PROVA E SHPEJT\u00cb<\/strong>:
\nN\u00eb bulevardin e Durr\u00ebsit, e vetmja nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb q\u00eb e k\u00ebputi t\u00ebrmeti, \u00ebsht\u00eb e “profesoresh\u00ebs”, pallati i nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb vitet 80, \u201cpara syve t\u00eb Saj\u201d, n\u00ebn \u201ckontrollet\u201d, \u201cstandardet\u201d, \u201ckontrollet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb\u201d, vet\u00ebm 200 metra larg ZUP-it (ish Zyra e Projektimit n\u00eb koh\u00ebn s\u00eb Saj, t\u00eb Profesoresh\u00ebs), sot karshi \u201cFoto Pali\u201d.<\/p>\n

Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, Asnj\u00eb nga nd\u00ebrtesat e nd\u00ebrtuara “nga italian\u00eb”, para periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb Saj, t\u00eb profesoresh\u00ebs, nuk ka luajtur vendit!!!<\/p>\n

PO VAZHDOJ EDHE PAK<\/strong>:
\nNuk ka kufizime teknike t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtosh n\u00eb nj\u00eb truall q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb k\u00ebnet\u00eb, si\u00e7 \u201ce ndalon prerazi profesoresha\u201d! Natyrisht duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren zgjidhje konstruktive t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr at\u00eb lloj trualli. Natyrisht, kostot e nd\u00ebrtimit rriten. Pra, zonja inxhiniere e ka gabim, ai, ndalimi i nd\u00ebrtimit n\u00eb ish-k\u00ebnet\u00ebn e Durr\u00ebsit, ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim i qeveris\u00eb komuniste, i marr\u00eb n\u00eb kontekstin e nj\u00eb shteti tejet t\u00eb centralizuar, me \u00e7mime trualli, nd\u00ebrtimi etj. t\u00eb vendosur mbi baza absurde, me vendime burokratike t\u00eb \u201cKomisionit t\u00eb Planit t\u00eb Shtetit\u201d, nj\u00eb institucion q\u00eb caktonte \u00e7mimet p\u00ebr \u00e7do gj\u00eb e kudo n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb komuniste. \u00c7mimet nuk caktoheshin nga tregu, por nga \u201cPartia\u201d, gj\u00eb q\u00eb kusht\u00ebzonte edhe zgjidhjet tekniko-ekonomike krejt\u00ebsisht antiekonomike, antiteknike, antishkencore dhe antinjer\u00ebzore.<\/p>\n

Sa thash\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb konkluzioni i iniciuar tek un\u00eb her\u00ebt, q\u00eb nga nj\u00eb konsulte me nj\u00eb grup konstruktor\u00ebsh italian\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1991, kur un\u00eb isha kryetari i Bashkis\u00eb Durr\u00ebs (kryetari i komitetit ekzekutiv), e pastaj \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrforcuar vit pas viti, q\u00eb n\u00eb 2-3 vitet e para t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb, edhe nga fakti se pash\u00eb me syt\u00eb e mi, se n\u00eb Bot\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohej tashm\u00eb kudo, dhe gradaciela n\u00eb r\u00ebr\u00eb, mo\u00e7ale e kudo…..<\/p>\n

PROFESORESHA KA AN\u00cbSI POLITIKE<\/strong>:
\nE megjithat\u00eb, e p\u00ebrs\u00ebris, e respektoj at\u00eb, por mendoj krejt ndryshe nga Ajo, edhe teknikisht, edhe politikisht. Ajo m\u00eb krijoi bindjen se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nostalgjike tipike e brezit t\u00eb teknicien\u00ebve demode t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb para 1990, periudh\u00eb kur edhe teknika vuante izolimin nga Bota, nga p\u00ebrparimet e inxhinieris\u00eb s\u00eb Bot\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Edhe l\u00ebvdatat, q\u00eb i thur profesoresha, p\u00ebr gjoja zbatimin e rregullave dhe standardeve n\u00eb regjimin komunist, jan\u00eb t\u00eb pasakta: “zbatimi i standardeve etj.” ishte nj\u00eb hipokrizi e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb asaj kohe, kur n\u00eb fakt ato nuk zbatoheshin, por prodhoheshin ve\u00e7se g\u00ebnjeshtra, shkresa burokratike pafund q\u00eb “v\u00ebrtetonin\u201d, gjoja, plot\u00ebsimin e standardeve e kushteve teknike….<\/p>\n
