Kryetari i Shoqat\u00ebs \u201cTrojet e Arb\u00ebrit\u201d, Nue Oroshi<\/b>, tha se ky projekt do t\u00eb financohet nga mjetet q\u00eb i kan\u00eb dhuruar bashk\u00ebatdhetar\u00ebt nga Zvicra dhe Gjermania dhe jemi shum\u00eb t\u00eb lumtur q\u00eb heroi yn\u00eb komb\u00ebtar do t\u00eb vendoset n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qytet historik, edhe pse nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht po fillon jet\u00ebsimin e tij n\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda p\u00ebr popullin ton\u00eb.
