Fillimisht me sensibilizimin e popullit amerikan dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb tij n\u00eb Kongres, si\u00e7 ishte Senatori Bob Dole, i cili me letrat e tija t\u00eb shumta d\u00ebrguar udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve t\u00eb bot\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019i njoftuar p\u00ebr gj\u00ebndjen n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, sensibilizoi edhe opinionin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar n\u00eb favor t\u00eb mbrojtjes s\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb aspiratave t\u00eb tyre demokratike p\u00ebr nj\u00eb Kosov\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe t\u00eb pavarur. Angazhimi dhe roli i tij, mbrenda dhe jasht\u00eb vendit n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, ishte kritik p\u00ebr zhvillimin e pun\u00ebve n\u00eb favor t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, sidomos gjat\u00eb dekad\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb kaluar, p\u00ebrpjekje k\u00ebto q\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb fund \u00e7uan n\u00eb \u00e7lirimin dhe m\u00eb von\u00eb n\u00eb pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Statuja e Senatorit republikan Robert Dole n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb i bashkohet statuj\u00ebs s\u00eb ish-presidentit amerikan demokrat Bill Klinton dhe bashkpuntores s\u00eb tij, ish-Sekretares s\u00eb Shtetit Madeleine Albright, n\u00eb frym\u00ebn e bashkpunimit t\u00eb dy partive kryesore amerikane n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb aspiratave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr liri e pavar\u00ebsi.
