Ramush Haradinaj dhe Edi Rama e nis\u00ebn aq mir\u00eb raportin si kryeministra t\u00eb dy shteteve shqiptare, saq\u00eb komuniteti nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar filloi t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsohej. Madje, n\u00eb mbledhjen e dy qeverive n\u00eb vitin 20018 n\u00eb Pej\u00eb, u fol edhe p\u00ebr bashkim komb\u00ebtar. Mir\u00ebpo e gjith\u00eb historia e tyre tashm\u00eb ka p\u00ebrfunduar n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Themelore t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, ku kryeministri shqiptar paditi at\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr shpifje.<\/p>\n

Nga mbledhja e qeverive n\u00eb Pej\u00eb e deri t\u00eb p\u00ebrplasja e fundit mes Ram\u00ebs dhe Haradinajt kan\u00eb ndodhur shum\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb cilat acaruan raportin e dy kryeministrave, por q\u00eb i nj\u00ebjti u p\u00ebrkthye edhe n\u00eb raport shtet\u00ebror. Drejtori i Institutit t\u00eb Studimeve Politike n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, Afrim Krasniqi<\/strong>, n\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb p\u00ebr KosovaPress deklaroi se ky konflikt \u00ebsht\u00eb nga ato raste tipike q\u00eb raporti personal ndikon n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnien e dy vendeve.<\/p>\n

Ai tha se raportet mes Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb dy dekadat e fundit jan\u00eb raporte personale ku lider\u00ebt nuk komunikojn\u00eb p\u00ebrmes institucioneve por e b\u00ebjn\u00eb direkt dhe kjo krijon mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb kur raportet personale t\u00eb d\u00ebmtohen, at\u00ebher\u00eb d\u00ebmtohen edhe ato shtet\u00ebrore. P\u00ebr Krasniqin, marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb kur vendi yn\u00eb shpalli pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb, nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebta sesa n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb moment dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi e dyanshme. Pas padis\u00eb q\u00eb Rama b\u00ebri ndaj Haradinajt, para pak dit\u00ebsh pati edhe nj\u00eb replik\u00eb n\u00eb distanc\u00eb mes tyre nisur nga prezenca e kryeministrit kosovar n\u00eb nj\u00eb emision n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n

Pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr llogoret q\u00eb jan\u00eb hapur n\u00ebp\u00ebr studio televizive, Krasniqi tha se \u00ebsht\u00eb investim n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb gabuar dhe se po hedhim balt\u00eb mbi fytyr\u00ebn ton\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn duhet koh\u00eb p\u00ebr ta hequr.Sipas tij, nga kjo situat\u00eb po p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt tan\u00eb dhe humb\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb populli shqiptar. Analisti i njohur shqiptar ishte kritik edhe ndaj Tiran\u00ebs zyrtare duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se nuk duhet t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzohen konferencat rajonale e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr t\u00eb kritikuar Kosov\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Sipas tij, Shqip\u00ebria duhet t\u00eb marr\u00eb m\u00ebsim nga viti 1997 dhe reagimi i lider\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs pas takimit t\u00eb kryeministrit shqiptar t\u00eb asaj kohe, Fatos Nano me Sllobodan Millosheviqin n\u00eb Greqi, ku Tiran\u00ebs i ishte k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb mos marr\u00eb nisma nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs pa u konsultuar me Kosov\u00ebn. Duke u ndalur t\u00eb i ashtuquajturi \u201cMinishengen ballkanik\u201d, Krasniqi tha se takimi n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs e Tiran\u00eb u dominua me kritika ndaj Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Megjith\u00ebse theksoi se kjo nism\u00eb nuk ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me tradhti si\u00e7 u cil\u00ebsua, ai tha se nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb nevojshme nismat q\u00eb mbivendosin prioritetet komb\u00ebtare dhe q\u00eb i b\u00ebjn\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb dy shoq\u00ebrive n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe Shqip\u00ebri.
