Kryeministri i Kosov\u00ebs, Albin Kurti<\/strong> i ka d\u00ebrguar nj\u00eb let\u00ebr Presidentit t\u00eb Shteteve t\u00eb Bashkuara, Donald Trump<\/strong>, ku e ka informuar mbi programin e tij qeveris\u00ebs dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve me Serbin\u00eb.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Kurti shkruan se qeverisja e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb dy shtylla kryesore.<\/p>\n

\u201cE para konsiston n\u00eb zotimin ton\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pakompromis korrupsionin dhe krimin e organizuar. Shtylla e dyt\u00eb, si prioritiet kryesor, ka rritjen ekonomike, zgjerimin e investimeve dhe krijimin e vendeve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs. \u201cNe jemi t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm se gjat\u00eb dy viteve t\u00eb fundit ka pasur munges\u00eb t\u00eb theksuar t\u00eb koordinimit nd\u00ebrmjet p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr rolin, interesin dhe q\u00ebllimet n\u00eb dialogun me Serbin\u00eb, si dhe p\u00ebr munges\u00ebn e qart\u00ebsis\u00eb se kush flet n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb sken\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe n\u00eb tavolin\u00ebn negociuese. Kjo do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb me qeverin\u00eb q\u00eb drejtoj un\u00eb. Qeveria dhe un\u00eb si kryeminist\u00ebr kemi mandatin kushtetues, vullnetin politik dhe detyr\u00ebn ligjore, si dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e plot\u00eb dhe ekskluzive p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr, udh\u00ebheqjen e k\u00ebtij procesi dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb nivelin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb diplomatik. Sa i p\u00ebrket vendimit t\u00eb heqjes s\u00eb tarif\u00ebs, kryeministri Kurti i shkruan presidentit Trump se heqja e pjes\u00ebshme e saj do t\u00eb nis\u00eb nga 15 Marsi \u201csi shprehje e gjestit t\u00eb mir\u00eb diplomatik dhe si shenj\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrkushtimin ton\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar af\u00ebr me Shtetet e Bashkuara n\u00eb dialogun me Serbin\u00eb<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cNe shpresojm\u00eb se veprimet tona do t\u00eb kthehen me reciprocitet nga Beogradi, nga i cili presim t\u2019i largoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha barrierat jo-tarifore p\u00ebr tregtin\u00eb me Kosov\u00ebn, si dhe t\u00eb ndaloj\u00eb fushtat\u00ebn p\u00ebr \u00e7njohjet e Kosov\u00ebs. Ne poashtu ftojm\u00eb Shtetet e Bashkuara dhe Bashkimin Europian p\u00ebr krijimin e mekanizmave monitorues dhe sanksionues, p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar q\u00eb dy pal\u00ebt t\u2019i p\u00ebrmbahen zotimeve t\u00eb b\u00ebra gjat\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb tanishme si dhe atyre n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen<\/em>\u201d, shkruan kryeministri i Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Shtetet e Bashkuara jan\u00eb shprehur kund\u00ebr heqjes s\u00eb pjes\u00ebshme t\u00eb tarfi\u00ebs ndaj Serbis\u00eb, duke k\u00ebrkuar heqjen e plot\u00eb t\u00eb tyre. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb n\u00eb parlamentin e Kosov\u00ebs sot po zhvillohet nj\u00eb seanc\u00eb e jasht\u00ebzakonshme, e k\u00ebrkuar nga opozita, e cila kund\u00ebrshton vendimin p\u00ebr heqjen e tarif\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs Kurti tha se n\u00eb fushat\u00ebn zgjedhore dhe pas saj si dhe sipas programit qeveris\u00ebs angazhimi \u00ebsht\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimi i tarif\u00ebs 100 p\u00ebrqind me reciprocitet t\u00eb plot\u00eb ekonomik, politik dhe tregtar ndaj Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb obligim sepse n\u00eb 2011 \u00ebsht\u00eb miratuar nj\u00eb rezolut\u00eb me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn kemi shprehur q\u00ebndrimin ton\u00eb dinjitoz. Ne konsiderojm\u00eb q\u00eb rezolutat nuk jan\u00eb tekst n\u00eb let\u00ebr, por vendime p\u00ebr tu zbatuar. Aplikimi i tarif\u00ebs 100 p\u00ebrqind u shfryt\u00ebzua nga pretekstet p\u00ebr t\u00eb refuzuar dialogun dhe Kosova u b\u00eb subjekt i trysnis\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare<\/em>\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Kurti.<\/p>\n

\u201cEfekti ka qen\u00eb minimal, sepse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb zbatuar si duhet. N\u00eb bisedimet q\u00eb jan\u00eb zhvilluar jan\u00eb prezantuar disa marr\u00ebveshje q\u00eb gjoja mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb l\u00ebvizjen e lir\u00eb, n\u00eb praktik kjo vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb e cunguar. Eksportuesit nga Kosova pengohen nga Serbia. Deri m\u00eb tani dialogu \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb mbi e rrotull e p\u00ebr statusin e Kosov\u00ebs. Me reciprocitetin dialogu mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e pengesave nj\u00eb nga nj\u00eb<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Kurti ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se me reciprocitet do t\u00eb vij\u00eb njohja e Kosov\u00ebs nga Serbia.<\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb dialogojm\u00eb p\u00ebr territorin do t\u00eb diskutojm\u00eb si shtet sovran. Kur t\u00eb njihet patent\u00eb shoferi \u00ebsht\u00eb njohur shteti, certifikata e AVUK, dhe kur nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb m\u00eb asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr reciprocitet do t\u00eb ket\u00eb njohje. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb qasje e men\u00e7ur \u2018ose krejt ose hi\u00e7\u2019, \u2018ose tash ose hi\u00e7\u2019<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n
