B\u00ebhej fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr vendin dhe popullin m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb n\u00ebn-rajon t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs &#8211; p\u00ebr diplomacin\u00eb e Malit t\u00eb Zi.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cKrushku i par\u00eb\u201d, Krajl Nikolla<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mbreti i Malit te Zi, Krajl Nikolla eshte krijuesi i \u201ckrushkut te Evropes\u201d ne pjesen e dyte te shekullit 19-te. Me nje men\u00e7uri te ralle dhe zhdervjelltesi unike, Krajl Nikolla iu bashkengjit \u201caleances pansllave\u201d per te perfituar nga rritja e Rusise dhe dobesimi i Osmaneve (1877).<\/p>\n<p>Mbasi siguroi mbeshtetjen e Rusise, Krajl Nikolla ktheu syte drejt Fuqive te Medha Evropiane. Ne Kongresin e Berlinit (1878) Krajl Nikolla iu ofrua Gjermanise se Bismarkut dhe Monarkise Dualiste te Franc Jozefit.<\/p>\n<p>Kur vendimet e Kongresit te Berlinit u ndeshen ne rezistencen e jashtezakonshme shqiptare ne Hot, Grude, Plave, Guci, Ulqin e Tivar, Krajl Nikolla perdori Konferencen e Budapestit, Konferencen e Stambollit dhe Konferencen e Berlinit per te nxitur aleancen e Fuqive Navale si Franca e Britania e Madhe per te sulmuar nga Dubrovniku keshtjellat shqiptare ne bregdetin Ulqinak, me qellim per te realizuar permes fuqive Evropiane ate qe nuk e merrte dot me sponzorizimin territorial Ruso-Serb.<\/p>\n<p>Me kete diplomaci, \u201dkrushku i Evropes\u201d, Krajl Nikolla jo vetem siguroi shpalljen e pavaresise te shtetit me te vogel Ballkanik te kohes (1878), por edhe zgjeroi dukshem kufijte territoriale te tij ne kurriz te shqiptareve (1880-1883).<\/p>\n<p>Madje per zgjerimin territorial \u201ckrushkut te Evropes\u201d i nevojiteshin edhe territore shqiptare, qe asokohe njiheshin si \u201d<em>ottoman territory of Balkans<\/em>&#8220;. \u201cKrushku i Evtopes\u201d arriti te gezonte edhe sigurimin e \u201cneutralitetit\u201d te Osmaneve, qe i dhane atij si shperblim lufte territore te populluara me shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cKrushku i Dyte\u201d, Milovan Gjilasi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kur bota ishte perfshire ne Luften e Dyte, sllavet e jugut u per\u00e7ane nga kaosi gjeopolitik midis serbeve dhe kroato-slloveneve. \u00c7etniket serbe ishin proruse. Ustashet kroate ishin pronaziste. Ndersa partizanet e Josip Broz Titos ishin pro Aleances Antifashiste Botetore. Ne kete lufte te vertete civile Mali Zi po shuhej buze Adriatikut.<\/p>\n<p>Pikerisht ne kete moment kritik u aktivizua institucioni i \u201ckrushkut te Evropes\u201d ne Malin e Zi, komunisti internacionalist Milovan Gjilasi. Ky pasues diplomatik i Krajl Nikolles nuk humbi kohe luftrave, por iu pervesh diplomacise me Stalinin. Ne memoriet e tij \u201cConversation with Stalin\u201d ky neokrajl malazez tregon sesi e njohu Stalinin me Malin e Zi dhe sesi siguroi mbeshtetjen e tij per shpalljen e Malit te Zi, Republike brenda Federates Jugosllave te AVNOJ-it. Ne kete perpjekje Gjilasi gjeti mbeshtetjen ne heshtje edhe te Britanise se \u00c7\u00ebr\u00e7illit\u2026 \u201dKrushku i dyte i Evropes\u201d e realizoi qellimin e vet. Mali i Zi mbijetoi si Republike Jugosllave gjate Luftes se Ftohte (1945-1991).<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cKrushku i tret\u00eb\u201d, Milo Gjukanovi\u00e7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kur Jugosllavia e Titos u fut ne kolaps, dy qendrat e saj, Serbia centraliste nga njera ane dhe Kroato-sllovenet federaliste nga ana tjeter, Republika e Malit te Zi vendosi nje neutralitet midis ketyre dy qendrave. Soditja e \u201ckrushkut te Evropes\u201d, postmodernistit Gjukanovi\u00e7 kishte nevoje per kohe. Balancat ishin kritike.<\/p>\n<p>Ne fazen e pare \u201ckrushku i Evropes\u201d ndoqi sjellje jugosllave pa jugosllavi (1991-1995). Mbas katastrofes se B&amp;H, \u201ckrushku i Evropes\u201d u be pjese e marteses ne Unionin Serbi-Mali i Zi. Kur Serbia e Milloshit ktheu ushtrine nga Kosova dhe Perendimi nisi aksionin kunder Beogradit, \u201ckrushku i Evropes\u201d nisi punen per divorcin me Serbine.<\/p>\n<p>Mbas vitit 1999 dhe sidomos mbas dergimit te Milloshevicit dhe pasuesve te tij ne Hage, \u201ckrushku i Evropes\u201d kerkoi shkeputjen nga Unioni dhe ktheu aksin gjeopolitik te Malit te Zi drejt euro-atlantizmit. BE i kerkoi referendum me mbi 55 perqind te votave. Keshtu Mali i Zi shpalli pavaresine e tij me referendum popullor. Si u fitua pavaresia me mbi 55 perqind?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abuzimi me shqiptar\u00ebt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Milo Gjukanovi\u00e7i eshte krajli malazez postmodern. Ai zoteron shkollat e \u201ckrushqise evropiane\u201d te Krajl Nikolles dhe te Milovan Gjilasit. Meqenese ne kohet e sotme demokratike, loja nderkombetare realizohet nepermjet lojes politike te brendshme, \u201ckrushku i Evropes\u201d kishte nevoje per mbeshtetje elektorale.<\/p>\n<p>Ekulibret serbo-malazeze mund te ndryshoheshin vetem me ane te pakicave. Mirepo jo gjithe pakicat jane proevro-atlantike dhe antiserbe. Nder keto pakica, vetem shqiptaret jane pro euro-atlantike dhe antiserbe per shkak te Kosoves. Shqiptaret arrijne deri ne 7 perqind te elektoratit malazez. Per \u201ckrushkun e Evropes\u201d pakica shqiptare ishte aq sa i duhej per te fituar pavaresine si dhe aq sa per te mos rrezikuar per levizje separatiste shqiptare. Ne keto margjina \u201ckrushku i Evropes\u201d mori votat shqiptare per pavaresi( 7 perqind), duke ia keputur pas referendumit shqiptareve cdo enderr per te drejta te avancuara postpavaresie.<\/p>\n<p>Duke qene midis dy shteteve shqiptare \u201ckrushku i Evropes\u201d Milo Gjukanovic pas pavaresimit te Malit te Zi ka arritur te siguroje neutralitet te Tiranes per te drejtat e shqiptareve si dhe te siguroje mbeshtetje apriori te pakushtezuar nga Shqiperia per cdo aspekt bilateral dhe multilateral. Keshtu vota shqiptare brenda per referendum dhe per pushtet si dhe vota e Shqiperise jashte per integrim ne NATO kane punuar per \u201ckrushkun e Evropes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abuzimi me Kosov\u00ebn<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Demarkacioni duket te jete abuzimi i radhes i \u201ckrushkut te Evropes\u201d, Milo Gjukanovi\u00e7. Negociatat per demarkacionin u bene gati-gati konspirative si ne kohen e Koncertit te Evropes. Palet u sollen si ne ilegalitet. Politika, diplomacia publike dhe media e Malit te Zi nxirrnin \u201cargumente gjeopolitike\u201d per \u201crendesine e Malit te Zi ne NATO\u201d dhe \u201cdomosdoshmerine e vizatimit te kufirit me Kosoven\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Presioni gjeopolitik mund te arsyetohej nese Kosova nuk do ishte nje vend me orientim gjeopolitik Rus ose Euro-Aziatik. Por Kosova nuk eshte e tille. Kosova eshte pjese e sigurt e euro-atlantizmit nga \u00e7do pikpamje. Argumenti gjeopolitik dhe gjeostrategjik per rastin e Kosoves nuk ka baze. Aq me shume kur edhe Shteti Shqiptar eshte antare i NATO.<\/p>\n<p>Eshte e lexueshme qe \u201ckrushku i Evropes\u201d ka dashur te kape momentin diplomatik e antaresimit ne NATO per t\u2019i zhvatur ca mijra hektare toke Kosoves.<\/p>\n<p>Kur \u201cargumenti i NATO-s\u201d nuk funksionoi per demarkacionin duket se \u201ckrushku i Evropes\u201d eshte aktivizuar si Krajl Nikolla (shek.19) dhe Milovan Gjilasi (shek.20) nepermjet diplomacise se terthorte te aktivizoje zerat e ish Jugosllavise ne BE per t\u2019i bere presion Kosoves per demarkacionin si \u201ckusht per liberalizimin e vizave\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Presioni mbi Kosoven per demarkacionin si kusht per liberalizimin e vizave eshte NJE LOJE DIPLOMATIKE PA BAZE JURIDIKE. E themi kete sepse baza juridike per liberalizimin e vizave buron nga Marreveshja Shengen. Nga kerkesat juridike te Marreveshjes Shengen perpilohet \u201cUdherrefyesi\u201d per \u00e7do shtet aplikues. \u201cUdherrefyesi\u201d eshte standart. \u201cUdherrefyesi\u201d i Kosoves NUK PERMBAN DETYRIM PER DEMARKACION.<\/p>\n<p>Duket se diplomacia e BE, me sakte disa zera individuale te saj po inflirtojne me \u201ckrushkun e Evropes\u201d Gjukanovi\u00e7,\u00a0per t&#8217;i bere nje \u201ctransferte te konsiderueshme territoriale\u201d Malit te Zi.<\/p>\n<p>Kosova lypet te mos i nenshtrohet presionit diplomatik pa baze juridike te zerave nga BE per demarkacionin.
