{"id":51156,"date":"2020-02-17T08:58:19","date_gmt":"2020-02-17T07:58:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fjala.info\/?p=51156"},"modified":"2020-02-17T08:58:41","modified_gmt":"2020-02-17T07:58:41","slug":"12-vjet-njohje-nderkombetare-12-vjet-izolim","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jehonashqiptare.al\/fjala\/12-vjet-njohje-nderkombetare-12-vjet-izolim\/","title":{"rendered":"12 vjet njohje nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, 12 vjet izolim!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Shkruan: <strong>Florim Zeqa<\/strong>, <em>17.02.2020<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse me qeveri t\u00eb re, Republika e Kosov\u00ebs 12 vjetorin e njohjes nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare \u00ebsht\u00eb duke e pritur m\u00eb e katandisur si asnj\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb; me fusnot\u00eb*, me pozicion inferior dhe me status t\u00eb hapur n\u00eb aren\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, me tkurrje njohjesh, mes takses 100 % dhe reciprocitetit me Serbin\u00eb, mes ides\u00eb s\u00eb korrigjimit dhe ndryshimit t\u00eb kufijve, mes minish\u00ebngenit ballkanik dhe makrosh\u00ebngenit komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>Pas rihapjes s\u00eb statusit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, jo v\u00ebt\u00ebm q\u00eb m\u00eb nuk po b\u00ebhet m\u00eb fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr njohje t\u00eb reja, sfiduese p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb e re mbet\u00ebt mbrojtja e 17 shkurtit 2008-t\u00eb, gjegj\u00ebsisht mbrojtja e njohjeve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, sovranitetit dhe integritetit territorial t\u00eb vendit kundrejt invazionit politik t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Si rezultat i personalitetit t\u00eb dyfisht t\u00eb lider\u00ebve shtet\u00ebror, q\u00eb 12 vjet Kosova vendnum\u00ebron dhe rrotullohet rreth boshtit t\u00eb ri-shpalljes s\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb 17 shkurtit 2008-t\u00eb, duke i kaluar 12 vite izolim me njohje nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, pa mir\u00ebq\u00ebnje qytetare dhe pa asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrspektiv\u00eb zhvillimore.<\/p>\n<p>Rihapja e statusit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb dialogun e Brukselit, Kosov\u00ebs i kushtoj me t\u00ebrheqj\u00ebn e 18 njohjeve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>17 shkurti 2008, akt i njohjes formale t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>17 shkurti 2008 nuk e solli pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe as Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, por ishte vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb akt i njohjes formale nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. D\u00ebshmi e k\u00ebsaj q\u00eb them\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb protektorati 21 vje\u00e7ar mbi Kosov\u00ebn dhe var\u00ebsia e plot\u00eb e liris\u00eb son\u00eb nga forcat paqeruajt\u00ebse nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare (KFOR).<\/p>\n<p>Presidenti historik Ibrahim Rugova asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk k\u00ebrkonte rishpallje t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, por vet\u00ebm njohje formale dhe p\u00ebrmbyllje t\u00eb protektoratit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, formimin e Forcave t\u00eb Armatosura t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (FARK) dhe forcimin e shtetit ligjor.<\/p>\n<p>Arsyeja pse Rugova k\u00ebrkonte vet\u00ebm njohje e jo rishpallje t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti, se ai ishte i vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm se, n\u00eb historin\u00eb e krijimit t\u00eb shteteve ekziston vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb dat\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb dit\u00eb e shpallj\u00ebs s\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, jo dy apo tri sosh!<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse me vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb njohje (nga Shqip\u00ebria), Kosova nj\u00eb her\u00eb ka shpall\u00eb pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj m\u00eb 2 korrik 1990-t\u00eb, edhe pse n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb okupimit klasik, e ka historin\u00eb e funksionimit t\u00eb shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb saj, ka edhe kushtetut\u00ebn e shpallur dhe miratuar nga deputet\u00ebt shqiptar m\u00eb 7 shtator 1990 n\u00eb Ka\u00e7anik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pse nuk ndodhi njohja nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs para 17 shkurtit 2008!?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nuk ndodhi m\u00eb heret p\u00ebr arsye se presidenti historik, arkitetkti i shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Ibrahim Rugova nuk ishte i gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb pranonte kompromiset e dhimbshme e as ndryshimin e p\u00ebrmbajtjes s\u00eb elementeve shtet\u00ebrore q\u00eb solli 17 shkurti; duke filluar nga simbolet antikomb\u00ebtare, p\u00ebrmajtjen multietnike t\u00eb shtetit e deri t\u00eb nj\u00eb kushtetut\u00eb e hartuar jo mbi vullnetin dhe nevojat e popullit, por n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb pakoje q\u00eb avancon pakicat (serbe) n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs shumic\u00eb (shqiptare) n\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00eb q\u00eb e solli 17 shkurti 2008, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim t\u00eb plot\u00eb m\u00eb vullnetin plebishitar t\u00eb popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb shprehur n\u00eb referendumin popullor t\u00eb 26-30 shtator 1991.<\/p>\n<p>Rikonfirmim i referendumit gjith\u00ebpopullor, 2 korrikut e 7 shtatorit 1990, ishte lufta \u00e7lirimtare, gjaku i derdhur p\u00ebr liri dhe sakrificat e panum\u00ebrta t\u00eb popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ikja nga k\u00ebto data, \u00ebsht\u00eb ikje nga themelet e shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<br \/>\nRepublika e Kosov\u00ebs pas 17 shkurtit 2008, erdhi si rezultat i nj\u00eb lidershipi t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsh\u00ebm, q\u00eb pranoj t\u00eb tjet\u00ebrsohet vullneti i popullat\u00ebs shumic\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr hat\u00ebr t\u00eb atyre nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve q\u00eb nuk e duan nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb dyt\u00eb shqiptar n\u00eb Ballkan.<\/p>\n<p>Tashm\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb e kan\u00eb kuptuar se Kosova &#8220;multietnike&#8221;, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vullnet i popullat\u00ebs shumic\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb shkelje e gjakut t\u00eb d\u00ebshmor\u00ebve dhe martir\u00ebve, mohim i sakrificave t\u00eb panum\u00ebrta t\u00eb popullit shqiptar t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nd\u00ebr dekada e shekuj.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00ebvizja e lir\u00eb p\u00ebr kosovar\u00ebt, e drejt\u00eb e privuar nga Brukseli<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb i vetmi vend n\u00eb rajon me prezenc\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, shtetasit kosovar kan\u00eb mbetur t\u00eb vetmit t\u00eb getoizuar n\u00eb rajon, pa t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e levizjes s\u00eb lir\u00eb drejt vendeve t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian!<\/p>\n<p>Kushtet dhe kriteret e nj\u00ebpasnj\u00ebshme t\u00eb v\u00ebna padrejt\u00ebsisht ndaj qeverive t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr liberalizim t\u00eb vizave nga Bashkimi Evropian, na kushtuan me humbje territori, thyerje shpresash p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt dhe mungese t\u00eb p\u00ebrspektiv\u00ebs zhvillimore t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n<p>Akoma m\u00eb t\u00eb paparashikuesh\u00ebm liberalizimin e vizave p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt kosovar e b\u00ebn\u00eb dialogu me Serbin\u00eb, i kusht\u00ebzuar me gjith\u00e7ka dhe \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb e favorizon dhe fuqizon shtetin serb karrshi shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs<br \/>\nPra, edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrvjetor t\u00eb 12-t\u00eb t\u00eb njohjes nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, po vazhdon getoizimi i padrejt\u00eb i shtetasve kosovar dhe privilegjet p\u00ebr shtetin serb nga bashk\u00ebsia nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>12 vjet pas njohjes s\u00eb shtetit ton\u00eb nga bashk\u00ebsia nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, \u00ebsht\u00eb e kund\u00ebrta e asaj \u00e7ka kan\u00eb pritur e d\u00ebshiruar qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs: munges\u00eb sovraniteti, munges\u00eb territori, munges\u00eb lirie, munges\u00eb zhvillimi ekonomik, munges\u00eb demokracie dhe barazie qytetare n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Si do q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb, Kosova ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb qeveri q\u00eb realizon Republik\u00ebn e 2 Korrikut dhe Kushtetut\u00ebn e 7 Shtatorit 1990, p\u00ebr t\u00eb hap\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e realizimit t\u00eb idealit t\u00eb shum\u00eb brezave p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt shqiptar n\u00eb Ballkan.<\/p>\n<p>Urimi m\u00eb i mir\u00eb n\u00eb 12 vjetorin e njohjes nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb shtetit ton\u00eb, do t\u00eb ishte q\u00eb Kosova t\u00eb jet\u00eb e liruar nga strukturat kriminale n\u00eb veri, si dhe e liruar nga uzurpator\u00ebt e shtetit n\u00eb brendi t\u00eb vendit, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht nga kusar\u00ebt politik t\u00eb &#8220;Cosa Nostra&#8221;-s apo mafias kosovare t\u00eb shekullit 21 n\u00eb t\u00eb dyja nivelet e qeverisjes, si kusht i domosdosh\u00ebm p\u00ebr rrit\u00ebn dhe zhvillimin e shtetit ton\u00eb-Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shkruan: Florim Zeqa, 17.02.2020 Edhe pse me qeveri t\u00eb re, Republika e Kosov\u00ebs 12 vjetorin e njohjes nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare \u00ebsht\u00eb duke e pritur m\u00eb e katandisur si asnj\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb;
