{"id":51033,"date":"2020-02-14T22:39:30","date_gmt":"2020-02-14T21:39:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fjala.info\/?p=51033"},"modified":"2020-02-14T22:40:54","modified_gmt":"2020-02-14T21:40:54","slug":"xhemijeti-i-ri","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jehonashqiptare.al\/fjala\/xhemijeti-i-ri\/","title":{"rendered":"XHEMIJETI I RI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Autor: <strong>Blerim Latifi<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/ina-online.net\/xhemijeti-i-ri\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ina-Online.net<\/a>, <em>12\/02\/2020<\/em><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb analizat e shumta q\u00eb sot b\u00ebhen mbi origjin\u00ebn e radikalizmit islamik n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, r\u00ebndom theksohet ideja se kjo origjin\u00eb lidhet me vitet e pasluft\u00ebs kur n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb v\u00ebrshuan kushedi sa organizata arabe, t\u00eb cilat, s\u00eb bashku me ndihmat p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar, soll\u00ebn edhe ideologjit\u00eb e tyre, format dhe interpretimet radikale t\u00eb islamit, t\u00eb cilat m\u00eb pas u p\u00ebrhap\u00ebn p\u00ebrmes klerik\u00ebve t\u00eb shkolluar n\u00eb bot\u00ebn arabe. Kjo tez\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithsesi e sakt\u00eb, por nuk shpjegon n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi problemin e islamit politik n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Ekziston nj\u00eb burim tjet\u00ebr prej nga e gjen frym\u00ebzimin ky lloj islami dhe ky burim lidhet me vet\u00eb historin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb kaluar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q\u00eb t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme pak histori<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, Kosova u ripushtua nga Serbia. Ideolog\u00ebt kosovar\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes nacionale shqiptare t\u00eb mbetur n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, e t\u00eb mbledhur n\u00eb Komitetin p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e Kosov\u00ebs, vendos\u00ebn t\u00eb nisin nj\u00eb kryengritje t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e Kosov\u00ebs. N\u00eb krye t\u00eb saj u vendos Azem Bejta dhe zona ku duhej nisur kryengritja u vendos t\u00eb jet\u00eb Drenica. Me t\u00eb ardhur pranvera, krejt ky plan u vu n\u00eb veprim. Diku rreth 10 mij\u00eb luft\u00ebtar\u00eb u p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb n\u00eb kryengritjen, e cila p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb strategjive t\u00eb dob\u00ebta dhe armatimit t\u00eb keq shpejt u shua nga ushtria serbe. Kryengritja u shua, por prapa mbeti nj\u00eb fakt trondit\u00ebs p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb serbe: pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsia e shqiptar\u00ebve ishte masive dhe n\u00eb kushtet kur shteti serb i dal\u00eb nga lufta ishte pothuajse i rr\u00ebnuar, nj\u00eb organizim m\u00eb i mir\u00eb i k\u00ebsaj pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsie do t\u00eb rrezikonte seriozisht humbjen e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si duhej vepruar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast? Si mund t\u00eb zbutej nacionalizmi shqiptar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb me metoda t\u00eb tjera m\u00eb pak t\u00eb kushtueshme?<\/strong> K\u00ebto pyetje mor\u00ebn shpejt p\u00ebrgjigje duke u nisur nga parimi se <em><strong>kur nuk kryen pun\u00eb forca \u2013 kryen ideologjia<\/strong><\/em>. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim m\u00ebnyra m\u00eb e mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbehur nacionalizmin shqiptar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ishte q\u00eb <em><strong>t\u00eb investohej n\u00eb komponentin fetar t\u00eb identitetit t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs shqiptare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb<\/strong><\/em>, n\u00eb kuptimin q\u00eb shteti t\u00eb krijonte m\u00eb shum\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb legale dhe politike p\u00ebr afirmimin e k\u00ebtij komponenti. Vet\u00ebm pak muaj pas kryengritjes s\u00eb Drenic\u00ebs, kjo ide mori form\u00eb konkrete. <em>N\u00eb Shkup u formua partia e par\u00eb politike e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Jugosllavi e ashtuquajtura <strong>Xhemijeti<\/strong><\/em>, e cila u regjistrua si \u201c<em>Shoqata islamike p\u00ebr Mbrojtje dhe Drejt\u00ebsi<\/em>\u201d. Q\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr, ne e kuptojm\u00eb orientimin e saj ideologjik, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb <strong>orientim turko-islamik<\/strong>, q\u00ebllimi themelor i t\u00eb cilit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb afirmoj\u00eb dhe mbroj\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e mysliman\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Mes tjerash, nj\u00ebra prej pikave programore t\u00eb Xhemijetit ishte arritja e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs q\u00eb n\u00eb popullat\u00ebn shqiptare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorej <strong><em>sheriati<\/em><\/strong> n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs civile, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve pron\u00ebsore dhe familjes.<\/p>\n<p>Vet\u00ebm realizimi i k\u00ebsaj pike programore do t\u00eb mjaftonte q\u00eb komponenti fetar i identitetit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb t\u00eb fitonte ep\u00ebrsi mbi komponentin nacional. Xhemijeti mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhjet serbe, fitoi disa ul\u00ebse n\u00eb parlament dhe hyri n\u00eb koalicion me partin\u00eb radikale t\u00eb <em><strong>Pashiqit<\/strong>, i cili si duket \u00ebsht\u00eb inspiruesi dhe ideatori fillestar i islamit politik t\u00eb <strong>Xhemijetit<\/strong><\/em>. <em>Kur lideri i Xhemijetit, Nexhip Draga u s\u00ebmur r\u00ebnd\u00eb, vet\u00eb Pashiqi u p\u00ebrkujdes p\u00ebr d\u00ebrgimin e tij n\u00eb spitalet e Vjen\u00ebs<\/em>. Pas vdekjes s\u00eb tij, postin e liderit t\u00eb Xhemijetit e zuri v\u00ebllai i tij, Ferhat Draga. Me vrasjen e Azem Bejt\u00ebs, dhe rikthimin e <strong>Ahmet Zogut<\/strong> n\u00eb pushtet, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, nd\u00ebrruan edhe rrethanat. N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb kishte marr\u00eb fund \u00e7do vat\u00ebr e rezistenc\u00ebs serioze dhe n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb tanim\u00eb ishte n\u00eb pushtet <strong>nj\u00eb antikosovar<\/strong> dhe p\u00ebr rrjedhoj\u00eb nevoja e qeveris\u00eb serbe p\u00ebr Xhemijetin nuk ishte m\u00eb emergjente. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, kjo qeveri nisi persekutimin e shum\u00eb eksponent\u00ebve t\u00eb saj me d\u00ebnime me burg dhe forma t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb ndjekjes n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ata t\u00eb shuanin edhe shk\u00ebndij\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl t\u00eb nacionalizmit, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb shfaqej n\u00eb strukturat e Xhemijetit.<\/p>\n<p>Sot, n\u00eb kushtet e fillimeve t\u00eb shekullit XXI, kur feja n\u00eb rrafsh global \u00ebsht\u00eb rikthyer fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e politik\u00ebs dhe identitetit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive, islami politik n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ka t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin funksion q\u00eb e kishte n\u00eb vitet \u201920 t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb kaluar, <strong>t\u00eb fuqizoj\u00eb komponentin fetar t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs,<\/strong> n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb atij nacional dhe sikurse at\u00ebher\u00eb, interesin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim e ka Serbia, ngase p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebsaj, n\u00eb plan afatgjat\u00eb, ajo rifiton pozicionin e \u00ebnd\u00ebrruar p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb vendi, kufijt\u00eb e t\u00eb cilit jan\u00eb edhe kufijt\u00eb e Europ\u00ebs. K\u00ebsisoj klerik\u00ebt e sot\u00ebm kosovar\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb futjen e sheriatit n\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn civile, futjen e dogmave fetare n\u00eb sistemin e arsimit publik t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, partit\u00eb me orientim ideologjik islamik si Partia e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe L\u00ebvizja Bashkohu, q\u00eb p\u00ebr koincidenc\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00eb emrat e tyre vet\u00eb emrin e Xhemijetit, jan\u00eb n\u00eb thelb ringjallje e k\u00ebtij t\u00eb fundit. Ato jan\u00eb <em><strong>Xhemijeti i Ri<\/strong><\/em>. T\u00eb till\u00eb si <strong>Fuad Ramiqi<\/strong> e <strong>Shefqet Krasniqi<\/strong> jan\u00eb pasardh\u00ebs besnik\u00eb t\u00eb Nexhip e Ferhat Drag\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ramiqi e Krasniqi nuk mund t\u00eb ulen m\u00eb n\u00eb ul\u00ebset e Parlamentit n\u00eb Beograd, ngase Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb shtet i pavarur nga Serbia, por pun\u00ebn n\u00eb terren e b\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb si dikur Xhemijeti, t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapin sheriatin dhe t\u2019i bindin shqiptar\u00ebt se simbolet e nacionalizmit shqiptar, si ai i Sk\u00ebnderbeut, duhen braktisur. Dhe duhet pranuar se nuk jan\u00eb pa gj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e tyre. Sot <em>sheriati<\/em> \u00ebsht\u00eb duke prekur normat e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs zakonore shqiptare dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb miri e shohim n\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimin e konflikteve civile. N\u00ebse dikur nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsuesit n\u00eb k\u00ebto konflikte ishin profesor\u00ebt, t\u00eb shkolluarit (kujtojm\u00eb pajtimin e madh t\u00eb gjaqeve) sot k\u00ebt\u00eb rol e kan\u00eb marr\u00eb hoxhallar\u00ebt salafist\u00eb. Vendin e fushave dhe odave t\u00eb pajtimit e kan\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb xhamit\u00eb, ku derdhen parat\u00eb e dyshimta arabe.
