Por, per te prodhuar organizmi i njeriut barna (ila\u00e7e) atij i duhet lenda e par\u00eb ajeri i paster, uji i paster, ushqimi bio dhe rrezet e diellit!<\/p>\n<p>Te gjitha keto mjerisht sot ose nuk i kemi te pastra, ose nuk i kemi ne sasi te duhur, ose nuk i shfrytezojme ose i marrim ne trup por i shkaterrojme duke konsumuar duhanin, alkoholin, pijet e gazuara, ushqimet e konservuara etj. e mos te flasim per d\u00ebmet qe i shkaktojm\u00eb organizmit t\u00eb njeriut drogat e ndryshme.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00ebnjeshtra me e madhe qe ndonj\u00ebhere i eshte servuar njer\u00ebzimit eshte genjeshtra per rrezikun nga rrezet e diellit, se ato jane te rrezikshme per njeruin, aq me teper rrezet e diellit nga ora 11 deri ora 13, pra mu ne kohen kur njeriu mund te marr vitamin D nga Dielli!?<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Dr. Jacob's Vitamin\" src=\"https:\/\/fjala.info\/2020\/dr-jacobs-vitamin.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"10\" \/> Jane zbuluar krem\u00ebra nga me te ndryshmet te cilat ne fakt pengojne marrjen e vitamines D nga dielli. P\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur kete, forma me e mire eshte marrja e vitamines D3 e perzier me vitamin K2, qe per fat tani ne Zvicer shitet edhe ne apoteka pa recept sikur edhe ne Gjermani! Ne Maqedoni e Kosove ka ne shitje vitamin D3 qe eshte 10 fish me i lire se ne Zvicer e Gjermani.<\/p>\n<p><strong>#Shpjegim<\/strong>:<br \/>\nKjo shishe perzierjes se vitamave D3 me K2 ka keto karakteristika: 1 pike te cilen prodhuesi e quan nje porcion ka 20 mikrogram ose 800 IE (IE-Internationale Einheiten). N\u00eb shishe gjenden 600 porcione ose pika! Nese marrim 5 pika ne dite i bie te marrim 5\u00d720=100 mikrogram ose 5 x 800=4000 IE Vitamin D3 e cila ka sasine e nevojshme te vitaminit K2.
