Kandidatja e par\u00eb grua p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtuar qeverin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, Vjosa Osmani i fitoi m\u00eb shum\u00eb 190 mij\u00eb vota nga qytetar\u00ebt n\u00eb zgjedhjet e 6 Tetorit, e cila nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe gruaja m\u00eb e votuar n\u00eb historin\u00eb e Kuvendit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. N\u00ebse e marrim si kriter mb\u00ebshtetjen e fuqishme t\u00eb zonjes Vjosa Osmani nga elektorati i LDK-s\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb ajo duhet t\u00eb merr\u00eb me automatiz\u00ebm edhe timonin e partis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Shp\u00ebrthimi vullkanik i LDK-s\u00eb post-rugoviane<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pas ngulfatjes s\u00eb vullnetit t\u00eb elektoratit n\u00eb procesin e brendsh\u00ebm zgjedhor, mb\u00ebshtetjen e fuqishme t\u00eb elektoratit t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Vjosen kryeministre, duhet kuptuar si d\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb elektoratit q\u00eb ka shp\u00ebrthyer si vullkan p\u00ebr ndryshime n\u00eb LDK dhe mbar\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Sikur zonja Vjosa Osmani t\u00eb ishte propozuar si kandidate p\u00ebr kryeministre vet\u00ebm 5-6 muaj m\u00eb par\u00eb para procesit t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm zgjedhor, fitorja e LDK-s\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte bind\u00ebse, mund t\u00eb ishte fitore apsolute e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 6 Tetorit.<\/p>\n

M\u00ebnyra e kandidimit t\u00eb Vjoses vet\u00ebm 5 minuta para or\u00ebs 12-t\u00eb, nuk erdhi nga gjeneroziteti dhe d\u00ebshira e kryetarit si dhe as e kryesis\u00eb qendrore, por erdhi nga frika e nd\u00ebshkimit nga elektorati p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb deformuar zgjedhor t\u00eb partis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Si pasoj\u00eb e ngulfatjes s\u00eb vullnetit t\u00eb elektoratit, paradoksalisht kandidatja p\u00ebr kryeminstre, Vjosa Osmani \u00ebsht\u00eb e vetmja kandidate q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb lidere dhe q\u00eb nuk pyetet p\u00ebr asgj\u00eb n\u00eb parti!<\/p>\n

Prandaj, vota p\u00ebr Vjosa Osmanin n\u00eb zgjedhjet e 6 Tetorit nuk ishte rast\u00ebsi, por shp\u00ebrthim vullkanik i LDK-s\u00eb post-rugoviane p\u00ebr \u00e7kapjen e partis\u00eb nga klanet dhe p\u00ebr rikthim t\u00eb identitetit politik.<\/p>\n

Duhet t\u00eb ndahet “shapi nga sheqeri” n\u00eb LDK<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb momenti i duhur q\u00eb Vjosa t\u00eb reflektoj n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me besimin e marr\u00eb nga elektorati, p\u00ebr t\u00eb justifikuar vullnetin dhe forc\u00ebn e ndryshimeve n\u00eb LDK.<\/p>\n

Vjosa Osmani nuk guxon t\u00eb sillet vetem si ish kandidate p\u00ebr kryeministre dhe as si n\u00ebnkryetare e em\u00ebruar vet\u00ebm 5 minuta para or\u00ebs 12, por si e ngarkuara me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi nga elektorati i LDK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

E meq\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb personi me i votuar, askush nuk e ka t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn para Vjoses t\u00eb merr\u00eb vendime n\u00eb LDK.<\/p>\n

Vjosa Osmani \u00ebsht\u00eb vullneti i elektoratit n\u00eb zgjedhjet e 6 tetorit, dhe at\u00eb vullnet nuk e ka t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn askush q\u00eb ta shp\u00ebrdoroj dhe abuzoj p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime meskine klanore apo p\u00ebrsonale siq po b\u00ebjn\u00eb klanor\u00ebt e LDK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

E nderuara Vjos\u00eb, e keni p\u00ebr obligim dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi morale para votuesve q\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebshmoheni se jeni produkt i elektoratit e jo e klanit Riinvest.<\/p>\n

Tani \u00ebsht\u00eb momenti m\u00eb i p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm n\u00eb prag t\u00eb 30 vjetorit t\u00eb themelimit t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet kthesa historike n\u00eb partin\u00eb-l\u00ebvizje t\u00eb shtetformimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet shk\u00ebputja nga “Lidhja” e klaneve dhe grupeve t\u00eb interesit n\u00eb LDK.<\/p>\n

E nderuara Vjos\u00eb, po t\u00eb lutem jo nga simpatia q\u00eb kam ndaj jush dhe as nga urrejtja ndaj dikujt tjet\u00ebr, por nga dashuria e pakufishme qe kam ndaj atdheut dhe bashkombasve t\u00eb mi, q\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerrni hapin e guximshem p\u00ebr \u00e7kapjen e LDK-s\u00eb nga klani Riinvest dhe klanet tjera m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla q\u00eb e kan\u00eb kthyer sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e madhe rugoviane n\u00eb “Bastore” t\u00eb fatit personal t\u00eb individeve me ego t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00eb karrieriste.<\/p>\n

E nderuara Vjos\u00eb, ngrite z\u00ebrin e arsyes dhe vullnetit t\u00eb elektoratit p\u00ebr ndryshim, p\u00ebr t’u d\u00ebshmuar para t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb vendit se nuk jeni produkt i klaneve dhe grupeve t\u00eb intetesit, por shprehje e vullnetit t\u00eb elektoratit p\u00ebr ndryshime n\u00eb partin\u00eb shtetformuese dhe shtetnd\u00ebrtuese t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Momenti i pap\u00ebrs\u00ebritsh\u00ebm historik p\u00ebr Vjosa Osmanin<\/strong><\/p>\n

Me hapin e guximsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr ndryshim, e nderuara Vjos\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb d\u00ebshmosh vlerat e pastra rugoviane dhe p\u00ebrcaktimin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb LDK \u00e7far\u00eb e shprehu elektorati q\u00eb t\u00eb dha besimin m\u00eb 6 tetor 2019.<\/p>\n

Besimi i marr\u00eb nga elektorati rugovian nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dhurat\u00eb p\u00ebr klanor\u00ebt dhe grupet e interesit, por \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehje e besimit q\u00eb ka elektorati i LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb ju.<\/p>\n

Andaj ket\u00eb besim t\u00eb marr\u00eb nga elektorati duhet ta ktheni n\u00eb forc\u00eb dhe veprim p\u00ebr ndryshim dhe reforma t\u00eb thella n\u00eb LDK.<\/p>\n

Primati i drejtimit t\u00eb partis\u00eb, i ardhur jo si dhurat\u00eb e liderit aktual, por si vullnet i elektoratit t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, duhet materializuar sa m\u00eb par\u00eb me thirrjen e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme n\u00eb parti, nga t\u00eb cilat duhet te dali nj\u00eb udh\u00ebheqje e re, e aft\u00eb dhe e guximshme q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me sfidat e m\u00ebdha q\u00eb ka vendi 20 vjet pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb luftes, si: p\u00ebr zhvillimin ekonomik, p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e sistemit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor\u00eb dhe arsimor, ashtu edhe p\u00ebr reformimin e sistemit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, ku pushtetar\u00ebt t’i ken\u00eb frik\u00ebn drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb e jo drejt\u00ebsia pushtetar\u00ebve, ku qytetar\u00ebt ndjehen t\u00eb mbrojtur nga ligjet shtetit t\u00eb cilit i paguajn\u00eb tatime, e jo nga nga hara\u00e7i q\u00eb u paguajne grupeve e klaneve mafioze p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar bizneset e tyre.<\/p>\n
