Lajmi i kobsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr aksidentin fatal, p\u00ebr rrjedhoj\u00eb, shuarjen fizike t\u00eb Amend Byty\u00e7it, shokoi qytetar\u00ebt e Istogut me fshatra dhe m\u00ebtej n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Nj\u00eb rrug\u00ebtim n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Ferizajit, n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrim t\u00eb s\u00eb dashur\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, Besart\u00ebs, n\u00eb nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb lag\u00ebshtore, nj\u00eb rr\u00ebshqitje, pastaj rrokullisje e vetur\u00ebs, shkaktoi l\u00ebndimin jet\u00ebmarr\u00ebs t\u00eb Armendit ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Armendi ishte n\u00eb krye t\u00eb stafit sh\u00ebrbyes t\u00eb Nd\u00ebrmarrjes hoteliere, kreative e relaksuese “TROFTA” n\u00eb Istog, me pronar xhaxhain e tij – Ismail Byty\u00e7i, i njohur n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe Shqiptari, si veprimtar i devotsh\u00ebm i \u00e7\u00ebshtjes komb\u00ebtare dhe si nj\u00eb bisnismen tejet i suksessh\u00ebm n\u00eb Istog dhe Kosov\u00eb, ashtu si\u00e7 ishte m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb Bruksel.<\/p>\n

Armendi ishte dora e djatht\u00eb e xhaxhait t\u00eb tij, Hysen Byty\u00e7i, n\u00eb menaxhimin e Nd\u00ebrmarrjes “Trofta”, n\u00eb mbar\u00ebvajtjen e p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb firm\u00ebs n\u00eb fjal\u00eb. I sjellsh\u00ebm, vrojtues i v\u00ebmendsh\u00ebm; komunikues e bashk\u00ebpunues korrekt me vart\u00ebsit; prit\u00ebs, gjith\u00ebdashamir\u00ebsi me klient\u00ebt numerik\u00eb, q\u00eb ka kompleksi hotelier “Trofta”; i matur dhe i p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm, n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e \u00e7dodit\u00ebshme q\u00eb b\u00ebnte.<\/p>\n

Pritja dyditore p\u00ebr t`u varrosur Armend Byty\u00e7i, u kusht\u00ebzua nga ardhja e familjar\u00ebve nga Turqia, Zvicra dhe Belgjika. Kjo koh\u00eb u shfryt\u00ebzua p\u00ebr pritjen ngush\u00eblluese t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve istogas, t\u00eb fshatrave dhe nga vende t\u00eb tjera anek\u00ebnd Kosov\u00ebs, madje edhe nga M\u00ebrgata shqiptare. N\u00eb dit\u00ebn e par\u00eb pritja u b\u00eb n\u00eb kombpleksin e sht\u00ebpive t\u00eb Familjes Byty\u00e7i. Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb u hap edhe kompleksi hap\u00ebsinor\u00eb n\u00eb “Trofta”. N\u00eb pritjen ngush\u00eblluese ishin babai i Armrndit – Fazliu, xhaxhallar\u00ebt: Ismaili, Hamdiu, Hyseni dhe t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit e tjer\u00eb. P\u00ebrmbajtja e babait, Fazliut, ishte mbres\u00ebl\u00ebn\u00ebse, n\u00eb raport me xhaxhallar\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, dhimbja, pik\u00ebllimi dhe loti, n\u00eb vijm\u00ebsi, i kishte mundur.<\/p>\n

Shum\u00ebsia e ngush\u00ebllues\u00ebve ishte numerike, e shumt\u00eb, madje deri n\u00eb habi. Njer\u00ebzit vinin p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb dhimbjes nga Familja e nderuar Byty\u00e7i. Por, kjo shum\u00ebsi, realisht, \u00ebsht\u00eb logjike, e natyr\u00ebshme e shpjeguese, sepse kontaktet e Armendit me qytetar\u00ebt, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb sa masive, aq edhe t\u00eb shpeshta. Familja e madhe Byty\u00e7i, miq\u00ebsit\u00eb e shum\u00ebzuara jan\u00eb nj\u00eb arsye tjet\u00ebr e k\u00ebtij vargu t\u00eb pafund njer\u00ebzish, q\u00eb donin t\u00eb ishin pjes\u00eb e dhembjes t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj Familjeje.<\/p>\n

Shto k\u00ebtu edhe arsyen e tret\u00eb: Ismail Byty\u00e7i, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn, p\u00ebr dy dekada radhazi, duke qen\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb veprimtarive t\u00eb M\u00ebrgat\u00ebs t\u00eb Beneluksit, s\u00eb bashku me Ramadan Gashin, Gani Azemin, (tashm\u00eb, i am\u00ebshuar, ndjes\u00eb past\u00eb), i kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb kryq e t\u00ebrthuar Evrop\u00ebs, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb shum\u00eb mij\u00ebra kilometra rrug\u00ebtim, p\u00ebr g\u00ebzime dhe hidh\u00ebrime t\u00eb m\u00ebrgimtar\u00ebve tan\u00eb. N\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, ky trinom veprimtar\u00ebsh kan\u00eb nderuar me pranin\u00eb e tyre, d\u00ebshmor\u00ebt dhe viktimat e luft\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb SHIK-ut vrastar, n\u00eb pamjet e hapura p\u00ebr k\u00ebto raste.<\/p>\n

Radio Fontana dhe xhamit\u00eb e fshatrave t\u00eb Istogut dhe t\u00eb Pej\u00ebs, kumtuan dit\u00ebn dhe or\u00ebn e varrimit t\u00eb 26-vje\u00e7arit Amend Fazli Byty\u00e7it. Mij\u00ebra qytetar\u00eb u drejtuan p\u00ebr n\u00eb varrezat e Istogut. N\u00eb t\u00eb dy an\u00ebt e hyrjes, ishin rrjeshtuar nj\u00eb duzin\u00eb djem dhe vajza, q\u00eb mbanin bluza t\u00eb bardha, me fotografin\u00eb e stampuar t\u00eb Armendit dhe sigl\u00ebn, sh\u00ebnjen “Trofta”. Kurr\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb nuk ishte par\u00eb nj\u00eb dyndje njer\u00ebzish, sa ishte at\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrcjelljes t\u00eb Armendit, p\u00ebr n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetshme. Tashm\u00eb, ishin grumbulluar mij\u00ebra vet\u00eb. Shum\u00eb syr\u00ebsh t\u00eb p\u00ebrlotur. Nd\u00ebrsa familjar\u00ebt, far\u00ebfisi, shok\u00ebt dhe stafi i “Troft\u00ebs” syenjtur dhe n\u00eb vaj\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ardhja e arkivolit, me trupin e pajet\u00eb t\u00eb Armendit, shtoi doz\u00ebn e dhimbjes, t\u00eb pik\u00ebllimit. Vaj\u00eb e lot masiv. Ritet fetare, “falja e xhenaz\u00ebs”, me pranin\u00eb e 22 hoxhallar\u00ebve, (aq sa arrita t`i num\u00ebroj), ishte e pazakont\u00eb. N\u00eb aspektin fetar, foli, rrjedhsh\u00ebm e men\u00e7urisht, hoxha i shkolluar i Banj\u00ebs, Avni Gashi. Nd\u00ebrsa kryetari i Bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb Islame t\u00eb Pej\u00ebs, imami atdhetar Nexhmedin Gashi, nipi i profesor Abdurrahim Gashit, foli p\u00ebr Armendin, Familjen e z\u00ebshme Byty\u00e7i, pastaj edhe n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj Familjeje si dhe udh\u00ebhoqi ceremonin\u00eb e varrimit. Stafi i hoxhallar\u00ebve shk\u00eblqeu me prezenc\u00ebn dhe fjalimet e tyre dinjtoze predikuese dhe k\u00ebshill\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebse, deri n\u00eb apelimin, thirrjen publike, p\u00ebr t`u p\u00ebrkujdesur p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn, madje n\u00eb \u00e7do hap t\u00eb hedhur.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr t\u00eb nderuar, me pjes\u00ebmarrjen e tyre, Familjen Byty\u00e7i, kishte ardhur kryeministri i Kosov\u00ebs, akademik Isa Mustafa, sekretari i LDK-s\u00eb, Ismet Beqiri, ministri i Financave Avdullah Hoti si dhe stafi tjet\u00ebr ministror\u00eb. Kryetar\u00ebt e komunave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb prir\u00eb nga kryetari i Istogut Haki Rugova, milioner\u00ebt meritor\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs: Behxhet Pacolli dhe Agim Bahtiri, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht, kryetar i Aleanc\u00ebs Kosova e Re dhe kryetar i komun\u00ebs t\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebs. Shum\u00ebsia e njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm, pamund\u00ebsonte p\u00ebr t\u00eb shquar prezenc\u00ebn e personaliteteve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe jasht\u00eb saj. M\u00ebsuam se n\u00eb ceremonin\u00eb mortore kan\u00eb qen\u00eb shum\u00eb deputet\u00eb, ministra, njer\u00ebz t\u00eb artit, t\u00eb shkenc\u00ebs, profesor\u00eb dhe akademik\u00eb t\u00eb Universitetit dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. Po ashtu qen\u00eb t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb medieve t\u00eb shkruara dhe elektronike. N\u00eb mes tyre arrita t\u00eb shquaj miqt\u00eb e mi: gazetarin, analistin dhe moderatorin e portalit “Botapress” – Bajrush Morin\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb kudondodhurin, drejtuesin moderator t\u00eb “Radio Fontana”, baca Zeqir Mehmetaj.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb gjitha vdekjet kan\u00eb tragjizmin, dhembjen p\u00ebr familjar\u00ebt, dashamir\u00ebt dhe njer\u00ebzit, n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. Rsti i Familjes Byty\u00e7i ka ve\u00e7antin\u00eb, sepse kjo Familje u shqua n\u00eb nj\u00eb tenderim, privatizim dhe investim milionash, duke pun\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb armat\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb rinj\u00ebsh dhe duke begatuar dhe faqebardh\u00ebsuar edhe qytetin, komun\u00ebn e Istogut. \u00cbsht\u00eb kompleksi hotelier “Trofta”, me bazenat e rritjes s\u00eb peshkut, q\u00eb ka justifikuar plot\u00ebsisht privatizimin e nd\u00ebrmarrjes, e cila ishte, pothuajse, e falimentuar dhe e degraduar nga menaxhimi i eg\u00ebr dhe amator m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Shefi i “Troft\u00ebs”, Ismail Byty\u00e7i, s\u00eb bashku me kryetaren e Deg\u00ebs t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, n\u00eb Gjermani, Donik\u00eb G\u00ebrvalla, jan\u00eb t\u00eb vetmit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, madje edhe n\u00eb Ballkan e m\u00ebtej, q\u00eb kan\u00eb refuzuar kandidatur\u00ebn p\u00ebr deputet, p\u00ebr arsye shum\u00eb parimore, sepse nuk duan t\u00eb jen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb Parlamenti, t\u00eb ngulfatur nga kriminel\u00eb potencial\u00eb numerik\u00eb e serik\u00eb.<\/p>\n
