufimet aty ku do ishim m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgaditur e m\u00eb t\u00eb forte, nuk kemi mundur ne t&#8217;ia imponojm\u00eb luft\u00ebn serbis\u00eb, pasi duhet pranuar se nuk kemi qen\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgaditur n\u00eb asnj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb apo form\u00eb p\u00ebr luft\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Popullata nuk ka qen\u00eb e organizuar, e k\u00ebt\u00eb Serbia e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb vite t\u00eb t\u00ebra me plane duke p\u00ebrndjekur popullat\u00ebn e rinin\u00eb, duke \u00e7armatosur at\u00eb me koh\u00eb, dhe duke z\u00ebn\u00eb gjitha pozicionet e mundshme strategjike luftarake me koh\u00eb. At\u00ebher\u00eb, pse neve t\u00eb gjykojm\u00eb tjet\u00ebr k\u00ebnd, pra nj\u00ebri \u2013 tjetrin, si shembull pse nuk e kape arm\u00ebn?! Po ku mund t\u00eb kap\u00ebt arma kur at\u00eb nuk e ke, nuk e posedon\u00eb, kur at\u00eb nuk ta ka ofruar e afruar askush?! Apo, pse ti apo ju shp\u00ebtuat e neve jo?! Pyetje e \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb vend askund, pse? Sepse, askush me zor nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet flije, t\u00eb flijoj jet\u00ebn meq\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb ajo as nuk do ishte flijim e sakrific\u00eb. Secili njeri i arsyesh\u00ebm e din\u00eb se sa \u00ebsht\u00eb trim\u00ebri n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb dhash\u00eb jet\u00ebn p\u00ebr liri, aq urti e men\u00e7uri \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb krijuara e t\u00eb caktuara at\u00eb edhe ta shp\u00ebtosh, edhe ky apo kjo mund t\u00eb quhet dhe do duhej t\u00eb ishte heroiz\u00ebm e atdhedashuri, pasi q\u00eb askush nuk e don atdheun pa banor\u00eb t\u00eb saj, pa njer\u00ebz n\u00eb te.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb s\u00eb fundi mendimi im \u00ebsht\u00eb se, \u00e7do shqiptar\u00eb i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, \u00e7do njeri i ndersh\u00ebm dhe dashamir\u00ebs i liris\u00eb s\u00eb atdheut ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb d\u00ebshmi n\u00eb koh\u00eb e rrethana t\u00eb caktuara, dhe ka kontribouar p\u00ebr vendin e vet, fshatin e vet, vendlinjen e tij, p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn me aq sa ka patur mund\u00ebsi dhe me at\u00eb q\u00eb iu ka ofruar atij t\u00eb jap, dikush kontriboutin e tij e ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb me pushk\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb, dikush me mjete financiare (meq\u00eb as lufta nuk b\u00ebhet pa patur arm\u00eb, medikamente, veshmbathje, ushqim etj\u2026), dikush me gjak e dikush me k\u00ebshille e diplomaci, dikush me laps e shkrime\u2026pra secili ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb kontribut. Andaj, mos t\u00eb gjykoj apo paragjykoj kurr\u00eb askush askend. Patriotizma e atdhedashuria nuk mund t\u00eb mat\u00ebt me asgj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe ku do ishte e mira q\u00eb t\u00eb mos kishte Kosova asnj\u00eb d\u00ebshmor\u00eb, asnj\u00eb t\u00eb plagosur, asnj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrndjekur e asnj\u00eb t\u00eb vrar\u00eb e t\u00eb zhdukur?! Por t\u00eb ishte ndar\u00eb me vullnetin e popullit n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb demokratike duke mos cenuar lirin\u00eb e askujt p\u00ebr zgjedhje e p\u00ebrcaktim.
