N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dat\u00eb u mbajt\u00ebn zgjedhjet parlamentare, t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb mbesin si zgjedhjet m\u00eb te mira dhe korrenkte t\u00eb mbajtura ndonjeher\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Do te mbahet mend p\u00ebr ate se opozita (LVV dhe LDK) i fitoi zgjedhjet bindsh\u00ebm, duke i qitur n\u00eb opozit\u00eb partit e korruptuara si PDK, AAK dhe kingal\u00ebn e tyre NISMA e cila m\u00eb shum\u00eb orkestrimi dhe trubilenca politike ia arrijti qe memzi te futet n\u00eb Parlament.<\/p>\n<p>Zgjedhjet i fitoi LVV si parti e par\u00eb duke e ndjek\u00eb (fal\u00eb Vjosa Osmanit) LDK e cila u vendos n\u00eb vendin e dyt\u00eb. M\u00eb fitor\u00ebn brilante t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dy partive, te cilat gjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs zgjedhore premtuan ndryshime te medha ne qeverisje m\u00eb tendenc\u00eb t\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb saj p\u00ebr \u00e7kapj\u00ebn e shtetit nga PAN, Pronto mafia. Pritej me pa durim formimi i koalicionit midis LVV dhe LDK. Si p\u00ebr \u00e7udi bisedat p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koalicion t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm zgjat\u00ebn pa ar\u00ebsye p\u00ebr kat\u00ebr muaj,qe ne rrethana normale k\u00ebto biseda nuk do t\u00eb duh\u00ebshin te zgjasnin me shum\u00eb s\u00eb dhjet\u00eb dit\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ishte pik\u00ebrisht\u00eb LDK e cila po i zhagiste dhe bile edhe po i shantazonte k\u00ebro biseda p\u00ebr arrijtj\u00ebn e nj\u00eb mareveshje. Ajo doli me k\u00ebr\u00ebesa te \u00e7uditeshme, qe ngulte k\u00ebmb\u00eb qe pozita e Presidentit ti takonte LDK, si dhe ta marr\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e brendshme dhe jo pa ndonj\u00eb qellim.LDK ne k\u00ebto negociate p\u00ebr Nuk ishte e sinqert\u00eb, i hyri k\u00ebtij koalicioni jo nga deshira por me nj\u00eb hamendje t\u00eb madhe, sepse brenda LDK kishte rryma te vjetra dhe te reja qe anonin p\u00ebr koalicion dhe ajo tjatra e vjetra qe nuk ishin t\u00eb gat\u00ebshme p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb koalicion m\u00eb LVV, sepse k\u00ebt\u00eb kast\u00eb t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb LDK ne krye me Isa Mustaf\u00ebn m\u00eb shum\u00eb anonin qe ky koalicion t\u00ebmos ndodh\u00eb, sepse kjo pjes\u00eb e vjet\u00ebr e LDK ishte me shum\u00eb e lidhur m\u00eb krimin e organizuar t\u00eb partive tjera. Kurse rryma e re n\u00eb LDK anonte ka marveshja e koalicionit me LVV, \u00e7far\u00eb edhe n\u00ebn trysnin e votuesve dhe elektoratit p\u00ebr \u00e7ka edhe i ishin dh\u00ebn\u00eb premtime p\u00ebr ndryshime t\u00eb medha, kjo edhe ndodhi.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shkrtit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti u arerijt mareveshja p\u00ebr koalicion me \u00e7\u2019rast edhe u formua qeveria e re me n\u00eb krye Albin Kurtin si kryeminist\u00ebr. Kabineti i Albin Kurtit e mori serozisht pun\u00ebt dhe filloj me reforma te erja, se pari me anulimin e vendimeve t\u00eb paligj\u00ebshme qe i kishte marr qeveria Harajdinaj, vazhdoi nep\u00ebr borde duke anulauar kontrata milionshe t\u00eb lidhura joligjerisht, nisi pune edhe rreth Wetingut ne te gjitha sferat, dikastrat e me pritshmja ishte qe ajo te ndodh\u00eb n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi (porkurori dhe gjyesi), sepse k\u00ebto me se shumti ishin t\u00eb kapur nga politika dhe krimi i organizuar. E nis\u00ebn pun\u00ebn mbar\u00eb te gjitha ministrit si ata te LVV dhe ata t\u00eb LDK t\u00eb cil\u00ebr e filluan fuqish\u00ebm luft\u00ebn drejt\u00eb \u00e7kapj\u00ebs s\u00eb shtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Ky intuziazm n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e qeveris\u00eb Kurti dikujt nuk po i shkonte p\u00ebrshtati, e sidomos\u00eb kast\u00ebs s\u00eb korruptuar e cila kishte ra nga pushteti. Filluan nd\u00ebrskamcat e sidomos nga partneri bashkqeverises\u00eb LDK te cil\u00ebt filluan te gjuaj kungja n\u00eb drejtim te qeveris\u00eb, anipse dhe vet\u00eb ishin pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj qeverie. Eg\u00ebrsisht ndaj pun\u00ebs s\u00eb qeveris\u00eb u soll\u00ebn Avdulla Hoti dhe Agim Veliu i cili qellimisht ishte vendos ne Ministrin e bredshme, p\u00ebr te mos i hallakat dallevaet e LDK me Pronto mafien, ai dolime qendrim kund\u00ebr qeveris\u00ebme \u00e7\u2019rast kryeminsitri Kurt e shkarkoi, por edhe mosheqeja me koh\u00eb e taks\u00ebs i acaroi marredheniet edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb mes LVV dhe LDK, p\u00ebr te cil\u00ebn partnerei ishin marr\u00eb vesh\u00eb me mareveshje se kjo duhet te b\u00ebh\u00ebt, por te vendoset gradualisht reciprociteti, p\u00ebr te cil\u00ebn gj\u00eb LDK i hangri fjalet, e theu mareveshj\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>LDK edhe cila edhe ashtu nuk ishte e sinqert ne k\u00ebt\u00eb koalicion duke e marr\u00eb si pretekst Agim Veliun dhe taksen, filluan me tana bresherit ta sulmojn\u00eb LVV dhe Albin Kurtin, i cili duhej ta udheheqet dialogun me Serbin\u00eb sipas Kushtetues, \u00e7far\u00eb Presidentin Hashim Tha\u00e7i e kapi panika, i cili edhe e filloj\u00eb loj\u00ebn sekrete m\u00eb Isa Mustafa, filluan denigrimet se gjoja LVV dhe Albin Kurti na qenka antiamerikan e \u00e7ka mos tjeter\u00eb.K\u00ebshtu qe doli n\u00eb pah plani sekret midis Tha\u00e7it dhe Mustaf\u00ebs p\u00ebr nj\u00eb sublm frontal ndaj LVV dhe Albin Kurtrtit, me \u00e7\u2019rast LDK si partenr e mori barr\u00ebn ne bashk\u00ebpunin me krimin e organizuar te partive qe tashi ishin n\u00eb opozit\u00eb, qe LDK te paraqes mocionin p\u00ebr rrezimin e qeveris\u00eb. K\u00ebt\u00eb mocion LDK e b\u00ebri me pelqimin e ambasadorit Grenell m\u00eb amin e Hashim Thaqit.<\/p>\n<p>Ndodhi pik\u00ebrisht m\u00eb 25 mars 2020, kur Parlamenti b\u00ebri grusht-shtet duke e rrezuar Qeverin\u00eb e vet, m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e pasluftes. Kjo u b\u00eb sipas pazareve politike t\u00eb krer\u00ebve politik\u00eb, p\u00ebr te thyer qendrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e Kryeministrit Albin Kurti, i cili i vendosur p\u00ebr te b\u00ebr\u00eb ndryshime, te cilat edhe i filloi mir\u00eb dhe mbar\u00eb nga i cili oligarkia e korruptuar, u gjend e frik\u00ebsuar dhe llogarit\u00eb, qe duhej t\u2019i jepte p\u00ebr vetqeverisjen e keqe, p\u00ebr plot\u00eb 20 vjet\u00eb, duke vjedh\u00eb dhe pla\u00e7kit\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend. Kurbani i krejt\u00eb k\u00ebsaj u b\u00eb me vet\u00ebd\u00ebshir\u00eb kreu i LDK Isa Mustafa, p\u00ebr t\u2019ia leshu rrug\u00ebn krimit te organizuar dhe k\u00ebthimin e te korruptuarit p\u00ebrs\u00ebri n\u00eb pushtet.<\/p>\n<p>Strumbullari i kredjt\u00eb k\u00ebsaj situate abmormale ne nj\u00eb shtet abnormal \u00ebsht\u00eb Hashim Tha\u00e7i m\u00eb Isa Mustaf\u00ebn t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk po l\u00ebn\u00eb gur\u00eb pa rrotulluar p\u00ebr t\u00eb formuar nj\u00eb qeveri te Tyre jasht\u00ebligjsh\u00ebm, antikushtetues p\u00ebr ta heq qeverin ne detyr\u00eb dhe Albin Kurtin, p\u00ebr te ardhe nj\u00eb qeveri e tyre p\u00ebr ti vazhduar pun\u00ebt e tyre n\u00eb shkaterrimin e shtetit. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim nuk ka te ndalur presioni antikushtetues i Hashim Tha\u00e7it t\u00eb LVV p\u00ebr ta dh\u00ebn\u00eb mandatarin p\u00ebr qeverin e re. Nuk ka afat sipas kushtetutes qe t&#8217;i dergohet kandidat, kjo mund te zgjat\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr shum\u00eb koh\u00eb deri pas kalimit te fat\u00ebkeqesi si me korona virusin, sipas k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs se LVV dhe KUshtetutes se pas \u00e7do mocioni qeverin duhet ta formoi partia fituese, e nese nuk ndodh\u00eb kjo vendi shkon\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje te parakoheshme.<\/p>\n<p>Por Hashim Tha\u00e7i dhe Isa Mustaf\u00ebs k\u00ebtyre dy gogo\u00ebve sjkaterrues te shtetit nuk po u pritet, pos nese nuk bejn\u00eb ndonj\u00eb pu\u00e7 antikushtetues. Kurse nga ana tjeter Isa Mustafa si p\u00ebrfaqesues i rrym\u00ebs se vjet\u00ebr dhe e korruptuar po i ferkon duart dhe menzi po prete sinjalin nga i besuari i tij Hashim THaqi p\u00ebr te formuar qeverin e turpit. Ai e mblodhi online KP te LDK p\u00ebr ti vet\u00eb p\u00ebr koalicionin e mundsh\u00ebm me PAN mafin\u00eb. Furish\u00ebm ia k\u00ebthyen emal\u00ebt Ise ku po e p\u00ebrkrahin mbi 95% t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb KP, \u00e7far\u00eb nuk \u00ebshte e vertet\u00eb qe do te thot\u00eb se kjo p\u00ebrqindje \u00ebsht\u00eb e manipuluar nga struktuat e vjetra t\u00eb Partis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb simptomatike, e bile edhe shum\u00eb e qudit\u00ebshme s\u00eb pse Isa Mustafa insiston ne di\u00e7ka kund\u00ebr parimeve t\u00eb LDK qe nuk do te bej\u00eb kurr koalicion me PAN-in, sepse edhe AAK dhe NISMA jan\u00eb krahu i djath\u00ebt dhe i majt\u00eb i PAN-it.
