Duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb e qart\u00eb se ky post nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet objektiv\u00eb politik e me motiveve personale, por ti epet gjasa dhe shanse q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen t\u00eb reformatoret m\u00ebnyra e zgjedhjes dhe e kompetencave kushtetuese. K\u00ebshtu si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjedhur presidenti i fundit dhe m\u00ebnyra e funksionimit t\u00eb tij politik ka krijuar kriza dhe nd\u00ebrlikuar tej mase rendin kushtetues t\u00eb vendit, ka shp\u00ebrdoruar rregullat striktet t\u00eb pushtetit, ka shp\u00ebrdoruar kompetenca dhe ka rrezikuar stabilitetin e vendit n\u00eb aren\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Ardhja e Isa Mustaf\u00ebs n\u00eb krye t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, e ka shnd\u00ebrruar k\u00ebt\u00eb parti n\u00eb nj\u00eb parti me interesa dyt\u00ebsore dhe jo t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr vendin. Edhe pse radhitet e dyta ajo vetvetiu po b\u00ebhet edhe me e par\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr faktin sepse sjellja e saj nuk koin\u00e7idon m\u00eb me trash\u00ebgimin politike q\u00eb i dha lideri historik, madje po behet nj\u00eb parti e par\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme dhe fare e r\u00ebndomt\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ng\u00ebr\u00e7i aktual politik q\u00eb po e mban vendin pa qeveri \u00ebsht\u00eb se vet Isa Mustafa ay q\u00eb p\u00ebr postin e presidentit t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm po mban pezull institucionalizimin e vendit edhe pse dihet q\u00eb presidenti aktual do t\u00eb mbete edhe p\u00ebr dy vite n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb post. T\u00eb ngulmohet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pozit\u00eb me \u00e7do kusht dhe t\u00eb mos formohen institucionet e vendit nuk p\u00ebrkon me nj\u00eb parti qe krekoset p\u00ebr nj\u00eb parti institucionale. Sepse nj\u00eb parti institucionale para se t\u00eb vinte tek nj\u00eb post q\u00eb ka ende mandat kushtetues nuk do t\u00eb bllokonte marr\u00ebveshjen p\u00ebr ta formuar qeverin\u00eb e vendit dhe nuk do ta bllokonte ndryshimin e gjendjes s\u00eb p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzuar nga krizat dhe kriminalizimi i saj.<\/p>\n

Posti i presidentit \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb \u201cmoll\u00eb sherri\u201d, p\u00ebr mosformimin e qeveris\u00eb. Sa do t\u00eb vazhdoj kjo kriz\u00eb mbetet t\u00eb shihet, por gjithsesi LDK-ja n\u00eb vetvete po tregon fytyr\u00ebn dhe an\u00ebn e keqe t\u00eb saj sepse nuk mund t\u00eb shtiret m\u00eb se do ndryshime dhe do q\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej qytetar\u00ebve dhe vendit pa motive personale. Nd\u00ebrsa, posti i presidentit aktualisht ka v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb huti t\u00eb gjith\u00eb e sidomos an\u00ebtaret e LDK-s\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e ndjejn\u00eb jo m\u00eb ndryshe se\u00e7 transmetohet i shp\u00ebrfaqur, se ky post \u00ebsht\u00eb fare me motive personale, p\u00ebr tu rehatuar i pari i partis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb e qart\u00eb se ky post nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet objektiv\u00eb politik e me motiveve personale, por ti epet gjasa dhe shanse q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen t\u00eb reformatoret m\u00ebnyra e zgjedhjes dhe e kompetencave kushtetuese. K\u00ebshtu si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjedhur presidenti i fundit dhe m\u00ebnyra e funksionimit t\u00eb tij politik ka krijuar kriza dhe nd\u00ebrlikuar tej mase rendin kushtetues t\u00eb vendit, ka shp\u00ebrdoruar rregullat striktet t\u00eb pushtetit, ka shp\u00ebrdoruar kompetenca dhe ka rrezikuar stabilitetin e vendit n\u00eb aren\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Posti i presidentit duhet t\u00eb zgjidhet brenda institucioneve t\u00eb kuvendit dhe jo me marr\u00ebveshje paraprake, q\u00eb synojn\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201cpeshqesh politik\u201d, p\u00ebr liderin e nj\u00eb partie.<\/p>\n

LVV-ja nuk mund ta pranoj\u00eb n\u00eb asnj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kurth t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb nga LDK-ja sepse rrezikon t\u00eb ardhmen dhe p\u00ebrgjysmon kredon e saj politike p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb nj\u00eb parti e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, e ndryshimit n\u00eb vend. I vetmi shans p\u00ebr LDK-n\u00eb mbete qe posti i presidentit t\u00eb vendoset n\u00eb kuvend dhe qe brenda ligjestratures se re politike LVV-ja, ti jap\u00eb garanci paraprake se ky post (posti i Presidentit) t\u00eb mund t\u00eb riformatohet dhe ti japi mb\u00ebshtetje n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, qe posti i presidentit t\u00eb mos b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb post kontrovers me kushtetut\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Ng\u00ebr\u00e7i politik qe vije nga LDK-ja n\u00eb elektorat e saj po shp\u00ebrfaq\u00eb mos dinjitet ngase po ngulmon me \u00e7do kusht n\u00eb postin e presidentit dhe jo t\u00eb ndryshimit t\u00eb gjendjes e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb prioritet mbi prioritet.<\/p>\n

Ka disa skenar t\u00eb rreziksh\u00ebm q\u00eb kan\u00eb qitur kok\u00ebn dhe kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shenj\u00eb e mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e LDK-s\u00eb, sepse figura m\u00eb eminente brenda k\u00ebsaj partie Vjosa Osmani mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet objektiv\u00eb e kalkulimeve politike dhe kjo e d\u00ebmton gjithsesi t\u00eb ardhmen e k\u00ebsaj partie.<\/p>\n

Vjosa Osmani, \u00ebsht\u00eb figura m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb LDK dhe nuk mund t\u00eb anashkalohet nga mos perfiditeti i ca d\u00ebshtak\u00ebve dhe pleqve t\u00eb partis\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mbase nuk jan\u00eb as p\u00ebr oda m\u00eb.
