Kan\u00eb shpalosur munges\u00ebn e substanc\u00ebs s\u00eb formuar t\u00eb qenies. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuad\u00ebr, n\u00eb vizionin e tyre, as e ardhmja nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shpres\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>Ky vizion i tyre ting\u00ebllon aktual edhe sot, n\u00eb sistemin <strong><em>pluralist<\/em><\/strong> t\u00eb hap\u00ebsirave shqiptare, si dhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn e lir\u00eb, demokratike dhe t\u00eb pavarur.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>N\u00eb k\u00ebto tridhjet\u00eb vitet e pluralizmit n\u00eb bot\u00ebn shqiptare, sistemi i nd\u00ebrtuar nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb as socialist dhe as kapitalist, por gjysm\u00eb-barbar. <\/em><\/strong>N\u00eb bot\u00ebn shqiptare kemi nj\u00eb thellim frik\u00ebsues t\u00eb pabarazive shoq\u00ebrore dhe ekonomike. Pabarazit\u00eb sociale shnd\u00ebrrohen edhe n\u00eb <strong><em>pabarazi<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>politike<\/em><\/strong>. N\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat shqiptare s\u2019dihet dot se kush e ka n\u00eb dor\u00eb shtetin: <strong><em>oligark\u00ebt<\/em><\/strong> apo <strong><em>politikan\u00ebt<\/em><\/strong>?!<\/p>\n<p>Kapitalizmi n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb ka filluar t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet n\u00eb Itali, para tet\u00ebqind vjet\u00ebsh. Borgjezia shqiptare nd\u00ebrkaq synon t\u00eb krijohet brenda nat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Askush n\u00eb histori nuk ka mundur t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb pasuri marramend\u00ebse, pa e shfryt\u00ebzuar djers\u00ebn dhe mundin e tjetrit. Askush n\u00eb rruzullin tok\u00ebsor nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pasuruar shpejt, pa b\u00ebr\u00eb abuzime n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Askush n\u00eb bot\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pasuruar sakaq, pa kryer veprime t\u00eb paligjshme, n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb interesit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb tilla, <strong><em>n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat shqiptare nuk b\u00ebhet<\/em><\/strong><em> <strong>politik\u00eb politike, <\/strong><\/em>por politik\u00eb e kapjes s\u00eb shtetit, e grabitjes dhe e zhvatjes<em>.<\/em> Midis oligark\u00ebve dhe politikan\u00ebve kemi nj\u00eb aleanc\u00eb t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb. Madje oligark\u00ebt e financojn\u00eb politik\u00ebn saq\u00eb ajo shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb instrument t\u00eb oligarkis\u00eb. N\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb tilla edhe organi ligjv\u00ebn\u00ebs i shtetit \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb duart e oligarkis\u00eb. Si i till\u00eb,\u00a0 kuvendi i shtetit figuron dhe funksionon vet\u00ebm formalisht.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shtetin me pabarazi sociale t\u00eb thell\u00eb, shteti ligjor dhe demokracia nuk jan\u00eb ve\u00e7se fasad\u00eb. N\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb till\u00eb, i pasuri e blen lirin\u00eb e t\u00eb varfrit, nd\u00ebrsa i varf\u00ebri, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbijetuar, detyrohet ta shes\u00eb lirin\u00eb e vet. Pun\u00ebtori s\u2019ka guxim t\u00eb shpreh\u00eb pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsin\u00eb e vet p\u00ebr arsye se sa \u00e7el e mbyll syt\u00eb, e humb vendin e pun\u00ebs. Gjendja e k\u00ebtill\u00eb cenon edhe dinjitetin dhe integritetin e njeriut. N\u00eb shtetin as socialist, as kapitalist s\u2019ka as organizim <strong><em>sindikalist<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb <strong>dance macabre <\/strong>hedhin valle institucionet arsimore dhe shkencore, inteligjencia, kleri fetar, mediumet, studiot televizive, moderator\u00ebt, kryeredaktor\u00ebt, analist\u00ebt politik\u00eb, nd\u00ebrtuesit e mendimit publik. K\u00ebta nuk jan\u00eb ve\u00e7se instrumente t\u00eb verb\u00ebta t\u00eb faktorit <strong>parapolitik<\/strong>. N\u00eb sken\u00eb ndodhen mercenar\u00ebt dhe kalemxhinjt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr ta sunduar m\u00eb leht\u00eb popullin, sundimtar\u00ebt e t\u00eb gjitha ideologjive q\u00ebllimisht e kan\u00eb mbajtur at\u00eb n\u00eb varf\u00ebri. Satiriku romak <strong>Juvenali <\/strong>(Decim Junije Juvenalis, rreth 60 &#8211; rreth 130) thot\u00eb se parull\u00eb e qarqeve sunduese t\u00eb Rom\u00ebs perandorake ka qen\u00eb <strong><em>panem et circenses <\/em><\/strong><em>(buk\u00eb dhe arg\u00ebtim)<\/em>. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, n\u00eb do ta sundosh popullin pafund\u00ebsisht, jepi <em>buk\u00eb dhe zbavitje<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Politika<em> e buk\u00ebs dhe e arg\u00ebtimit<\/em> n\u00eb bot\u00ebn shqiptare ndiqet me t\u00eb madhe.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shtetin as socialist as kapitalist korrupsioni dhe nepotizmi jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e p\u00ebrditshm\u00ebris\u00eb. Aty ku s\u2019kemi <strong><em>politik\u00eb politike<\/em><\/strong>, por kemi <strong><em>parapolitik\u00eb<\/em><\/strong>, profesionalizmi nd\u00ebrkaq \u00ebsht\u00eb utopi. N\u00eb krye t\u00eb sken\u00ebs ndodhet <strong><em>diletantizmi<\/em><\/strong>. Shteti q\u00eb i ka t\u00eb politizuara dhe t\u00eb partizuara t\u00eb gjitha poret e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb larg t\u00eb qenit shtet. N\u00eb shtetin e till\u00eb, nocioni <strong><em>\u201cshoq\u00ebri\u201d<\/em> <\/strong>nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7se fiksion dhe iluzion. N\u00eb shtetin e till\u00eb mbizot\u00ebron fisi e krahina dhe jo kombi e shteti. Politika e shtetit t\u00eb till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb politik\u00eb fisi dhe krahine dhe jo politik\u00eb shteti. Interesi i shtetit t\u00eb till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb interes fisi dhe krahine dhe jo interes shteti. Shteti i till\u00eb udh\u00ebhiqet nga mend\u00ebsia provinciale apo nga psikologjia e fisit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shtetin e till\u00eb kriteret vler\u00ebsuese jan\u00eb anakronike, tradicionale dhe konservatore, nd\u00ebrsa sistemi i vlerave bashk\u00ebkohore v\u00ebshtir\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet. Sistemi i trash\u00ebguar i vlerave shembet dhe z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohet\u00a0 me sistem pseudo vlerash. Kjo shpie edhe n\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrk\u00ebmbjen e vlerave t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillta. N\u00eb \u201cshoq\u00ebrin\u00eb\u201d e till\u00eb lul\u00ebzon <strong><em>ki\u00e7i<\/em><\/strong> dhe <strong><em>shundi<\/em><\/strong>. Personi q\u00eb mezi lexon, q\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn amtare e shkruan ashtu si\u00e7 nuk duhet, e q\u00eb nuk di asnj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb huaj, merr titull akademik. K\u00ebshtu lind inteligjencia e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn dikush e quan <strong><em>\u201celit\u00eb intelektuale\u201d<\/em><\/strong>. Shteti me klas\u00eb intelektuale t\u00eb till\u00eb, n\u00eb sken\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare nuk g\u00ebzon respekt.<\/p>\n<p>Parapolitika fare nuk \u00e7an\u00eb kok\u00ebn p\u00ebr dyndjen masive t\u00eb rinis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr ikjen e trurit drejt asimilimit. Kombi mbetet pa pjes\u00ebn vitale t\u00eb tij. Dob\u00ebsohet forca prodhuese dhe riprodhuese e kombit. Kapaciteti krijues dhe mbrojt\u00ebs atrofizohet, nd\u00ebrsa potenciali biologjik ndrydhet.<\/p>\n<p>Sistemi ekonomik, sistemi i arsimit, sistemi i sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe sistemi infrastrukturor nuk sh\u00ebnojn\u00eb zhvillim t\u00eb duhur. Investime nuk ka apo ka fare pak. Papun\u00ebsia rritet, me t\u00eb edhe varf\u00ebria e skamja. T\u00eb ardhurat mujore t\u00eb fuqis\u00eb pun\u00ebtore jan\u00eb si ato t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs s\u00eb shekullit XIX. Me industri ka\u00e7avidash, me tregti qesesh najloni dhe me sistem arsimor t\u00eb vjetruar, nuk shkohet n\u00eb hap me koh\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb pushojn\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebr ngecjen e vet t\u2019i faj\u00ebsojn\u00eb t\u00eb huajt dhe vet\u00ebm t\u00eb huajt. Ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb \u00e7liruar nga sundimi i huaj. Q\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb kan\u00eb kaluar mbi nj\u00ebqind vjet. Fajin p\u00ebr ngecjen e vet shqiptar\u00ebt duhet ta k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb n\u00eb vetvete. N\u00eb asnj\u00eb vend t\u00eb rajonit nuk kemi nj\u00eb polarizim aq t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr midis faktor\u00ebve politik\u00eb si te shqiptar\u00ebt. T\u00eb rralla jan\u00eb vendet e bot\u00ebs ku politikan\u00ebt p\u00ebrdorin ndaj nj\u00ebri-tjetrit gjuh\u00eb <strong><em>degutante<\/em><\/strong>, denigruese dhe denoncuese.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb manifestojn\u00eb aft\u00ebsi shtetformuese, t\u00eb heqin dor\u00eb nga mikrovlerat dhe mikrosistemet, t\u00eb pushojn\u00eb s\u00eb vepruari n\u00eb mikroplan. Duhet t\u2019u kthehen makrovlerave dhe makrosistemeve p\u00ebr t\u00eb vepruar n\u00eb makroplan.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb koh\u00eb e patriotizmit folklorik, por e\u00a0 pun\u00ebs s\u00eb ndershme dhe e t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequrit me idealiz\u00ebm. Shqiptar\u00ebt sot, nuk ballafaqohen vet\u00ebm me pandemi virusale, por edhe me pandemi politike. E mb\u00ebrthyer nga parapolitika, shqiptar\u00ebt do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrplasen nga <strong><em>scila n\u00eb haribd\u00eb<\/em><\/strong>, tranzicioni nd\u00ebrkaq do t\u00eb zgjat\u00eb pafund\u00ebsisht.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb sip\u00ebrth\u00ebna dob\u00ebsohet substanca e kombit, zbehet idealizmit, goditet r\u00ebnd\u00eb ideali komb\u00ebtar, nd\u00ebrkaq \u00ebndrra p\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb nes\u00ebrme m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb &#8211; shuhet.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt e prit\u00ebn me entuziaz\u00ebm pluralizmin politik, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e Kosov\u00ebs prej pushtuesve serb\u00eb e dhan\u00eb edhe jet\u00ebn, por jo p\u00ebr t\u2019u ndjer\u00eb t\u00eb huaj, t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruar, t\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrk\u00ebmbur, t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzuar dhe t\u00eb shp\u00ebrfillur n\u00eb gjirin e tok\u00ebs m\u00ebm\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Shteti ku ka pun\u00ebtor me 150 euro pag\u00eb mujore, nd\u00ebrsa oligark\u00ebt, politikan\u00ebt dhe bijt\u00eb e tyre, fundjav\u00ebn dhe pushimet i kalojn\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr ishujt ezoterik\u00eb t\u00eb rruzullit &#8211; nuk mund t\u00eb quhet shtet. Lumturia nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb individuale. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme. Jan\u00eb t\u00eb turpshme <strong><em>skenat migjeniane<\/em><\/strong> n\u00eb shtetin evropian t\u00eb shekullit XXI. N\u00eb shtetin e pabarazive sociale t\u00eb thella shkelen parimet themelore t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb. Aty demokracia diskreditohet.<\/p>\n<p>Varf\u00ebri, n\u00eb tokat e pasura shqiptare! \u00c7\u2019paradoks!
