Midis pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve kishte komunist\u00eb, nacionalist\u00eb dhe atdhetar\u00ebt t\u00eb tjer\u00eb demokrat\u00eb, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb Forcave t\u00eb Armatosura, t\u00eb rinis\u00eb e t\u00eb gruas antifashiste etj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb konferenc\u00eb mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb 49 delegat\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonin popullin e Kosov\u00ebs dhe forcat politike t\u00eb rreshtuara te Fronti Antifashist Nacional-\u00e7lirimtar i Kosov\u00ebs. Konferenca shqyrtoi tri dit\u00eb radhazi problemet q\u00eb dilnin nga lufta kund\u00ebr pushtuesit. Ajo zgjodhi kryesin\u00eb prej 9 vetash: Mehmet Hoxha (kryetar) ish-prefekt i Elbasanit, Rifat Berisha (n\u00ebnkryetar), Pavle Joviqevi\u00e7in (n\u00ebnkryetar), Xheladin Hana (an\u00ebtar), Fadil Hoxha (an\u00ebtar), Hajdar Dushi (an\u00ebtar), Zekeria Rexha (an\u00ebtar), Milan Ze\u00e7arin (an\u00ebtar) dhe Ali Shukriun (an\u00ebtar).<\/p>\n<p>Konferenca e Bujanit doli me nj\u00eb dokument p\u00ebrfundimtar, me rezolut\u00eb t\u00eb miratuar n\u00eb konferenc\u00eb, ku pos tjerash thuhet:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Kosova dhe Rrafshi i Dukagjinit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb an\u00eb, e cila popullohet n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe nga popullsia shqiptare, e cila, si gjithmon\u00eb, d\u00ebshiron edhe sot t\u00eb bashkohet me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Prandaj, e ndiejm\u00eb p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb ta v\u00ebm\u00eb n\u00eb dukje rrug\u00ebn e v\u00ebrtet, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn duhet t\u00eb ec\u00eb populli shqiptar\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar aspiratat e vehta. Rruga e vetme p\u00ebr t\u2019u bashkuar me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Rrafshi i Dukagjinit, \u00ebsht\u00eb lufta e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt me popujt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Konferenca e Bujanit si dhe rezoluta e saj, duhet par\u00eb si nj\u00eb koncept ideologjik i t\u00eb majt\u00ebs shqiptare, t\u00eb dirigjuar nga komunist\u00ebt jugosllav\u00eb, q\u00eb kishte p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim q\u00eb ta pengoj\u00eb iden\u00eb e bashkimit shqiptar n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb koncepteve demokratike, si\u00e7 i parashihte edhe Karta e Atlantikut, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn u angazhua NDSH-ja dhe forcat tjera nacionaliste, sado t\u00eb shkap\u00ebrderdhura gjat\u00eb dhe mbas luft\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat d\u00ebshtuan ngaq\u00eb u mungoi p\u00ebrkrahja e Per\u00ebndimit.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo u pa m\u00eb s\u00eb miri me zhvler\u00ebsimin e saj, n\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebn e Prizrenit, m\u00eb 10 korrik 1945, kur koncepti i \u201c<em>luft\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt me popujt tjer\u00eb t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb<\/em>\u201d, pasi q\u00eb forcat partizane jugosllave t\u00eb ken\u00eb dep\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, me pajtimin e Enver Hoxh\u00ebs me Titon n\u00eb n\u00ebntor t\u00eb vitit 1944 dhe, n\u00eb rrethanat e nj\u00eb shtetrrethimi dhe t\u00eb gjendjes s\u00eb luft\u00ebs, n\u00ebn pretekstet e shfaqjes s\u00eb \u201ckund\u00ebrrevolucionit\u201d, t\u2019i ken\u00eb q\u00ebruar hesapet me t\u00eb gjitha forcat patriotike, q\u00eb luftuan aleanc\u00ebn komuniste shqiptaro-jugosllave, si\u00e7 ndodhi n\u00eb Drenic\u00eb dhe gjetiu, ku u vran\u00eb mij\u00ebra shqiptar\u00eb, do t\u00eb ripushtohet, nd\u00ebrsa \u201ce drejta p\u00ebr vet\u00ebvendosje\u201d do t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb \u201cdeklarim p\u00ebr bashkim me Serbin\u00eb\u201d!<\/p>\n<p>Edhe p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr epilogut tragjik, formula ideologjike e bashkimit shqiptar, e inspiruar nga Konferenca e Bujanit, vazhdoi t\u00eb shfaqej edhe n\u00eb vitet e gjasht\u00ebdhjeta, t\u00eb shtat\u00ebdhjeta e deri von\u00eb, e rinkarnuar n\u00eb irredentiz\u00ebm ideologjik, anipse k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, e kishte zhvendosur nga binar\u00ebt e legjitimitetit politik, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do t\u00eb vendosej procesi i shtetnd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, i cili do t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbyllet m\u00eb 17 shkurt 2008.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nga: Jusuf Buxhovi &#8211; Revista Drini &#8211; 2 Janar 2020 Konferenca e Bujanit, e mbajtur m\u00eb 31 dhjetor 1943 e deri me 2 janar 1944, paraqet nj\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme nga lufta antifashiste nacional-\u00e7lirimtare, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn u shpreh e drejta e shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr vet\u00ebvendosje dhe p\u00ebr bashkim me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, por mbi konceptin ideologjik t\u00eb [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":49474,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[2,4],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-49473","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-artikuj","category-histori"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
