Libri n\u00eb fjal\u00eb paraqet nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhje me artikuj, komente, opinione dhe intervista t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb botuar ne mediat e ndryshme t\u00eb shkruara n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn etnogjeografike shqiptare gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs kohore dhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7are. Libri \u00ebsht\u00eb konceptuar n\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb duke e ndar\u00eb n\u00eb disa pjes\u00eb, duke filluar me shtypin shqiptar e vazhduar m\u00eb pas me v\u00ebshtrime, opinione, kultur\u00eb, arsim dhe p\u00ebrfunduar me intervista.<\/p>\n<p>Duke lexuar k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr del qart\u00eb se autori ndaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb ndryshme shoq\u00ebrore nuk ka qendruar imun, por p\u00ebrmes artikujve dhe komenteve ka shprehur pik\u00ebpamjet e tia, ne lidhje me raport\u00ebt e subjekteve politike me pushtetin, ne aspektin lokal e shtet\u00ebror. Esht\u00eb kjo periudha kohore prej nj\u00eb \u00e7erek shekulli, e mjaftueshme p\u00ebr analiza shum\u00ebdimensionale, ku autori preokupim ka pozit\u00ebn dhe statusin e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb veprim i till\u00eb ka qen\u00eb i arsyesh\u00ebm, sepse autori ndonse i formuar n\u00eb profilin arsimor ka punuar shum\u00eb vite si pedagog p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs i gjuh\u00ebs dhe let\u00ebrsis\u00eb shqipe, gazetarin\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht publicistik\u00ebn e ka pasur pasion. Madje n\u00eb ket\u00eb fush\u00eb viteve t\u00eb fundit ka punuar deri sa doli n\u00eb pension n\u00eb Radio Ulqin. Esht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht kjo koha kur autori i \u00ebsht\u00eb qasur k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtje jo vet\u00ebm me pasion por edhe me profesionaliz\u00ebm duke ofruar t\u00eb dh\u00ebna me interes var\u00ebsisht prej temave t\u00eb cilat i ka trajtuar gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk ka dilem\u00eb se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do ta lexojn\u00eb ket\u00eb lib\u00ebr shum\u00eb \u00e7ka do ta ken\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb, p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn e kaluar nga miratimi i pluralizmit e deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona, qe ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb kryesisht me mozaikun politik ku marrin pjes\u00eb edhe shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. Andaj ky botim paraqet edhe nj\u00eb kujtes\u00eb p\u00ebr ngjarjet e zhvilluara gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve. sepse kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb kohore te mjaftueshme p\u00ebr analiza t\u00eb ndryshme, ku ajo politike \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rend t\u00eb par\u00eb. Po ashtu nuk mungojn\u00eb komentet p\u00ebr ngjarjet e ndryshme n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebri, duke trajtuar dimensionin mbar\u00ebkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes shqiptare n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn etnogjeografike shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Madje kjo koh\u00eb ka qen\u00eb e mjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar profilin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs p\u00ebr \u00e7do subjekt politik, apo person i cili ka qen\u00eb i angazhuar n\u00eb politik\u00eb gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve. Esht\u00eb evidente se n\u00eb munges\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs politike, shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm u ky\u00e7en fillimisht me konceptin e idealizmit, por me kalimin e koh\u00ebs ndryshoj duksh\u00ebm nj\u00eb qasje e till\u00eb. Fillimisht, pothuaj t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb bashkuar duke p\u00ebrkrahur subjektin e par\u00eb politik, me kalimin e koh\u00ebs nga monizmi brenda shqiptar u kalu n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e pluralizmit brenda shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, \u00e7ka ndikoj n\u00eb cop\u00ebzimin e sken\u00ebs politike shqiptare. Ishte kjo koha e formimit te shum\u00eb subjekteve politike me prefiksin nacional, qe nuk ishte n\u00eb interes t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs shqiptare ne k\u00ebt\u00eb mjedis, q\u00eb u d\u00ebshmua n\u00eb zgjedhjet lokale dhe ato shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p>Esht\u00eb kjo periudha me transparente p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, ku subjektet politike, perkat\u00ebsisht lideret e tyre p\u00ebr shum\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje thelbesore nuk arriten t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb konsenzusin e domosdosh\u00ebm. Nj\u00eb veprim i till\u00eb nuk ka dilem\u00eb se ka qen\u00eb i motivuar nga interesat personale, klanore e ato partiake, qe u d\u00ebshmua n\u00eb koalicionet para e poszgjedhore qe ishte n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb interesave dhe t\u00eb kauz\u00ebs shqiptare n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi.<\/p>\n<p>Titulli i librit VITET E HUMBURA, flet mjaft p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn e cila ka qen\u00eb e till\u00eb p\u00ebr autorin e k\u00ebtij libri, por nuk dyshoj se e till\u00eb ka qen\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith ne. Sepse autori \u00e7\u00ebshtjet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse nuk i trajton ne aspektin personal, por ka qen\u00eb i preokupuar p\u00ebr pozit\u00ebn dhe statusin e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb ket\u00eb mjedis, n\u00eb nivelin lokal dhe ate shtet\u00ebror.Esht\u00eb pra pik\u00ebrisht, ndjenja e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb e cila fatkeqsisht si kategori morale \u00ebsht\u00eb zbehur duksh\u00ebm duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb nocion i huaj, q\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb transparente d\u00ebshmohet n\u00eb keto vite t\u00eb pluralizmit.<\/p>\n<p>Ne k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt p\u00ebrjashtim b\u00ebjn\u00eb disa individ, qe me keqardhje themi se jan\u00eb t\u00eb pak\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt meritojn\u00eb respektin e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, por t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jemi d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb se dominojn\u00eb antivlerat, si ne dimensionin lokal, shtet\u00ebror dhe regjional.
