Para disa dit\u00ebsh ai festoi 80-vjetorin e lindjes, duke qen\u00eb larg Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, pra n\u00eb Bruksel, ku jeton familjarisht q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1997. Nd\u00ebrsa po mjaftohemi duke sh\u00ebnuar k\u00ebtu, se ai ka qen\u00eb pedagog i l\u00ebnd\u00ebve psikologji e pedagogji n\u00eb shkollat pedagogjike t\u00eb Peshkopis\u00eb e Shkodr\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb Institutin e Lart\u00eb Pedagogjik \u201cLuigj Gurakuqi\u201d; metodist n\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Arsimit e Kultur\u00ebs; drejtor i Kabinetit Pedagogjik t\u00eb Tropoj\u00ebs dhe specialist n\u00eb Institutin e Studimeve Pedagogjike e, para daljes n\u00eb pension, pedagog n\u00eb Fakultetin Histori-Filologji t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb atyre viteve, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb me studime e botime t\u00eb shumta p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb arsimit, shkoll\u00ebs e pedagogjis\u00eb son\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. Me vlera t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta \u00ebsht\u00eb studimi p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e zbritjes s\u00eb mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb pranimit t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve n\u00eb klas\u00ebsn e par\u00eb, nga shtat\u00eb n\u00eb gjasht\u00eb vjet, i cili u miratua e u vu n\u00eb zbatim, shum\u00eb vite m\u00eb par\u00eb. K\u00ebt\u00eb punim ai e botoi, para dy vitesh, n\u00eb nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Kol\u00eb Tahiri \u00ebsht\u00eb autor e bashkautor i disa teksteve shkollore e universitare, n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e pedagogjis\u00eb e psikologjis\u00eb. Emri i tij ka qen\u00eb i pranish\u00ebm gjithnj\u00eb me punime profesionale, n\u00eb gazetat e revistat e koh\u00ebs, sidomos deri sa ai u largua nga vendi yn\u00eb. Por edhe atje n\u00eb emigracion, ai e vazhdoi pun\u00ebn e palodhur e t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar, si n\u00eb mbar\u00ebvajtjen e shkoll\u00ebs shqipe me m\u00ebsim plot\u00ebsues, n\u00eb Bruksel, por dhe n\u00eb studimin e thelluar t\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjeve mbi 100-vje\u00e7are, q\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb dhe vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhen n\u00eb Mbret\u00ebrin\u00eb e Bashkuar t\u00eb Belgjik\u00ebs. Kol\u00eb Tahirin e konsulent M.Gecaj; puna n\u00eb kompjuter nga Artan e Valbona Tahiri dhe punimet grafike e ballina nga Edlira Kame.Mb\u00ebshtetje n\u00eb hartimin dhe botimin e k\u00ebtij libri u b\u00eb bashk\u00ebshortja e autorit, m\u00ebsuesja veterane Ollga Tahiri.<\/p>\n<p>Libri \u201cGjuha shqipe, n\u00eb Belgjik\u00eb\u201d p\u00ebrmban gjith\u00ebsej 344 faqe dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb i pajisur me mjaft fotografi. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndar\u00eb n\u00eb 12 pjes\u00eb. N\u00eb t\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe punimi \u201cFaqe nga m\u00ebsimi i gjuh\u00ebs amtare n\u00eb Diaspor\u00ebn Shqiptare\u201d (me autor M.Gecaj). Gjithashtu, ai shoq\u00ebrohet me aneks-dokumente dhe jet\u00ebshkrimin e autorit, prof. K. Tahiri.<\/p>\n<p>Libri hapet me nj\u00eb hyrje nga autori dhe pastaj flitet, shkurtimisht, p\u00ebr Belgjik\u00ebn, mbret\u00ebri demokratike e humane. N\u00eb kreun e par\u00eb jepen t\u00eb dh\u00ebna me interes p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn shqipe e diaspor\u00ebn shqiptare, n\u00eb at\u00eb vend mik dhe m\u00eb tej p\u00ebr p\u00ebrpjekjet e bashkatdhetar\u00ebve tan\u00eb p\u00ebr ruajtjen e identitetit komb\u00ebtar shqiptar. Sigurisht, me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pjesa, ku flitet nga autori p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsimin e shkolls shqipe, me m\u00ebsim plot\u00ebsues, n\u00eb diaspor\u00eb dhe krijimin e Lidhjes s\u00eb Arsimtar\u00ebve Shqiptar\u00eb (LASH), n\u00eb Belgjik\u00eb. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb ia kushton autori \u201cShkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb N\u00ebn\u00ebs Shqiptare\u201d, e shoq\u00ebruar nga tre faktor\u00eb: N\u00ebna, Vendlindja dhe Gjuha Amtare.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vazhdim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij libri, jan\u00eb pjes\u00ebt e tjera, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat nuk po ndalemi, posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3<\/strong>.<br \/>\nLibri \u201cShkolla shqipe, n\u00eb Belgjik\u00eb\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar dhe hartuar sipas nj\u00eb metodike rigoroze shkencore. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 t\u00eb tjerave, aty z\u00eb vend t\u00eb duksh\u00ebm dokumentacioni i pasur arkivor, marr\u00eb nga Lidhja e Arsimtar\u00ebve Shqiptar\u00eb, n\u00eb Belgjik\u00eb. Po k\u00ebshtu, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur metoda statistikore e vjeljes dhe p\u00ebrpunimit t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave, si: p\u00ebr qendrimet, komentet, idet\u00eb, bot\u00ebkuptimet etj., q\u00eb lidhen me gjuh\u00ebn amtare.<\/p>\n<p>Materiali \u00ebsht\u00eb grumbulluar nga nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i madh njer\u00ebzish, pra bashkatdhetar\u00ebsh tan\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e kan\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar anket\u00ebn e dh\u00ebn\u00eb nga autori, si: m\u00ebsues, prind\u00ebr e nx\u00ebn\u00ebs shqiptar\u00eb. Pastaj, t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e mbledhura jan\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuar me kujdes nga autori.<br \/>\nMbi k\u00ebt\u00eb baz\u00eb, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, argumentohen vlerat e padiskutueshme t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe n\u00eb diaspor\u00eb, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb rrafshin atdhetar, por edhe p\u00ebr lidhjen me tregun e pun\u00ebs, n\u00eb Belgjik\u00eb, si dhe kritikohen disa qendrime t\u00eb gabuara, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb i kushton autori problemeve t\u00eb psiko-linguistik\u00ebs, duke sjell\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna: p\u00ebr raportin e gjuh\u00ebs amtare, me gjuh\u00ebn e huaj; p\u00ebr mosh\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme t\u00eb njeriut emigrant, p\u00ebr ta m\u00ebsuar gjuh\u00ebn e huaj; p\u00ebr rolin e gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb huaj n\u00eb zhvillimin mendor t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve; p\u00ebr nevoj\u00ebn e gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb huaj, n\u00eb p\u00ebrparimin n\u00eb m\u00ebsime t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn vend\u00ebse etj.<br \/>\nT\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto jan\u00eb organizuar n\u00eb lib\u00ebr, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave e studimeve m\u00eb t\u00eb reja bashk\u00ebkohore, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb dobishme p\u00ebr m\u00ebsues, prind\u00ebr e nx\u00ebn\u00ebs shqiptar\u00eb, n\u00eb Diaspor\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Kol\u00eb Tahiri - abetare\" src=\"http:\/\/fjala.info\/2016\/kole_tahiri_abetare.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" border=\"0\" \/><span style=\"color: #999999;\"><em>Abetare t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe\u2026<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij libri e zen\u00eb gjurm\u00ebt, \u201cshej\u00ebzat\u201d, \u201curat\u201d dhe interesimet e belg\u00ebve, p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt. Pra, \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar se, q\u00eb prej m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 100 vjet\u00ebve m\u00eb par\u00eb, ata kan\u00eb mbajtur qendrim dashamir\u00ebs ndaj gjuh\u00ebs shqipe. Kjo zanafill\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb qysh\u00eb n\u00eb fundin e shek. 19-t\u00eb, me revist\u00ebn \u201cAlbania\u201d t\u00eb Faik Konic\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Po k\u00ebshtu, n\u00eb lib\u00ebr gjejn\u00eb vend interesimet e shkenc\u00ebtar\u00ebve belg\u00eb, si p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn shqipe dhe trojet shqiptare. Sidomos, kjo dukuri u theksua p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, gjat\u00eb dhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7ar\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit. Me d\u00ebshmi e fakte bind\u00ebse flitet edhe p\u00ebr arritjet e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb integrimin e natyrsh\u00ebm, n\u00eb Belgjik\u00eb, e pranuar kjo edhe nga vend\u00ebsit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr trajtohen edhe p\u00ebrpjekjet e disa shoqatave t\u00eb emigrant\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Belgjik\u00eb. T\u00eb tilla jan\u00eb: Shoqata \u201cIliria\u201d, \u201cAlbabel\u201d (me shkoll\u00ebn \u201cVatra\u201d t\u00eb Brukselit\u201d), \u201cShoqata e t\u00eb P\u00ebrndjekurve Politik\u00eb\u201d(me revist\u00ebn \u201cKuqezi\u201d, q\u00eb deri tani jan\u00eb botuar rreth 100 numra t\u00eb saj, n\u00eb shqip e frengjisht).<\/p>\n<p>Vend me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi dhe t\u00eb merituar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr z\u00eb veprimtaria atdhetare, arsimore e kulturore e Lidhjes s\u00eb Arsimtar\u00ebve Shqiptar\u00eb, q\u00eb ka funksionuar tash disa vjet, n\u00eb Belgjik\u00eb. Me d\u00ebshmi e fakte konkrete, jepet nj\u00eb mozaik i shkollave shqipe, me m\u00ebsim plot\u00ebsues, si n\u00eb Bruksel dhe n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb qytet tjet\u00ebr, si p.sh. \u201cVatra\u201d n\u00eb Molenbeek, n\u00eb Saint Nikolas etj.<br \/>\nPo k\u00ebshtu, botohen jet\u00ebshkrime t\u00eb disa m\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb dalluar t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs shqipe n\u00eb Belgjik\u00eb dhe q\u00eb jan\u00eb emigrant\u00eb: nga Kosova, Shqip\u00ebria e Maqedonia.
