Cil\u00ebsia e dob\u00ebt letrare e tyre nuk duket se ka t\u00ebrhequr shum\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs, pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se teksti n\u00eb at\u00eb rast \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrfutje artificiale n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb ritmit, pa shum\u00eb pretendime poetike.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb shum\u00eb v\u00ebmendje, p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr, ka t\u00ebrhequr gjuha n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ai tekst \u00ebsht\u00eb hartuar. N\u00eb nj\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim t\u00eb par\u00eb, i ngjan zhargonit t\u00eb zakonsh\u00ebm q\u00eb shpesh p\u00ebrdoret n\u00eb tekstet <em>pop<\/em> (e akoma m\u00eb shum\u00eb <em>hip-hop<\/em>) t\u00eb viteve t\u00eb fundit, i cili e ka zanafill\u00ebn tek e folura e p\u00ebrditshme e disa qendrave urbane n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs (<em>Prishtina in primis<\/em>). Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti i par\u00eb, as p\u00ebr vet\u00eb Elvana Gjat\u00ebn \u2013 ashtu si dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebng\u00ebtar\u00eb e kantautor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, origjina e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve shpesh nuk ka lidhje me zona ku fliten versione t\u00eb geg\u00ebrishtes \u2013 q\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedhin at\u00eb t\u00eb folur si medium p\u00ebrcjell\u00ebs t\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00ebve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>Jan\u00eb shtjelluar konsiderata t\u00eb shumta n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, e q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me aspekte t\u00eb ndryshme: me leverdin\u00eb q\u00eb gjen marketingu tek nj\u00eb zhargon i till\u00eb, i cili \u00e7mohet si <em>catchy<\/em>; me nj\u00eb gjall\u00ebrin\u00eb kulturore t\u00eb sken\u00ebs artistike n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb; me pjekurin\u00eb e kultur\u00ebs <em>underground<\/em> t\u00eb kryeqytetit kosovar, t\u00eb shtrir\u00eb tashm\u00eb p\u00ebrtej kufijve administrativ\u00eb e shtet\u00ebror\u00eb, e cila pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb folur \u2013 shpesh t\u00eb quajtur \u201c<em>kosovar\u00e7e<\/em>\u201d, akoma m\u00eb shpesh \u201c<em>gegnishte<\/em>\u201d \u2013 shprehet dhe arrin majat e veta artistike. Tekstet e grupeve muzikore <em>Jericho<\/em> apo <em>Troja<\/em>, t\u00eb kantautorit Genc Salihu, poezit\u00eb e t\u00eb rinjve si Ervina Halili apo Ndri\u00e7im Ademaj \u2013 sa p\u00ebr t\u00eb cituar disa emra t\u00eb spikatur \u2013 jan\u00eb shembuj t\u00eb l\u00ebvrimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj gjuhe.<\/p>\n<p>Th\u00ebn\u00eb kjo, duhet shtuar gjithashtu se ishte e pashmangshme q\u00eb debati i cili ndoqi k\u00ebng\u00ebn e Gjat\u00ebs t\u00eb shkonte dhe t\u00eb \u201cngacmonte\u201d andrall\u00ebn e vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve standard-dialekt (e q\u00eb n\u00eb rastin konkret shnd\u00ebrrohet deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrballimin standard-geg\u00ebrisht \u2013 sado q\u00eb, tek e fundit, n\u00ebse flasim p\u00ebr nj\u00eb rrafsh t\u00eb sistemuar gjuh\u00ebsor, geg\u00ebrishtja nuk zot\u00ebron di\u00e7ka t\u00eb till\u00eb dhe shpesh merr nj\u00eb shum\u00ebsi trajtash rajonale dhe lokale, prej t\u00eb cilave e folura e Prishtin\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7 nj\u00ebra prej tyre).<\/p>\n<p>Kush shkruan nuk e ka gjuh\u00ebsin\u00eb zanat, pavar\u00ebsisht se e ka t\u00eb pamundur t\u00eb mos dalloj\u00eb se dhe gjuha, ashtu si \u00e7do veprimtari njer\u00ebzore, mban mbi krye pesh\u00ebn materiale dhe ideologjike t\u00eb koh\u00ebs q\u00eb ajo jeton \u2013 edhe p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs sesi ajo shkruhet n\u00eb tekstet e mblla\u00e7itura n\u00ebp\u00ebr festivale.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e mir\u00eb e formacioneve muzikore q\u00eb shk\u00eblqyen n\u00eb sken\u00ebn kosovare t\u00eb viteve 1980, e deri n\u00eb mesin e viteve 1990 (mes tyre emra si Gjurm\u00ebt, Minatori, Lindja, Menkis etj.) p\u00ebrdornin n\u00eb tekstet e tyre versionin standard t\u00eb shqipes, kjo lidhet dhe me kushtet rrethanore politike n\u00ebn t\u00eb cilat gjendej Kosova. Prirjet centrifugale \u2013 e t\u00eb tilla jan\u00eb ato dialektore \u2013 edhe kur k\u00ebto ishin pjes\u00eb e t\u00eb folur\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme, binin n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me at\u00eb q\u00eb ishte, le t\u00eb themi, ideologjia mbizot\u00ebruese nd\u00ebr njer\u00ebz (qofshin k\u00ebta artist\u00eb, gazetar\u00eb, politikan\u00eb etj.). Asokohe, nevoja e nj\u00eb lidhjeje me dheun m\u00ebm\u00eb ishte par\u00ebsore krahasimisht me zhvillimin e prirjeve lokale. Sot, \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se k\u00ebto kushte, si dhe hegjemonia kulturore e diktuar prej tyre, nuk jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat.<\/p>\n<p>Rreth nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb, n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb nj\u00eb artikulli t\u00eb Ardian Vehbiut me titull \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/peizazhe.com\/2018\/11\/25\/drejtshkrimi-i-folur\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Drejtshkrimi i folur<\/em><\/a>\u201d (25 n\u00ebntor 2018), gjeta rastin p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb n\u00eb pah disa v\u00ebzhgime personale q\u00eb pata b\u00ebr\u00eb tutje-t\u00ebhu n\u00ebp\u00ebr Prishtin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Vija re se teksa standardi n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb vazhdon t\u00eb ruaj\u00eb, jo pa v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi, nj\u00ebfar\u00eb monopoli n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin zyrtar dhe gjysm\u00eb-zyrtar n\u00eb shkresa (n\u00eb l\u00ebmin administrativ, gazetaresk, n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e botimeve e ndokund tjet\u00ebr), jasht\u00eb k\u00ebsaj sfere mund t\u00eb v\u00ebzhgohet nj\u00eb dualiz\u00ebm i heshtur mes dy sjelljesh botore kundrejt tij.<\/p>\n<p>Nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb ka nj\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulje t\u00eb dukshme n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e standardit n\u00eb shkrim \u2013 edhe pse n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, si\u00e7 theksonte atypari Vehbiu, hendeku mes tij dhe shqipes s\u00eb folur \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht i gjer\u00eb \u2013 kryesisht nga ajo pjes\u00eb e opinionit e cila politikisht dhe bot\u00ebrisht njihet p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen e fort\u00eb q\u00eb ajo i jep ides\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00eb bashkimi politik mes Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebs. E kam fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebr at\u00eb segment t\u00eb mir\u00eb-dalluesh\u00ebm t\u00eb jet\u00ebs shoq\u00ebrore, kulturore dhe politike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u2013 si\u00e7 mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb rasti i L\u00ebvizjes Vet\u00ebvendosje, ose p\u00ebrndryshe e shum\u00eb eksponent\u00ebve q\u00eb e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb, sidomos virtualisht \u2013 q\u00eb p\u00ebrbuzin ose s\u00eb paku e anashkalojn\u00eb enkas mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e diferencimit identitar mes dy vendeve.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb ritualet e tyre, p\u00ebr shembull, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e k\u00ebsaj prirjeje nuk p\u00ebrdorin flamurin e Kosov\u00ebs \u2013 ose i shmangen heshturazi \u2013 kundrejt nj\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimi t\u00eb ngjeshur t\u00eb flamurit t\u00eb Shtetit shqiptar, madje duke i respektuar k\u00ebtij t\u00eb fundit gjith\u00eb ve\u00e7orit\u00eb e diktuara n\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebn shqiptare. Th\u00ebn\u00eb ndryshe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb thel\u00eb t\u00eb opinionit kosovar gjuha e shkruar (duhet t\u00eb) mbetet e nj\u00ebsuar me standardin, nd\u00ebrsa ky \u00ebsht\u00eb mish\u00ebrim i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb si destinacion final drejt bashkimit politik t\u00eb dy trevave. Nj\u00eb devijim prej standardit do t\u00eb thellonte hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e ndarjes s\u00eb pad\u00ebshiruar t\u00eb nj\u00eb identiteti t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebsaj familjeje \u201cshqip-shkruesish\u201d duket se po i shtohet nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb gjirin e elitave \u2013 kryesisht t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e shkruar e kan\u00eb nj\u00eb ushtrim t\u00eb p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm (n\u00eb sfer\u00eb virtuale edhe k\u00ebta, por dhe t\u00eb botimeve q\u00eb nuk i n\u00ebnshtrohen a priori normave redaksionale): kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga individ\u00eb, q\u00eb lundrojn\u00eb ende n\u00eb nj\u00eb plateau t\u00eb paorganizuar kolektivisht, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt gjithmon\u00eb e m\u00eb tep\u00ebr po e zhdukin n\u00eb shkrimet e tyre dallimin mes gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb folur dhe asaj t\u00eb shkruar, duke e afruar t\u00eb dyt\u00ebn me t\u00eb par\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e th\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e k\u00ebsaj thele t\u00eb jen\u00eb arbitrarisht kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb t\u00eb nocionit politik q\u00eb i jep frym\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00ebve, por ideja e nj\u00eb identiteti (a n\u00ebn-identiteti <em>che dir si voglia<\/em>) q\u00eb p\u00ebr arsye nga m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshmet po merr nj\u00eb drejtim autonom, duket m\u00eb e kuptueshme\/pranueshme p\u00ebr ta \u2013 ashtu si vet\u00eb ideja e nj\u00eb Shteti kosovar (me flamur p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs apo skuad\u00ebr komb\u00ebtare) q\u00eb lypet t\u00eb njihet si realitet, madje dhe nga nj\u00eb lloj \u201cpaternalizmi\u201d i prejardhur prej elitave t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs. Kjo \u00e7on uj\u00eb n\u00eb mullirin e nevoj\u00ebs q\u00eb dhe gjuha e shkruar t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb m\u00eb nj\u00eb ur\u00eb e gjat\u00eb mes dy realiteteve t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs dhe Prishtin\u00ebs \u2013 t\u00eb cilat, duam s\u2019duam, jan\u00eb duke u larguar \u2013 por nj\u00eb ur\u00eb e brendshme n\u00eb mesin e nj\u00eb popullate q\u00eb standardin letrar t\u00eb vendosur m\u00eb 1972 e sheh gjithmon\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb si nj\u00eb st\u00ebrhollim barok t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlikuar, t\u00eb larg\u00ebt dhe hegjemonik. Fakt mbetet se kjo prirje, duke mos qen\u00eb pasoj\u00eb e nj\u00eb vendimarrjeje formale, vazhdon t\u00eb mbetet pre nismash paksa kaotike. Me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb, mish\u00ebrimi i gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb folur n\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb shkruar ende \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb veshit t\u00eb shkruesit, t\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs sesi ai e d\u00ebgjon e jo t\u00eb nj\u00eb rregullimi nj\u00ebsues \u2013 ndryshe th\u00ebn\u00eb, t\u00eb nj\u00eb standardizimi t\u00eb kosovarishtes.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq q\u00eb dy fenomenet e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme jan\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebzhgueshme nd\u00ebr elita (por s\u2019do i zija bes\u00eb tundimit p\u00ebr t\u2019i ndar\u00eb me thik\u00eb dy format e shkrimit), m\u00eb gjer\u00eb mund t\u00eb d\u00ebshmohet ekzistenca e nj\u00eb diglosie t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb: krahas nj\u00eb gjuhe popullore, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb gjallon nj\u00eb <em>katharevusa<\/em> shqipe. Gj\u00eb q\u00eb shfaqet si n\u00eb rrethanat e shkrimit (shpesh vihet re nj\u00eb p\u00ebrzierje e standardit me trajtat dialektore) ashtu dhe n\u00eb rrethanat e ligj\u00ebrimit. N\u00eb disa ambiente, t\u00eb flas\u00ebsh sipas \u201cshqipes s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d, pavar\u00ebsisht se mund t\u00eb duket shpesh e sforcuar, perceptohet si sjellje dalluese, her\u00eb e l\u00ebvdueshme, por jo rrall\u00eb e kritikueshme si fodull\u00ebk kinse-intelektual. N\u00eb t\u00eb tjera rrethana, theksimi i trajtave dialektore n\u00eb t\u00eb folur, madje dhe m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se \u00e7\u2019mund\u00ebson terreni real i dallimeve mes gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00ebsuar dhe dialektit, merret si z\u00ebdh\u00ebnie e nj\u00ebfar\u00eb krenarie vendase, k\u00ebsaj radhe vet\u00ebvler\u00ebsuese por dhe politikisht dalluese.<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshe nga Kosova, ku standardi has probleme me t\u00eb tanishmen e gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb folur, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ai vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb pjes\u00eb e vorbull\u00ebs m\u00eb t\u00eb gj\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrplasjeve mbi trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb e t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn diktatoriale; n\u00eb lidhje me m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn si u vendos dhe sidomos t\u00eb raportit asimetrik q\u00eb standardi diktoi mes dy dialekteve kryesore t\u00eb vendit. \u00c7\u00ebshtje k\u00ebto, tek t\u00eb cilat nuk do t\u00eb ishte nevoja t\u00eb zgjatemi, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 se duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se prirjet anashkaluese t\u00eb standardit, edhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, jan\u00eb t\u00eb pamundura p\u00ebr t\u2019u mosp\u00ebrfillur. Rasti i tekstit t\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebnge n\u00eb Festivalin e TVSH-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mbase m\u00eb banali, n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur l\u00ebvrimet e t\u00eb shprehurit artistik\/publik p\u00ebrmes formave dialektore jan\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb shpeshta nga shum\u00eb an\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim, vlen t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqet v\u00ebmendja tek shembuj ndri\u00e7ues p\u00ebrtej kufijve tan\u00eb kulturor\u00eb e gjuh\u00ebsor\u00eb dhe q\u00eb jan\u00eb jo pak dometh\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Norvegji, p\u00ebr shembull, gjuha zyrtare ka dy standarde n\u00eb drejtshkrim. I pari, i quajtur <em>Bokm\u00e5l<\/em>, shkruhet dhe m\u00ebsohet n\u00eb treva ku banon m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 80% t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs. I zyrtarizuar n\u00eb form\u00ebn e vet aktuale n\u00eb vitin 1929, ky drejtshkrim i ka themelet n\u00eb nj\u00eb version t\u00eb mo\u00e7\u00ebm t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur nga shtresat e ngritura dhe ato urbane t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb norvegjeze, kur vendi ndodhej ende n\u00ebn sundimin e Danimark\u00ebs dhe gjuha daneze ishte nj\u00eb <em>lingua franca<\/em>. Krahas k\u00ebtij versioni, norvegjishtja ka n\u00eb inventar dhe nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr drejtshkrim, t\u00eb quajtur <em>Nynorsk<\/em>. Ky, i zhvilluar n\u00eb mesin e shek. XIX, pasi vendi mori pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb nga Danimarka, bazohet n\u00eb t\u00eb folur\u00ebn e popullatave rurale n\u00eb per\u00ebndim t\u00eb vendit.
