Dashnim Hebibi u lind n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb, n\u00eb vitin 1976. Shkoll\u00ebn fillore dhe t\u00eb mesmen, Dashnimi e kreu n\u00eb vendlindje, nd\u00ebrsa studimet p\u00ebr gazetari i kreu n\u00eb Universitetin e Tiran\u00ebs. Dashnim Hebibi, pas studimeve, ka kryer nj\u00eb master p\u00ebr gazetarin\u00eb dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb diplomuar n\u00eb Akademin\u00eb Diplomatike n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Jeton n\u00eb Byllah, qytez\u00eb af\u00ebr Zyrihut.<\/p>\n<p>Vullkani i poezis\u00eb son\u00eb, Dashnim Hebibi, sjell n\u00eb let\u00ebrsin\u00eb ton\u00eb nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr v\u00ebrtet t\u00eb bukur, \u201cAristokracia e shpirti\u201d. Udha n\u00ebp\u00ebr n\u00ebndeg\u00ebt e Moll\u00ebs s\u00eb Kuqe dhe n\u00ebp\u00ebr n\u00ebnhijet e saj, \u00ebsht\u00eb epika e vargut tim. Z. P\u00ebrgjigjja fshihet diku miidis pyetjeve\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Xhaxhi Atdhe, sa her\u00eb jam n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb, jo rrall\u00eb me z\u00eb k\u00ebnga, pagjum\u00ebsia, dehja p\u00ebr ma t\u00eb bukur\u00ebn dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb dashur\u00ebn.
