Ato u bashkuan s\u00eb bashku, p\u00ebr t\u2019i dhan\u00eb jet\u00eb \u201czgjimit t\u00eb djelmnis\u00eb shqyptare n\u00eb fush\u00ebn letrare, theatrore, muzikore e gjimnastike<\/em>\u201d- si\u00e7 thuhet n\u00eb komunikat\u00ebn e themelimit.<\/p>\n

Q\u00ebllimet e k\u00ebtyre njer\u00ebzve ishin t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, sepse t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj ishin vet\u00eb ata. Nd\u00ebr veprat e para t\u00eb shoqnis\u00eb \u201cVllaznia\u201d ka qen\u00eb hapja e nj\u00eb shkolle, \u00e7elja e nj\u00eb biblioteke dhe organizimi i nj\u00eb gare sportive.<\/p>\n

Kjo shoqni do t\u00eb arrinte q\u00eb shum\u00eb shpejt t\u00eb b\u00ebhej e njohur jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr e Shqip\u00ebri por edhe m\u00eb gj\u00ebr\u00eb. Ajo organizoi gar\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb atletik\u00ebs n\u00eb vend m\u00eb 1920 dhe m\u00eb pas, rrethin e par\u00eb \u00e7iklistik p\u00ebr amator\u00ebt n\u00eb Europ\u00eb m\u00eb 1925. Po at\u00eb vit botoi edhe gazet\u00ebn e par\u00eb sportive n\u00eb vend \u201cGazeta e Sportit<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitet 1922-28 n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr do t\u00eb krijoheshin disa shoqni t\u00eb tjera sportive si ajo \u201cJuventus\u201d, \u201cStudente Shkodra\u201d, \u201cTaraboshi\u201d, \u201cDjelm\u00ebnia shkodrane\u201d, \u201cLek\u00eb Dukagjini\u201d, \u201cHasan Riza\u201d etj.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitin 1930 do t\u00eb krijohej shoq\u00ebria \u201cBashkimi Sportiv Shkodran<\/em>\u201d, e cila lindi nga bashkimi i pes\u00eb prej shoqnie t\u00eb m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme…<\/p>\n

Rikrijohet shoqnia \u201cVllaznia\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ne vitin 1935 do t\u00eb rikrijohet s\u00ebrish shoqnia \u201cVllaznia\u201d. Data e themelimit t\u00eb saj \u00ebsht\u00eb 11 prilli i vitit 1935<\/em>. Ngjyrat e k\u00ebsaj shoqnie ishin ato, e blerta, e kalt\u00ebrta dhe e arta.<\/p>\n

Ajo do jetonte deri n\u00eb vitin 1939, sepse do pushonte s\u00eb ekzistuari menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas pushtimit t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitet 1939-44 sporti n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr ka ekzistuar por n\u00eb kuadrin e disa shoqnive. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb me t\u00eb \u00e7liruar vendin, do t\u00eb rikrijohej Vllaznia dhe ajo do ta thoshte fjal\u00ebn e saj ashtu si\u00e7 duhet n\u00eb \u00e7do lloj sporti, pavar\u00ebsisht sulmeve, n\u00ebp\u00ebrk\u00ebmbjeve dhe n\u00ebnvleft\u00ebsimeve.<\/p>\n
