Insiativa e Vuqiqit p\u00ebr nj\u00eb lloj konfederate ekonomike e politike si \u201cmini-shengen\u201d, pa Kosov\u00ebn brenda duket se ka rrezik t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsim t\u00eb theksuar t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve nder\u00eb shqiptare, ndofta ky qe triku i tij politik q\u00eb \u201cpolitikanet\u201d zyrtar shqiptar Tha\u00e7i \u2013 Rama se kuptojn\u00eb, se duke qen\u00eb bashk\u00eb ata dy nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se edhe shqiptaret jan\u00eb po aty.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Nga <strong>Bekim Rexhepi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dialogu teknik m\u00eb Serbin\u00eb nuk ka m\u00eb baromet\u00ebr, ai dialog tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb evident\u00eb dhe vet\u00ebm politik. Q\u00eb, kur ka filluar, duket se ka nisur me taktik\u00eb loje p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb vet\u00ebm politike, q\u00eb pal\u00ebt t\u00eb mund t\u00eb ulen kinse p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvilluar nj\u00eb dialog teknik, por q\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb ai dialog do t\u00eb dal\u00eb ne rrafshin politike. Sepse ata q\u00eb filluan k\u00ebt\u00eb insativ\u00eb ishin t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm se me Serbin\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb dialog teknik n\u00ebse nuk i garantohej se ai dialog m\u00eb von\u00eb do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb kalohej n\u00eb, n\u00eb at\u00eb politik, sepse Serbis\u00eb i interesonte m\u00eb shum\u00eb se \u00e7\u2019mund t\u00eb fitoj nga dialogu dhe jo e m\u00eb pak \u00e7\u2019mund t\u00eb humbas\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ne duhet pranuar q\u00eb Kosova, deri me tani ka rr\u00ebshqitur nga dialogu teknik\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb politik, p\u00ebrshkak t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijes s\u00eb ult\u00eb politike q\u00eb mbartnin negocialtor\u00ebt shqiptar. Deri n\u00eb zhvillimet e fundit, rrjedhsh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb hetuar nj\u00eb proces i degraduar dhe i nj\u00eb komploti politik t\u00eb dialogut Kosov\u00eb Serbi. Kompromiset e pal\u00ebs shqiptare nuk u shp\u00ebrblyen asnj\u00ebher\u00eb, as kur u dhan\u00eb tet\u00ebmij\u00eb hektar\u00eb t\u00eb kufirit Malit t\u00eb zi, n\u00eb shk\u00ebmbim t\u00eb liberalizimit t\u00eb vizave. Hektar\u00ebt ik\u00ebn me ratifikimin e marr\u00ebveshjes n\u00eb kuvendin e Kosov\u00ebs e me sponsorizimin e Ramush Haredinja.<\/p>\n<p>Komploti i negociatave u trash edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb kur presidenti Hashim Tha\u00e7i morri insiativa t\u00eb rrezikshme politike duke luajtur me togfjal\u00ebshin: her\u00eb korrigjim, her\u00eb shk\u00ebmbim, her\u00eb demaskim, her\u00eb edhe si ndarje. Ky komplot tragjik i Tha\u00e7it u parandalua nga opozita dhe nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e fort\u00eb e pozit\u00ebs qe s\u2019pajtoheshin me ndarjen dhe planin e Tha\u00e7it. Opozita b\u00ebri \u00e7\u2019mos t\u00eb parandalonte me mjetet e saja, por edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb ishte edhe pozita sepse edhe Kadri Veseli dhe Ramush Haredinaj ishin kund\u00ebr insativ\u00ebs s\u00eb presidentit.<\/p>\n<p>Ardhja e taks\u00eb 100% p\u00ebr produktet serbe sikur e bllokoi procesin e komplotit t\u00eb presidentit Tha\u00e7i p\u00ebr kufijt\u00eb, qe mbartnin iluzione t\u00eb rrejshme p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e problemit shqiptaro serb me kinse nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje finale. Ndofta Serbia do t\u00eb pranonte nj\u00eb njohje t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs e edhe ndonj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb tjet\u00ebr edhe p\u00ebr bashkimin e Kosov\u00ebs me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00ebse kufiri i saj do t\u00eb zgjerohej n\u00eb brendi t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, e sidomos dhe n\u00ebse brenda k\u00ebsaj shtrirje do t\u00eb ishte i t\u00ebr\u00eb veriu i Kosov\u00ebs. T\u00eb sakt\u00ebsojm\u00eb edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb se kriza e komplotit t\u00eb dialogut Kosov\u00eb Serbi ende nuk ka kap\u00ebrcyer sepse n\u00eb insiativ\u00ebn e presidentit Tha\u00e7i, tashm\u00eb ka hyr\u00eb n\u00eb loj\u00eb edhe kryeministri i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb Edi Rama, me insiativ\u00ebn e lodht\u00eb t\u00eb presidentit serb Aleksander Vuqiq. Qeveria Kurti p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb do t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb nj\u00eb qasje me parime, me parime t\u00eb barabarta duke mos yshur interesa nacionaliste t\u00eb nj\u00ebri tjetrit, por duke gjetur zgjidhje konform\u00eb interesave t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme. Pra, nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb si\u00e7 ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Kurti; \u201cdialog pa dialog, nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb dialog mbi harta, dhe president mbi to, nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb dialog pa afate, p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe akomoduar konflikte nd\u00ebretnik\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Marr\u00ebveshjet e fundit p\u00ebr hekurudha dhe avion nuk mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb produkt qe kap\u00ebrcejn\u00eb gjith\u00eb komplotin e dialogut sepse si\u00e7 u pa n\u00eb t\u00eb ishte presidenti Tha\u00e7i dhe Vu\u00e7iq. Pra shikuar n\u00eb imagjinat\u00ebn e sukseseve t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta t\u00eb dialogut duhet akter t\u00eb tjer\u00eb jo t\u00eb komprometuar politikisht. Kosova ka b\u00ebr\u00eb hapin e vet, kjo pritet edhe nga Serbia, sepse Vuqiq nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i denj\u00ebt p\u00ebr nj\u00eb dialog q\u00eb \u00e7on n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb. As Edi Rama q\u00eb paturp\u00ebsisht po e d\u00ebshmon Erdoganizmin e tij n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb \u201cdemokratike\u201d.
