Pas nd\u00ebrprerjes s\u00eb dialogut n\u00eb mes LVV-s\u00eb dhe LDK-s\u00eb, ofertat drejtuar nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebs nga larg\u00ebsia, edhe pse pa ndonj\u00eb efekt t\u00eb drejt\u00ebp\u00ebrdrejt, u ngjajn\u00eb predhave n\u00eb aj\u00ebr, ku secila nga dy subjektet po mundohen t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb avantazh n\u00eb terrenin politik pa e b\u00ebr\u00eb asnj\u00eb l\u00ebizje para.<\/p>\n

LVV dhe LDK po hudhin oferta pa ju p\u00ebrgjigjur nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebs, duke i trajtur ofertat si jo serioze, ashtu siq jan\u00eb n\u00eb realitet k\u00ebto dy subjekte mes tyre; t\u00eb pasinqerta, hipokrite dhe t\u00eb pabesa ndaj nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Vall\u00eb deri kur do t\u00eb “gjuhen” me oferta “partner\u00ebt” e koalicionit qeveris\u00ebs!?<\/p>\n

Ndoshta deri n\u00eb pafund\u00ebsi derisa t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrja e Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese apo bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr zhbllokimin e situat\u00ebs!?<\/p>\n

Kjo loj\u00eb e pasinqert\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre dy subjekteve, pretendente p\u00ebr t\u00eb qeverisur me vendin, m\u00eb shum\u00eb po ngjet n\u00eb fushat\u00eb zgjedhore sesa n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekkje m\u00eb arritjen e marr\u00ebveshjes p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebqeverisje.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrhyrja nga jasht\u00eb, e “keqe” e domosdoshme…<\/strong><\/p>\n

Paradoksalisht n\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn e pas luft\u00ebs t\u00eb gjitha qeverit\u00eb jan\u00eb formuar me nd\u00ebrhyrjen e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve, e siq po duket do t\u00eb p\u00ebrseritet skenari si n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluaren, ku pothuajse \u00e7do her\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur nd\u00ebrhyrja e nd\u00ebrkombetar\u00ebve p\u00ebr formimin e institucioneve shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrhyrje do t\u00eb ket\u00eb edhe k\u00ebsaj radhe, por jo p\u00ebr arritjen e marr\u00ebveshjes LVV-LDK, p\u00ebr shkak se tashm\u00eb ka ‘vdekur’ koalicioni Vetevendosje-LDK, dhe p\u00ebr arsye se nuk ka interesim t\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve p\u00ebr nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb till\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Sikur t\u00eb kishte pasur vullnet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve p\u00ebr nj\u00eb qeveri t\u00eb fuqishme vendore, q\u00eb moti do t\u00eb kishte ndodh\u00eb ndryshimi n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb se nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve m\u00eb shum\u00eb ju intereson stabiliteti politik sesa progresi n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Sikur t\u00eb ishte ndryshe q\u00eb moti do t\u00eb ishim shk\u00ebputur nga k\u00ebto situata paradoksale t\u00eb ng\u00ebr\u00e7eve politike dhe prapaskenave t\u00eb turpshme paszgjedhore.<\/p>\n

Edhe sikur nes\u00ebr t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb marr\u00ebveshja p\u00ebr formimin e qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb re, me st\u00ebrgjatjen e panevojshme t\u00eb (mos) marr\u00ebveshjes, LDK-dhe LVV e kan\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar imazhin e tyre dhe kan\u00eb humbur besimin e qytetar\u00ebve p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mosp\u00ebrfilljes s\u00eb vullnetit t\u00eb elektoratit p\u00ebr koalicionin qeveris\u00ebs, gjegj\u00ebsiht t\u00eb humbjes s\u00eb rastit historik p\u00ebr ndryshimin e kursit qeveris\u00ebs n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Shkelja e parimeve, rr\u00ebshqitje drastike e Albinit<\/strong><\/p>\n

Konsistenca n\u00eb mbajtjen e q\u00ebndrimeve dhe mbrojtja e parimeve e kishin b\u00ebr\u00eb Albin Kurtin jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb ve\u00e7ohet prej lider\u00ebve tjer\u00eb partiak, por t\u00eb jet\u00eb i dashur p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt dhe respektuar prej oponent\u00ebve politik.<\/p>\n

Rr\u00ebshqitja drastike e Albin Kurtit me ofert\u00ebn p\u00ebr zgjerimin e ‘Qeveris\u00eb’, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk paraqet kompromis politik, \u00ebsht\u00eb shkelje e parimeve dhe premtimeve bazike t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes, i shnd\u00ebrruar tani n\u00eb pazar i past\u00ebr p\u00ebr arritjen e q\u00ebllimit politik.<\/p>\n

Shkelja e parimeve dhe v\u00ebnja n\u00eb pazar e posteve politike e ka nivelizuar Albin Kurtin me lider\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb partiak. Shkelja e parimeve dhe premtimeve \u00ebsht\u00eb manipulim i vot\u00ebs dhe shkelje e vullnetit t\u00eb elektoratit p\u00ebr ndryshim.<\/p>\n

Me k\u00ebt\u00eb po deshmohet se edhe VV-ja bashk\u00eb me LDK-n\u00eb, q\u00eb duke e rrit\u00eb numrin e ministrive tani nga 10 q\u00eb proklamoheshin t\u00ebre koh\u00ebn, n\u00eb 14 ministri, se nuk dallojn\u00eb aspak nga t\u00eb gjitha partit\u00eb tjera, sepse kjo q\u00eb po ndodh n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes \u00ebsht\u00eb pazar i past\u00ebr politik dhe kontrabanim i posteve p\u00ebr k\u00ebnaqjen e egos p\u00ebr pushtet n\u00eb gjys\u00ebm shtet.<\/p>\n

Pazari me poste politike ende pa u formuar qeveria ka thyer shpresat e qytetar\u00ebve p\u00ebr ndryshime pozitive.<\/p>\n

Kush mund t\u00eb besoj, q\u00eb nes\u00ebr ky pazar t\u00eb mos ngritet akoma m\u00eb lart\u00eb,…nga 14 mund t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb n\u00eb 16, 18 apo 20 ministri, e t\u00eb mos flasim p\u00ebr numrin e zv. ministrave dhe k\u00ebshilltar\u00ebve q\u00eb nuk mund ta kontrolloj askush nga qytetar\u00ebt e vendit.<\/p>\n

Kush mund t\u00eb besoj tutje q\u00eb edhe Albin Kurti nuk do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb pazare me territore t\u00eb vendit ngjash\u00ebm sikurse pararend\u00ebsit e tij me Da\u00e7iqin e Vu\u00e7iqin.<\/p>\n

Pas k\u00ebtij veprimi skandaloz t\u00eb Albin Kurtit p\u00ebr zgjerimin e ‘qeveris\u00eb’, qytetar\u00ebt do t\u00eb bien n\u00eb depresion edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb, pasiq\u00eb shpresat p\u00ebr ndryshim po vdesin akoma pa lindur qeveria.<\/p>\n

N\u00ebse dikush ka patur nj\u00eb fije shprese, se n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb mund t\u00eb kthehet sundimi i ligjit dhe qeverisja p\u00ebr interesa t\u00eb shtetit dhe qytetar\u00ebve, ajo shpres\u00eb u fundos n\u00eb gremin\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Tanim\u00eb p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e vendit, pak r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi ka, kur dhe si formohet qeveria<\/strong><\/p>\n

Siq duket takimi i fundit i lider\u00ebve t\u00eb LVV-s\u00eb dhe LDK-s\u00eb ishte m\u00eb i v\u00ebshtiri dhe vendimtari p\u00ebr ndarjen e rrug\u00ebve n\u00eb mes k\u00ebtyre dy subjekteve politike. Java e ardhshme mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebnoj\u00eb fundin dilaogut p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebqeverisje mes LVV-s\u00eb dhe LDK-s\u00eb dhe fillimin e nj\u00eb krize t\u00eb re politike me pasoja t\u00eb r\u00ebnda dhe afat\u00ebgjat\u00eb p\u00ebr vendin.<\/p>\n

Zbatimi i skanarit p\u00ebrjashtues p\u00ebr l\u00ebvizjen Vet\u00ebvendosje, e \u00e7ertifikuar si parti e par\u00eb politike fituese e zgjedhjeve, ku p\u00ebrmes kontrabandimit t\u00eb deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb kurdiset grupi m\u00eb i madh parlamentar i LDK-s\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t’i b\u00ebj\u00eb presion LVV-s\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb hise n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjen e koalicionit, ose ta kusht\u00ebzon at\u00eb duke zgjedhur partner t\u00eb tjer\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunues n\u00eb mesin e partive t\u00eb PAN-it, me AAK-n\u00eb dhe Nisma, plus minoritetet e suportuar nga PDK-ja n\u00eb kuvend, do t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb pasoja zinxhiore p\u00ebr vendin.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebshtu pra, sikurse n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e af\u00ebrt, edhe tani, p\u00ebr k\u00ebnaqjen e egos s\u00eb nj\u00eb grupi t\u00eb vog\u00ebl njer\u00ebzish n\u00eb politik\u00eb, do t\u00eb p\u00ebsojn\u00eb qindra e mij\u00ebra qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm qoft\u00eb duke protestuar apo ikur nga vendi i “mallkuar”.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb situat\u00ebn e krijuar, edhe pse nuk jan\u00eb zgjidhje, vet\u00ebm zgjedhjet e reja mund ta evitojn\u00eb kriz\u00ebn e thell\u00eb politike dhe trazirat e pashmangshme n\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit kryesor p\u00ebr \u00e7do lloj trazire n\u00eb vend, do t\u00eb jen\u00eb LVV dhe LDK, dy partit\u00eb fituese t\u00eb zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 6 tetorit 2019, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht Albin Kurti dhe Isa Mustafa, q\u00eb nuk arrit\u00ebn t\u00eb tejkalojn\u00eb interesat personale p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e vendin dhe t\u00eb ardhmen prosperuese t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

Kur lideri \u00ebsht\u00eb i pari dhe i fundit i partis\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n

P\u00ebrderisa n\u00eb partin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr n\u00eb vend, n\u00eb LDK ka plot kuadro t\u00eb afta dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitura sesa lideri i partis\u00eb, n\u00eb LVV nuk ka personalitet q\u00eb mund ta zavend\u00ebsoj\u00eb Albin Kurtin.<\/p>\n

Kjo ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb Albin Kurti t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb k\u00ebshilltar\u00eb t\u00eb zgjuar n\u00eb situatat e caktuara, siq ishte rasti me zgjerimin e ministrive, gjegj\u00ebsisht ofert\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit drejtuar LDK-s\u00eb, e cila m\u00eb shum\u00eb se k\u00ebt\u00eb subjekt, ka irrituar qytetar\u00ebt e vendit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mbanin shpres\u00eb n\u00eb mbajtjen e premtimeve t\u00eb liderit t\u00eb LVV-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Edhe pse, ky gabimi i par\u00eb i Albin Kurtit nga fillimi i bisedimeve me LDK-n\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb gabim i r\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe i parekuperuesh\u00ebm n\u00eb aspektin politik, i d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm n\u00eb aspektin moral dhe psikologjik, nga i cili nuk do t\u00eb k\u00ebndellet shpejt lideri shpirt\u00ebror i LVV-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Un\u00eb, si aktor indirekt n\u00eb politik\u00ebn kosovare, nuk po mund q\u00ebndroj indiferent ndaj zhvillimeve politike, edhe pse nuk kam forc\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb duhet, nuk kam nd\u00ebrgjegje t\u00eb rri pa b\u00ebr\u00eb asgj\u00eb.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye reagimet e mia jan\u00eb shprehje e brendshme shpirt\u00ebrore dhe e dashuris\u00eb s\u00eb pakufishme ndaj atdheut dhe qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb vendit tim, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontribuar sado pak n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb ndryshimeve pozitive, e asnj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb nj\u00eb apo subjekti tjet\u00ebr politik.<\/p>\n

Vet\u00ebm djalli hesht para padrejt\u00ebsive dhe fatkeq\u00ebsive, qofshin ato produkt i natyr\u00ebs apo egoizmit njer\u00ebzor\u00eb!<\/p>\n

E vetmja fije e shpres\u00ebs p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e vendit ka mbetur tek ngjizja e nj\u00eb force t\u00eb re politike nga elita intelektuale n\u00eb Diaspor\u00eb, n\u00eb bashkrendim me forcat progresive n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbysur nj\u00eb her\u00eb mir\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb klas\u00eb kusar\u00ebsh politik q\u00eb po b\u00ebjn\u00eb pazare me poste politike p\u00ebr marrjen e pushtetit dhe q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb pazare m\u00eb pastaj me territor t\u00eb vendit p\u00ebr ti mbajtur ato poste t\u00eb turpit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
