(1939-2020<\/em>)<\/p>\n

N\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr me 23 shkurt 2020 vdiq prof. Ahmet Osja, i cili i takon plejad\u00ebs s\u00eb personalitet\u00ebve t\u00eb shquara nga fusha e bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare. Ai ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb kontribut me vler\u00eb n\u00eb zhvillimin n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ushqimit, duke qen\u00eb model p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn por edhe brezave q\u00eb do t\u00eb vijn\u00eb m\u00eb pas. Kontributi i studiuesit e shkenc\u00ebtarit Osja si drejtues i Institutit t\u00eb Misrit dhe Orizit n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb n\u00eb krijimin e farave hibride t\u00eb redimenteve t\u00eb larta n\u00eb bujq\u00ebsi.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Nail Draga<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ahmet Osja ka lindur n\u00eb vitin 1939 n\u00eb nj\u00eb familje t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb por t\u00eb nderuar n\u00eb fshatin Luarz n\u00eb breg t\u00eb Bun\u00ebs-Shkod\u00ebr. Ka diplomuar n\u00eb Institutin e Lart\u00eb Bujq\u00ebsor (sot Universiteti Bujq\u00ebsor i Tiran\u00ebs). Ka filluar t\u00eb punoj\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1960 si agronom n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Dukagjinit, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb pas nga viti 1968-1970 n\u00eb ILB Kamz\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrfunduar n\u00eb Stacionin e Zooteknik\u00ebs n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr (1970-2001).<\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb institut p\u00ebr afro 30 vjet punoi si ekspert dhe pastaj si drejtues n\u00eb Instituti i Misrit dhe Orizit. Si koleg i af\u00ebrt i Akademikut dhe shkenc\u00ebtarit, Hysen La\u00e7ej, njihet p\u00ebr rolin e \u00e7muar n\u00eb krijimin e hibrideve t\u00eb rinj t\u00eb misrit si dhe evolimin e teknologjis\u00eb s\u00eb tij. Osja ka qen\u00eb p\u00ebr 9 vjet deputet n\u00eb Kuvendin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb (1982-1991), nd\u00ebrsa ka qen\u00eb edhe minist\u00ebr n\u00eb Ministria e Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb, Zhvillimit Rural dhe Administrimit t\u00eb Uj\u00ebrave (1991), si dhe lektor n\u00eb Universitetin e Shkodr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Si deputet i Kuvendit dhe minist\u00ebr i Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb, Prof. Osja shpalosi vlerat e nj\u00eb personaliteti akademik me integritet t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrkushtim t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm. Kishte titullin shkencor dr. i shkencave biologjike, nd\u00ebrsa specializimi profesional dhe jet\u00ebsor ka qen\u00eb agronomia, duke qen\u00eb autoritet i rrall\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n

Profesor Osja ka qen\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb shum\u00eb konferenca shkencore n\u00eb nivel komb\u00ebtar e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb autor dhe bashk\u00eb autor i disa botimeve n\u00eb l\u00ebmin e Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare me koleg\u00ebt e tij sidomos me Profesor Andrea Shundin me banim n\u00eb SHBA.
\nN\u00eb shtypin periodik ka botuar 394 artikuj. Ishte kryeredaktor i gazet\u00ebs \u201cKurora e gjelb\u00ebr\u201d Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb kontributit profesinal t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb botimet n\u00eb media p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb gazeta qendrore e lokale e n\u00eb revista Shoqata e Gezetar\u00ebve Shqip\u00ebtar t\u00eb Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb e ka zgjedhur Kryetar Nderi t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs profesionale, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb dekoruar me tituj t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm si:

Edhe pas daljes n\u00eb pension nuk ka qen\u00eb pasiv, por vazhdimisht ka udh\u00ebtuar si n\u00eb fshatrat e Shkodr\u00ebs dhe gjetiu n\u00ebp\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebri, duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebshilla profesioanle, n\u00eb takime specialist\u00ebsh bujq\u00ebsie, duke folur me pasion dhe argumenta me specialist\u00eb t\u00eb fushave t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs q\u00eb zot\u00ebronte si rrall\u00eb kush ofronte t\u00eb dh\u00ebna shum\u00ebdimensionale t\u00eb argumentuara p\u00ebr historin\u00eb, krahinat shqiptare, p\u00ebr arkeologjin\u00eb, gazetarin\u00eb, mjedisin, uj\u00ebrat, agroturizmin etj., duke ofruar t\u00eb dh\u00ebna me interes p\u00ebr identitetin shqiptar nga koh\u00ebrat e hershme e deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona. Dhe njohuri e dituri t\u00eb tilla ka pasur mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb person enciklopedik q\u00eb ishte i rrall\u00eb p\u00ebr Shkodr\u00ebn dhe bot\u00ebn shqiptare.<\/p>\n

Ai ishte nj\u00eb em\u00ebr i nderuar jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr por n\u00eb gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, sepse ai kishte kudo miq, njer\u00ebz t\u00eb profesioneve dhe moshave t\u00eb ndryshme nga Vermoshi e deri n\u00eb Konispol. Nd\u00ebrsa pas vit\u00ebve 90-ta t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb kaluar me hapjen e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ai ishte i pranish\u00ebm edhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e kudo ku kishte shqiptar\u00eb deri n\u00eb SHBA. N\u00eb ve\u00e7anti kishte ndjenj\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi (Ulqin, An\u00eb t\u00eb Malit e Kraj\u00eb), n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb lidhjeve familjare e shoq\u00ebrore, duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebshilla shoq\u00ebrore e profesionale.<\/p>\n

Nuk ka dilem\u00eb se A. Osja b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb plejad\u00ebn e personaliteve t\u00eb shquara t\u00eb bot\u00ebs shqiptare. Ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb pasur fatin ta njohin dhe bashk\u00ebpunojn\u00eb me t\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb mendimi se t\u00eb till\u00ebt lindin rrall\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa Shkodra ishte e privilegjuar q\u00eb e kishte n\u00eb mesin e saj. Me vdekjen e tij, familja humbi nj\u00ebriun e dashur, Shkodra qytetarin e nderuar, nd\u00ebrsa bota shqiptare enciklopedin\u00eb e koh\u00ebs son\u00eb.<\/p>\n
