E themeluar n\u00eb shekullin IV para Krishtit, arriti lul\u00ebzimin e vet gjat\u00eb sundimit t\u00eb mbretit Gent, kur u b\u00eb kryeqend\u00ebr e Iliris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shekullin III para Krishtit preu monedhat e para t\u00eb veta&#8230;<br \/>\nN\u00eb shek XVIII u kthye n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme tregtare, q\u00eb kan\u00eb shtrirje gjeografike n\u00eb disa kontinente t\u00eb bot\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Papajani, me pasionin e vullnetit t\u00eb lir\u00eb u muar me hulumti min e veprimtaris\u00eb ekonomike tregtare t\u00eb firmave tregtare shkodrane t\u00eb njohura si \u00c7oba-Bianki (Bianchi).<\/p>\n<p>Si pasonj\u00eb e nj\u00eb pune voluminoze 5-vje\u00e7are me dokumentat e familjeve treg\u00ebtare t\u00eb njohura \u00c7oba-Bianki fiton grad\u00ebn shkencore doktor i shkencave historike n\u00eb vitin 1996.<\/p>\n<p>Vepra, \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndar\u00eb n\u00eb tre pjes\u00eb dhe q\u00eb shquhet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb llogjik\u00eb e gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb past\u00ebr komunikimi me lexuesin e studiuesin, t\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar me disa konkluzione t\u00eb monografis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Libri, ka nj\u00eb fond t\u00eb pasur burimesh dhe litetaratur\u00eb historike t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzuar e zbardhur deri m\u00eb sot.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb n\u00eb hyrje gjendet pema gjenealogjike e familjeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendura shkodrane n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, e disa foto q\u00eb botohen p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Zhvillimi i treg\u00ebtis\u00eb n\u00eb viset shqiptaren\u00eb shekullin XIX dhe n\u00eb fillimin e shekullit XX, ka qen\u00eb objekt studimi nga studiues t\u00eb vendas dhe t\u00eb huaj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto studime ata duke u mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna burimore historike deri m\u00eb sot, kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb tablo t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme. Por si\u00e7 dihet rajone e zona t\u00eb ndryshme kan\u00eb pasur ve\u00e7o rit\u00eb e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara nga faktor\u00eb ekonomik\u00eb, politik\u00eb, gjeografik\u00eb, e tj. Pra pas krijimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb panorame t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme ekonomike tejvendit ton\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb ka ardhur koha p\u00ebr kryerjen e hulumtimeve t\u00eb detajuara dhe probleme t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebtyre studimeve realizohet nj\u00eb plot\u00ebsim dhe pasurim i gjithansh\u00ebm ekonomik dhe pse jo argumentohen e dalin n\u00eb pah teza t\u00eb reja t\u00eb historiografis\u00eb t\u00eb panjohura m\u00eb par\u00eb nga pseudohistorian\u00ebt e sistemit shterp\u00eb komunist para vitit 1990.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, k\u00ebtij q\u00ebllimi i sh\u00ebrben edhe monografia e dr. Papajanit, e cila tashm\u00eb i krijon mund\u00ebsi historian\u00ebve, studiuesve, m\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb historis\u00eb dhe lexuesve p\u00ebr t&#8217;u njohur m\u00eb af\u00ebr me zhvillimin e veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb biznesit t\u00eb ndershm\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndjekur dy firmat shkodrane me z\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Botimi i k\u00ebsaj monografie e pasuron literatur\u00ebn historike shqiptare e sidomos at\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb saj q\u00eb i kushtohet zhvillimit ekonomik t\u00eb trev\u00ebs veriore t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb gjat\u00eb dy shekujve t\u00eb fundit. P\u00ebr p\u00ebrpilim in e kujdesh\u00ebm t\u00eb librit t\u00eb ri \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb kalohen n\u00ebp\u00ebr duar rreth 45-5000 dokumenta.<\/p>\n<p>Baza e burimeve, p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga dokumentacioni mjaft i pasur i fondit &#8220;Firmat treg\u00ebtare \u00c7oba &#8211; Bianki&#8221; i cili p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson sot fondin m\u00eb t\u00eb pasur n\u00eb llojin e vet, t\u00eb depozituar n\u00eb Arkivin Qendror t\u00eb Shtetit, si dhe fondet e Arqipeshk\u00ebvis\u00eb s\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, dhe ai i firm\u00ebs treg\u00ebtare Muzhani.<\/p>\n<p>Dokumentacioni p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga hyxhete (dokumente pron\u00ebsie) t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dy familjeve t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb dhe dokumente m\u00eb t\u00eb hershme, por edhe akte t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb m\u00ebvonshme pronsie si dhe regjistra, kopje &#8211; letrash, nj\u00eb korrespodenc\u00eb shum\u00eb e larmishme e zhvilluar me tregtar\u00eb e agjent\u00eb vendas e t\u00eb huaj, korrespodenc\u00eb familjare.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm z\u00eb pasqyrimi i ngjarjeve m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs, qofshin k\u00ebto politike (nd\u00ebrrimi i Valinj\u00ebve n\u00eb qytetin e Shkodr\u00ebs), ekonomike (falimentimi i treg\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, importet, zhvlet\u00ebsimi i monedh\u00ebs) por edhe ngjarje t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme (si p\u00ebrmbytja e pazarit dhe nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e qytetit nga lumi Buna, vjedhjet q\u00eb b\u00ebheshin n\u00eb pazar, s\u00ebmundjet, r\u00ebnia e t\u00ebrmetit, etj).<\/p>\n<p>Gjuha e dokumentacionit p\u00ebr at\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb tij q\u00eb b\u00ebn fjal\u00eb mbi pron\u00ebsin\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb osmanisht, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e pasme p\u00ebr secilin prej tyre, \u00ebsht\u00eb pasqyruar nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhje n\u00eb italisht e p\u00ebrzier n\u00eb shqip n\u00eb vitin 1800) ose edhe vet\u00ebm italisht e shkruajtur nga vet\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e familjes \u00c7oba-Bianki.<\/p>\n<p>Pjesa tjet\u00ebr e dokumentacionit \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb italisht dhe shqip.
