Kjo ka ndodhur p\u00ebr faktin se kush e ka udh\u00ebhequr marshin dhe si ka p\u00ebrfunduar veprimi apo cili ka qen\u00eb q\u00ebllimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur nj\u00eb ide q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb synuar gjat\u00eb fazave t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb historis\u00eb. Edhe tek ne shqiptar\u00ebt shpeshher\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb turr, pa ditur se ku do t\u00eb arrinte q\u00ebllimi i turravrapit. Shpeshher\u00eb turravarapi i kokave t\u00eb bllokuara ka sjellur hemoragjit\u00eb cerebrale q\u00eb kan\u00eb bllokuar kokat t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb momente t\u00eb caktuara nuk kan\u00eb par\u00eb asgj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrve\u00e7 territ.<\/p>\n<p>Shpeshher\u00eb politikan\u00ebt tan\u00eb kan\u00eb jetuar dhe jetojn\u00eb me halucinacione ku duke b\u00ebr\u00eb devijimin n\u00eb sjellje dhe veprimet e tyre kalojn\u00eb n\u00eb delikuenc\u00eb kronike. E kjo delikuenc\u00eb politike historikisht na ka shkat\u00ebrruar gjat\u00eb historis\u00eb sepse shpeshher\u00eb jemi udh\u00ebhequr nga kokat e bllokuara q\u00eb p\u00ebr ta ruajtur pushtetin e kan\u00eb vrar\u00eb popullin dhe e kan\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar shtetin.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00ebra nder \u00e7\u00ebshtjet q\u00eb na ka demtuar shum\u00eb gjat\u00eb periudhave historike \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe bllokimi i trurit t\u00eb politikaneve tan\u00eb p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb levozhge ideologjike, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb arritur q\u00eb ta qerojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb levozhg\u00eb dhe t\u00eb dalin nga vetvetja por gjithmon\u00eb jan\u00eb rrethuar, n\u00eb lavdin\u00eb dhe vetlavderimin personal sa kan\u00eb harruar misionin politik\u00eb se p\u00ebr \u00e7ka jan\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb shtetit. Nj\u00eb rol t\u00eb keq n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e kan\u00eb luajtur edhe oborrtar\u00ebt e tyre q\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e re politike po quhen k\u00ebshilltar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb fatkeqesi se shpeshher\u00eb k\u00ebshilltar\u00ebt e lidervee tan\u00eb politik\u00eb n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebshillojn\u00eb politikan\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbar\u00eb ata i nxisin edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb veprime p\u00ebrqar\u00ebse sa qe b\u00ebjn\u00eb gara me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin se cili nga k\u00ebta oborrtar\u00eb politik \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i z\u00ebshmi n\u00eb mbjellj\u00ebn e p\u00ebrqarjeve politike.
