Si lokal p\u00ebr shkoll\u00ebn sh\u00ebrbeu sht\u00ebpia e dhuruar nga atdhetari i m\u00ebrguar kor\u00e7ar Mandi T\u00ebrpo.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7elja e shkoll\u00ebs n\u00eb shqipe t\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00ebs ishte nj\u00eb ngjarje e sh\u00ebnuar dhe nj\u00eb fitore p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb L\u00ebvizjen Komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare. Ajo ishte kuror\u00ebzimi i p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta t\u00eb organizatave atdhetare t\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebrguar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb dhe t\u00eb atdhetar\u00ebve brenda vendit. M\u00ebsonj\u00ebtorja shqipe e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs nuk varej e nuk financohej prej asnj\u00eb shteti a shoq\u00ebrie t\u00eb huaj. Ajo u hap, u financua e u mbrojt nga populli dhe nga shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb shqiptare t\u00eb m\u00ebrgimit. Dita e p\u00ebrurimit t\u00eb saj u kthye n\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb feste. Qysh dit\u00ebn e par\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shkoll\u00eb u regjistruan 35 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs. Numri i tyre erdhi duke u rritur dhe n\u00eb vitin e dyt\u00eb arriti 200. <strong>Ajo ishte nj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb fillore laike me fizionomi t\u00eb plot\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, ku gjith\u00eb m\u00ebsimet jepeshin shqip<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Turqishtja m\u00ebsohej si gjuh\u00eb e huaj, m\u00eb von\u00eb u fut edhe fr\u00ebngjishtja. Si tekste m\u00ebsimore p\u00ebrdoreshin ato q\u00eb ishin p\u00ebrgatitur nga Naim Frash\u00ebri, Sami Frash\u00ebri etj., dhe q\u00eb qen\u00eb shtypur e ishin d\u00ebrguar pa shp\u00ebrblim nga kolonia shqiptare e Bukureshtit. M\u00ebsonj\u00ebtorja e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs u b\u00eb qend\u00ebr e p\u00ebrhapjes s\u00eb shkrimit e t\u00eb k\u00ebndimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb rriturit. Ajo ishte gjithashtu qend\u00ebr e p\u00ebrhapjes s\u00eb ideve komb\u00ebtare shqiptare. Duke qen\u00eb shkoll\u00eb e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e besimeve t\u00eb ndryshme, ajo ndihmonte bashkimin e shqiptar\u00ebve pavar\u00ebsisht nga feja dhe ngrinte tek ata nd\u00ebrgjegjen komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7elja e shkoll\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00ebs ngjalli entuziaz\u00ebm te patriot\u00ebt brenda e jasht\u00eb ardheut. Poeti i shquar i Rilindjes, Naim Frash\u00ebri, duke p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetur M\u00ebsonj\u00ebtoren e \u00e7elur n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, shkruante plot frym\u00ebzim:<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2018<em>Hapu, hapu err\u00ebsir\u00eb,<br \/>\nPa jak\u00eb t\u00ebhu o drit\u00eb!<br \/>\nSe arriti koh\u2019 e mir\u00eb,<br \/>\nU gdhi nata u b\u00eb dit\u00eb\u2026<br \/>\nLumja ti, moj Kor\u00e7\u2019o lule!<br \/>\nQ\u2019i le pas shoqet e tua<br \/>\nSi trimi n\u00eb ball\u2019u sule,<br \/>\nTa pa\u00e7im p\u00ebr jet\u00eb hua!<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Hapja e M\u00ebsonj\u00ebtores s\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00ebs u b\u00eb nxitje edhe p\u00ebr \u00e7eljen e shkollave t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb krahina t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Disa jav\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb u \u00e7el\u00ebn shkolla shqipe n\u00eb Pogradec, n\u00eb Rek\u00eb e n\u00eb Oh\u00ebr dhe u b\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitje p\u00ebr t\u00eb tilla shkolla n\u00eb Elbasan, n\u00eb Leskovik, n\u00eb Ersek\u00eb etj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 1889 n\u00eb Prizren ishte \u00e7elur nj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb shqipe n\u00ebn kujdesin e Austro-Hungaris\u00eb. Po k\u00ebshtu, Austro-Hungaria gjat\u00eb dhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7arit t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb shk. XIX futi gjuh\u00ebn shqipe si gjuh\u00eb m\u00ebsimi edhe n\u00eb 24 shkolla fillore, t\u00eb administruara prej saj, n\u00eb qytete e n\u00eb fshatrat e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Sip\u00ebrme dhe t\u00eb asaj Qendrore.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 shkollave t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendura, n\u00eb shum\u00eb vise t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, si n\u00eb Elbasan, n\u00eb Dib\u00ebr, n\u00eb Kruj\u00eb, n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, n\u00eb Berat, n\u00eb Gjirokast\u00ebr, n\u00eb Kolonj\u00eb, n\u00eb Pogradec, n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, n\u00eb P\u00ebrmet, n\u00eb Skrapar, n\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebri etj., u \u00e7el\u00ebn dhe funksiononin pran\u00eb sht\u00ebpive private ose pran\u00eb dyqaneve kurse e shkolla t\u00eb fshehta shqipe, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat m\u00ebsuesit atdhetar\u00eb u m\u00ebsonin f\u00ebmijve dhe t\u00eb rriturve abetaren e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe.<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshe nga autoritetet osmane q\u00eb e p\u00ebrkufizonin kombin mbi baz\u00ebn e fes\u00eb. Intelektual\u00ebt e Rilindjes komb\u00ebtare shqiptare mendonin se kombi ishte n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb gjuha. N\u00eb themel t\u00eb kombit shqiptar ishte gjuha. Ajo u kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb ball\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha p\u00ebrpjekjeve p\u00ebr asimilim, q\u00eb nga koha e pushtimit romak. Ajo duhej t\u00eb ishte nj\u00ebz\u00ebri gjuh\u00eb let\u00ebrsie t\u00eb shkruar dhe gjuh\u00eb arsimi.<\/p>\n<p>Duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb se, deri n\u00eb mesin e shekullit XIX, librat n\u00eb shqip ishin shum\u00eb t\u00eb rrall\u00eb dhe se nuk kishte norm\u00eb shkrimi mbi baz\u00ebn e nj\u00eb alfabeti t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb. Tekstet e botura ishin nxjerr\u00eb pik\u00ebs\u00ebpari p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime fetare dhe alfabetet e p\u00ebrdorura ishin grek, por edhe arab. Mungesa e nj\u00eb drejt-shkrimi t\u00eb nj\u00ebsuar dhe numri i pakt\u00eb i botimeve n\u00eb shqip shpjegohen me faktin se, qysh nga koha e pushtimit romak n\u00eb shekullin e II para er\u00ebs son\u00eb, shqiptar\u00ebt (ose paraardh\u00ebsit e tyre ilir\u00ebt, dardan\u00eb apo epirot\u00eb) nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb kurr\u00eb p\u00ebrnj\u00ebmend zot t\u00eb vetes.<\/p>\n<p>Po t\u00eb ve\u00e7ohet m\u00ebnj\u00eban\u00eb episodi i Principat\u00ebs shqiptare t\u00eb Gjergj Kastriotit Sk\u00ebnderbegut n\u00eb shekullin XV, ata kan\u00eb qen\u00eb gjithmon t\u00eb sunduar: nga romak\u00ebt, bizantin\u00ebt, sllav\u00ebt dhe osman\u00ebt. Natyrisht, as q\u00eb kan\u00eb mujtur m\u2019iu kund\u00ebrvu fuqive t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Andaj dhe gjuha administrative ishte nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb e huaj, por edhe shqipja e p\u00ebrjashtuar nga liturgjia. Tek Shqiptar\u00ebt qe i ngadalsh\u00ebm e i von\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimi se p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb komb. Ai zuri fill nga mesi i shekullit XIX me shenjat e para t\u00eb nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje kulturore q\u00eb u quajt Rilindja Komb\u00ebtare. Lindja e vet\u00ebdijes komb\u00ebtare lidhej me iden\u00eb se gjuha shqipe ishte nj\u00eb pasuri, n\u00eb trashigimi prej t\u00eb par\u00ebve, q\u00eb ishte e udh\u00ebs t\u00eb mbrohej.<\/p>\n<p>Rrahja e mendimeve p\u00ebr nj\u00eb norm\u00eb shkrimi t\u00eb shqipes, beteja p\u00ebr arsimin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjuh\u00eb, shpinin n\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkim identiteti. Ndjesia e shqiptar\u00ebve se i p\u00ebrkisnin nj\u00eb populli shum\u00eb t\u00eb lasht\u00eb, u p\u00ebrforcua n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet p\u00ebrcjelljes s\u00eb miteve dhe kultit t\u00eb heronjeve.<\/p>\n<p>Patriot\u00ebt e Rilindjes komb\u00ebtare punuan me p\u00ebrkushtim p\u00ebr zhvillimin e arsimit komb\u00ebtar. Mir\u00ebpo, n\u00eb at\u00eb drejtim krahas pengesave t\u00eb regjiimit osman, i cili ishte p\u00ebrpjekur gjith\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u2019i mbante shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb err\u00ebsir\u00eb e n\u00eb padituri, si dhe faktorv\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm, ata has\u00ebn dhe n\u00eb pengesa dhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve nga pik\u00ebpamja fetare.<\/p>\n<p>Karakteri i p\u00ebr\u00e7ar\u00eb i fes\u00eb n\u00eb tri besime kryesore: islame, katolike e ortodokse, si dhe i tri shkollave fetare me ndikim financiar dhe programor nga t\u00eb huajit vuri n\u00eb rrezik veprimin e bashkuar t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebr liri. Mu p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye patriot\u00ebt e par\u00eb nis\u00ebn t\u00eb nxisnin shqiptarin\u00eb mbi t\u00eb gjitha fet\u00eb. Gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsi nga Turqia Pashko Vasa nj\u00eb patriot dhe poet komb\u00ebtar nga Shkodra, shkruante:<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2018<em>\u00c7oniu, o shqiptar\u00eb, prej gjumi \u00e7oniu,<\/em><br \/>\n<em>t\u00eb gjith\u00eb si vllaz\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb bes\u00eb shtr\u00ebngoniu,<\/em><br \/>\n<em>edhe mos shikoni kisha e xhamia,<\/em><br \/>\n<em>fe e shqyptarit asht shqypria\u2026<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb nga udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e shquar t\u00eb Rilindjes komb\u00ebtare, <strong>Sami Frash\u00ebri<\/strong>, kishte shkruar m\u00eb 1899: \u201c<em>Shqiptari \u00ebsht\u00eb shqip\u00ebtar p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb jet\u00eb mysliman a i kreshten\u00eb. Besa s\u2019e ka ndruar\u00eb fare edhe kurr\u00eb, se komb\u00ebsia asht\u00eb p\u00ebrpara bes\u00ebs\u2026<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb vazhdim t\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs ide, nj\u00eb vjershator popullor thoshte:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Besa juaj sot<\/em><br \/>\n<em>s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb as kish\u00eb as xhami<\/em><br \/>\n<em>por N\u00ebna Shqip\u00ebri !<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Kur t\u00eb fitojm\u00eb lirin\u00eb<\/em><br \/>\n<em>do t\u00eb kujdesi p\u00ebr kish\u00ebn e xhamin\u00eb. <\/em><br \/>\n<em>N\u00ebse kisha ka nj\u00eb k\u00ebmban\u00eb<\/em><br \/>\n<em>nj\u00ebqind t\u00eb varni anemban\u00eb.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>N\u00ebse kini n\u00eb fshat vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb xhami<\/em><br \/>\n<em>nd\u00ebtoni edhe nj\u00ebzet e tri.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Por feja jon\u00eb tani<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00ebsht\u00eb N\u00ebna Shqip\u00ebri<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pas fitores s\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, patriot\u00ebt shqiptar kishin bindjen se e vetmja zgjidhje p\u00ebr dyzimin e p\u00ebr\u00e7ar\u00eb midis islamizmit dhe krishterimit ishte z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimi i tyre me shqiptarin\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu, Andon Zako \u00c7ajupi n\u00eb librin e tij M\u00ebmdheu, p\u00ebrfshiu n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb poem\u00eb p\u00ebr Malin e Tomorit. N\u00eb maj\u00ebn e malit ndodhej nj\u00eb faltore, ku shqiptar\u00ebt e lasht\u00eb shkonin t\u00eb k\u00ebshilloheshin me orakullin p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Poeti shkruente:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Baba Tomor, kish\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, <\/em><br \/>\n<em>mal kryelart\u00eb, fron i Per\u00ebdis\u00eb,<\/em><br \/>\n<em>tek ti kan\u00eb ardhur njer\u00ebzia q\u00eb n\u00eb lasht\u00ebsi, <\/em><br \/>\n<em>p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar at\u00eb q\u00eb urdh\u00ebronte Zoti<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb tej shtonte:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>\u2026kombi juaj s\u2019vete mbar\u00eb,<\/em><br \/>\n<em>se bet\u00eb u kan\u00eb ndar\u00eb.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8230;t\u00eb krishter\u00eb e mysliman\u00eb,<\/em><br \/>\n<em>gjith\u00eb nj\u00eb perendi kan\u00eb;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>jini nj\u00eb gjak mor t\u00eb mjer\u00eb,<\/em><br \/>\n<em>se nj\u00eb vend kini ler\u00eb,<\/em><br \/>\n<em>jini gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb pajtim me k\u00ebt\u00eb atmosfer\u00eb mbizot\u00ebruese elita politike e shtetit shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb koh\u00ebs v\u00ebndosi q\u00eb shteti t\u00eb ishte asnjan\u00ebs, pa fe zyrtare, dhe q\u00eb ushtrimin e lir\u00eb t\u00eb besimit duhet ta g\u00ebzonin t\u00eb gjitha fet\u00eb. Ata vun si fe shqiptarin\u00eb, duke i quejtur n\u00ebpun\u00ebsit dhe m\u00ebsuesit &#8220;apostuj&#8221; dhe &#8220;misionar\u00eb&#8221;. N\u00eb t\u00ebra aktivitete shoq\u00ebrore publike, si dhe n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit dhe kultur\u00ebs shprehej nj\u00eb shqiptari e zjarrt\u00eb q\u00eb kishte p\u00ebr qellim t\u00eb eklipsonte dasit\u00eb fetare dhe t\u00eb bashkonte popullin shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vonesa e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb zgjimin e nd\u00ebrgjegjes komb\u00ebtare<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb vones\u00eb n\u00eb zgjimin e nd\u00ebrgjegjes komb\u00ebtare shqiptare e cila ishte kryesisht pasoj\u00eb e p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes fetare: n\u00ebn sundimin osman, dy t\u00eb tretat e popullsis\u00eb shqiptare ishin kthyer n\u00eb fen\u00eb islame, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb e treta q\u00eb mbetej ishte edhe ajo e ndar\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb krishter\u00eb katolik n\u00eb Veri dhe ortodoks\u00eb t\u00eb ritit grek, n\u00eb Jug. T\u00eb mb\u00ebshetur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7arje autoritetet osmane e mohonin ekzistenc\u00ebn e nj\u00eb kombi shqiptar. Ata e p\u00ebkufizonin kombin n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb fes\u00eb \u2013 parimi i miletit (Studiuesi Serge Metais, Histori e Shqiptar\u00ebve- nga Ilir\u00ebt deri te Pavar\u00ebsia e Kosov\u00ebs, f. 16, Tiran\u00eb, 2006.).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bismarku n\u00eb Kongresin e Berlinit p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si pasoj\u00eb e zgjimit t\u00eb von\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijes komb\u00ebtare te shqiptar\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebs\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre jasht\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Osmane, Bismarku tha n\u00eb Kongresin e Berlinit m\u00eb 1878 se <strong><em>Shqip\u00ebria nuk ishte ve\u00e7\u00ebse nj\u00eb shprehje gjeografike<\/em><\/strong> dhe se nuk ekziston kurr\u00ebfar\u00eb kombi shqiptar. Dhe jo vet\u00ebm Bismaku si kryesues i Kongresit por asnj\u00eb prej fuqive t\u00eb m\u00ebdha nuk i njishin shqiptar\u00eb si komb\u00eb, e kjo ka qen\u00eb fatale p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e drejt\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes shqiptare. Sepse si parim i njohjes dhe i formimit t\u00eb shteteve europiane dhe ballkanike ishte parimi komb\u00ebtar. Shqiptar\u00ebt me vones\u00eb t\u00eb madhe b\u00ebjn\u00eb p\u00ebrpjeke q\u00eb prej horizonteve politike osmane t\u00eb dalin n\u00eb horizonte evropiane.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rexhep Qosja p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Kongresin e Berlinit <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje profesor Rexhep Qosja, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjerat shprehet: &#8220;<em>N\u00eb Kongresin e Berlinit p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb nuk u l\u00ebjohet n\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb cil\u00ebsi zyrtare n\u00eb punimet e tij, sepse n\u00eb Kongresin e Berlinit trojet shqiptare trajtohen \u201dzot\u00ebrime turke\u201d, kurse shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00ebnshtetas t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb<\/em>\u201d! Vet\u00ebm pse rreth dy t\u00eb tretat e tij e kishin pranuar fen\u00eb myslimane, shpallej k\u00ebshtu popull\u00eb i paqen\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb tutje Qosja shton: &#8220;<em>Shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb p\u00ebsuar d\u00ebmtim t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb, tragjik, prej politik\u00ebs s\u00eb Fuqive t\u00eb M\u00ebdha evropiane\u2026 p\u00ebr ar\u00ebsye se dy t\u00eb tretat e tij i takonin fes\u00eb myslimane dhe pse ishin n\u00ebn pushtimet e nj\u00eb perandorie q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fe e kishte p\u00ebrhapur me shpat\u00eb dhe zjarr. Andaj, njohjet nga shkencat politike tregojn\u00eb se fundamentalizmi fetar n\u00eb politik \u00ebsht\u00eb i d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr rendin shoq\u00ebror, e n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti \u00ebsht\u00eb i rreziksh\u00ebm p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Shteti bashk\u00ebkohor duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje t\u00eb religjionit neutral. Ai u takon t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve, nd\u00ebrsa religjioni jo. Bindjet e besimit fetar t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve nuk mund t\u2019u imponohet t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve. Andaj, normat religjioze nuk mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebnderrohen n\u00eb norma politike. Meq\u00ebnse, besimi fetar dhe politika jan\u00eb dy realitete t\u00eb ndryshme.
