Kisha dasht\u00eb edhe me i d\u00ebgju p\u00ebrgjigjet e tij, por edhe me ia pa ftyr\u00ebn tu u p\u00ebrgjigj\u00eb!<\/p>\n

I sent questions last week to Hashim Tha\u00e7i but have not received answers. I am thus publicising new questions I\u2019ve sent him a few hours ago. Since he is not answering to me, are there people in America who can pose these questions to him? I would love to hear the answers.<\/em><\/p>\n

\n1. Pse nuk po i b\u00ebni transparente krejt \u00e7\u00ebshtjet, q\u00eb jeni duke planifikuar t\u2019i negoconi me Vu\u00e7iqin n\u00eb Sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Bardh\u00eb?<\/p>\n

2. Kemi informat\u00eb q\u00eb po qarkullon nj\u00eb draft-marr\u00ebveshje mes Kosov\u00ebs e Serbis\u00eb e cila, mes tjerash, n\u00eb k\u00ebmbim p\u00ebr njohjen e Kosov\u00ebs nga Serbia, do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb:
\na) Krijimin e Asociacionit t\u00eb Komunave Serbe, i cili e menaxhon sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsin\u00eb, ekonomin\u00eb dhe arsimin nga Serbia;
\nb) Kisha Ortodokse Serbe me gjitha pronat e saj ne Kosov\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb entitet eksterritorial (me pavar\u00ebsi t\u00eb ngjashme si t\u00eb Vatikanit);
\nc) Krijimi i edhe nj\u00eb komune t\u00eb re Serbe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb (duke i marr\u00eb territor Vushtrris\u00eb, Obiliqit, Skenderajit) e cila lidhet me Gra\u00e7anic\u00eb;
\nd) Komuna e Leposaviqit t\u2019i takoj\u00eb Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb demarkimin e ri, q\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet mes Kosov\u00ebs e Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

3. A jeni t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm q\u00eb jeni duke n\u00ebnshkruar marr\u00ebveshje q\u00eb pastaj nuk mund ta zbatoni? Si i komentoni kritikat q\u00eb ju q\u00ebllimisht fotografoheni e reklamoheni p\u00ebr nevoja t\u00eb sotme duke injoruar obligimet e s\u00eb nes\u00ebrmes?<\/p>\n

4. Keni th\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb jeni mashtruar kur keni n\u00ebnshkruar demarkacionin me Mal t\u00eb Zi dhe formimin e Gjykat\u00ebs Speciale, n\u00ebn premtimin q\u00eb marrim liberalizimin e vizave e kjo nuk ka ndodh\u00eb. Cilat jan\u00eb gjasat q\u00eb ju prap\u00eb mund t\u00eb mashtroheni?<\/p>\n

5. A jeni t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm q\u00eb lufta n\u00eb Bosnje e Hercegovin\u00eb ka filluar pasi q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pranuar n\u00eb OKB dhe q\u00eb Ukrain\u00ebs edhepse ka qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e OKB-s\u00eb iu ka rr\u00ebmby territori (Krimea) nga Rusia. Pra, a jeni i vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm q\u00eb hyrja n\u00eb OKB (edhe n\u00ebse i pranoni kushtet e lart\u00ebcekura) nuk e garanton fundin e luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb ndaj Kosov\u00ebs dhe q\u00eb kjo n\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb madhe mund t\u00eb sjell\u00eb deri te nj\u00eb konflikt t\u00eb ri post-njohje n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb?<\/p>\n

6. A \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb Gjykata Speciale ju ka intevistuar s\u00eb paku nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb e nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb Vjen\u00eb? Si i komentoni kritikat q\u00eb thon\u00eb q\u00eb kompromiset, t\u00eb cilat po i pranoni n\u00eb relacion me Serbin\u00eb nuk e kan\u00eb q\u00ebllim p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve Kosov\u00eb-Serbi, por vet\u00ebm t\u00eb shp\u00ebtoni nga akuzat e Gjykat\u00ebs Speciale?<\/p>\n

7. Cilat jan\u00eb gjasat q\u00eb edhe t\u2019i n\u00ebnshkruani k\u00ebto marr\u00ebveshjet e lart\u00ebcekura me Serbin\u00eb, por edhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoni n\u00eb Gjykat\u00eb Speciale?<\/p>\n

8. N\u00ebse nuk i b\u00ebni transparente k\u00ebto kompromise apo shprehje t\u00eb interesit p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshje, n\u00ebse nuk i b\u00ebni transparente temat q\u00eb po i diskutoni me Serbin\u00eb, n\u00ebse nuk po i b\u00ebni transparente marr\u00ebveshjet e n\u00ebnshkruara p\u00ebr aviacion, hekurudha e autostrada (p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr faktit q\u00eb ne kemi d\u00ebrgu k\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr qasje n\u00eb dokumente zyrtare dhe ligji ju obligon t\u2019i b\u00ebni publike), si pritni t\u2019ju besoj\u00eb populli?<\/p>\n

9. N\u00eb Rambuje keni negociu me spekt\u00ebr ma t\u00eb gjan\u00eb politik t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs; n\u00eb Vjen\u00eb po ashtu keni negociu me spekt\u00ebr ma t\u00eb gjan\u00eb t\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. N\u00eb t\u00eb dy k\u00ebto raste mund t\u00eb thuhet q\u00eb rezultati ka qen\u00eb pozitiv – NATO e ka bombarduar Serbin\u00eb dhe Kosova e ka shpallur pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb. Tani, duke mos u koordinuar me qeverin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, keni mbetur i vetmuar me nj\u00eb ekip t\u00eb vog\u00ebl, i cili nuk e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb reale spektrin politik t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Si mendoni t\u2019i p\u00ebrmbushni obligimet eventuale t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr njohje t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar nga Gjykata e Hag\u00ebs?<\/p>\n

Mister President,<\/p>\n

Last week, I sent you a request for access to public documents. As I have not received a response yet, I am hereby asking you the following questions:<\/p>\n

1. Why are you not making transparent all the issues you plan to negotiate with Vucic at the White House?<\/p>\n

2. We have information that there is a draft-agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, which in exchange for recognition of Kosovo by Serbia will include the following:<\/p>\n

a) Establishment of an Association of Serb Municipalities that will manage healthcare, economy and education by Serbia;
\nb) The Serb Orthodox Church and all its property in Kosovo will be an extraterritorial entity (with a similar independence to the Vatican;
\nc) Establishment of a new Serb municipality in Kosovo (by taking territory from Vushtrri, Obiliq, Skenderaj) which would connect with Gracanica;
\nd) The municipality of Leposavic would belong to Serbia with the new demarcation that would be done between Kosovo and Serbia.<\/p>\n

3. Are you aware that you are signing an agreement which you will not be able to implement? How do you comment on the criticism that all you are interested in is a photo opp in the White House, rather than attending to the obligations of tomorrow?<\/p>\n

4. You have said in the recent past that you were tricked when you signed the demarcation with Montenegro and the establishment of the Specialist Court, as in return you were promised to get visa liberalisation for Kosovo which has not been delivered. What are the chances that you are being tricked again?<\/p>\n

5. Are you aware that the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina started after the latter had been accepted in the United Nations. In addition,Ukraine, despite being a UN member had its territory (Crimea) taken by Russia. Thus, are you aware that entering the UN (even if you accept the conditions mentioned above) does not guarantee the end of the conflict between Serbia and Kosovo and this may lead to a new post-recognition conflict in Kosovo?<\/p>\n

6. Is it true that you have been interviewed by the Specialist Court at least once in Prishtina and once in Vienna? Do you have any comments to the criticism that you are accepting every compromise in relation to Serbia, not to improve Kosovo-Serbia relations but only to save yourself from the charges of the Specialist Court?<\/p>\n

7. What are the chances that you will end up doing both: sign the aforementioned agreements with Serbia and end up in the Specialist Court too?<\/p>\n

8. If you do not make the topics you are discussing with Serbia transparent, or the letters of intent about certain agreements that you will sign transparent, (such as is the case with final deals on aviations, railways and the highway which you are not letting us access although we have submitted a request for access to public documents and the law obliges you to make them public), how do you expect the people to trust you?<\/p>\n

9. At Rambouillet, you negotiated alongside representatives from a wide political spectrum from Kosovo; in Vienna you also negotiated alongside representatives from a wide political spectrum from Kosovo. In both cases the result has been rather positive – NATO bombed Serbia and Kosovo declared independence. Now, with no coordination with the newly elected Kosovo Government, you have been left alone with a small team that does not represent the political spectrum of Kosovo & bypasses an elected government. How do you envisage accomplishing the eventual obligations of Kosovo, be it to recognise Serbia or to save yourself from the Court?<\/p>\n
