P\u00ebrandoria Osmane p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar miq\u00ebsi dhe p\u00ebr ta ruajtur at\u00eb miq\u00ebsi m\u00eb shtet\u00ebt fqinje dhe shtetet tjera t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs, deri n\u00eb Luft\u00ebn \u00c7lirintare dhe \u00e7lirimin e Kosov\u00ebs, kurr\u00eb nuk e dha as kontributin m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl p\u00ebr popullin shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb sot e quajn\u00eb v\u00eblla, p\u00ebr popullin q\u00eb pes\u00eb shekuj e mbajti n\u00ebn qizm\u00ebn e vet.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt p\u00ebrher\u00eb kan\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb dhe ende jan\u00eb mir\u00ebnjoh\u00ebs ndaj t\u00eb mirave t\u00eb cilit do qoft\u00eb prej popujve dhe ndaj kujt do qoft\u00eb nuk kan q\u00ebn\u00eb kurr\u00eb hakmarr\u00ebs. Mir\u00ebpo e kaluara e atyre q\u00eb nuk i kan sh\u00ebrby si miq\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebndrrohet n\u00eb mir\u00ebsi historike.<\/p>\n<p>Turqia n\u00eb p\u00ebriudhat kur shqiptar\u00ebve u duhej ndihma e saj, kur u pavar\u00ebsua nga shteti serb, ajo i dhuroj Malit t\u00eb Zi dhe Greqis\u00eb 70.000 km katror\u00eb. M\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin e luft\u00ebs me Rusin\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 1876-1777 prap popuj\u00ebve fqinj ortodoks iu dhuruan 25.000 km katror\u00eb, poashtu t\u00eb tokave shqiptare. Territorit natyral t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb vitin 1913 iu muar\u00ebn edhe 30.000 km katror. Turqia popullin shqiptar e shfryt\u00ebzoi si mall tregtie edhe m\u00eb rastin e mbledhj\u00ebs s\u00eb Llozan\u00ebs t\u00eb 30 janarit 1923 m\u00eb \u00e7\u2019rast shqiptar\u00ebt musliman t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb i shk\u00ebmbeu m\u00eb ortodoks\u00ebt e Turqis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Historia, sidomos historia e kaluar e dh\u00ebmbshme, nuk harroh\u00ebt dhe nuk ndryshohet sipas d\u00ebshirave dhe apetiteve q\u00eb ndodhin n\u00eb kontekst m\u00eb koh\u00ebt. Prandaj, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr harres\u00eb, s\u00eb paku sa p\u00ebr t\u2019u gjind n\u00eb analet e historis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare ngjarja e Sulltan Hamidit t\u00eb I-r\u00eb M\u00eb fermamnin e tij iu dha e drejta Kozma Etolianit, m\u00eb t\u00eb cilin ferman nd\u00ebrmuar akcionin p\u00ebr helenizimin (ortodoksizimin)e shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb jugut n\u00eb Epir.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk ishte Turqia e vetmja n\u00eb mos p\u00ebrkrahje t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Edhe shtet\u00ebt evropiane, m\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb Austris\u00eb dhe SHBA-ve i d\u00ebmtuan shqiptar\u00ebt, kryesisht fal\u00eb efektit propagandues,t\u00eb rr\u00ebjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. Marrveshja e Parisit e vitit 1856 ia dha t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn Serbis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i larguar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt nga Shumadia.<\/p>\n<p>Turqia nuk e pati interes fetar t\u00eb ashtu quajtur t\u00eb v\u00ebll\u00ebz\u00ebrve q\u00eb t\u00eb reagoi apo t\u00eb nderhyj\u00eb m\u00eb rastin kur rreth vitit 1886, kisha serbe i shp\u00ebrndau 29 popa rus dhe 16 serb n\u00eb Vilajetin e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019u sh\u00ebrbye shqiptar\u00ebve mysliman si imam p\u00ebr \u201cpredikim t\u00eb islamit\u201d. Veprime t\u00eb tilla t\u00eb ngjajshme para e pas k\u00ebtij rasti d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb pa fije dyshimi s\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00eb at\u00ebhershme turke i ka konvenuar ngecja e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb prapambeturi kolektive n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i sundoj m\u00eb leht\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt liridash\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Turqia e p\u00ebrkrahi dhe e realizoi m\u00eb sukses edhe projektin e Vasa Qubrilloviqit e m\u00eb von\u00eb marrveshtjen e Jugosllavis\u00eb Titiste m\u00eb Turqin\u00eb p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrngulj\u00ebn dhe asimilimin sistematik t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb shkretirat e Turqis\u00eb. Projekti i Qubrillovoqit parashifte p\u00ebr fillim t\u00eb shp\u00ebngulj\u00ebs 200.000 shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb ashtuquajtur nga serb\u00ebt turqi. Vetem vitet 1912-1914 u d\u00ebbuan p\u00ebr n\u00eb Turqi 500.000 shqiptar\u00eb e nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb von\u00eb numri i t\u00eb shp\u00ebrngulurve arriti n\u00eb 620.000. Edhe m\u00eb konvent\u00ebn serbo-turke t\u00eb vitit 1938 ,ishte parapar\u00eb shp\u00ebrngulja e 250.000 deri n\u00eb 480000 shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr n\u00eb Turqi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb fakt i pa mohuar q\u00eb sot Kosova e ka Turqin\u00eb shtet mik n\u00eb mesin e shum\u00eb shteteve evropiane. Kjo miq\u00ebsi mb\u00ebshtetet n\u00eb kontributin e dh\u00ebn t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7lirimin e Kosov\u00ebs nga Serbia dhe ndihm\u00ebn e saj pas lufte, ndihm\u00eb q\u00eb po vazhdon. Prandaj, shtetet mike vler\u00ebsohen p\u00ebr miq\u00ebsi p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim reciprok dhe diplomaci, por edhe p\u00ebr taktizime politike e strategjike e kursesi si shtet v\u00eblla p\u00ebr derisa nuk i bashkon e kaluara, lidhja e gjakut, gjuha e asnj\u00eb element komb\u00ebtar, sidomos e kaluara e dh\u00ebmbshme historike. I vetmi shtet n\u00eb rruzullin e tok\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria q\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn e ka shtet e popull v\u00eblla. Popull v\u00eblla kemi n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00ebr Bot\u00ebn e sidomos n\u00eb shtetet p\u00ebr rreth e n\u00eb numrin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh n\u00eb Turqi, por shtetet ku ai numer shqiptar\u00ebsh jeton nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shtet v\u00eblla i shteteve shqiptare e n\u00eb veqanti n\u00eb ato shtete ku miliona shqiptar\u00eb nuk g\u00ebzojn\u00eb as t\u00eb drejtat elementare si minoritet siq \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti i shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Turqi.<\/p>\n<p>Tek e fundit, jo v\u00eblla, por popull e mik i sinqert\u00eb i kombit \u00ebsht\u00eb ai shtet e popull q\u00eb ta respekton komunitetin t\u00ebnd siq \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti i Kosov\u00ebs. Kosova edhe pse \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet i ri e i vog\u00ebl , komunitetit turk ia ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb drejtat si komunitet: hapjen e institucioneve arsimore prej para shkollor deri n\u00eb at\u00eb superior; mediet n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn turke, p\u00ebrfshirj\u00ebn n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime publike deri n\u00eb ministri. Turqia n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn ishte aleat i fuqishem i ortodoksizmit p\u00ebr spastrimin e trojeve shqiptare n\u00eb Ballkan nga populli autokton, m\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i popull\u00ebzoi shkretirat e Turqis\u00eb, por q\u00eb nga stacionimi i par\u00eb i shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Turqi e deri sot, n\u00eb shekullin e XXI pyesin: Cilat t\u00eb drejta iu dhan\u00eb atyre milionave shqiptar\u00eb nga Qeveria turke?<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrgjigjja n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pyetje \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb dh\u00ebmbje p\u00ebr ta. Atyre u \u00ebsht\u00eb ndrruar mbiemri shqiptar\u00eb me mbiemra turk q\u00eb n\u00eb rastet m\u00eb t\u00eb shumta jan\u00eb emra fyes e nen qmues; nuk u \u00ebsht\u00eb lejuar as shkollimi elementar sa p\u00ebr shkrim lexim; gjuha shqipe p\u00ebrdoret v\u00ebtem n\u00eb familje e q\u00eb p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb zhdukje; p\u00ebrfshirja e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime publike \u00ebsht\u00eb e rrall\u00eb apo nuk ekziston fare. Ka mjaft shtete q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt nuk i quajn as vell\u00ebz\u00ebr as miq\u00eb por i kan\u00eb t\u00eb formuara m\u00eb decenje katedrat e albanologjis\u00eb, si n\u00eb Sofje, Beograd etj. kurse n\u00eb Turqi edhe pse \u00ebsht\u00eb numri aq i madh i shqiptar\u00ebve, kjo nuk egzistojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e \u00e7art\u00eb s\u00eb rasti i atyre milionave shqiptar \u00ebn\u00eb Turqi, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aspak brengos\u00ebs p\u00ebr nj\u00eb numer shqiptar\u00ebsh shtetas shqip\u00ebtar , e p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq n\u00eb mesin e tyre ka edhe individ q\u00eb kan\u00eb obligim t\u00eb merren m\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb problem komb\u00ebtar. Tek e fundit n\u00eb ato raste kur epror\u00ebt e Turqis\u00eb po din\u00eb m\u00eb na quajtur v\u00ebll\u00ebz\u00ebr, pa th\u00ebn\u00eb kurr\u00eb \u201cv\u00ebll\u00ebz\u00ebr shqiptar\u201d.
