N\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana aktuale, dy bart\u00ebsit e funksioneve t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb n\u00eb detyr\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, z. Vitia dhe Sve\u00e7la, do t\u00eb duhej pa ndonj\u00eb hezetim t\u00eb japin dor\u00ebheqje nga fuksionet e tyre t\u00eb akorduara nga kabineti qeveritar n\u00eb dety\u00eb t\u00eb Albin Kurtit.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nism\u00eb t\u00eb institucionit ligjor t\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjes.
