Votimet e 6 tetorit kan\u00eb sjell disa cil\u00ebsi shum\u00eb t\u00eb vlefshme. Soll\u00ebn paraqitje t\u00eb dukshme t\u00eb vullnetit t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve p\u00ebr ndryshime t\u00eb thella dhe t\u00eb gj\u00ebra, dhe kjo ishte porosia kryesore p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha partit\u00eb politike. N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr LDK-n\u00eb votimet e 6 tetorit soll\u00ebn qart\u00ebsi politike p\u00ebr shum\u00eb paqart\u00ebsi politike t\u00eb cilat\u00eb LDK \u00ebsht\u00eb duke i ofruar an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb dhe qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

LDK qysh nga vdekja e prijesit t\u00eb saj historik Ibrahim Rugova, LDK n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi nga drejtuesit e saj politik ka ofruar m\u00eb shum\u00eb paqart\u00ebsi politike sesa qart\u00ebsi politike. Pik\u00ebrisht shum\u00ebsia e paqart\u00ebsive politike kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb LDK n\u00eb votime t\u00eb dal humb\u00ebse serike. LDK duhet q\u00eb para ant\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj dhe qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb dal me qart\u00ebsi t\u00eb plot\u00eb politike p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha problemet dhe nevojat\u00eb e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb kushti q\u00eb LDK nga parti politike humb\u00ebse serike t\u00eb sh\u00ebndrrohet n\u00eb parti politike fituese n\u00eb votime.<\/p>\n

Votimet e 6 tetorit kan\u00eb ofruar qart\u00ebsi p\u00ebr disa nga paqart\u00ebsit por jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha se paqart\u00ebsit jan\u00eb tep\u00ebr t\u00eb shum\u00ebta. I mbet\u00ebt drejtuesve t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i njoh\u00eb dhe respektoj k\u00ebto qart\u00ebsi t\u00eb ofruara, t\u00eb cilat\u00eb po i paraqes n\u00eb vijim:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Mosmarrja p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr e his\u00ebs n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e drzhav\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs \u2013 LDK si subjekt politik ka qen\u00eb bashk\u00ebpjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e drzhav\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Lexuesve ua s\u00e7aroj se me drzhav\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs kuptoj nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb Kosove sipas recet\u00ebs s\u00eb strukturave t\u00eb mshefta serbe ku moszbatueshm\u00ebria e ligjit \u00ebsht\u00eb themeli mbi t\u00eb cilin nd\u00ebrtohen shum\u00eb sisteme q\u00eb e b\u00ebjn Kosov\u00ebn jo-funksionale. Votuesi i Kosov\u00ebs me arsye nuk u bind sa duhet se LDK nj\u00ebmend sjell ndryshimin. Ne njer\u00ebn an\u00eb kishte Vjos\u00ebn q\u00eb premtonte fillimin e \u00e7\u2019monitimit t\u00eb drzhav\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr kishte komisarin politik q\u00eb koh\u00eb-pas-kohe korrigjonte Vjos\u00ebn dhe bab\u00ebn q\u00eb mrizonte si kujdestar se ndryshimi nuk t\u00eb ndodh. Si mund t\u00eb besohet se LDK do t\u00eb filloj t\u00eb \u00e7\u2019montoj drzhaven e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb filluar nd\u00ebrtimin e shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs kur nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se a po del para qytetar\u00ebve si parti e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb drzhav\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs a parti e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Modeli i bab\u00ebs \u2013 Drejtuesit e LDK-s\u00eb u p\u00ebrcaktuan q\u00eb \u201cbaba\u201d t\u00eb rrij n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt t\u00eb mbledhin vota, q\u00eb dikush t\u00eb korr vota e dikush tjet\u00ebr t\u2019i marr\u00eb votat dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebj \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb don\u00eb me to. Votuesi nuk ka patur si t\u00eb dij dhe t\u00eb bindet se kush po i merr\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb para tyre, nuk ka patur si t\u00eb dij se kujt po i beson. N\u00ebn k\u00ebto paqart\u00ebsi, votuesi thjeshte me t\u00eb drejt nuk i ka dhen\u00eb besim fare. Kjo u v\u00ebrtetua qysh pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb votimeve ku Vjosa i korri votat e Isa grabiti udh\u00ebheqj\u00ebn e bisedimeve p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebqeverisje me Vv-n\u00eb. Me modelin e bab\u00ebs nuk mund t\u00eb funksionoj ndonj\u00eb parti politike shtetnd\u00ebrtuese, drzhav\u00eb ndertuese po.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Gara p\u00ebr votat e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb \u2013 Shumica e kandidat\u00ebve p\u00ebr deputet nga lista e LDK-s\u00eb pothuajse n\u00eb gjith\u00eb komunikimin dhe paraqitjet publike drejtonin porosi t\u00eb d\u00ebshmimit para an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb se sa shum\u00eb kan\u00eb besim dhe besnik\u00ebri n\u00eb LDK. N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, tep\u00ebr pak ishin t\u00eb drejtuar kah interesat dhe nevojat e qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb. Kjo ka ndodhur kryek\u00ebput nga mungesa e gar\u00ebs dhe konkurrenc\u00ebs mbrendapartiake n\u00eb LDK n\u00eb zgjedhjet partiake t\u00eb ver\u00ebs s\u00eb vitit 2019. Gara p\u00ebr besim t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs u z\u00ebvend\u00ebsua me gar\u00eb p\u00ebr besim t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb. Votuesit tjer\u00eb q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb nuk e kishin t\u00eb qart\u00eb se k\u00ebta kandidat p\u00ebr interesa t\u00eb kujt po e k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb besimin. N\u00ebn k\u00ebto paqart\u00ebsi, votuesi thjesht\u00eb me t\u00eb drejt nuk i ka dhen\u00eb besim fare.<\/p>\n

\u2022 P\u00ebrdorimi i retorik\u00ebs p\u00ebr Ibrahim Rugov\u00ebn \u2013 Shumica e kandidat\u00ebve nga lista e LDK-s\u00eb thuajse b\u00ebnin gar\u00eb se kush po e z\u00eb n\u00eb goj\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb ose m\u00ebnyr\u00eb tjet\u00ebr em\u00ebrin e Ibrahim Rugov\u00ebs. Votuesit tjer\u00eb nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebsia e LDK-s\u00eb qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs e dijn\u00eb se Ibrahim Rugova ka vdekur koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, dhe se e ka vendin n\u00eb historin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs. Si figur\u00eb historike nuk siguron se do t\u00eb zgjidh\u00eb problemet e p\u00ebrditshm\u00ebris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ardhm\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre. Votuesi i Kosov\u00ebs nuk ka patur qart\u00ebsi se kandidat\u00ebt a po k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb besimin nga Ibrahim Rugova a nga qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs. N\u00ebn k\u00ebto paqart\u00ebsi, votuesi thjeshte me t\u00eb drejt nuk i ka dhen\u00eb besim fare.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Madh\u00ebrimi i LDK-s\u00eb \u2013 N\u00eb vend se drejtuesit politik t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb t\u00eb merrnin p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u00eb his\u00ebn e LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e drzhav\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, para votuesve q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb e paraqisnin LDK-n\u00eb si hyjnore. Votuesit e dijn\u00eb se n\u00eb LDK ka shum\u00eb hajna e kriminela, nuk mashtrohen ashtu si kan\u00eb projektuar drejtuesit politik t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, dhe thjesht\u00eb nuk i votuan.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Bart\u00ebsja e programit qeveris\u00ebs jo Kryetare partie dhe me komisar politik \u2013 Kur struktuat e LDK-s\u00eb u p\u00ebrcaktuan q\u00eb n\u00eb fushat\u00eb zgjedhore Vjosa t\u00eb jet\u00eb bart\u00ebse e programit qeveris\u00ebs t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb dhe Luta si Komisar Politik, un\u00eb pata konsideruar se q\u00eb t\u00eb dy u pushtuan nga lakmia. Nuk isha i bindur se kjo formul\u00eb do t\u00eb ket\u00eb funksionoj. Fushata zgjedhore sa kishte nj\u00eb kahje q\u00eb i jepte Vjosa si bart\u00ebse e programit qeveris\u00ebs, hop nd\u00ebrhynte komisari politik dhe merrte kahje tjet\u00ebr. N\u00ebn k\u00ebto paqart\u00ebsi, votuesi thjeshte me t\u00eb drejt nuk i ka dhen\u00eb besim fare.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Besimi n\u00eb titujt e lart akademik t\u00eb kandidat\u00ebve \u2013 Drejtuesit politik t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb besuan se sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb tituj t\u00eb lart\u00eb akademik nga kandidat\u00ebt n\u00eb list\u00ebn e LDK-s\u00eb fitorja \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e sigurut. Besim i kot! Albini vet nuk ka ndonje titull t\u00eb lart\u00eb, edhe shumica e kandidat\u00ebve nga lista e VV-s\u00eb nuk pat\u00ebt shum\u00eb tituj t\u00eb lart\u00eb akademik, po dol\u00ebn fitues. Drejtuesit politik t\u00eb LDK\u00ac-s\u00eb nuk e kan\u00eb patur t\u00eb qart\u00eb se akademik\u00ebt jan\u00eb p\u00ebr shkenc\u00eb n\u00eb fushat\u00eb e tyre, dhe politikan\u00ebt b\u00ebjn\u00eb politik\u00ebn, jan\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb ndara dhe t\u00eb ndryshme. K\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00eb drejtuesit politik t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb nuk e pat\u00ebn t\u00eb qart\u00eb, votuesit e Kosov\u00ebs e pat\u00ebn t\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe nuk i dhan\u00eb vot\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Larg\u00ebsia nga vlerat\u00eb burimore t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb si parti institucionaliste \u2013 LDK nga parti institucionaliste q\u00eb ishte n\u00ebn drejtimin e Ibrahim Rugov\u00ebs, pas vdekjes s\u00eb tij u sh\u00ebndrrua n\u00eb parti pretenduese intstitucionaliste. N\u00ebn drejtimin e Isa Mustaf\u00ebs gradualisht u sh\u00ebndrrua n\u00eb parti jo-institucionaliste, dhe k\u00ebshtu hyri n\u00eb votime. Kot Isa dhe drejtuesit tjer\u00eb politik kan\u00eb ngulitur bindjen tek an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e LDK-se si mashtrim se LDK \u00ebsht\u00eb parti institucionaliste, votuesit nuk arriti t\u2019i mashtroj, nuk e votuan. Nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb subjekt politik institucionalist kur kaq shum\u00eb kontribon n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e institucioneve jo-efikase dhe jo-funksionale sa LDK ka kontribuar n\u00eb k\u00ebto 10 vitet e fundit. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb tek votuesit e Kosov\u00ebs. K\u00ebt\u00eb zbraz\u00ebti politike t\u00eb krijuar nga largimi i LDK-s\u00eb si parti institucionaliste e shfryt\u00ebzoj mir\u00eb VV e cila nga nj\u00eb parti mohuese e institucioneve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr pak koh\u00eb doli para votuesve si parti politike e fuqizimit t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, i mori votat dhe doli fituese.<\/p>\n
