Shum\u00eb familje shqiptare po veshen n\u00eb zi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fest\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb hije e r\u00ebnd\u00eb ka ren\u00eb mbi t\u00eb gjitha trojet tona. K\u00ebt\u00eb 28 N\u00ebntor nuk ka keng\u00eb e valle dhe pothuaj askujt prej nesh nuk i qeshet buza.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00ebrtet\u00eb se ky 28 N\u00ebntor &#8212; Dita e shpalljes s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Dit\u00ebs m\u00eb t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb n\u00eb kalendarin historik t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve &#8212; k\u00ebt\u00eb vit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb g\u00ebzimi, por nuk duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb as nj\u00eb dit\u00eb d\u00ebshprimi e pa shpres\u00eb. Por, ama duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb reflektimi, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb e sidomos p\u00ebr ata n\u00eb krye t\u00eb Vendit dhe t\u00eb Kombit. Ndon\u00ebse Shqip\u00ebria dhe Kombi shqiptar po kalojn\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, si rrjedhim i goditjes s\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebrmetit, humbjes s\u00eb jet\u00ebve q\u00eb nuk k\u00ebthehen m\u00eb, t\u00eb plagosurve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebve t\u00eb gjith\u00eb iu urojm\u00eb sh\u00ebrim t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb, dhe d\u00ebmeve materiale t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb zev\u00ebndosen shpejt, kollaj dhe pa ndonj\u00eb problem &#8212; Shqiqp\u00ebria dhe Kombi yn\u00eb, gjat\u00eb historis\u00eb, kan\u00eb kaluar dit\u00eb edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, por t\u00eb par\u00ebt tan\u00eb kurr\u00eb nuk e humb\u00ebn shpres\u00ebn, mbi t\u00eb gjitha shpres\u00ebn n\u00eb vetveten dhe shpres\u00ebn n\u00eb Zotin.<\/p>\n<p>Atyre askush dhe asgj\u00eb nuk mund t\u2019ua hiqte nga zemra shpres\u00ebn as d\u00ebshir\u00ebn dhe as vullnetin e tyre p\u00ebr ringjalljen e Kombit, p\u00ebr realizimin e end\u00ebrr\u00ebs shekullore q\u00eb u arrijt nga nj\u00eb grusht burrash t\u00eb zgjedhur t\u00eb Kombit me 28 Nentor, 1912,t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb krye me plakun e men\u00e7ur Ismail Qemalin ngrit\u00ebn n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb Flamurin e Gjergj Kastriotit -Skenderbe, Flamur i cili p\u00ebr mbi 400-vjet\u00eb mbeti i palosur n\u00eb fsheht\u00ebsi. At\u00eb dit\u00eb, sot 107 vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, ata u betuan se pa marr\u00eb parasysh\u00eb v\u00ebshtirsit\u00eb e \u00e7fardo natyre qofshin, t\u00eb mbrendshme dhe t\u00eb jashtme, Flamuri i Gjergj Kastriotit-Skenderbe nuk do t\u00eb ulet kurr\u00eb m\u00eb nga shtiza e tij.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb ky betim, \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb kjo bes\u00eb e dh\u00ebn\u00eb. Besa, kjo fjal\u00eb q\u00eb nuk ekziston n\u00eb asnj\u00eb nga gjuh\u00ebt e tjera, kjo Bes\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr t\u00eb parat cil\u00ebsi t\u00eb Kombit shqiptar. N\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, me ket\u00eb Bes\u00eb u lidh\u00ebn burrat e Kombit rreth Gjergj Kastritotit &#8211; Skenderbe, me ket\u00eb Bes\u00eb u lidh\u00ebn burrat e Kombit n\u00eb Lidhjen e Prizrenit, me ket\u00eb Bes\u00eb u lidh\u00ebn me 28 Nentor 1912, burrat e Kombit q\u00eb shpall\u00ebn Pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare nga zgjedha otomane pas pothuaj 500-vjet\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 thash\u00eb m\u00eb lart\u00eb, ky 28 N\u00ebntor, fatkeqisht, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dit\u00eb g\u00ebzimi, por nuk duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb as dit\u00eb d\u00ebshp\u00ebrimi \u2013 por duhet q\u00eb, patjet\u00ebr, t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb reflektimi, nga t\u00eb par\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij Kombit sot. Ky t\u00ebrmet ka shkundur themelet e shum\u00eb nd\u00ebrtesave, pallateve e sht\u00ebpijave duke shkaktuar dhjet\u00ebra viktima, qindra t\u00eb plagosur dhe ka l\u00ebn\u00eb pa streh\u00eb qindra familje shqiptare. Burrat dhe patriot\u00ebt e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dallohen n\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb mira, por edhe n\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt kudo gj\u00ebndemi, por ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht, p\u00ebr viktimat e k\u00ebtij t\u00ebrmeti dhe familjet e tyre n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs e Tiran\u00eb por edhe n\u00eb zona t\u00eb tjera. N\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira si ky 28 N\u00ebntor, burrat e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb Kombit nuk g\u00ebzohen, por as nuk d\u00ebshp\u00ebrohen dhe as nuk dor\u00ebzohen, por reflektojn\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrtesat dhe pallatet e shembura nga t\u00ebrmeti, jam i bindur, do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohen s\u00eb shpejti. Udh\u00ebheqsit e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb reflektojn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb t\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb! Reflektojn\u00eb q\u00eb me fjal\u00ebt dhe me sjelljet e tyre, nd\u00ebrsa merren me p\u00ebrballimin e k\u00ebsaj tragjedie t\u00eb p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebshme, t\u00eb mos b\u00ebhen shkaktar\u00eb t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb asaj ND\u00cbRTESE T\u00cb MADHE, q\u00eb e quajm\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Ashtu si gjat\u00eb historis\u00eb, edhe k\u00ebsaj rradhe u b\u00ebn thirrje t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve, ajo BESA Shqiptare: p\u00ebr nj\u00eb bashkim mendimesh e q\u00ebllimesh, p\u00ebr realizimin dhe \u00e7imentimin e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb objektivave komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara nga Burrat e 28 N\u00ebntorit t\u00eb vitit 1912 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Po e p\u00ebrfundoj k\u00ebt\u00eb sh\u00ebnim modest me nj\u00eb amanet, q\u00eb deri diku p\u00ebrputhert,situat\u00ebn &#8212; mjaft aktual t\u00eb Mehdi Frash\u00ebrit, drejtuar shqiptar\u00ebve kudo, me rastin e 39-vjetorit t\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, n\u00eb vitin 1951 n\u00eb Rom\u00eb, (p\u00ebrball\u00eb problemeve t\u00eb asaj kohe midis shqiptar\u00ebve), nj\u00eb thirrje aktuale kjo edhe sot, me rastin e k\u00ebtij 28-N\u00ebntori:<\/p>\n<p>\u201dShqiptar\u00eb dhe Shqiptarka\u2026Harroni gjith\u00eb m\u00ebrit\u00eb dhe grindjet. Ndjekja e ideologjive t\u00eb ardhura nga stepet e Siberis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb Rusis\u00eb, prej ku kan\u00eb dal\u00eb Attila dhe Gengish Khani, nuk e shpjen Vendin ton\u00eb ve\u00e7se n\u00eb rr\u00ebnim.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mehdi Frash\u00ebri e ka p\u00ebrfunduar mesazhin e tij drejtuar shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb vitin 1951, n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Ftoht\u00eb, me rastin e 39-vjetorit t\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, duke i cil\u00ebsuar fjal\u00ebt e tija, drejtuar gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, si t\u00eb \u201csinqerta, pa ambicje dhe pa prapamendime\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pik\u00ebrisht, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb frym\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe ky mesazh modest i imi me rastin e k\u00ebtij 28 N\u00ebntori q\u00eb, fatkeqsisht, \u00ebsht\u00eb ndryshe nga t\u00eb kaluarit, si p\u00ebrfundim i t\u00ebrmetit t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb q\u00eb goditi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb \u2013 jo p\u00ebr g\u00ebzim, por as p\u00ebr d\u00ebshp\u00ebrim.
